The current situation in the youth segment of the labour market is characterized by high unemployment and instability. The mechanisms regulating the relations between the labour market and the educational services market do not ensure that the educational process of young people meets the needs and requirements of employers. In this regard, a necessary condition today is the improvement of mechanisms with greater adaptive capacity that would effectively solve the problem of youth employment. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the adaptation of graduates in the labor market through the study of practical mechanisms used in the UrFU to improve the adaptive capacity of young professionals and to assess the views of graduates on their application in the University and the development of practical measures that increase its effectiveness. To this end, using the method of questionnaire analyzed empirical material obtained in the study of the opinion of students aged 20 to 22 years, on the basis of UrFU in Yekaterinburg. The relevance of the study is due to the existence of the problem of adaptation of young people in the labor market, which requires improvement, and is enhanced by the fact that it has a practical orientation. The materials of the work can be used in subsequent research of the youth segment of the labor market, as well as in the preparation of textbooks and reading training courses in universities on the basics of employment technologies and effective behavior of young people in the labor market. The results of the study showed: 1. UrFU pays special attention to the promotion of employment and adaptation to the labor market of graduates, using mechanisms that are more General (universal) in nature, but do not contain targeted (individual) assistance to graduates. 2. As a mechanism to improve the adaptation to the labor market of UrFU graduates, the authors proposed a program for the development and implementation of guidelines "technology of effective employment" for students and graduates seeking their place in the labor market. / Современная ситуация на молодежном сегменте рынка труда характеризуется высоким уровнем безработицы и нестабильности. Механизмы, регулирующие отношения между рынком труда и рынком образовательных услуг, не обеспечивают соответствие образовательного процесса молодежи запросам и требованиям работодателей. В связи с этим, необходимым условием сегодня является совершенствование механизмов с большими адаптационными возможностями, которые бы эффективно решали проблему занятости молодежи. Таким образом, цель настоящего исследования – анализ адаптации выпускников вуза на рынке труда через изучение используемых в УрФУ практических механизмов для повышения адаптационных возможностей молодых специалистов и проведение оценки мнений выпускников по их применению в вузе и разработка практических мероприятий, повышающих ее эффективность. С этой целью с помощью метода анкетного опроса проанализирован эмпирический материал, полученный в ходе изучения мнения студенческой молодежи в возрасте от 20 до 22 лет, на базе УрФУ в г. Екатеринбурге. Актуальность исследования обусловлена существованием проблемы адаптации молодежи на рынке труда, требующей совершенствования, и усиливается тем, что она имеет практическую направленность. Материалы работы могут быть использованы в последующих научных исследованиях молодежного сегмента рынка труда, а также при подготовке учебных пособий и чтении учебных курсов в вузах по основам технологий трудоустройства и эффективному поведению молодежи на рынке труда. Результаты исследования показали: 1. УрФУ уделяет особое внимание вопросам содействия трудоустройству и адаптации на рынке труда выпускников, используя механизмы, имеющие более общий (универсальный) характер, но не содержащие адресной (индивидуальной) помощи выпускникам. 2. В качестве механизма, содействующего повышению адаптации к рынку труда выпускников УрФУ, авторами предложена программа разработки и внедрения методических рекомендаций «Технологии эффективного трудоустройства» для студентов и выпускников, ищущих свое место на рынке труда.

The aim of the study is to study the nature of the relationship between psychological solitude and adaptability among students. Object of research: psychological loneliness and adaptation. The subject of the study: the relationship of subjective feelings of loneliness and adaptability in students. For the empirical study, methods were used, such as: E.N. Osin and D.A. Leontiev "Differential questionnaire of the experience of loneliness", SG. Korchagin "Questionnaire for determining the kind of loneliness", K. Rogers, R. Diamond "The methodology of diagnosis of socio-psychological adaptation". As a result of the study, it was found that the predominant types of loneliness, in the group of subjects, are alienated and dissociated loneliness; the adaptability index for the sample is in the normal range, without deviation towards low values; in the group, two subgroups of psychologically "lonely" and "neodinokih" students were identified. Reliable differences between "lonely" and "neodinokimi" students on the characteristics of adaptability were revealed in all characteristics of socio-psychological adaptation according to K. Rogers. Their presence confirmed our hypothesis of the existence of a relationship between the subjective sense of loneliness and the indicators of adaptability. As a result of the correlation analysis, the "lonely" and "non-regular" students had different correlation links between the general sense of loneliness and the parameters of K. Rogers and R. Diamond's adaptability. These differences in correlation relationships in the groups of "single" and "non-regular" students, allow us to conclude that our hypothesis has been confirmed, namely, the adaptability of the individual and her subjective sense of loneliness are really interrelated, and this relationship is inverse. / Целью исследования является изучение характера взаимосвязи между психологическим одиночеством и адаптивностью у студентов. Объект исследования: психологическое одиночество и адаптация. Предмет исследования: взаимосвязь субъективного ощущения одиночества и адаптивности у студентов. Для эмпирического исследования использовались методики, такие как: Е.Н. Осин и Д.А. Леонтьев «Дифференциальный опросник переживания одиночества», С.Г. Корчагина «Опросник для определения вида одиночества», К. Роджерс, Р. Даймонд «Методика диагностики социально-психологической адаптации». В результате проведенного исследования было выявлено, что преобладающими видами одиночества, в группе испытуемых, являются отчуждающее и диссациированное одиночество; показатель адаптивности для выборки находится в нормальных пределах, без отклонения в сторону низких значений; в группе обозначились 2 подгруппы психологически «одиноких» и «неодиноких» студентов. Достоверные различия между «одинокими» и «неодинокими» студентами по характеристикам адаптивности были выявлены по всем характеристикам социально-психологической адаптации по К.Роджерсу. Их наличие подтвердило нашу гипотезу существования взаимосвязи между субъективным ощущением одиночества и показателями адаптивности. В результате, корреляционного анализа, у «одиноких» и «неодиноких» студентов были выявлены различные корреляционные связи между общим ощущением одиночества и параметрами методики адаптивности К. Роджерса, Р. Даймонда. Эти различия в корреляционных связях в группах «одиноких» и «неодиноких» студентов, позволяют нам сделать вывод, что наша гипотеза подтвердилась, а именно, адаптивность личности и ее субъективное ощущение одиночества действительно взаимосвязаны, и данная связь является обратной.

Объектом исследования явилась дети из семей мигрантов Средней Азии и дети коренных жителей в Екатеринбурге (всего 120 подростков). Предметом исследования уровень выраженности у подростков жизнестойкости, тревожности, адаптивности. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (86 источника) и приложения. Объем магистерской диссертации 131 страниц (включая приложений), на которых размещены 12 рисунков и 34 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируются основная и дополнительные гипотезы, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также этапы проведения исследования, теоретическая и практическая значимость работы. Первая глава включает в себя обзор иностранной и отечественной литературы по теме исследования, описание структуры жизнестойкости, предложенной С. Мадди, характеристику жизнестойкости в подростковом возрасте. Представлены разделы, посвященные к адаптации к иной культурной среде, и психологические особенности подростков-мигрантов в иной культурной среде. Выводы по первой главе представляют собой итоги по изучению теоретического материала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание организации и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: методике тест жизнестойкости С. Мадди в адаптации Д.А. Леонтьева, тест школьной тревожности Б. Филлипса и опросник социально-психологической адаптации Р. Даймонда–К. Роджерса. Также в главе представлены сравнительный, корреляционный анализ результатов исследования. Выводы по главе 2 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. The training of specialists who understand the specific aspects of the country they work with is one of the most important aspects of the country's economic development. According to the "Concept of Long-Term Socio-Economic Development of the Russian Federation until 2020", the government is challenged to place at least five Russian universities in the "Top 100" world ranking, and the number of foreign students studying at the university, as well as the number of international cooperation and exchange programs are among the indicators of success in the global education market. Therefore, studying and solving the problems of adaptation of foreign students in the academic space is undoubtedly becoming relevant in today's world. / Подготовка специалистов, понимающих специфику страны, с которой они работают, является одним из важных условий экономического развития страны. В магистерской диссертации рассматривается мотивация достижения как психологический феномен, история развития представлений о мотивации достижения в отечественной и зарубежной психологии. В работе представлены результаты корреляционного исследования, направленного на выявление психологических коррелятов мотивации достижения на личностно-смысловом уровне. В магистерской диссертации предложена методика локализации образовательной программы «Программная инженерия» для привлечения и адаптации иностранных студентов в Уральском федеральном университете (УрФУ). Актуальность темы определяется потребностями конкретных университетов и УрФУ, в частности, в интернационализации с целью повышения конкурентоспособности и привлечения зарубежных студентов. Объектом исследования является образовательная программа «Программная инженерия», подлежащая переводу на английский язык с учетом специфики преподаваемого предмета. Методологической основой исследования является теория прагматической адаптации Н. Комиссарова. Теоретическая значимость исследования состоит в возможности использования теоретических результатов исследования для локализации других образовательных программ в области компьютерных технологий. Практическая значимость заключается во внесении вклада в реализацию повышения показателей Программ развития и интернационализации УрФУ. Научная новизна работы состоит в проведении специального исследования терминологии дисциплины «Программная инженерия» в композиции с терминами и понятиями из области высшего образования. Основное содержание диссертации раскрывается в главах: «Целесообразность открытия образовательной программы бакалавриата «Программная инженерия» на английском языке», «Локализация образовательной программы «Программная инженерия» для иностранных студентов». В заключение даются выводы, полученные в ходе исследования. Приложения включают в себя примеры локализованных документов. / In the thesis there proposed the method of localization of the “Software Engineering” educational program for attraction and adaptation of foreign students in the Ural Federal University named after the First President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin (UrFU). The relevance of the topic is determined by the needs of specific universities and UrFU, in particular, in internationalization in order to increase competitiveness and attract foreign students. The object of the research is the educational program “Software Engineering” translated into English, taking into account the specifics of the subject being taught. The methodological basis of the research is the N. Komissarov’s theory of pragmatic adaptation. The theoretical significance of the research is due to the possibility of using the theoretical results to localize other educational programs in the field of computer science. The practical significance is due to contribution to the improvement of the indicators of the Program for the Development and Internationalization in UrFU. The scientific novelty of the paper consists in conducting a special research of the terminology of the “Software Engineering” discipline in combination with terms and concepts from the field of higher education. The main content of the thesis is disclosed in the chapters: “Feasibility of Opening “Software Engineering” Educational Program in English”, “Localization of “Software Engineering” Educational Program for Foreign Students”. In conclusion, the research findings are presented. The appendixes include examples of localized documents.

Ускоренные темпы развития логистических и информационных систем, а также повышение уровня конкуренции на рынке грузоперевозок актуализируют разработку новых подходов к ценообразованию предприятий на данном рынке. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка и апробация механизма ценовой адаптации предприятия, функционирующего на рынке автомобильных грузоперевозок. В работе рассматриваются теоретические и прикладные вопросы ценообразования на предприятии. В качестве источников информации использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, статистические данные Федеральной службы государственной статистики, данные бухгалтерской отчетности предприятия ООО «ТК ИСТОК-АвтоТранс» и данные корпоративной статистики по теме исследования. В ходе написания магистерской диссертации был разработан механизм ценовой адаптации предприятия на рынке автомобильных грузоперевозок, предполагающий непрерывный, регулярный процесс ценообразования, состоящий из пяти последовательных этапов установления оптимальной цены на предоставляемые услуги и ориентированный на повышение устойчивости предприятия на рынке, формирование его положительной динамики и рост прибыли. Предложенный механизм ценовой адаптации развивает методические основы анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия автомобильных грузоперевозок и расширяет инструментарий его ценообразования в рыночных условиях. В результате апробации разработанного механизма предприятию ООО «ТК ИСТОК-АвтоТранс» был предложен набор оптимальных уровней цен для различных направлений грузоперевозки, определены направления совершенствования разработанного механизма. / The accelerated pace of logistics and information systems development, as well as increasing competition in the freight market, are making new approaches to the pricing in this market in demand. The purpose of the master thesis is the development and testing of the price adaptation mechanism for the company engaged in automobile cargo transportation. The thesis deals with theoretical and applied issues of pricing process at the enterprise. Educational and research literature, statistical data of the Federal State Statistics Service, accounting data of the “TK ISTOK-AvtoTrans” company, as well as corporate statistics data were used as data for the research. The price adaptation mechanism for the trucking company was developed. The mechanism consists of five consecutive stages, during which the optimal price for the freight service is determined. It is also assumed that the pricing process is constant and continuous which contributes to the sustainability of the enterprise in the market, its positive development and profit growth. The proposed price adaptation mechanism develops the methodological basis for analyzing the financial and economic activities of the automobile cargo transportation enterprise and expands its pricing opportunities. The developed mechanism was tested at the “TK ISTOK-AvtoTrans” enterprise, and a set of optimal prices for various directions of freight transportation was proposed for the company. The thesis also identified areas for improving the developed mechanism.
