Цифровизация бизнес-процессов предприятий является одним из перспективных инструментов инновационной деятельности, способствующим решению системных проблем и повышению конкурентоспособности предприятий. Целью магистерской диссертации является исследование подходов к оценке эффективности цифровизации и разработка методики оценки эффективности цифровизации на предприятиях агропромышленного комплекса. В работе изучены методические подходы к оценке результативности и эффективности цифровизации, проведена идентификация понятия «цифровизация», а также проведен анализ цифровой обеспеченности агропромышленных предприятий, взаимосвязей между показателями инновационного и цифрового развития. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, экономико-статистические исследования, нормативно-правовые акты, официальные статистические данные и данные корпоративной статистики. В магистерской диссертации разработана методика оценки эффективности цифровизации на предприятиях агропромышленного комплекса и представлена ее апробация на примере двух агропромышленных предприятий с различным масштабом производства. / Digitalization of business processes of enterprises is one of the promising tools of innovation activity, contributing to solving systemic problems and improving the competitiveness of enterprises. The purpose of the master's thesis is to study approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of digitalization and to develop methods for evaluating the effectiveness of digitalization at agro-industrial enterprises. The paper examines methodical approaches to assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of digitalization, identifies the concept of «digitalization», and analyzes the digital security of agro-industrial enterprises, the relationship between indicators of innovative and digital development. The sources used were educational and methodical and research literature, economic and statistical studies, regulatory legal acts, official statistical data and corporate statistics. The master's thesis developed the methods for evaluating the effectiveness of digitalization at the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex and presented its approbation on the example of two agro-industrial enterprises with different production scales.

Объектом исследования явилась жизнестойкость педагогов, работающих с детьми с ОВЗ и детьми с нормативным развитием. Предметом исследования стали личностные характеристики, проявления жизнестойкости и особенности выбора копинг-стратегий у педагогов, работающих с детьми с ОВЗ и детьми с нормативным развитием. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (119 источников) и приложения, включающего в себя бланки с результатами. Объем магистерской диссертации 143 страницы, на которых размещены 11 рисунков и 43 таблицы. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируются гипотезы, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также этапы проведения исследования, научная новизна, теоретическая и практическая значимость работы. Первая глава включает в себя обзор иностранной и отечественной литературы по теме жизнестойкости педагогов, работающих с разными категориями детей. Представлены разделы, посвященные исследованию психолого-педагогических особенностей педагогов и влияние их личностных характеристик на проявления жизнестойкости. Выводы по первой главе представляют собой итоги по изучению теоретического материала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание организации и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: «Тесту жизнестойкости» С. Мадди, опроснику на определение уровня психического выгорания, в адаптации Н. Е. Водопьяновой, опроснику «Индекс жизненной удовлетворенности», в адаптации Н. В. Паниной, «Опроснику совладания со стрессом», в адаптации Е. И. Рассказовой, Т. О. Гордеевой и Е. Н. Осина, опроснику «Стиль саморегуляции поведения» В. И. Моросановой. Также в главе представлен корреляционный и факторный анализ результатов исследования. Выводы по главе 2 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутым гипотезам, обоснована практическая значимость исследования и описаны возможные перспективы дальнейшей разработки данной проблематики. / The object of the study was the resilience of teachers working with children with disabilities and children with normative development. The subject of the study was personal characteristics, manifestations of resilience and features of the choice of coping strategies among teachers working with children with disabilities and children with normative development. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of references (119 sources) and an appendix, which includes forms with results. The volume of the master's thesis is 143 pages, which contain 11 figures and 43 tables. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, the development of the problem, sets the goal and objectives of the study, defines the object and subject of the study, formulates hypotheses, indicates the methods and empirical base, as well as the stages of the study, scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the work. The first chapter includes a review of foreign and domestic literature on the topic of resilience of teachers working with different categories of children. Sections devoted to the study of the psychological and pedagogical characteristics of teachers and the influence of their personal characteristics on the manifestations of resilience are presented. The conclusions on the first chapter are the results of the study of theoretical material. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It presents a description of the organization and methods of the study and the results obtained by all the methods used: the “Resilience Test” by S. Maddy, the questionnaire for determining the level of mental burnout, adapted by N. E. Vodopyanova, the questionnaire “Index of Life Satisfaction”, adapted N. V. Panina, “Questionnaire for coping with stress”, adapted by E. I. Rasskazova, T. O. Gordeeva and E. N. Aspen, questionnaire “Style of self-regulation of behavior” by V. I. Morosanova. The chapter also presents a correlation and factor analysis of the results of the study. Chapter 2's conclusions include the main findings of the empirical study. In conclusion, the results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses put forward, are summarized, the practical significance of the study is substantiated, and possible prospects for further development of this issue are described.

В диссертации были изучены особенности применения цифровых сервисов по управлению научной деятельностью образовательной организации. Рассмотрены возможности архитектурного подхода в разработке сервиса по управлению научной деятельностью. Осуществлен анализ текущего состояния научной деятельности ГОУ ВПО «Донецкого национального университета». Построена полная модель архитектуры ГОУ ВПО «Донецкий национальный университет». Разработан цифровой сервис «Scientific and information portal» с использованием веб-ориентированной среды Oracle APEX. Разработана и реализована имитационная модель управления затратами при внедрении цифрового сервиса в управление научной деятельностью образовательной организации. / In the dissertation, the features of the use of digital services for the management of scientific activities of an educational organization were studied. The possibilities of an architectural approach in the development of a service for the management of scientific activities are considered. The analysis of the current state of scientific activity of the Donetsk National University is carried out. A complete model of the architecture of the State Educational Institution of Higher Education "Donetsk National University" has been built. The digital service "Scientific and information portal" has been developed using the Oracle APEX web-oriented environment. A simulation model of cost management has been developed and implemented when implementing a digital service in the management of scientific activities of an educational organization.

Была рассмотрена инновационная деятельность технологических процессов на угледобывающих предприятиях, построена полная модель архитектуры деятельности угледобывающего предприятия ГП «Шахта Комсомолец Донбасса», отражающая полный анализ деятельности предприятия с теоретической и практической точки зрения данных. Разработана система мониторинга, с помощью использования данной системы диспетчер сможет контролировать отслеживания всех процессов, связанные с образованием метана, которые будут происходить в шахте для своевременного обнаружения большого количества газа на участках и его устранения. Разработана имитационная модель управления угледобывающего предприятия ГП «Шахта Комсомолец Донбасса», позволяющая проводить анализ эффективности предприятия, предопределять результаты других показателей деятельности компании, отражать конечные результаты, а также осуществлять прогноз и планирование на основе различных сценариев. / The innovative activity of technological processes at coal-mining enterprises was considered, a complete model of the architecture of the activity of the coal-mining enterprise SE Komsomolets Donbassa Mine was built, reflecting a complete analysis of the enterprise's activities from a theoretical and practical data point of view. A monitoring system has been developed, using this system, the dispatcher will be able to monitor the tracking of all processes associated with the formation of methane that will occur in the mine for the timely detection of large amounts of gas in the areas and its elimination. A simulation model for the management of a coal mining enterprise SE "Komsomolets Donbassa Mine" has been developed, which makes it possible to analyze the effectiveness of the enterprise, predetermine the results of other indicators of the company's performance, reflect the final results, and also carry out forecasting and planning based on various scenarios.

Развитие мировой экономики за последние время сопровождается стремительным развитием технологий. Инновации становятся важным инструментом в конкурентной борьбе. Дополнительным фактором развития инновационной деятельности в РФ выступает уход многих иностранных компаний и потеря доступа к современны технологиям. При этом, непрерывный поиск и внедрение новшеств, способствующих повышению конкурентоспособности невозможны без активного участия работников в инновационной деятельности. В этих условиях управление инновационной деятельностью становится одним из приоритетных направлений развития предприятий. Цель разработка методического подхода к управлению вовлеченностью персонала в инновационную деятельность промышленного предприятия. / The development of the world economy in recent years has been accompanied by the rapid development of technology. Innovation is becoming an important tool in the competitive struggle. An additional factor in the development of innovation activity in the Russian Federation is the departure of many foreign companies and the loss of access to modern technologies. At the same time, continuous search and implementation of innovations that contribute to improving competitiveness is impossible without the active participation of employees in innovation activities. In these conditions, innovation management becomes one of the priority directions of enterprise development. The purpose is to develop a methodological approach to managing the involvement of personnel in the innovative activities of an industrial enterprise.

Целью работы является развитие методических основ анализа и оценки инновационной активности промышленного предприятия. В качестве механизма оценки предложен усовершенствованный метод, состоящий из семи этапов. Разработанный метод оценки инновационной активности промышленного предприятия позволяет отслеживать его инновационное развитие и, используя полученные выводы и рекомендации, корректировать мероприятия, нацеленные на внедрение передовых инновационных стратегий развития с учетом текущего состоянии компании и ее финансового положения и деятельности в рамках рынка. / The aim of the work is to develop the methodological foundations for the analysis and evaluation of the innovative activity of an industrial enterprise. An improved method consisting of seven stages is proposed as an evaluation mechanism. The developed method for assessing the innovative activity of an industrial enterprise makes it possible to monitor its innovative development and, using the findings and recommendations obtained, adjust measures aimed at introducing advanced innovative development strategies, taking into account the current state of the company and its financial position and activities within the market.

В данной диссертации исследуется проблема формирования фонетических навыков английского языка у китайских студентов, обучающихся по направлению «Лингвистика». Первая глава посвящена теоретическим основам формирования фонетических навыков английского языка у китайских студентов. В ней рассматриваются проблемы адаптации студентов из КНР в новой образовательной среде; изучаются национально-психологические особенности китайских студентов; анализируются основные виды речевой деятельности, а также рассматривается фонетика как один из важнейших языковых аспектов. Вторая глава посвящена практическим вопросам формирования фонетических навыков английского языка у китайских студентов. В ней рассмотрены фонетические системы английского и китайского языков; изучены методики преподавания фонетики в образовательных учреждениях Китая; разработан комплекс упражнений по формированию фонетических навыков английского языка у китайских студентов направления «Лингвистика», апробированный на студентах первого курса и предложены рекомендации по преодолению трудностей, связанных с проблемами обучения английской фонетики китайских студентов. / This dissertation examines the problem of the formation of phonetic skills of the English language among Chinese students studying at the "Linguistics" department. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical foundations of the formation of the phonetic skills of the English language among Chinese students. It deals with the problems of adaptation of students from China in the new educational environment; the national psychological characteristics of Chinese students are studied; the main types of speech activity are analyzed, and phonetics is considered as one of the most important linguistic aspects. The second chapter is devoted to the practical issues of the formation of the phonetic skills of the English language among Chinese students. It considers the phonetic systems of English and Chinese; the methods of teaching phonetics in educational institutions of China were studied; a set of exercises on the formation of phonetic skills of the English language among Chinese students of the direction "Linguistics" was developed, tested on first-year students, and recommendations were proposed for overcoming the difficulties associated with the problems of teaching English phonetics to Chinese students. В статье анализируется необходимость формирования осознанного отношения у молодежи к смерти. Было выяснено, что сегодня молодёжь живёт в благополучной среде и в основном довольна жизнью, но есть факторы, провоцирующие рост риска суицидального поведения. Результатом представляется проект «Развитие осознанного отношения к смерти у молодёжи». / The article analyzes the necessity of forming an informed attitude to death among young people. It was found out that today young people live in a prosperous environment and are mostly satisfied with life, but there are factors provoking the growth of risk of suicidal behavior. The result is the project "Development of conscious attitude to death in youth".

В основе подхода – динамический анализ ключевых факторов операционной деятельности, проведение корреляционно-регрессионного анализа между операционными параметрами и показателями эффективности, а также расчет интегрального показателя. Разработанный методический подход к оценке операционной деятельности телекоммуникационной компании позволяет повысить точность расчетов, объективность комплексной оценки и оценить эффективность операционной деятельности. / The aim of the work is to develop a new pricing mechanism at woodworking enterprises. The mechanism is based on the calculation and further accounting in the pricing process of the waste coefficient, which characterizes the volume of waste in the sawmill, depending on such parameters of the final product as the thickness and width of lumber. The developed pricing mechanism makes it possible to more accurately determine the cost of production, form favorable offers to counterparties and concentrate the efforts of sales managers on the most profitable positions of the assortment.

Разработаны методические рекомендации по совершенствованию системы материально-технического снабжения металлургического предприятия на основе цифровизации логистических процессов, включающие формирование модели интегрированной системы закупок для предприятия, основанной на синтезе технологий и их слиянии в единую цифровую систему с качественно новыми функциональными возможностями. / The main goal of the work is to increase the efficiency of a metallurgical enterprise based on the digitalization of logistics processes in the material and technical supply system. Methodological recommendations have been developed for improving the material and technical supply system of a metallurgical enterprise based on the digitalization of logistics processes, including the formation of a model of an integrated procurement system for the enterprise, based on the synthesis of technologies and their merging into a single digital system with qualitatively new functionality.
