[pt] Partindo da perspectiva da governamentalidade, a qual concebe as relações de poder como condução de condutas, buscamos investigar a racionalidade governamental neoliberal e seus mecanismos de governo, em especial o dispositivo do risco e suas tecnologias. Partimos do pressuposto de que a importância e eficácia desse dispositivo de poder se deve a afinidade entre a racionalidade econômica neoliberal e a racionalidade calculadora do risco. Investigamos também a nova forma subjetiva que foi produzida pelo neoliberalismo por meio de suas políticas e práticas – o capital humano, que define e da forma ao sujeito neoliberal, o empresário de si. Indicamos ainda, de modo muito geral algumas possibilidades de resistência a racionalidade e ao governo neoliberal. / [en] Starting from the governmentality perspective, which conceives power relations as the conduct of conduct, we have tried to investigate the neoliberal governmental rationality and their techniques of government, specially the risk apparatus and their technologies. We started from the assumption that the importance and effectiveness of this apparatus is due to the affinity between the economical neoliberal rationality and the calculative risk rationality. In this thesis we also investigate the new subjective form, which was produced by neoliberalism through their politics and practices – the human capital, which defines and shapes the neoliberal subject, an entrepreneur of himself. Furthermore, we have pointed out in a much general manner some possibilities of resistance to the neoliberals rationalities and government.

[pt] Esta tese propõe um diagnóstico do presente à luz da noção foucaultiana de sujeito, reposicionando o problema do sujeito diante da constatação da urgência de retomar o tema da ética em nossa época. A pesquisa de Foucault sobre o tema do sujeito resgata a noção grega de epiméleia heautoû – que perdeu importância no campo da filosofia para a de gnôthi seautón –, pela qual elaboramos uma crítica do sujeito, ao mesmo tempo que propomos a abertura do campo da subjetivação, assim como a consideração das técnicas de si, relacionadas à noção de epiméleia heautoû, como estratégia de resistência ao poder capitalista, que, no nosso tempo, opera como um imperador da ditadura do consumo . Propomos, enfim, uma ética como estética da existência. / [fr] Cette thèse se propose d un diagnostic du présent d après la notion de sujet élaborée par Michel Foucault, en posant le probléme du sujet devant la constatation de l urgence d une revue du thème de l éthique. La recherche de Foucault sur le thème du sujet remet à l ordre du jour la notion grecque d epiméleia heautoû, qui a été remplacé dans le champ philosophique par la notion de gnôthi seautón. On fait, donc, la critique du sujet, au même temps qu une ouverture du champ de la subjectivité, à la lumière des techniques de soi qui concèrnent à la notion de epiméleia heautoû, dont l objectif est dessiner une stratégie de résistance au pouvoir capitaliste, qui opère aujourd hui comme un empereur de la dictature de la consommation ; c est-à-dire que cette thèse suggère une éthique comme esthétique d existence.

[pt] O presente trabalho tem por objetivo examinar de que forma se dão os processos de acolhimento, inclusão e subjetivação da pessoa em situação de refúgio no Rio de Janeiro. Para isso, analisou entrevistas realizadas com um grupo de refugia-dos e migrantes vinculados ao projeto gastronômico de valorização cultural chamado Chega Junto. Nesse processo, foram realizadas entrevistas com os responsáveis pelas instituições e iniciativas parceiras, como a Junta Local, a Igreja Christ Church e a PARES Cáritas, assim como com os próprios organizadores e colaboradores da feira, como o Abraço Cultural. À luz dessas entrevistas e dessas histórias, este trabalho propõe-se a entender a construção da autoestima dos refugiados através da possível rede de solidariedade criada, assim como ressaltar o papel da comida como expressão de identidade e cultura, e por isso, imbuída de grande valor social. / [en] The present study aims to examine how the processes of shelter, inclusion and subjectivation of the people in refugee situation in Rio de Janeiro are given. For that, was analyzed a number of interviews with a group of refugees and migrants linked to the gastronomic project of cultural valorization called Chega Junto. In this process, interviews were conducted with those responsible for the institutions and partner initiatives, such as the Junta Local fair, the Christ Church, and PARES Cáritas, as well as with the organizers and collaborators of the fair. In the light of these interviews and these stories, this work aims to understand the construction of refugee self-esteem through the possible network of solidarity created, as well as to emphasize the role of food as an expression of identity and culture, and therefore, imbued with great social value.

[pt] Este trabalho busca desenvolver articulações entre práticas feministas e atividades do design, e propõe problematizar o campo do design, buscando se afastar de abordagens essencialistas, que situam o designer como um gênio criador ou que definem o design a partir de abstrações idealizantes. Para isso, os consciousness raising groups, práticas feministas da década de 1960, e diversas dinâmicas dos movimentos feministas contemporâneos, a partir do ano de 2015, são utilizados como inspiração de atividades críticas para pensar e constituir outras formas de relações consigo e com os outros através de processos criativos. Assembleias, performances, ações estético-políticas, construção de greves e manifestações, são algumas das ações abordadas, por evidenciar entrelaçamentos entre arte, protesto, design, corpo e vivências pessoais, enquanto militante e designer. A análise, reflexão e vivência de tais práticas originaram o trabalho de campo da pesquisadora, que mediou oficinas online com mulheres. A metodologia das oficinas foi pensada a fim de potencializar o processo criativo e a experiência de estar juntas. Baseando-se na pesquisa-ação e pesquisa criativa, propõe-se queerizar o design e ampliar as abordagens possíveis ao campo. As práticas coletivas propostas nas oficinas criaram vínculos, amizades e relações de mentoria através das oficinas de sensibilização, organizando mulheres em torno de um debate em comum, fortalecendo os movimentos feministas, dando a ver que os problemas vividos pelas mulheres são, em sua maioria, estruturais e coletivos, não individuais e privados. Todo o desenvolvimento do campo se deu remotamente, durante a pandemia da COVID-19, adicionando uma outra camada de complexidade inesperada à pesquisa. / [en] We present an attempt to develop feminist-oriented design practices, through an approach to the field of design that tries to distance itself from the essentialist approaches that historically place the designer as a creative genius or that define design drawing from idealized abstractions. Inspired by the praxis of feminist consciousness raising groups from the 1960s, and from other dynamics of the feminisms from 2015 onwards, we study collective feminist activities of a critical nature to think about the processes of construction of social relations that are not directly mediated by capital, with a special emphasis in creative processes. Meetings, performances, aesthetic-political actions, construction of strikes and demonstrations, are some of the actions here addressed to help us highlight the overlaying between art, protest, design, bodies, and personal experiences, especially in their intertwining with the categories of militancy and design. The analysis, reflection and experience of such practices originated the fieldwork that took place in this project, which was based on online workshops for women, mediated by this researcher. The methodology of the workshops was designed to highlight the role of the creative processes in the collective female experience. Based on action-research and creative research, we propose to queerize design, transgress practices, and expand the possibilities of field of action. The collective practices proposed in our workshops created bonds of friendship and mentoring based on sensitization, on the organization of women around common agendas, on the strengthening of feminist consciences, all of which indicated that several of the problems experienced by women in general are structural and collective, and not individual and private. Lastly all of our field development took place remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which also added another (unexpected) layer of complexity to our research.

[pt] Esta dissertação buscou empreender uma genealogia e análise crítica de processos feministas de subjetivação. Como ponta de partida, foram usadas uma experiência que faz parte da trajetória da pesquisadora e o estudo de caso dos grupos de Consciousness-Raising (C-R). Fenômeno popular do feminismo americano dos anos 70, C-R foi uma ferramenta adotada pelo Women s Liberation Movement por meio da qual mulheres organizavam-se com uma metodologia própria para responder perguntas usando exemplos de suas vidas pessoais, além das próprias emoções. As respostas eram tratadas como dados a serem analisados e comparados, de modo a pensar coletivamente o que é ser mulher e identificar opressões estruturais da sociedade. Baseada em vasto levantamento documental, relatos e literatura da época, esta pesquisa pretendeu compreender o funcionamento da dinâmica dos grupos de C-R e pensar criticamente, a partir de autores pós-estruturalistas, pós-colonialistas e da teoria queer, nas diversas implicações políticas e subjetivas de ferramentas e práticas de subjetivação feministas. Com foco nas relações entre C-R e a questão da diferença foi investigado o surgimento e materialização da política identitária nos movimentos feminista e LGBT+, e analisado o papel da cultura material na construção e consolidação de valores normativos dentro e fora desses movimentos. / [en] This thesis sought to undertake a genealogy and critical analysis of feminist subjectification processes. Its starting points were a personal-academic experience of the researcher and the case study of the Consciousness-Raising (C-R) phenomena from the American second-wave feminist movement. C-R was a tool developed and widely adopted by the Women s Liberation Movement, in which women organized themselves using their own methodologies to answer questions based on their personal lives and emotions. The answers were used as data to be analyzed and compared in order to provoke collective reflection on what it means to be a woman and to identify structural oppressions. Based on vast archival research, personal testimonies and feminist literature produced at the time, this thesis aimed to comprehend the dynamics of C-R groups to reflect critically - drawing from post-structuralist, post-colonialist and queer theory - on the several political and subjective implications of feminist subjectification practices and tools. Through focusing on the relationship between C-R and the issue of difference, it also analyzed the development of Identity Politics within the feminist and LGBT+ movements, as well as the role played by material culture in the construction and consolidation of normative values within and outside said movements.

[pt] Este estudo teve como objetivo buscar, em alguns textos de Freud, a visão do autor a respeito da figura paterna e de sua relevância para a subjetivação do sujeito. São enfatizados os desenvolvimentos teóricos sobre a formulação e a importância do complexo de Édipo, tanto o masculino como o feminino, para a formação do superego, bem como a importância do narcisismo para a construção do eu e para o processo de identificação. São enfocadas, ainda, as mudanças ocorridas no ambiente social, desde a época de Freud aos dias atuais, que propiciaram questões acerca da família, com alterações na relação homem/mulher e na função de cada gênero, provocando o declínio da figura paterna devido às novas configurações familiares. Além disso, são apresentadas as novas abordagens sobre paternidade, função paterna e lugar do pai no contexto das múltiplas configurações familiares contemporâneas. / [en] This study aimed at searching in some of Freud s writings the author s view of the paternal figure and its relevance to the individual s subjectivity. We emphasize the theoretical developments regarding the formulation and the importance of the Oedipus complex - both male and female - to the formation of the superego, as well as the importance or narcissism in the I construction and in the identification process. We also highlight the changes occurred in social environment, from Freudian to present time, which had raised questions about the family, with changes in the relationship between men and women, and in the functions of each gender, causing the decline of paternal figure in new family configurations. In addition, we present new approaches on paternity, paternal function and father s place in the context of multiple family configurations in contemporaneity.

[pt] Este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar a vivência da monoparentalidade. Considerando-se que as famílias monoparentais crescem em número, sofrem transformações e colocam novas questões, foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa na qual participaram cinco mulheres e três homens da classe média da população urbana do Rio de Janeiro, com idades entre 35 e 58 anos, cujas famílias são monoparentais desde o início, sendo sete por via da adoção. Os dados foram obtidos por meio de entrevistas com roteiro semiestruturado. Os resultados foram analisados conforme o método de análise de conteúdo. Observou-se que a parentalidade solitária acontece em decorrência de variadas motivações, paralelamente à ausência de um parceiro com quem compartilhar o desejo de ser pai/mãe. Verificou-se que os principais desafios são a sobrecarga e incertezas ao exercer funções e papéis parentais, o exercício solitário da autoridade ao lidar com as questões dos filhos e o enfrentamento dos preconceitos. Os dados sugerem que a construção do vínculo com os filhos acontece por meio de uma trajetória temporal, sendo moldada pelas transmissões do passado e pelos ideais parentais na construção de um futuro. Constatou-se que a vivência da monoparentalidade é associada a transformações significativas na vida do sujeito. Concluiu-se que, neste grupo, o imperativo maior é o desejo de ter filho(s), sendo a monoparentalidade o modo de realizá-lo. Estes sujeitos encontram novas formas de exercer as funções parentais, construindo redes sociais de apoio, apontando para novos modos de subjetivação nas relações familiares contemporâneas e para novas formas de pensar as famílias monoparentais. / [en] This work aims to investigate the experience of single parenting. Considering that single-parent families grow in number, undergo transformations and raise new questions, a qualitative research was carried out in which five women and three men from the middle class of the urban population of Rio de Janeiro, aged between 35 and 58 years, participated. These families have been single-parents since the beginning, seven of them by way of adoption. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews. The results were analyzed according to content analysis. It was observed that solitary parenting occurs due to a variety of motivations, in parallel with the absence of a partner with whom to share the desire to be a parent. It was found that the main challenges are overloading and uncertainty in exercising parental functions and roles, the solitary exercise of authority in dealing with children s issues and coping with prejudice. The data suggest that the construction of the bond with the children happens through a temporal trajectory, being shaped by the transmissions of the past and also by the parental ideals in the construction of a future. It was verified that the experience of single parenting is associated with significant transformations in the life of the subject. It was concluded that in this group, the greatest imperative is the desire to have childr(en), and single parenting is the way to achieve it. These families find new ways of performing parental functions, building social support networks, pointing to new modes of subjectivation in contemporary family relationships and new ways of thinking single-parent families.

[pt] Algumas das principais questões que têm sido objeto do estudo das organizações dizem respeito à tentativa de melhor compreender como promover a motivação dos indivíduos e a sua capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, de modo a que possam contribuir para o alcance dos objetivos organizacionais. Talvez uma das maiores limitações de parte das teorias venha do fato de procurarem compreender o comportamento humano de modo padronizado, sem levar em conta a diversidade de fatores sociais que podem influenciar este comportamento tais como o gênero, a idade, as etnias e classes e sem considerar que cada indivíduo é único em sua forma de ver o mundo, em seus desejos e suas características mais intrínsecas. Nas últimas décadas, mais e mais organizações engajam-se na implementação de projetos sociais, nos quais, em geral, esperam contar com a participação ativa de seus funcionários. Muito se tem discutido a respeito da importância destes projetos sob a ótica das organizações, de suas estratégias, seus objetivos e seu modo de gerenciamento. No entanto, faz-se necessário, ainda, melhor compreender o verdadeiro significado que a participação nestes tipos de projetos tem para os indivíduos, o que justifica a relevância do presente estudo. A partir de uma revisão do que se tem estudado sobre a responsabilidade social das organizações e sobre os projetos sociais abraçados pelas mesmas, este estudo focaliza os funcionários participantes dos projetos sociais selecionados por organizações varejistas têxteis no mercado brasileiro e busca identificar até que ponto a participação dos indivíduos nesses projetos afeta ou facilita o seu processo de subjetivação, gerando também um melhor ajuste na sua relação com a organização. / [en] Some of the main organizational studies discuss how to promote individuals motivation and capacity to work as a team to archive corporate objectives. Perhaps the major limitations of these theories are related to the fact that they try to understand human behavior in a standardized way, not considering the diversity of social factors that might influence the human behavior such as gender, age and social class. Sometimes, these theories do not consider each individual as an unique, with own desires and intrinsic characteristics. When observing these limitations, it is possible to understand some influences on the organizational productivity and profitability. What shall we say when the organizations finds out the importance of developing other kinds of objectives that requires another level of individual conscience, such as innovation and social performance? In the last decades, many organizations were engaged in the implementation of social projects, counting on its employee s devotion. A lot have been discussed about the importance of these social projects, under an organizational view. However, a better understanding of the true meaning of the effects of these projects on individuals is needed. Through a Literature Review about organizational social responsibility, this study focuses employees of textile industries in Brazil that are part of their companies social projects. The study tries to identify whether the participation of these individuals on their companies social projects affect or not their process of subjectivity, providing a best fit in their relation with the organization.

[pt] A presente dissertação propõe-se a realizar um estudo teórico, a partir do referencial psicanalítico, sobre a sensorialidade no processo de subjetivação e na clínica. Dialogaremos com a noção de sensorialidade desenvolvida por Alberto Konicheckis, que a compreende como a multiplicidade de experiências psíquicas que decorrem dos órgãos dos sentidos. Trata-se de um conceito complexo e ambíguo, que está situado em uma zona de entrecruzamento entre o dentro e o fora, o eu e o outro, o íntimo e o compartilhado, já que o sensorial é despertado pelo encontro do corpo do bebê com os objetos externos. Compreendemos que a sensorialidade tem primazia na primeira infância e que a constituição psíquica parte de processos sensório-perceptuais e rítmicos coconstruídos entre o bebê e seus cuidadores de referência. Este nível de registro da experiência segue presente ao longo de todo o percurso de subjetivação, sendo dinâmico, mutável e passível de instabilidades. Desse modo, a pesquisa também buscou contemplar os diferentes arranjos sensoriais que permeiam a trajetória do sujeito, com seus riscos desorganizadores e suas potencialidades de ampliação subjetiva. Além dos reagenciamentos que acompanham o viver, ainda destacamos descontinuidades provocadas por intrusões violentas da realidade externa, que podem quebrar o ritmo de vida do sujeito e que interpelam ao sensorial. Considerando que a sensorialidade é um elemento fundante do sentimento pessoal e que segue tendo um papel vital para a continuidade do ser, apontamos a relevância de a clínica psicanalítica atual alargar o trabalho com o sensorial e de dar a devida atenção à dimensão arcaica e infralinguageira na relação analítica. / [en] This research aims to carry out a theoretical study, regarding the psychoanalitic framework, about sensoriality in the subjectivation process and in clinical practice. We will discuss the sensoriality concept developed by Alberto Konicheckis, who understands it as the multiple psychic experiences that arise from the sense organs. It is a complex and ambiguous definition, located in an intersection zone between the inside and outside, the self and the other, the intimate and the shared, since the sensory is awakened by the contact between baby s body and external objects. We understand that sensoriality has the primacy in early childhood and that psychic constitution starts from sensory-perceptual and rhythmic processes co-built between the baby and its reference caregivers. Such experience record level remains throughout the entire subjectivation course, and is dynamic, changeable, and liable to instabilities. Thus, this research also addresses several sensory arrangements that permeate the subject s life, considering their disorganizing risks and their potential for subjective enlargement. In addition to the transformations inherent in living, we also highlight the discontinuities caused by invasions of external reality, which may break the rhythm of life and challenge the sensorial. Whereas sensoriality is a founding element of personal feeling and continues to play a vital function in the continuity of being, we pointed out the relevance of current psychoanalytic clinical practice in expanding the work on the sensory and paying attention to the archaic dimension of the analytical relation.

[pt] Esta dissertação propõe questionar os modos hegemônicos de se pensar a velhice, para então sugerir um objeto criativo, no caso um livro, que possibilite um novo olhar sobre o tema. Por meio de uma análise teórica do conceito da velhice, e outros relacionados a ela, como a morte, o tempo, a memória, corpo e o sujeito, compreende-se como o si mesmo é subjetivado sob a sombra de Deus do pensamento hegemônico, e como se dá a abertura para uma nova configuração do si mesmo a partir da morte de Deus, anunciada por Nietzsche. Considerando a mudança epistemológica observada na análise teórica e, apropriando-se de uma perspectiva de literatura menor, como sugerem Deleuze e Guattarri em seu ensaio – Kafka – por uma literatura menor – foi criado o livro Almanaque da precariedade. Sua intenção é produzir um ruído no cenário das narrativas, para transparecer a desterritorialização dos sujeitos nela representados, de tal forma que não apazigue o desconforto do tema, mas que proponha linhas de fuga, um modo de resistência. O formato escolhido para alcançar esse objetivo foi o de trabalhar com uma reunião de fragmentos de textos, fragmentos estes que flertem com a morte do autor em Barthes, em uma tessitura de recorte e colagem de lavra e risco da autora. Uma tentativa de acolher a pluralidade de abordagens que sofre o sujeito no processo do envelhecimento, sendo ela muitas vezes paradoxal. / [en] This dissertation challenges the hegemonic way of visioning old age, and then suggests a creative object, a book, that should enable a new perspective on the theme. Through a theoretical analysis of the concept of old age, as well as other related concepts such as death, time, memory and body, it is understood how the Self is subjectivized under the shadow of God, as viewed in hegemonic thought, and how the opening up to a new configuration of Self stems from the death of God, announced by Nietzsche. Considering the epistemological change observed in the theoretical analysis, and hijacking the perspective of a lesser literature, as suggested by Deleuze and Guattarri in their essay Kafka – For a lesser literature – the book Precariousness Almanac was created. Its intention is to create a buzz in the narrative scene, in order to reveal the deterritorialization of the subjects in it represented, in such a way as not to appease the discomfort of the theme, but to propose escape lines, a method of resistance. The format that was chosen to reach this goal was that of working with a collection of text fragments, the latter of which flirt with the author s death in Barthes, in a tessitura of cut and paste elaborated by the author, at her own risk. An attempt to include the plurality of approaches that the subject suffers in the process of ageing, often paradoxical ones.
