Цель работы состоит в разработке ориентированного на практику методического подхода для управления компетенциями персонала при внедрении проектов в нефтегазовой отрасли. Предложен методический подход к оценке уровня развития системы управления компетенциями проектного персонала на нефтегазовом предприятии, особенностью которого является оценка условий формирования общих и специальных технических и организационных компетенций, социальных и культурных навыков, а также знаний в области использования цифровой среды для разработки существующих и проектирования работы новых месторождений. Предложенный подход позволит определить направления совершенствования системы управления компетенциями и предоставить рекомендации по развитию подходов к обучению проектного персонала. / The purpose of the work is to develop a practice-oriented methodological approach for managing personnel competencies in the implementation of projects in the oil and gas industry. A methodical approach is proposed to assess the level of development of the competence management system for project personnel at an oil and gas enterprise, a feature of which is the assessment of the conditions for the formation of general and special technical and organizational competencies, social and cultural skills, as well as knowledge in the field of using the digital environment to develop existing ones and design the work of new ones. deposits. Цель исследования – развитие методического подхода к принятию решений при внедрении проектов в нефтегазовой отрасли в развивающихся странах на основе управления рисками. Предложен методический подход к управлению рисками в нефтегазовых проектах, который учитывает вероятность наступления неблагоприятных событий, специфических для мероприятий по добыче труднодоступных запасов нефти и газа в условиях арктического шельфа и месторождений Сибири. Выявленные риски включают оценку инновационных, технических и экологических факторов, связанных с реализацией проектов, предположено, что они могут быть оценены как произведение суммы максимальных потерь при реализации риска на вероятность его возникновения, оцененную на основе имеющейся статистики или экспертных мнений. Предложенный подход позволит дать разумную оценку рискам и скорректировать величину ожидаемого чистого дисконтированного дохода, который учитывает общие риски, характерные для всех проектов компании. / The purpose of the study is to develop a methodical approach to decision-making when implementing projects in the oil and gas industry in developing countries based on risk management. A methodical approach to risk management in oil and gas projects is proposed, which considers the probability of occurrence of adverse events specific to activities for the extraction of hard-to-reach oil and gas reserves in the conditions of the Arctic shelf and fields in Siberia. The identified risks include an assessment of innovative, technical and environmental factors associated with the implementation of projects, it is assumed that they can be assessed as the product of the sum of the maximum losses in the implementation of the risk and the probability of its occurrence, estimated on the basis of available statistics or expert opinions. The proposed approach will make it possible to give a reasonable assessment of risks and adjust the amount of expected net present value, which considers the general risks inherent in all projects of the company.

Yet the definition of entertainment can differ depending on the concept and approach used upon whom one asks. This report maps out understandings of entertainment in three key areas. Entertainment is characterized by a commercial business model in industrial discourse. Within evaluative discourses used by consumers and critics, it is understood through an aesthetic system that privileges emotional engagement, story, speed. Despite being one of the central categories used by producers and consumers of culture, entertainment has not been a key organizing concept within academia in the humanities. It has been significant in psychology, where entertainment is defined as anything that an individual finds entertaining in a solipsistic manner. Synthesizing these approaches, the authors propose a cross-sectoral definition of entertainment as an ‘audience-centered commercial culture’.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена исследованию влияния операционного риска на финансовые показатели банка и выявлению специфики различных подходов к оценке операционного риска. В качестве научной новизны выявлено наличие обратно-пропорциональной корреляции между операционным риском и рентабельностью активов банка на основе корреляционно-регрессионного анализа, что позволяет прогнозировать величину ROA при изменении риск-метрик банка. На основе методических подходов BIA и TSA определена шкала критичного значения операционного риска. / The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the impact of operational risk on the financial performance of banks and the study of various approaches to assessing operational risk. Они направлены на снижение потерь от воздействий факторов внешней среды и повышение эффективности деятельности бизнеса. Практическая значимость состоит во внедрении нового для сектора инструмента стресс-тестирования в процессе управления рисками. Это позволит повысить эффективность операционной деятельности энергоремонтных предприятий: сценарно выявить чрезвычайные ситуации, которые приведут к критическим последствиям для компаний; оценить способность организации противостоять таким рискам; составить план мероприятий по их нейтрализации. / Energy repair business occupies an important place in the Russian energy sector. Without its successful operation, energy companies will not be able to effectively carry out their operations. However, the majority of the energy repair companies cannot adapt to the rapidly changing conditions of the external environment: the current trend of this business is the active implementation of the risk management system at enterprises. The aim is to improve the risk- oriented approach to energy repair management. The scientific novelty is to develop recommendations for risk management at energy repair enterprises. They are aimed at reducing losses from external factors and improving the efficiency of business. The practical significance is to introduce a new sector tool for the stress testing in the process of risk management. This will improve the efficiency of the operating activities of energy repair enterprises: scenario to identify emergencies that will lead to critical consequences for companies; assess the ability of the organization to withstand such risks; make a plan of measures to neutralize them.

Диссертация посвящена анализу и внедрению инструментов стратегического управления вузом на основе проектного менеджмента в системе высшего образования. Автор проводит теоретический разбор стратегий университетов и корпоративного управления проектами. Проведен анализ внешних и внутренних факторов, которые способствуют внедрению проектного менеджмента в университете, таких как: изменения в области государственного управления и молодежной политики, реализации национальных проектов, деятельность научный фондов и т.д. Выполнен разбор проблем, часто встречающиеся в управлении вузом, которые можно избежать, благодаря стратегическому принципу управления. Автор приводит примерный портфель проектов, который необходим для современного университета. Делается вывод о плюсах и минусах использования стратегического управления с применением проектного менеджмента в вузе. Исследователь приводит методологические подходы к организации стратегической деятельности. В итоге был разработан ряд рекомендаций и предложений по созданию управления стратегического развития и проектного менеджмента для регионального вуза. При разработке данных рекомендаций был подробно описана методика создания такого структурного подразделения, определяющая основные цели, задачи и функции, его права и обязанности, что имеет, несомненно, практический эффект. / The thesis is devoted to the analysis and implementation of strategic university management tools based on project management in the higher education system. The author conducts a theoretical analysis of university strategies and corporate project management. The analysis of external and internal factors that contribute to the introduction of project management at the university, such as: changes in the field of public administration and youth policy, the implementation of national projects, the activities of scientific foundations, etc. The analysis of problems that are often encountered in the management of a university, which can be avoided due to the strategic principle of management, is carried out. The author gives an approximate portfolio of projects that is necessary for a modern university. The conclusion is made about the pros and cons of using strategic management with the use of project management at the university. The researcher gives methodological approaches to the organization of strategic activities. As a result, a number of recommendations and proposals were developed for creating a strategic development and project management department for a regional university. When developing these recommendations, the methodology for creating such a structural unit was described in detail, which determines the main goals, tasks and functions, its rights and obligations, which undoubtedly has a practical effect.

The results obtained in the course of the work are intended to provide more accurate forecast data on the financial condition of the defense industry enterprise, to form an information basis for the implementation of administrative procedures for managing the risks of military-industrial enterprises, and also to reduce corporate costs for leveling risk situations, while ensuring the enterprise the target level of sustainability financial condition.

Цель исследования – разработка методических основ эффективного управления системой энергетического менеджмента на промышленном предприятии с учетом тенденций развития зеленой экономики и цифровизации производства в современных условиях. Объектом исследования является система энергетического менеджмента промышленного предприятия. Научная новизна исследования состоит в разработке теоретических основ и методических подходов на основе интеграции концепций экологической ответственности и цифровизации производства в систему энергетического менеджмента предприятия. Развита концепция дорожной карты внедрения системы энергетического менеджмента на предприятии в соответствии с принятой энергетической политикой и современными представлениями об энергоэффективности. Особенностью карты является планирование мероприятий, направленных на углубление цифровизации внутренней среды энергопотребления и соблюдение показателей результативности внедрения зеленой экономики, таких как снижение выбросов диоксида углерода, доля невозобновляемых ресурсов в структуре энергопотребления, доля повторного использования энергии в производстве. Предложенная концепция позволит достичь энергоэффективности бизнес-процессов с учетом современных подходов к ответственному энергоменеджменту на промышленном предприятии. / The purpose of the study is to develop methodological foundations for the effective management of the energy management system at an industrial enterprise, taking into account the trends in the development of a green economy and digitalization of production in modern conditions. The object of the study is the energy management system of an industrial enterprise. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of theoretical foundations and methodological approaches based on the integration of the concepts of environmental responsibility and digitalization of production into the energy management system of an enterprise. The concept of a roadmap for the implementation of an energy management system at an enterprise has been developed in accordance with the adopted energy policy and modern ideas about energy efficiency. A feature of the map is the planning of activities aimed at deepening the digitalization of the internal environment of energy consumption and compliance with the performance indicators of the implementation of the green economy, such as reducing carbon dioxide emissions, the share of non-renewable resources in the structure of energy consumption, the share of energy reuse in production. The proposed concept will allow achieving energy efficiency of business processes, taking into account modern approaches to responsible energy management at an industrial enterprise.

Международные выставки являются эффективным коммуникационным инструментом между глобальными корпорациями, предприятиями и сообществами. При этом, для успешного осуществления международной коммуникации организаторам и участникам интернациональных выставок необходимо учитывать культурные особенности международной аудитории при разработке концепции выставки или участия в ней. В этой работе предпринята попытка изучить специфику организации межкультурной коммуникации на международных выставках. В работе проанализированы особенности международных выставок как коммуникационного инструмента, определена модель для анализа выставочной концепции, проведен сравнительный анализ международных выставок из России и Европы в сферах искусства, образования и спорта. На основе полученных результатов разработана концепция участия языкового центра в международной образовательной выставке «Study World 2019» в Лондоне с учетом культурных особенностей данного рынка. / The international exhibition is an effective communication tool for global corporations, enterprises and communities. However, successful act of communication is only possible on condition that participants and exhibition planners take into consideration cultural features of their international audience while developing exhibition concept. This work attempts to analyze specificity of organizing cross-cultural communication at international exhibitions. In this work, we examined specific features of international exhibitions as a communication tool. We defined a five-step-model to analyze exhibition concepts and compared international exhibitions from Russia and Europe in the spheres of sport, education and art. Basing on the collected data, we gave some advice on how to develop a concept of participation in the international education exhibition in “Study World 2019” in London.
