The theoretical research basis is the Social Psychology from Socio-Historical perspective. We presented a health concept meaning development process contextualization and the Brazilian public policies to attend it, in order to historically situate our research problem and highlight the inclusion/exclusion dialectic as a social dimension of illness/health that qualifies the suffering originated from this ethical-political process to express the historical, subjective and social processes synthesis, allowing overtaking the guiltiness appearance and individual responsibilities on manifestations and practices of the current health seeking. The information collection procedure was from ethnographic character with participating observation and interview with a guide. The interview analysis was oriented by Vygotsky reflections about sense, meaning and language subtext that indicates that the thinking doesn´t coincide directly with its verbalized expression, it started with the thematic emergent units related to health and Emergency Department search, highlighting the expressions that represents the affective-volitional bases: affections and motives. Observed: the individuals seeking for treatment at emergency department is related to their sufferings, emotions and, mainly, with the hope of finding an answer for those sufferings; and that the institution represents for them an excellence image through large technological resources, urgency treatment and population free access without the appointment requirement, in other words, it represents treatment, diagnosis and, with that, the fast and efficient cure / Este trabalho visa colaborar com a compreensão dos sentidos da busca pela saúde em uma grande metrópole, utilizando como local de pesquisa o Pronto Socorro de adultos de um grande hospital de alta complexidade da Zona Norte da cidade de São Paulo. A base teórica da pesquisa é a Psicologia Social de perspectiva Sócio-Histórica. Apresenta uma contextualização do processo de desenvolvimento do significado do conceito de saúde e da construção das políticas públicas brasileiras de atendimento a ela para situar historicamente o problema de pesquisa e destacar a dialética exclusão/inclusão como uma dimensão social da saúde/doença, que qualifica o sofrimento gerado por esse processo ético-político para expressar a síntese de processos históricos, subjetivos e sociais, permitindo, assim, ultrapassar a aparência da culpabilidade e responsabilidades individual nas manifestações e práticas de busca da saúde na atualidade. O procedimento de coleta das informações foi de caráter etnográfico com observação participante e entrevista com roteiro orientador. A análise das entrevistas foi orientada pelas reflexões de Vygotsky sobre sentido, significado e subtexto da linguagem, que indica que o pensamento não coincide diretamente com sua expressão verbalizada. Iniciou-se com a busca das unidades temáticas emergentes relacionadas à saúde e ao Pronto Socorro, com destaque às expressões que representem a base afetivo-volitiva: afetos e motivos. Observou-se: que a procura dos sujeitos por atendimento no pronto socorro está relacionada com seus sofrimentos, emoções e, principalmente, com a esperança de encontrarem uma resposta para esses sofrimentos; e que a instituição representa para eles uma figura de excelência por ter amplos recursos tecnológicos, atendimento de urgência e livre acesso à população sem necessidade de agendamentos, ou seja, ele representa atendimento, diagnóstico e, com estes, a cura, rápida e eficiente

The investigation had, as its historical-philosophical base, the historical and dialectical materialism, utilized to biographical and, principally, documentary researches, which procedures were conducted by methodological principles of Italian micro-history. These occasions are an expression of the political organization of psychologists in the late 1970 s that appropriated the entities of the category in the early 1980 s and proposed an ethical-political psychology project based on a critical reading of the profession, comprehended as socially committed with the low income classes. It is from this movement that an Education Committee arises, responsible for the discussion of psychology in education, which has as initiative to arrange the psychologists, through meetings which, in turn, enabled a school and educational psychology project. These events represent a remarkable moment of political organization and critical discussions, as well as a historical synthesis of experiments in educational psychology, whereupon Sérgio Antonio da Silva Leite and Yvonne Alvarenga Gonçalves Khouri stand out for their importance. We conclude that the meetings are products of the ethical-political psychology project, as are producers of a school and educational psychology project, becoming a significant historical fact of the psychology historiography in São Paulo / Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar Os Encontros de Psicólogos da Área de Educação, um conjunto de três eventos realizados no início da década de 1980 no Instituto Sedes Sapientiae em São Paulo sob a organização do Sindicato dos Psicólogos do Estado de São Paulo (SPESP) e do Conselho Regional de Psicologia da 6ª Região (CRP-06). A investigação teve como base histórico-filosófica o materialismo histórico-dialético, servindo-se de pesquisa bibliográfica e, sobretudo, pesquisa documental, cujos procedimentos foram orientados pelos princípios metodológicos da micro-história italiana. Esses eventos são expressão da organização política dos psicólogos no final da década de 1970 que ao tomarem as entidades da categoria no início de 1980 propõem um projeto ético-político da Psicologia com base em uma leitura crítica da profissão, compreendida como socialmente comprometida com as classes populares. É a partir desse movimento que surge uma Comissão de Educação, responsável pela discussão da psicologia na área de educação que tem como iniciativa organizar os psicólogos, por meio dos Encontros que, por sua vez, viabilizaram um projeto de psicologia escolar e educacional. Esses eventos representam um importante momento de organização política e discussões críticas, assim como uma síntese histórica das experiências em psicologia da educação, nos quais sobressai o protagonismo de Sérgio Antonio da Silva Leite e Yvonne Alvarenga Gonçalves Khouri. Considering the vast field of violence, it tries to discuss some possibilities of practice and reflection for the psychoanalyst, debating on intrafamilial violence, police violence etc. Analyzing the tensions and conflicts present in this field and reflecting on both actual public policies and the limits imposed to the ones whom the streets are a place of existence, we try to promote the resignification of the street as a complex territory and the people that live there as speaking individuals. Therefore, we show the ethical and political implications of listening in the formation and recognition of a segregated individual. Therefore, we show the ethical and political implications of listening in the formation and recognition of an individual beyond the segregation. By the position we sustain with psychoanalysis, we also believe creating an identity for this clinic does not ensure its rigor. In that way, we choose to focus on some conditions that help out the configuration of a clinic situation in this context. These advices point out not one defenition about a street clinic , but som experiences that contribute and make public a street clinic experince. We understand the function of apolitical listening as a way to know the other, to make possible to drawn up interventions with the other and not for him / A partir de experiências diretas de intervenção com pessoas em situação de rua na cidade de São Paulo, esse trabalho visa contribuir para o debate sobre novas práticas e estratégias para uma clínica que tem seu alcance nas ruas. Procura discutir, dentro do vasto campo das violências, algumas possibilidades de atuação e reflexão para o psicanalista, adentrando em debates como situações de violências policiais, intrafamiliares etc. Analisando as tensões e conflitos presentes neste campo e refletindo sobre as atuais políticas públicas e os limites impostos àqueles que tem a rua como um espaço de existência, buscamos promover a ressignificação da rua como um território complexo e das pessoas que nela estão, como sujeitos de fala. Dessa forma, mostramos as implicações éticas e políticas da escuta na formação e no reconhecimento do sujeito para além da marginalização. Pela posição que sustentamos com a psicanálise, acreditamos também que criar uma identidade para essa clínica não garante seu rigor. Nesse sentido decidimos privilegiar alguns avisos, enquanto condições, que favoreçam a configuração de uma situação clínica nesse contexto. Esses avisos apontam, ao invés de uma definição sobre uma clínica de rua , experiências que visam contribuir e tornar pública uma experiência clínica na rua . Its specific purpose is the analysis of a psychotherapy proposition built up in the course of 8 years of work with low-income people. Subjects are part of a psychotherapy group this researcher works with at a medical health insurance center for lowincome people. While attending them we have observed that many of their complaints result from a life marked with inequalities and social injustices that affect their psychic configuration in the sense called by Sawaia as an ethicalpolitical suffering. Espinosa s and Vygotsky s theories and the way Sawaia understands the dialog between the philosopher and the Russian author give the basis for the reflection in this work as well Freud s reflections on the necessity to give to the poor the benefits of a psychotherapeutic treatment. The methodological support was based on research-action principles and its procedures such as: elaboration of a field log by the researcher, another one by a group of patients and the use of semi-structure, open-ended questionnaire for all. Analysis of the reported and obtained information mediated by theoretical reflections shows that it is possible to empower patients to change the way they think and behave, in a short time, if compared to patients from private clinics. It gave us material for a critical psychotherapy analysis and for the formulation of a psychotherapy directed toward the suffering caused by social inequalities. In this direction, they point to the necessity of a social commitment of the psychotherapist and the inclusion of this group psychotherapy in questions of public health / Este trabalho tem como objetivo situar a psicoterapia no contexto da desigualdade social, defendendo a sua importância no enfrentamento das questões psíquicas daí derivadas, e a necessidade de oferecê-las a todos os cidadãos. Tem como objetivo específico a análise de uma proposta de psicoterapia construída ao longo de oito anos de trabalho com pessoas de baixa renda. Esta pesquisa teve como pesquisados pessoas que se tratam conosco, num convênio médico voltado para classes pobres. No atendimento a pessoas pobres, observamos que, muito dos seus sofrimentos psíquicos, procedem de seu contexto social, onde as desigualdades e injustiças sociais constituem o seu cotidiano e sua configuração psíquica. Além dos sofrimentos inerentes ao homem, tem o acréscimo daqueles provindos de sua situação social, ao qual, segundo Sawaia, denomina-se de sofrimento ético-político, criando, assim, uma categoria psicossocial para trabalhar os afetos. As teorias de Espinosa, Vygotsky e a forma como Sawaia compreende o diálogo entre o filósofo e o autor russo, serviram de referência teórica para desenvolver as questões acima referidas. Baseada nos conceitos de Thiollent, pesquisa-ação deu-nos suporte metodológico e, como procedimento de avaliação desta psicoterapia, foram escolhidas técnicas próprias da pesquisa-ação, como: a construção de um diário, por grupos de pacientes, a aplicação de um questionário semi-aberto1, para todos os integrantes dos grupos atendidos por nós, e a elaboração de um diário de campo, pela pesquisadora, que continha todas as sessões realizadas de abril de 2002 a dezembro de 2005

To do so, the main objectives of this study are to introduce the historical changes in the meaning of suicide, to present the theoretical propositions of the phenomenon and its transformations, and to analyze the phenomenon of suicide from the epistemological categories of dialectical historical materialism, especially in the works of Vigotski, Leontiev and Luria, as well as other authors that collaborated with the development of this line of thinking in psychology. The research was based on the general bibliography available about the subject, focusing on the social history of Suicide and the theoretical propositions to interpret and analyze the data. The investigation allows the statement that suicide is an exclusively human action, closely related to the activity of the individual and with their affective-volitive bases, as well as with their needs and their knowledge about them. From the results of this study suicide can be portrayed as a phenomenon that is built from the historical and social relationships established by individuals along their existence, considering the objectivation and material and symbolic appropriation of the knowledge and experience of preceding generations / Este trabalho consiste em uma pesquisa teórico-bibliográfica que se dispõe a analisar o suicídio como um fenômeno complexo, singular, porém construído a partir das bases materiais da história. Para tanto, tem como principal objetivo apresentar as mudanças históricas do significado do suicídio, apresentar as diversas propostas teóricas que acompanham e contribuem para tais transformações e estabelecer uma análise do fenômeno a partir das categorias epistemológicas do Materialismo Histórico Dialético, especialmente pelos trabalhos de alguns dos principais representantes da psicologia que se constitui sobre essa base, Vigotski, Leontiev e Luria além de outros autores que colaboraram no desenvolvimento dessa linha de pensamento na psicologia. O processo investigativo baseou-se no levantamento bibliográfico geral sobre o tema, focando a história social do suicídio, as diversas propostas teóricas para seu estudo e na elaboração do referencial de análise e interpretação dos dados. Esta investigação permite afirmar que suicídio é um ato exclusivamente humano, estreitamente relacionado com a atividade dos indivíduos e com sua base afetivo-volitiva, assim como com suas necessidades e do conhecimento que o sujeito possui das mesmas. It is also intended to analyze the contribution of Marx s social theory for the profession and its subsequent materialization in daily life of professional work. It is a study of qualitative approach, including a literature review and a field research, through semistructured interviews with three social workers one of the healthcare area, another a teaching and a third of the Judiciary in the city of Uberaba, MG, in the year 2012. This work was justified by questioning the forms of appropriation of the Marx s social theory by social workers and the forms of objectification of the ethical-political professional project in daily professional work. It was noted that there is a degree of ownership of Marx s social theory by social workers, as well as obstacles in the process of vocational training that fell on these theoretical-methodological bases deficiencies. The limitations for the objectification of professional project in daily work come from the relative difficulty in taking ownership of Marx's theory. The subjects understand the centrality of contemporary Social Service professional project, but they are limited in this objectification, given the social relations of capitalist production and institutional boundaries. It was noted that the difficulty in joining the class project cannot be attributed solely to institutional or capitalist limits; that project is to be thought of as a compromise to overcome the determinations and locate man as the measure of all things / Este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar o processo de apropriação e da objetivação da teoria social de Marx e seus rebatimentos no projeto ético-político profissional junto aos assistentes sociais. Pretende-se ainda, analisar qual a contribuição da teoria social de Marx para a profissão e sua consequente materialização no cotidiano do trabalho profissional. Trata-se de um estudo de abordagem qualitativa, tendo como procedimento a revisão de literatura e pesquisa de campo, por meio de entrevista semiestruturada com três assistentes sociais da cidade de Uberaba, MG, no ano de 2012, sendo um da área da saúde, um da docência e um do Tribunal de Justiça. Este trabalho justificou-se pelos questionamentos sobre as formas de apropriação da teoria social de Marx pelos assistentes sociais e as formas de objetivação do projeto ético-político profissional no cotidiano do trabalho profissional. Observou-se que há uma relativa apropriação da teoria social de Marx pelos assistentes sociais, constatando entraves no processo de formação profissional que incidiram nessas deficiências de bases teórico-metodológicas. Da relativa dificuldade em apropriar-se do arcabouço teórico de Marx apontam-se as limitações para a objetivação do projeto profissional no cotidiano de trabalho. Dessa forma, os sujeitos compreendem a centralidade do projeto profissional no Serviço Social contemporâneo, porém se veem limitados nesta objetivação, dadas as relações sociais de produção capitalista e dos limites institucionais. Observou-se que a dificuldade na adesão ao projeto de classe não pode ser atribuída exclusivamente aos limites institucionais ou do capital; esse projeto necessita ser pensado como um compromisso que supere as determinações e situe o homem como a medida de todas as coisas

The purpose of this research was conducted by the view of the Ethical-political Project of Social Work, placing it in the socio-historical juncture in its various determinations, so limits and possibilities are part of the same dynamic of reality in the perspective of defense of social security rights of the insured in these institutes. Thus Chapter I expressed from the ontological dimension of social being, the work activity, the contradiction between capital and labor in order to understand this unity in diversity in the cyclical crises of large capital and which ones are the repercussions of this offensive in Brazil. The Chapter II dealt to historicize the Social Security in Brazil and its pension reforms in 1998 and 2003. The concern of Chapter III was to contextualize the profession of Social Work in the State sphere, understanding that the profession, from the perspective of work division, can only be analyzed in the context of societarian transformations, having the expressions of Social Issue as its aim of work. This problematization was illuminated by the Professional Project on the understanding that conservatism, being one way to understand the production and reproduction of material life and social, surpasses the history of the profession and stands today as a reality to be faced with theoretical and methodological skills, as well as the ethical-political and technical-operational ones. The Chapter IV was built with the interlocutors from the research partners, with rich interview material, contributing to the finding that the professional project is under construction in these socio-occupational spaces, since it was possible to identify some foundations for this building, however, it needs articulation of forces and organization among professionals because acting individually runs the risk of succumbing to the neoliberal strategies / Esta dissertação trata de compreender e problematizar, nas sendas da teoria social crítica, o cotidiano de trabalho de assistentes sociais em Institutos previdenciários de Regime Próprio da Grande São Paulo, precisamente cinco Autarquias. Essa finalidade da pesquisa foi realizada à luz do Projeto Ético-político do Serviço Social, situando-o na conjuntura sócio-histórica em suas diversas determinações, por isso limites e possibilidades fazem parte de uma mesma dinâmica de realidade na defesa dos direitos previdenciários dos segurados de tais Institutos. Dessa maneira o Capítulo I expôs a partir da dimensão ontológica do ser social, pela atividade trabalho, a contradição entre capital e trabalho a fim de entender essa unidade na diversidade, nas crises cíclicas do grande capital e os rebatimentos dessa ofensiva no Brasil. O Capítulo II tratou de historicizar a previdência social no Brasil e suas reformas previdenciárias nos idos de 1998 e 2003. A preocupação do Capítulo III foi a de contextualizar a profissão de Serviço Social na esfera estatal, entendendo que a profissão, sob a ótica da divisão do trabalho, somente pode ser analisada no contexto das transformações societárias, tendo nas expressões da questão social sua matéria de trabalho. Essa problematização foi iluminada pelo Projeto profissional no entendimento de que o conservadorismo, sendo um jeito de entender a produção e reprodução da vida material e social, atravessa a história da profissão e se coloca nos dias atuais como uma realidade a ser enfrentada com competência teórico-metodológica, ético-política e técnico-operativa. O Capítulo IV foi construído com os sujeitos interlocutores da pesquisa com riquíssimo material de entrevista, contribuindo com a análise de que o Projeto profissional está em construção nesses espaços sócio-ocupacionais, pois foi possível identificar alguns alicerces para essa edificação, no entanto, necessita articulação de forças e organização entre os/as profissionais, pois individualmente corre-se o risco de sucumbir às estratégias neoliberais

We intend to demonstrate that the Judiciary does not always act in the strict observance of ethical and legal principles when it comes to the political activity of disciplinary control against judges. We therefore selected a case, which took place a few years ago in the Judiciary of the State of São Paulo and was rather controversial interna corporis, in which several possible violations of ethical-legal principles might be found. Finally we outline that the purpose of the this work is not to generalize, but yet to show that it is easier to find such problems in the course of an administrative process of disciplinary control than in a judicial process / O presente trabalho foi elaborado com a finalidade de efetuarmos uma abordagem crítica em relação à questão da incidência da Ética e do Direito na esfera da atividade político-disciplinar do Poder Judiciário. De fato, de acordo com o que pretendemos demonstrar, na atuação política de controle disciplinar (respectivamente a magistrados) o Poder Judiciário algumas vezes não atua com o mesmo rigor, na observância de preceitos éticos e legais, que emprega em sua atividade jurisdicional. Bem por isso, selecionamos um caso ocorrido há poucos anos na magistratura paulista, que causou certo rumor interna corporis, daí o interesse em abordá-lo, no qual podem ser questionados diversos aspectos éticos-legais verificados. Por fim, entendemos aqui também oportuno destacar que o objetivo do trabalho não é generalizar, mas apenas demonstrar que é mais fácil encontrar esse tipo de problema num processo disciplinar do que num processo judicial

O presente trabalho analisa a realidade da prática dos assistentes sociais nos serviços de saúde da Aeronáutica/RJ, tendo como referência o projeto ético - político profissional do Serviço Social expresso no Código de Ética do Assistente Social, na Lei n 8.662/1993 que regulamenta a profissão, bem como nas Diretrizes Curriculares da ABEPSS. O interesse em realizar este estudo em um espaço profissional, pouco debatido no meio acadêmico, define-se pela necessidade de uma investigação teórica que possibilite analisar, revelar e divulgar um segmento da categoria, muitas vezes desconhecido e estranho ao conjunto dos profissionais do Serviço Social. Entendemos que este estudo apresenta um caráter predominantemente exploratório. Para uma melhor compreensão do universo militar da Aeronáutica, tornou-se imprescindível, captarmos na realidade concreta, os limites e as possibilidades do movimento do real na sua historicidade. Para tanto, tivemos como alicerce o referencial teórico marxista crítico-dialético que possibilita ir para além da aparência dos fatos. É certo que uma instituição cujo funcionamento se aproxima do modelo de instituição fechada e conservadora, fundamentada nos princípios da hierarquia e da disciplina, sinalize, a priori, uma inviabilidade real de um projeto profissional emancipatório. Ao realizarmos uma análise dos depoimentos das assistentes sociais entrevistadas, buscamos considerar a cotidianidade da prática profissional, que revela presenças e ausências, aponta problemas imediatos desvela/oculta, caminhando do particular para o universal. Este estudo teve com lócus de investigação os Hospitais da Aeronáutica do Rio de Janeiro: HAAF, HCA e HFAG. Tem-se nesses espaços, uma atuação desafiante para aqueles profissionais que buscam romper com práticas burocráticas e conservadoras e que visam fortalecer práticas democráticas e coletivas de atendimento às demandas no contexto institucional. / This paper examines the reality of practice of social workers in the health services of the Air / RJ, with reference to the ethical-political project of professional social services, expressed in the Code of Professional Ethics, the Law which regulates the profession, and as guidelines for curriculum ABEPSS. The interest in performing this study in professional areas, little discussed in academic circles, defined by the need for theoretical research that enables analyze, develop and disseminate a segment of the class, often unknown and alien to all those working in Social Service. We believe that this study presents a predominantly exploratory nature. For a better understanding of the universe's military Air Force, it is essential to receive "in reality, the limits and possibilities of the real movement of its historicity. To this end, we had the foundation to the theoretical critical-Marxist dialectic that allows to go beyond the appearance of facts. It is true that an institution whose function is close to the model institution "closed", positivist and conservative, based on the principles of hierarchy and discipline, signal, a priori, an impossibility of a real professional emancipatory project. When we conduct an analysis of the statements of social workers interviewed, we tried to consider the everyday professional practice, which reveals presence and absence points to the immediate problems reveals / hides, moving from the particular to the universal. This study aimed to research the locus of the Air Force Hospital in Rio de Janeiro: HAAF, HCA and HFAG. It is in these spaces, an action challenging for those professionals who seek to break bureaucratic practices and conservative and aimed at strengthening democratic practices and collective fulfillment of the demands in the institutional context.

The enlargement of requisition to the Social Service in Federal Institutions of Education, due to expansion of Professional and Technological Education, is pointed as one of the main determinants of the education expansion as a place social-occupational for the profession. The analises looks for empirical references in the Federal Institutions of Education, Science and Technology at a national level.teh categories that fundamente the analisis are: work, social work, education and mediation. The acting of the Social Worker on the Professional and Technological Education was analysed by in the contradition between principles that guided the construtuion of the Professional Ethical-Political Project of Social Service and the neoliberal ideas that fundamente the educational reforms. The analisis of particularities of the social worker job in Federal Institutions of Education considered the social workers profile, the functions performed by Social Workers, actions developed in the institutional daily life, the chalenges and possibilities for the Professional Ethical-Political Project materialization in this field of activity. It is considered that the challenges are mediated by the contradiction between the neoliberal principles and those that guide the Ethical-Political Project; by the correlation of forces on the institutional space and by the commitment of work conditions resulting from the public education assistance process. Favorable mediations to possibilities are related to the commitment of professionals with the Professional Ethical-Political Project of Social Service, the organization and the social-politic articulations of the category, the development of social-educational actions and the correlation of forces on the institutional relations context. / Estudo a respeito do exercício profissional do Assistente Social no âmbito da Política de Educação Profissional e Tecnológica brasileira, visando compreender as possibilidades e os limites de uma atuação coerente com os princípios que orientam o Projeto Ético-Político Profissional considerado hegemônico no Serviço Social. A ampliação das requisições para o Serviço Social nos Institutos Federais de Educação, decorrente da expansão da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica, é apontada como um dos principais determinantes da expansão da educação como um espaço sócio-ocupacional para a profissão. A análise busca referências empíricas nos Institutos Federais de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia em nível nacional. As categorias que fundamentam a análise são: trabalho, serviço social, educação e mediação. A atuação do Assistente Social na Educação Profissional e Tecnológica foi analisada na contradição entre os princípios que orientaram a construção do Projeto Ético-Político Profissional do Serviço Social e as ideias neoliberais que fundamentam as reformas educacionais. A análise das particularidades do trabalho do assistente social nos Institutos Federais de Educação considerou o perfil dos assistentes sociais, as funções exercidas pelos Assistentes Sociais, ações desenvolvidas no cotidiano institucional, os desafios e as possibilidades para materialização do Projeto Ético-Político Profissional nesse campo de atuação. Considera-se que os desafios são mediados pela contradição entre os princípios neoliberais e os que orientam o Projeto Ético-Político, pela correlação de forças espaço institucional e pelo comprometimento das condições de trabalho resultantes do processo de assistencialização da educação pública. As mediações favoráveis às possibilidades estão relacionadas ao compromisso dos profissionais com o Projeto Ético-Político do Serviço Social, à organização e às articulações sócio-políticas da categoria, ao desenvolvimento de ações socioeducativas e às correlações de forças no contexto das relações institucionais.
