Актуальность магистерского исследования детерминирована необходимостью решения на государственном уровне проблемы воспитания патриотизма как основы консолидации общества и укрепления государства. Проблема связана с необходимостью противодействия фальсификации российской истории, разрушению системы традиционно-нравственных ценностей российской молодежи. Достижение данной цели предполагает решение задач совершенствования системы воспитания детей и молодежи, формирования социально активной личности гражданина и патриота. Приоритетным направлением государственной молодежной политики является создание условий для повышения гражданской ответственности за судьбу страны, обеспечение национальной безопасности и устойчивого развития социума. С целью актуализации потенциала молодого поколения необходимо осуществлять поддержку молодежных проектных инициатив. Проектный подход в государственной молодежной политике рассматривается и как образовательная технология и как инструмент воспитательной деятельности. Целью работы является совершенствование технологий военно-патриотического воспитания. Задачи, решенные в диссертации: анализ концепций военно-патриотического воспитания, проблем и перспектив системы военно-патриотического воспитания; изучение потенциала проектной деятельности молодежных организаций и Федерального агентства по делам молодежи «Росмолодежь» в военно-патриотическом воспитании; Разработка социального проекта патриотического воспитания «Бал Героев Отечества». Объект исследования – военно-патриотическое воспитание «Росмолодежи», предмет – проектные технологии военно-патриотического воспитания. Методы исследования: теоретический анализ нормативной, правовой информации и научной литературы по теме патриотического исследования; количественно-качественный анализ проектных инициатив молодежи. Новизной диссертационного исследования является выделение в военно-патриотическом воспитании широкого, социально-педагогического компонента, обеспечивающего глубокое понимание каждым молодым человеком своей роли и места в служении Отечеству, и специфического, в большей степени нацеленного на подготовку к конкретной деятельности, определяемой спецификой военной службы. Актуализация потенциала современной российской молодежи осуществляется в рамках Всероссийского конкурса молодежных проектов и Всероссийской молодежной форумной кампании. Традиционный метод анализа, выявляющий суть проекта, иллюстрирует превалирование проектов военно-патриотического воспитания, разработанных на основе специфического компонента. Более широкий социально-педагогический компонент представлен минимально в выигравших проектах. Представляется перспективным и необходимым разработку проектов более широкой направленности в рамках военно-патриотического воспитания. Теоретические разработки могут быть использованы для научного обоснования программ военно-патриотического воспитания молодежи, подготовки проектных заявок на грантовые конкурсы социально значимых инициатив. Разработанный проект может быть использован для организации культурно-досуговой деятельности как технологии формирования ценностных ориентаций в военно-патриотическом воспитании в разных молодежных группах. / The relevance of the master's study is determined by the need to solve at the state level the problem of the upbringing of patriotism as the basis for the consolidation of society and the strengthening of the state. The problem is related to the need to counter the falsification of Russian history, the destruction of the system of traditional moral values of Russian youth. The priority direction of state youth policy is to create conditions for increasing civil responsibility for the fate of the country, ensuring national security and sustainable development of society. In order to actualize the potential of the young generation, it is necessary to support youth project initiatives. The project approach in state youth policy is considered both as an educational technology and as an instrument of upbringing activity. The aim of the work is to improve the technology of military-patriotic upbringing. Tasks solved in the dissertation: analysis of the concepts of military-patriotic upbringing, problems and prospects of the system of military-patriotic upbringing; the study of the potential of the project activities of youth organizations and the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs "Rosmolodezh" in military-patriotic upbringing; Development of a social project of patriotic upbringing "Ball of Heroes of the Fatherland". The object of study is the military-patriotic upbringing of Rosmolodezh, the subject is the project technology of military-patriotic upbringing Research methods: theoretical analysis of regulatory, legal information and scientific literature on the topic of patriotic research; quantitative and qualitative analysis of youth project initiatives. The novelty of the dissertation research is the allocation in the military-patriotic upbringing of a broad, socio-pedagogical component that provides each young man with a deep understanding of his role and place in serving the Fatherland, and a specific one, more aimed at preparing for a specific activity determined by the specifics of military service. The potential of modern Russian youth is actualized within the framework of the All-Russian contest of youth projects and the All-Russian youth forum campaign. The traditional method of analysis, revealing the essence of the project, illustrates the prevalence of military-patriotic education projects developed on the basis of a specific component. A wider socio-pedagogical component is represented minimally in the winning projects. It seems promising and necessary to develop projects of a broader orientation within the framework of military-patriotic upbringing. Theoretical developments can be used to scientifically substantiate military-patriotic youth upbringing programs, to prepare project applications for grant competitions for socially significant initiatives. The developed project can be used to organize cultural and leisure activities as a technology for the formation of value orientations in military-patriotic upbringing in different youth groups.

В диссертационном исследовании осуществлен анализ англоязычных текстов документов международных организаций с точки зрения структурных, лексико-семантических, функционально-стилистических и дискурсных особенностей, что дало возможность определить документы международных организаций как вид политического текста в системе международно-правовых документов и межкультурной коммуникации. В процессе работы над исследованием автором усовершенствовано определение коммуникативного процесса через призму расширения участников коммуникации и ее трактовки не с позиции персонального актора, а относительно деятельности коллективных акторов в виде государств-участников коммуникативного процесса, целью которого является заключение международной сделки. Автором проведен анализ соотношения текста-дискурса через призму документов международных организаций и установлены взаимообусловленность и взаимозависимость этих элементов, – охарактеризовано употребление специальной лексики в текстах документов международных организаций и определена частотность употребления названий документов в зависимости от конкретных исторических обстоятельств. По итогам проведенного исследования автором было установлено, что: тексты документов международных организаций по своему содержанию являются политическими текстами, а по форме – документами дипломатично-регламентационного характера, являющимися одновременно результатом и средством воплощения политической воли государств для совместного решения проблем международных отношений, так как они создаются в результате политической коммуникации государств и других международных отношений и являются декларацией целей и механизмов деятельности институтов международного сотрудничества. Таким образом, в результате исследования было определено, что тексты документов международных организаций, как цельные единицы характерны для высокого уровня реализации текстовых категорий связности, целостности, информативности и завершенности. / The dissertation research analyzes the English-language texts of documents of international organizations from the point of view of structural, lexical-semantic, functional-stylistic and discourse features, which made it possible to define documents of international organizations as a type of political text in the system of international legal documents and intercultural communication. In the process of working on the study, the author improved the definition of the communication process through the prism of expanding the participants in communication and its interpretation not from the position of a personal actor, but in relation to the activities of collective actors in the form of states participating in the communication process, the purpose of which is to conclude an international deal. The author analyzed the correlation of text-discourse through the prism of documents of international organizations and established the interdependence and interdependence of these elements, characterized the use of special vocabulary in the texts of documents of international organizations and determined the frequency of use of document names depending on specific historical circumstances. Based on the results of the study, the author found that: the texts of documents of international organizations are political texts in their content, and in form they are documents of a diplomatic and regulatory nature, which are both the result and means of embodying the political will of states to jointly solve the problems of international relations, since they are created as a result of political communication of states and other international relations and are a declaration of the goals and mechanisms of the activities of institutions of international cooperation. Thus, as a result of the study, it was determined that the texts of documents of international organizations, as integral units, are characteristic of a high level of implementation of textual categories of coherence, integrity, informativeness and completeness.

В существующей ситуации высокой непредсказуемости и динамичности рыночного окружения эффективная организация производственного и сбытового процесса становится ключевым фактором успешного функционирования и поддержания долгосрочной конкурентоспособности угольных предприятий на внутреннем и международном рынках. Основой повышения эффективности деятельности угольных компаний может стать применение современного экономико-математического инструментария оптимизации планирования производственной и сбытовой деятельности. Основной целью исследования является совершенствование методического инструментария планирования производственно-сбытовой деятельности угольных предприятий для повышения ее эффективности. В работе представлены результаты исследования особенностей производственно-сбытовой деятельности российских угольных предприятий в современных рыночных условиях: выявлены внешние факторы и внутренние ограничения, оказывающие существенное влияние на эффективность их деятельности, проанализированы существующие методы планирования производственно-сбытовой деятельности, а также обозначены возможные пути повышения эффективности. В магистерской диссертации разработан методический поход к оптимизации планирования производственно-сбытовой деятельности угольных предприятий с применением экономико-математических методов и методов оптимизации плановых решений. / In the current situation of high unpredictability and dynamism of the market environment, the effective organization of the production and marketing process becomes a key factor in the successful functioning and maintenance of long-term competitiveness of coal companies in the domestic and international markets. The basis for improving the efficiency of coal companies can be the use of modern economic and mathematical tools for optimizing the planning of production and marketing activities. The main purpose of the study is to improve the methodical tools for planning the production and marketing activities of coal companies in order to increase its efficiency. The paper presents the results of a study of the features of the production and marketing activities of Russian coal companies in modern market conditions: external factors and internal constraints that have a significant impact on the efficiency of their activities are identified, existing methods of planning production and marketing activities are analyzed, and possible ways to improve efficiency are identified. In the master's thesis, a methodical approach to optimizing the planning of production and marketing activities of coal companies was developed using economic and mathematical methods and methods for optimizing planned decisions.

В рамках диссертационной работы была разработана универсальная Программа-схема аудита соответствия требованиям природоохранного законодательства в области обращения с отходами производства и потребления, путем деления деятельности на составляющие ее процессы. Применение предложенной программы-схемы является универсальным инструментом для проведения аудитов деятельности в области обращения с отходами производства и потребления на любом предприятии. Кроме того, позволяет детализировать, проверить и обновить всю необходимую информацию для разработки Проекта нормативов обращения с отходами и лимитов на их размещение. Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью выявления новых путей развития и пополнения средств обучения, направленных на улучшение навыков говорения в обучении английскому языку. Объект исследования – процесс обучения монологической речи на иностранном языке в начальной школе. Предмет исследования – цифровая технология “Digital storytelling” при обучении монологической речи на иностранном языке.
