В диссертации рассмотрены теоретические аспекты и практические возможности внедрения инновационных технологий в процесс обучения старшеклассников в рамках инженерной школы. Исследован уровень мотивации старшеклассников к поступлению в технические вузы. На основе проведенного исследования, выявлена потребность в формировании устойчивого профессионального интереса старшеклассников к освоению технической специальности для последующей успешной карьеры в производственной сфере. Разработан проект по созданию инженерной школы как наиболее эффективной инновационной формы профильного обучения и профессиональной ориентации старшеклассников. / The dissertation examines the theoretical aspects and practical possibilities of introducing innovative technologies in the process of teaching high school students in the engineering school. The level of motivation of high school students to enter technical universities is studied. Based on the conducted research, the need for the formation of a stable professional interest of high school students in the development of a technical specialty for a subsequent successful career in the industrial sphere is revealed. A project has been developed to create an engineering school as the most effective innovative form of specialized training and professional orientation for high school students.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена мало изученной проблеме – эволюции психологического триллера как продукта аудиовизуального творчества. Работа состоит из Введения, трех глав, Заключения, Списка использованных источников и Приложения. Достоинством диссертации в теоретическом аспекте является анализ аудиовизуального творчества как структуры социально-культурной деятельности и аудиовизуальной основы кинообраза как специфики его психологического воздействия. В работе проведено научное исследование феномена психологического триллера в кино и его трансформация в эпоху постмодерна и в условиях современной массовой культуры XXI века. В современной науке эта тема практически не изучена, что заслуживает особого внимания. Интерес представляет и практическая составляющая магистерской диссертации, связанная с разработкой хронологического сайта «Психологический триллер в кино», включающего выбор платформы для размещения сайта, разработку общего дизайн-решения сайта, создания основной части сайта и «словаря» сайта. / The master's thesis is devoted to a little-studied problem – the evolution of a psychological thriller as a product of audiovisual creativity. The work consists of an Introduction, three chapters, a Conclusion, a List of References and an Appendix. The merit of the dissertation in the theoretical aspect is the analysis of audiovisual creativity as a structure of social and cultural activity and the audiovisual basis of the film image as the specificity of its psychological impact. The work carried out a scientific study of the phenomenon of psychological thriller in cinema and its transformation in the postmodern era and in the conditions of modern mass culture of the XXI century. In modern science, this topic is practically not studied, which deserves special attention. Of interest is the practical component of the master's thesis related to the development of a chronological site "Psychological Thriller in Cinema", including the choice of a platform for hosting the site, the development of a general design solution for the site, the creation of the main part of the site and the "dictionary" of the site.

Актуальность темы: в современных условиях пандемии и сложившейся напряженной конкурентной борьбы возросла роль стратегического планирования, которое определяет жизнеспособность и стабильность работы предприятия. Цель – разработка методического подхода и практического инструментария для реализации антикризисной стратегии компании на основе стратегии «голубого океана» с применением технологий проектного управления. Задачи: изучить теоретические аспекты базовых стратегий вывода компании из кризиса и проектных технологий в реализации стратегии; проанализировать внешнюю и внутреннюю среды компании и обосновать необходимость перехода к стратегии «голубого океана»; разработать проект по внедрению антикризисной стратегии компании и сделать рекомендации по снижению рисков проекта. Научная новизна работы заключается в дополнении существующих антикризисных маркетинговых стратегий стратегией «голубого океана»; адаптации стратегии «голубого океана» в качестве антикризисной стратегии фирмы; совершенствовании методики внедрения стратегии «голубого океана» за счет применения технологий проектного управления. Предложенная совокупность методов является основой разработки и процесса внедрения антикризисной стратегии ИП Карамышева С.В. Также предложенные методы могут быть применимы компаниями, которые находятся в поиске возможностей роста, желающих повышать ценность своих товаров и услуг для потребителей, избегая прямой конкурентной борьбы. В результате решения поставленных задач были получены следующие выводы: В качестве альтернативной антикризисной маркетинговой стратегии была рассмотрена стратегия «голубого океана» и аналитический инструментарий, необходимый для разработки стратегии: как стратегическая канва, модель четырех действий, решетка «упразднить – снизить – повысить – создать». Основываясь на основных ценностях потребителей, была определена необходимость в создании продукта, отличающегося красочным и привлекательным внешним видом и натуральным составом без использования синтетических добавок. Выбранная стратегия «голубого океана» позволяет вывести предприятие из кризисного положения путем реконструирования границ рынка, а также дает возможность компании осуществлять рыночную деятельность, уклоняясь от дорогостоящей прямой конкурентной борьбы. А использование технологий проектного управления при разработке антикризисной стратегии – осуществлять процесс внедрения и разработки одномоментно, что крайне необходимо в условиях кризиса. В рамках данной магистерской диссертации на основании создания новой стратегии компании были даны рекомендации по реконструкции границ рынка, заключающиеся в открытии нового целевого сегмента рынка, изменении функциональной и эмоциональной привлекательности продукта для потребителей, а также расширению каналов распределения продукта. / Relevance of the topic: in modern conditions of a pandemic and the current intense competition, the role of strategic planning determines the stability and stability of the enterprise. And the use of project management technologies in the development of an anti-crisis strategy is to carry out the process of implementation and development at the same time, which is extremely necessary in a crisis. Within the framework of this master's thesis, based on the creation of a new company strategy, recommendations were given for the reconstruction of the market boundaries, which consists in opening a new target market segment, changing the functional and emotional attractiveness of the product for consumers, as well as expanding the product distribution channels.

В работе исследуется работа книжных магазинов России и Европы. Деятельность магазинов рассматривается с социокультурной точки зрения. В диссертации проводится анализ крупных книжных сетей России, Германии и Польши, а также маленьких независимых магазинов в тех же странах по специальным параметрам. Кроме того, в работе рассмотрен мировой опыт функционирования книжных магазинов. На основе анализа выявлен ряд важнейших факторов, которые влияют на успешность работы книжного магазина, а также в целом на культурную ситуацию в городе и стране, где расположен книжный магазин. / The paper examines the work of bookstores in Russia and Europe. The activity of stores is considered from a socio-cultural point of view. The dissertation analyzes large book chains in Russia, Germany and Poland, as well as small independent stores in the same countries by special parameters. In addition, the paper considers the world experience of the functioning of bookstores. Based on the analysis, a number of important factors that affect the success of the bookstore, as well as the overall cultural situation in the city and country where the bookstore is located, are identified.

Объектом исследования явилась учебная мотивация студентов. Предметом исследования стало влияние смешанной и дистанционной форм обучения на учебную мотивацию. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (84 источников) и 3 приложения, включающие в себя бланки применявшихся методик, а также полные таблицы исследования. Объем магистерской диссертации 87 страница, на которых размещены 1 рисунок и 9 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируется основная гипотеза, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также этапы проведения исследования, научная новизна, теоретическая и практическая значимость работы. Первая глава включает в себя обзор иностранной и отечественной литературы по теме учебной мотивации студентов. Представлены разделы, посвященные исследованию понятия учебной мотивации, ее структуры, факторов и современных подходов. А также рассматривается влияние вынужденного дистанционного обучения на учебную мотивацию студентов в условиях распространения COVID-19. Выводы по первой главе представляют собой итоги по изучению теоретического материала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание организации и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: Опроснику учебной мотивации (EMI), разработанному на кафедре педагогики и психологии образования УрФУ , методике для диагностики учебной мотивации студентов (А.А. Реан и В.А. Якунин, модификация Н.Ц. Бадмаевой), методике для диагностики учебной мотивации студентов, методике изучения мотивации в вузе Т. Ильиной, опроснику имплицитных теорий интеллекта и личности К. Двек – Т.В. Корниловой , опроснику мотивации достижения Х. Шулера (AMI, 2004) в адаптации Виндекер О.С., опроснику формально-динамических свойств индивидуальности В.М. Русалова. Также в главе представлен сравнительный, корреляционный анализ результатов исследования, и определялась мера влияния. Выводы по главе 2 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутой гипотезе, обоснована практическая значимость исследования и описаны возможные перспективы дальнейшей разработки данной проблематики. / The object matter of the study is the educational motivation of students. The subject of the study is the influence of blended and distance learning on learning motivation. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of literature (84 sources) and an 3 appendix, which includes the forms of the applied methodologies and as well as full study tables. The volume of the master's thesis is 87 pages, on which are placed 1 figure and 9 tables. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, the development of the problematics, the purpose and objectives of the research are set, the object and the subject of research are determined, the basic hypothesis is formulated, the methods and the empirical base are specified, as well as the stages of the research, the scientific novelty, the theoretical and practical significance of the work. The first chapter includes an overview of the domestic and foreign literature on the subject of educational motivation of students. The sections devoted to the study of the concept of educational motivation, its structure, factors and modern approaches are presented. It also examines the impact of forced distance learning on the learning motivation of students in the context of the spread of COVID-19. Conclusions on the first chapter are the results of the study of theoretical material. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It provides a description of the organization and methods of the study and the results obtained using all the methods used: Questionnaire for educational motivation (EMI), developed at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Education of the Ural Federal University, Methods for diagnosing students' educational motivation (A.A. Rean and V.A. Yakunin, modified by N.Ts. Badmaeva), Methods for diagnosing students' educational motivation, methods study of motivation at the university T. Ilina, Questionnaire of implicit theories of intelligence and personality K. Dwek - T.V. Kornilova, H. Schuler's Achievement Motivation Questionnaire (AMI, 2004) adapted by Windeker O.S., Questionnaire of formal-dynamic properties of individuality V.M. Rusalova. Also, the chapter presents a comparative, correlation analysis of the results of the study, and the measure of influence was determined. The findings of Chapter 2 are the main results of the empirical study. In conclusion, brief results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work are presented, as well as conclusions on the hypothesis. The practical significance of the study is substantiated and possible prospects for further development of the problematics are described.

Объектом структурные и динамические особенности эмоционального выгорания и характеристики эмоционального интеллекта у женщин-инструкторов в сфере фитнеса. Предметом взаимосвязь между структурными и динамическими характеристиками синдрома выгорания у женщин-инструкторов в сфере фитнеса и структурными особенности эмоционального интеллекта, коммуникативных и организаторских склонностей. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы (62 источников) и приложения, включающего в себя бланк анкеты и таблицы с полученными статистическими данными. Объем магистерской диссертации 90 страниц, на которых размещены 13 рисунков и 11 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируется основная гипотеза исследования, практическая и теоретическая ценность работы, научная новизна, а также указываются методы исследования. Первая глава включает в себя обзор иностранной и отечественной литературы по теме эмоционального выгорания, эмоционального интеллекта и коммуникативных особенностей. Boyko, the methodology "EQ" by N. Hall, the methodology for diagnosing emotional intelligence "MEI" by M. A. Manoilova, the questionnaire "Communicative and organizational inclinations" by V. V. Sinyakovsky and V. A. Fedoroshina. The chapter also presents a correlation analysis of the results of the study. The conclusions of Chapter 3 include the main results of an empirical study. In conclusion, the results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work are summarized, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses put forward, the practical significance of the study is substantiated and possible prospects for further development of this problem are described.

Исходя из актуальности, что управленческая деятельность всегда связана с риском, целью выпускной квалификационной работы была выбрана разработка информационной системы для управления рисками в организации Электро+. В соответствии с целью и темой работы, были поставлены следующие задачи: провести анализ тематической научно-методической литературы; описать деятельность организации Электро+; провести квалификацию возможных рисков; создать системы учета событий реализации рисков; спроектировать базу данных учета рисков; установить предложения по дальнейшему использованию базы данных для управления рисками. Как результат были выдвинуты предложения по дальнейшему использованию базы данных для противодействия рискам. А также представлены предложения по дальнейшей интеграции в информационную систему компании OZON. / Based on the relevance that managerial activity is always associated with risk, the purpose of the final qualification work was chosen to develop an information system for risk management in the Electro+ organization. In accordance with the purpose and topic of the work, the following tasks were set: to analyze the thematic scientific and methodological literature; to describe the activities of the Electro+ organization; to qualify possible risks; to create systems for recording events of risk realization; to design a database of risk accounting; establish proposals for further use of the database for risk management. As a result, proposals were put forward for the further use of the database to counteract risks. Proposals for further integration into the OZON information system are also presented.

The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for the improvement of methods and organization of enterprise logistics support system. The theoretical bases of the procurement activities of industrial enterprises were surveyed in this work; the practice of procurement management on the example of OJSC Sinara Pipe Plant was investigated; shortcomings and weak points in the theoretical, methodological and organizational framework of the logistics support were revealed; recommendations to improve the efficiency of supply by necessary materials and resources for enterprise were developed. Organizational and methodical ways to improve the enterprise logistics support system were proposed:  a way of improving the system of classification of resources on the most significant economic and technical characteristics and classification system for their storage were offered;  the changing of the supply department organizational structure was offered to improve its efficiency: the introduction of a new post of specialist in the nomenclature of used material resources to ensure uniqueness in the naming and classification of resources;  a method of suppliers rating was developed;  the technique of identifying illiquid stocks, reducing their level and to prevent further accumulation was developed. / Цель работы заключается в разработке рекомендаций по совершенствованию методов и организации обеспечения материально-технического снабжения предприятия. В работе раскрыты теоретические основы закупочной деятельности промышленного предприятия; исследована практика организации закупочной деятельности на примере ОАО СинТЗ; выявлены недостатки и проблемные места в теоретических, методических и организационных основах материально-технического обеспечения предприятия; разработаны рекомендации, направленные на повышение эффективности процесса снабжения предприятия необходимыми материалами и ресурсами. Предложены организационные и методические пути совершенствования системы снабжения предприятия:  предложен путь усовершенствования системы классификации ресурсов по наиболее значимым экономическим и техническим классификационным признакам и системы их складирования;  предложено изменение организационной структуры отдела снабжения для повышения эффективности его работы: введение новой должности специалиста по номенклатуре используемых материальных ресурсов с целью обеспечения однозначности в наименовании и классифицировании ресурсов;  разработана методика рейтинговой оценки поставщиков;  предложена методика выявления неликвидных запасов, снижения их уровня и предотвращения их дальнейшего накопления

At the same time, the activities of this body are not as effective as modern realities require. Protocol of amendments to the said Convention in October 2018. The purpose of this master's thesis is to explore the management of personal data processing activities and formulate recommendations for its improvement. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks: get acquainted with the theoretical foundations of the processing of personal data; to compile a characteristic of Roskomnadzor as a state body and business entity using the example of the Roskomnadzor Office in the Urals Federal District; to analyze the results of Roskomnadzor's activities in the field of personal data; develop recommendations for improving the activities of Roskomnadzor in the field of personal data. The studies carried out allowed the formation of a number of measures to improve the activities of Roskomnadzor in protecting the rights of personal data subjects. The significance of the developed measures is characterized by an increase in the effectiveness of the fight against offenses in all spheres of society. / Магистерская работа состоит из 74 листа, использовано 59 библиографических источников. Актуальность темы исследование. Деятельность Роскомнадзора по защите прав субъектов персональных данных, с увеличением влияния информационных технологий на все сферы жизни общества важна как никогда. При этом, деятельность этого органа не так эффективна, как того требуют современные реалии. Протокола изменений к упомянутой Конвенции в октябре 2018 года. Цель данной магистерской диссертации – исследовать управление деятельностью по обработке персональных данных и сформировать рекомендации по её совершенствованию. Для достижения поставленной цели необходимо решить следующие задачи: ознакомиться с теоретическими основами обработки персональных данных; составить характеристику Роскомнадзора как государственного органа и хозяйствующего субъекта на примере Управления Роскомнадзора по Уральскому федеральному округу; провести анализ результатов деятельности Роскомнадзора в области персональных данных; разработать рекомендации по совершенствованию деятельности Роскомнадзора в сфере персональных данных. Проведенные исследования позволили сформировать ряд мероприятий по совершенствованию деятельности Роскомнадзора по защите прав субъектов персональных данных. Значимость разработанных мероприятий характеризуется повышением эффективности борьбы с правонарушениями во всех сферах жизни общества.

В диссертации рассматриваются механизмы перепроектирования деятельности таможенного поста в условиях особой экономической зоны. Применение метода организационного моделирования и функционального анализа позволило автору разработать новую организационную архитектуру Верхнесалдинского таможенного поста в условиях особой экономической зоны «Титановая долина». Реализация проекта реорганизации Верхнесалдинского таможенного поста оптимизирует управленческие процессы таможенной деятельности и ставит управление самой особой эконмической зоны на более высокий уровень реализации региональных инвестиционных проектов. / The thesis deals with mechanisms of re-projecting a customs office within the special economic zone. The author develops new organizational architecture for Vyerkhnyaya Salda customs office within the Titan Valley special economic zone, applying the methods of organizational modelling and functional analysis. Realizing the reorganizational project for Vyerkhnyaya Salda customs office optimizes the administrative process in the customs activity and brings up the special economic zone administration to a higher level of realizing the regional investment projects.
