Экстремисты стремятся расколоть общество и погрузить его в гражданскую войну. Для того, чтобы обезопасить общество необходимо не только бороться с конкретными экстремистскими и террористическими группировками, но и с идеями, которыми они вдохновляют других. До тех пор, пока будут распространяться экстремистские настроения, смертники по всему миру будут вдохновляться на совершение новых преступлений. В связи с этим необходимо четко выяснить существующие меры противодействия этим явлениям и разработать недостающие методы для профилактики и преодоления возникающих угроз. / The relevance of the topic is due to the threat of extremist and terrorist crimes, both for individual States and for the world community as a whole. In the master's thesis, an analysis was made of the activity of the enterprise, the possibility of using a tractor- transport unit in the construction of roads was considered, the construction of a transport bogies for semi trailers was proposed, and the maneuverability indicators of a motor train were determined. / Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка теоретических и практических методов повышения эффективности работы транспортных средств предприятия и обеспечение развития качества работы эксплуатационной службы. Практическое значение работы заключается в применении методик и расчетов для повышения эффективности работы эксплуатационной и обслуживающей службы предприятия ООО «Жасмин». Внедрение результатов работы на предприятии позволит повысить эффективность использования подвижного состава за счет рационального его использования, а также снизить материальные затраты на транспортные работы. В магистерской диссертации проведен анализ деятельности предприятия, рассмотрена возможность применения тракторно-транспортного агрегата при строительстве автомобильных дорог, предложена конструкция подкатной тележки для полуприцепа, а также определены показатели маневренности автотракторного поезда.

Основными методами проведения исследования стали анализ документов, опрос, экспертное интервью и методы проектирования – сетевое, ресурсное календарное планирование. В процессе исследований был произведен анализ лучших практик организации проектной деятельности в муниципальных образованиях Российской Федерации, выделены особенности организации проектной деятельности в монопрофильных муниципальных образованиях, дана характеристика проектной деятельности в органах местного самоуправления городского округа Краснотурьинск. Результатом работы стали рекомендации по совершенствованию проектной деятельности в монопрофильном муниципальном образовании «городской округ Краснотурьинск» и проект по организации проектного офиса в городском округе Краснотурьинск. / As part of the study, an analysis of the best practices of organizing project activities in the municipalities of the Russian Federation was carried out, the features of the organization of project activities in single-industry municipalities were highlighted, and the characteristics of project activities in local self-government bodies of the urban district of Krasnoturinsk were given. В диссертации рассмотрены теоретические аспекты и практические возможности внедрения инновационных технологий в процесс обучения старшеклассников в рамках инженерной школы. Исследован уровень мотивации старшеклассников к поступлению в технические вузы. На основе проведенного исследования, выявлена потребность в формировании устойчивого профессионального интереса старшеклассников к освоению технической специальности для последующей успешной карьеры в производственной сфере. Разработан проект по созданию инженерной школы как наиболее эффективной инновационной формы профильного обучения и профессиональной ориентации старшеклассников. / The dissertation examines the theoretical aspects and practical possibilities of introducing innovative technologies in the process of teaching high school students in the engineering school. The level of motivation of high school students to enter technical universities is studied. Based on the conducted research, the need for the formation of a stable professional interest of high school students in the development of a technical specialty for a subsequent successful career in the industrial sphere is revealed. A project has been developed to create an engineering school as the most effective innovative form of specialized training and professional orientation for high school students.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена мало изученной проблеме – эволюции психологического триллера как продукта аудиовизуального творчества. Работа состоит из Введения, трех глав, Заключения, Списка использованных источников и Приложения. Достоинством диссертации в теоретическом аспекте является анализ аудиовизуального творчества как структуры социально-культурной деятельности и аудиовизуальной основы кинообраза как специфики его психологического воздействия. В работе проведено научное исследование феномена психологического триллера в кино и его трансформация в эпоху постмодерна и в условиях современной массовой культуры XXI века. В современной науке эта тема практически не изучена, что заслуживает особого внимания. Интерес представляет и практическая составляющая магистерской диссертации, связанная с разработкой хронологического сайта «Психологический триллер в кино», включающего выбор платформы для размещения сайта, разработку общего дизайн-решения сайта, создания основной части сайта и «словаря» сайта. / The master's thesis is devoted to a little-studied problem – the evolution of a psychological thriller as a product of audiovisual creativity. The merit of the dissertation in the theoretical aspect is the analysis of audiovisual creativity as a structure of social and cultural activity and the audiovisual basis of the film image as the specificity of its psychological impact. The work carried out a scientific study of the phenomenon of psychological thriller in cinema and its transformation in the postmodern era and in the conditions of modern mass culture of the XXI century. In modern science, this topic is practically not studied, which deserves special attention. Of interest is the practical component of the master's thesis related to the development of a chronological site "Psychological Thriller in Cinema", including the choice of a platform for hosting the site, the development of a general design solution for the site, the creation of the main part of the site and the "dictionary" of the site.

Актуальность темы: в современных условиях пандемии и сложившейся напряженной конкурентной борьбы возросла роль стратегического планирования, которое определяет жизнеспособность и стабильность работы предприятия. Цель – разработка методического подхода и практического инструментария для реализации антикризисной стратегии компании на основе стратегии «голубого океана» с применением технологий проектного управления. Задачи: изучить теоретические аспекты базовых стратегий вывода компании из кризиса и проектных технологий в реализации стратегии; проанализировать внешнюю и внутреннюю среды компании и обосновать необходимость перехода к стратегии «голубого океана»; разработать проект по внедрению антикризисной стратегии компании и сделать рекомендации по снижению рисков проекта. Научная новизна работы заключается в дополнении существующих антикризисных маркетинговых стратегий стратегией «голубого океана»; адаптации стратегии «голубого океана» в качестве антикризисной стратегии фирмы; совершенствовании методики внедрения стратегии «голубого океана» за счет применения технологий проектного управления. Предложенная совокупность методов является основой разработки и процесса внедрения антикризисной стратегии ИП Карамышева С.В. Также предложенные методы могут быть применимы компаниями, которые находятся в поиске возможностей роста, желающих повышать ценность своих товаров и услуг для потребителей, избегая прямой конкурентной борьбы. В результате решения поставленных задач были получены следующие выводы: В качестве альтернативной антикризисной маркетинговой стратегии была рассмотрена стратегия «голубого океана» и аналитический инструментарий, необходимый для разработки стратегии: как стратегическая канва, модель четырех действий, решетка «упразднить – снизить – повысить – создать». Основываясь на основных ценностях потребителей, была определена необходимость в создании продукта, отличающегося красочным и привлекательным внешним видом и натуральным составом без использования синтетических добавок. Выбранная стратегия «голубого океана» позволяет вывести предприятие из кризисного положения путем реконструирования границ рынка, а также дает возможность компании осуществлять рыночную деятельность, уклоняясь от дорогостоящей прямой конкурентной борьбы. А использование технологий проектного управления при разработке антикризисной стратегии – осуществлять процесс внедрения и разработки одномоментно, что крайне необходимо в условиях кризиса. В рамках данной магистерской диссертации на основании создания новой стратегии компании были даны рекомендации по реконструкции границ рынка, заключающиеся в открытии нового целевого сегмента рынка, изменении функциональной и эмоциональной привлекательности продукта для потребителей, а также расширению каналов распределения продукта. / Relevance of the topic: in modern conditions of a pandemic and the current intense competition, the role of strategic planning determines the stability and stability of the enterprise. Within the framework of this master's thesis, based on the creation of a new company strategy, recommendations were given for the reconstruction of the market boundaries, which consists in opening a new target market segment, changing the functional and emotional attractiveness of the product for consumers, as well as expanding the product distribution channels.

В диссертации проводится анализ крупных книжных сетей России, Германии и Польши, а также маленьких независимых магазинов в тех же странах по специальным параметрам. Кроме того, в работе рассмотрен мировой опыт функционирования книжных магазинов. На основе анализа выявлен ряд важнейших факторов, которые влияют на успешность работы книжного магазина, а также в целом на культурную ситуацию в городе и стране, где расположен книжный магазин. / The paper examines the work of bookstores in Russia and Europe. The activity of stores is considered from a socio-cultural point of view. The dissertation analyzes large book chains in Russia, Germany and Poland, as well as small independent stores in the same countries by special parameters. In addition, the paper considers the world experience of the functioning of bookstores. Based on the analysis, a number of important factors that affect the success of the bookstore, as well as the overall cultural situation in the city and country where the bookstore is located, are identified.

Объектом исследования явилась учебная мотивация студентов. Предметом исследования стало влияние смешанной и дистанционной форм обучения на учебную мотивацию. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (84 источников) и 3 приложения, включающие в себя бланки применявшихся методик, а также полные таблицы исследования. Объем магистерской диссертации 87 страница, на которых размещены 1 рисунок и 9 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируется основная гипотеза, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также этапы проведения исследования, научная новизна, теоретическая и практическая значимость работы. Первая глава включает в себя обзор иностранной и отечественной литературы по теме учебной мотивации студентов. Представлены разделы, посвященные исследованию понятия учебной мотивации, ее структуры, факторов и современных подходов. А также рассматривается влияние вынужденного дистанционного обучения на учебную мотивацию студентов в условиях распространения COVID-19. Выводы по первой главе представляют собой итоги по изучению теоретического материала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание организации и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: Опроснику учебной мотивации (EMI), разработанному на кафедре педагогики и психологии образования УрФУ , методике для диагностики учебной мотивации студентов (А.А. Реан и В.А. Якунин, модификация Н.Ц. Бадмаевой), методике для диагностики учебной мотивации студентов, методике изучения мотивации в вузе Т. Ильиной, опроснику имплицитных теорий интеллекта и личности К. Двек – Т.В. Корниловой , опроснику мотивации достижения Х. Шулера (AMI, 2004) в адаптации Виндекер О.С., опроснику формально-динамических свойств индивидуальности В.М. Русалова. Также в главе представлен сравнительный, корреляционный анализ результатов исследования, и определялась мера влияния. Выводы по главе 2 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутой гипотезе, обоснована практическая значимость исследования и описаны возможные перспективы дальнейшей разработки данной проблематики. / The object matter of the study is the educational motivation of students. The subject of the study is the influence of blended and distance learning on learning motivation. It also examines the impact of forced distance learning on the learning motivation of students in the context of the spread of COVID-19. Conclusions on the first chapter are the results of the study of theoretical material. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It provides a description of the organization and methods of the study and the results obtained using all the methods used: Questionnaire for educational motivation (EMI), developed at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Education of the Ural Federal University, Methods for diagnosing students' educational motivation (A.A. Rean and V.A. Yakunin, modified by N.Ts. Badmaeva), Methods for diagnosing students' educational motivation, methods study of motivation at the university T. Ilina, Questionnaire of implicit theories of intelligence and personality K. Dwek - T.V. Kornilova, H. Schuler's Achievement Motivation Questionnaire (AMI, 2004) adapted by Windeker O.S., Questionnaire of formal-dynamic properties of individuality V.M. Rusalova. Предметом взаимосвязь между структурными и динамическими характеристиками синдрома выгорания у женщин-инструкторов в сфере фитнеса и структурными особенности эмоционального интеллекта, коммуникативных и организаторских склонностей. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы (62 источников) и приложения, включающего в себя бланк анкеты и таблицы с полученными статистическими данными.
