Risk control, or risk management, is the process of making and executing management decisions that minimize the adverse impact of losses caused by accidental events on the enterprise. Risk management is an integrated part of total management. A concept of acceptable risk, which involves striving for risk reduction to a safe level, is at the core of all practical risk management measures. According to recent theoretical researches, one of the most objective fundamental factors when considering risks is enterprise and product life cycles. One of the well-known rational cycles of the development of social-economic enterprises is I.Adizes’s life cycle model consisting of 10 stages. The author’s intention to successfully manage an enterprise is that at the beginning it is necessary to determine at what stage of development the enterprise is located, and then develop management decisions. Moreover, it is possible to specify the most typical risks and draw up the guidance for risk impact reduction for each of ten stages depending on the type of the enterprise. The purpose of this work is to use I.Adizes’s enterprise life cycle model to assess and select ways for reduction of metallurgical enterprise operation risk. As a test of the approach proposed, recommendations for minimizing enterprise risk were developed for a typical enterprise, taking into account the life cycle of the iron and steel industry. / Управление риском, или риск-менеджмент – процесс принятия и выполнения управленческих решений, которые минимизируют неблагоприятное влияние на организацию убытков, вызванных случайными событиями. Риск-менеджмент – составная часть общего менеджмента. В основе всех практических мероприятий по управлению риском лежит концепция приемлемого риска, которая заключается в стремлении к снижению риска до безопасного уровня. Как указывают последние теоретические исследования, одним из максимально объективных базовых факторов при изучении рисков является жизненный цикл организации и жизненный цикл выпускаемой продукции. Одним из известных рациональных циклов развития социально-экономических организаций является модель жизненного цикла И.Адизеса, состоящая из десяти этапов. Установка автора на успешное управление организацией заключается в том, что вначале необходимо определить на каком этапе развития находится организация, а затем разрабатывать управленческие решения. Причём, каждому из десяти этапов, в зависимости от типа предприятия, можно указать наиболее характерные риски и наметить направления снижения влияния данных рисков. Целью данной работы является применение модели жизненного цикла организации И.Адизеса для оценки и выбора путей снижения риска работы металлургического предприятия. В качестве апробации предложенного подхода, для типичного предприятия разработаны рекомендации по минимизации риска предприятии с учётом этапа жизненного цикла чёрной металлургии.

Переход России на риск-ориентированный подход к управлению охраной труда и промышленной безопасностью требует ввод новых методов управления в существующие бизнес-процессы. Цель диссертации – совершенствование действующих систем управления охраной труда и промышленной безопасностью в энергокомпании. Научная новизна предполагает: обобщение мирового опыта управления охраной труда и промышленной безопасностью в энергокомпаниях; оценку актуальных тенденций развития данной сферы; а также совершенствование существующих систем управления охраной труда и промышленной безопасностью для Филиала «Свердловский» ПАО «Т Плюс». Полученные результаты позволят Филиалу «Свердловский» поэтапно перейти на риск-ориентированный подход к управлению процессами не только в области охраны труда, но и промышленной безопасности и привести внутренние бизнес-процессы в этой сфере к требованиям вновь вводимых нормативных и законодательных актов России. / The growth of fines, reputational risks in case of non-compliance with the requirements of occupational health and industrial safety, economic loss from accidents, etc. – are the challenges facing energy companies. Russia's transition to a risk-oriented approach to occupational health and industrial safety management requires the introduction of new management methods into existing business processes. The aim of the dissertation is to improve the existing management systems of occupational and industrial safety in the energy company. The scientific novelty assumes: generalization of world experience of occupational and industrial safety management in energy companies; assessment of actual tendencies of this sphere; as well as improvement of existing systems of occupational and industrial safety management for Branch “Sverdlovskij” of PJSC “T Plus”. The obtained results will allow Branch “Sverdlovskij” to gradually move to a risk-oriented approach to managing processes not only in the field of occupational health safety, but also industrial safety and bring internal business processes in this area to the requirements of the newly introduced regulatory and legislative acts in Russia.

Master's thesis is devoted to evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of credit management of a commercial bank. The purpose of research is to develop an instrumental and methodological approach that allows analyzing the quality of bank's credit management based on the indicators of asset valuation, profitability and competitiveness. The scientific novelty of research is a point-and-weight method that allows to formulate an expert opinion on the performance of bank's credit division and stability of its market position, which is an improved alternative to traditional approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of credit management in a commercial bank. The paper also presents recommendations for improving the credit policy aimed at improving the efficiency of banks and ensuring their financial stability in modern conditions. / Магистерская диссертация посвящена вопросам оценки и анализа эффективности кредитного менеджмента коммерческого банка. Целью исследования является разработка инструментально-методического подхода, позволяющего производить анализ качества кредитного менеджмента банка на основе показателей оценки активов, доходности и конкурентоспособности. Научной новизной исследования является балльно-весовая методика, позволяющая сформулировать экспертное заключение по результативности работы кредитного подразделения банка и устойчивости его рыночной позиции, что является усовершенствованной альтернативой традиционным подходам оценки эффективности управления кредитованием в коммерческом банке. Также в работе представлены рекомендации по совершенствованию кредитной политики, направленные на повышение эффективности деятельности банков и обеспечение их финансовой устойчивости в современных условиях.

В качестве методов исследования служат анализ документов, включенное наблюдение, методы сравнения, анализа и синтеза. / The objectives of the study are to analyze the experience gained by Russian event agencies in compiling programs and scenarios for special events and to reveal strategies and technologies for their planning. The methodological basis of the study is the theory of event management. They allow revealing its specifics regarding the process of formation of mechanisms of non-material incentives for personnel and maintaining the image of companies by organizing various events and, in particular, improving their scenario component. The research methods include document analysis, observation included, methods of comparison, analysis and synthesis.

Распространение в бизнес-среде проектной формы организации деятельности обуславливает необходимость оценки уникальных рисков конкретных проектов с целью нивелирования финансовых потерь от реализации возможных проектных рисков, соблюдения сроков и бюджета проектов и, следовательно, развития компаний и экономики страны. Целью магистерской диссертации является развитие теоретических положений, разработка методических и практических рекомендаций по оценке рисков проекта с учётом особенностей процессов проектного управления в организации. В работе рассматривается теоретические и прикладные аспекты специфики проектных рисков и особенности их оценки. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты эмпирических исследований автора и данные корпоративной статистики. В рамках исследования разработана и апробирована методика оценки проектных рисков для организаций, осуществляющих проектное управление, предполагающая перенос этапов идентификации и анализа рисков в зону ответственности функциональных дисциплин проекта, а также классификацию рисков по двум уникальным критериям: по ключевым направлениям реализации проекта и по уровню управления, отличающаяся непрерывностью процесса оценки на протяжении всех этапов проекта с применением предложенного показателя совокупного экономического эффекта выявленных рисков, что позволяет выявить максимально полный перечень возможных рисков и определить их стоимостную оценку и влияние на показатели эффективности проекта. Результаты расчетов, проведенных в ходе апробации разработанной методики, позволяют говорить о существенном сокращении финансовых потерь и предотвращении снижения показателей эффективности проекта. / The development of project management in the business necessitates the assessment of the unique risks of specific projects. This is necessary for leveling financial losses from the implementation of possible project risks, meeting the deadlines and budget of projects and, consequently, the development of companies and the country's economy. The purpose of the dissertation research is to develop theoretical provisions, methodological and practical recommendations for assessing project risks for organizations that use project management. The paper considers theoretical and applied aspects of the project risks specific and its assessment. Educational and research literature, corporate statistics data as well as self-conducted empiric research were used as basis for the study. The methodical approach for assessing project risks for companies, that use project management is developed and tested as part of a dissertation research. The methodical approach involves the transfer of the stages of risk identification and analysis to the project's functional disciplines. In addition, it involves the classification of risks according to two unique criteria: by key areas of project implementation and by the level of management. The methodological approach is distinguished by the continuity of the assessment process throughout all stages of the project using the proposed indicator of the aggregate economic effect of the identified risks, which makes it possible to identify the most complete list of possible risks and determine their cost estimate and impact on project performance indicators. The results of calculations for approbation of the developed methodology allow us to speak of a significant reduction in financial losses and prevention of a decrease in project performance indicators.

В исследовании рассматриваются вопросы развития малого бизнеса с учетом совмещении получения экономической выгоды и снижения негативного воздействия от их деятельности на окружающую среду. Возрастающая роль международных экологических организаций вместе с трендом «зеленого потребления» влекут за собой меры, которые компании вынуждены принимать, чтобы снижать свое негативное воздействие на окружающую среду. В работе авторами выявлена проблема внедрения принципов и разработке инструментов оценки эффективности деятельности субъектов малого бизнеса в области экологии. Данная проблема тесно связана с реализацией стратегии экологически ориентированного предпринимательства как одного из важнейших направлений экологической модернизации процессов производства и потребления. Авторами приводятся рекомендации по внедрению системы экологического менеджмента в деятельность малых предприятий. Также дается эколого-экономическая оценка эффективности деятельности субъекта экологического предпринимательства в сфере малого бизнеса. Научная новизна заключается в совершенствовании методологии и методического инструментария внедрения системы экологического менеджмента на предприятиях малого бизнеса. / The study examines the development of small businesses, taking into account the combination of obtaining economic benefits and reducing the negative impact of their activities on the environment. The growing role of international environmental organizations, together with the trend of “green consumption”, entails measures that companies are forced to take in order to reduce their negative impact on the environment. In the work, the authors identified the problem of introducing the principles and developing tools for assessing the effectiveness of small businesses in the field of ecology. This problem is closely related to the implementation of the strategy of environmentally oriented entrepreneurship as one of the most important areas of environmental modernization of production and consumption processes. The authors provide recommendations on the implementation of the environmental management system in the activities of small businesses. An ecological and economic assessment of the effectiveness of the activity of the subject of environmental entrepreneurship in the field of small business is also given. The scientific novelty lies in the improvement of the methodology and methodological tools for the implementation of the environmental management system at small businesses.

Прежде всего описывается сущность книжных ярмарок и определяются основные этапы по организации мероприятий. Далее изучается работа ярмарки Non/fiction – действия организаторов, преимущества и недостатки именно этого события. Ярмарку предлагается анализировать в том числе на основе проведенных экспертных интервью с создателями и участниками книжного мероприятия. / The dissertation examines the organization of the International Fair of Intellectual Literature Non/fiction. First of all, the essence of book fairs is described and the main stages for organizing events are determined. Further, the work of the Non/fiction fair is studied – the actions of the organizers, the advantages and disadvantages of this particular event. It is proposed to analyze the fair, including on the basis of expert interviews with the creators and participants of the book event.

Главная цель работы – совершенствование проектного подхода отдела системного и бизнес-анализа. В работе приведено описание компании, структуры персонала, взаимодействие между сотрудниками, статистика по затрачиваемому времени на задачу, процесса разработки нового функционала, результаты анализа, позволяющие выявить ряд следующих проблем: значительное время тратится на обсуждение и изменение функционала членов команды проекта, имеются риски по срокам. Как следствие из указанных проблем: недооцененное время на разработку функционала влияет на сроки реализации и качество будущего функционала. Для решения данных проблем предложено усовершенствовать проектный подход, внедрив нижеприведенные мероприятия: изменение порядка постановки задачи, изменение планирования и оценки задачи, создание мотивационной системы, модернизация системы взаимодействия. Был сделан расчет по внедрению совершенствованного проектного подхода. Затраты на проект составили 291594,2 рублей, срок окупаемости составляет 11 месяцев. / The main goal of the work is to improve the project approach of the system and business analysis department. The paper contains a description of the company, the structure of personnel, interaction between employees, statistics on the time spent on the task, the process of developing new functionality, the results of the analysis, which allow us to identify a number of the following problems: considerable time is spent on discussing and changing the functionality of the project team members, there are risks in terms of timing ... As a consequence of these problems: the underestimated time for the development of functionality affects the timing of implementation and the quality of the future functionality. To solve these problems, it is proposed to improve the project approach by introducing the following measures: changing the order of setting the problem, changing the planning and assessment of the problem, creating a motivational system, modernizing the interaction system. A calculation was made to introduce an improved design approach. The project costs amounted to 291 594.2 rubles, the payback period is 11 months.
