В работе полноценно представлена визуализация структуры инновационного потенциала преподавателей вузов. / In case of a substantial reduction of funding for education arises the problem of maintaining the capacity of the academic staff. The author considers the professional activity of the academic staff and identifies innovative potential as personal readiness of the academic community to the potential use of internal resources. Innovative potential of the academic staff is visualized through its structure.

In the theoretical part presents the definition of employer branding, importance of the topic and best practices. The practical part describes the general characteristics of the investigated company, opinion of experts about employer branding and the analysis of gathered employees and students data with average results. Based on these results, there was developed a proposal of employer branding campaign to position a company as the best employer in the Ural region. В заключение поясняются выводы и способы достижения поставленной цели.

Вопросы энергосбережения и повышения энергоэффективности являются одними из основных приоритетов государственной политики в деятельности органов исполнительной власти, как на федеральном, так и на региональном уровнях, т. к. Россия все еще принадлежит к группе стран с очень высокой энергоёмкостью ВВП. Цель диссертационного исследования заключается в разработке практических рекомендаций по повышению эффективности использования топливно-энергетических ресурсов в условиях реализации региональной политики энергосбережения. В работе рассмотрен топливно-энергетический комплекс Свердловской области, дана его характеристика и описаны его особенности. Проведен анализ использования энергоресурсов в различных сферах региональной экономики: рассмотрены энергоёмкость валового регионального продукта, объемы финансирования энергосберегающих мероприятий, удельные расходы топливно-энергетических ресурсов. Предложен проект по переводу автопарка транспортной компании с бензинового топлива на газомоторное с целью снижения потребления энергетических ресурсов и вредного воздействия на окружающую среду. Проведена оценка экономического и экологического эффектов реализации проекта. / Issues of energy conservation and energy efficiency are one of the main priorities of state policy in the activities of executive bodies, both at the federal and regional levels, since Russia still belongs to the group of countries with very high energy intensity of GDP. The purpose of the dissertation research is to develop practical recommendations to improve the efficiency of the use of fuel and energy resources in the context of the implementation of the regional energy conservation policy. The work considers the fuel and energy complex of the Sverdlovsk region, gives its characteristics and describes its features. The analysis of the use of energy resources in various areas of the regional economy is carried out: the energy intensity of the gross regional product, the volumes of financing energy-saving measures, the specific costs of fuel and energy resources are considered. A project is proposed to transfer the fleet of a transport company from gasoline to gas engine fuel in order to reduce the consumption of energy resources and harmful effects on the environment. An assessment of the economic and environmental effects of the project is presented.

В теоретической части дается определение благополучия на рабочем месте, вовлеченности и их важности. В практической части описываются общие характеристики исследуемой компании, проводится анализ сотрудников по ее результатам. На основании этих результатов было разработаны предложения по содействию благополучию каждого работника и усилению их вовлеченности в деятельность компании "Энергосталь". / Topic of presented master’s thesis is devoted to the very actual problem in Human Resources management of the modern organizations which concerns of ways how to reach wellbeing of workers on the work place and how it influence on the engagement of staff. In the theoretical part it presents the definition of workplace well-being, engagement and the importance of them. The practical part describes the general characteristics of the investigated company, the analysis of employees by its results. Based on these results, there was developed a proposal of promote the well-being of every worker and arise their engagement with the company Energostal.

В работе проводится обзор существующих методик оценки устойчивого развития территории, виды индикаторов и научно-методические подходы к их разработке, а также классификация материальных и нематериальных ресурсов, анализ влияния материальных ресурсов на развитие человеческого капитала и анализ уровня использования организационных ресурсов Свердловской области. Кроме того, подготовлены рекомендации по формированию методики оценки уровня использования материальных и нематериальных ресурсов для развития территории Свердловской области. А также приводятся инвестиционные расчеты по строительству детского сада, которые наглядно демонстрируют возможность улучшения ситуации с обеспечением населения социальными объектами в условиях дефицита бюджета за счет механизмов государственно-частного партнерства. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications. The paper reviews the existing methods for assessing the sustainable development of the territory, types of indicators and scientific and methodological approaches to their development, as well as classification of material and intangible resources, analysis of the impact of material resources on the development of human capital and analysis of the level of use of organizational resources of the Sverdlovsk region. In addition, recommendations were prepared on the formation of a methodology for assessing the level of use of material and intangible resources for the development of the territory of the Sverdlovsk region. Also, investment calculations for the construction of a kindergarten are presented, which clearly demonstrate the possibility of improving the situation with providing the population with social facilities in the context of a budget deficit through public-private partnership mechanisms.

Данное исследование уникально тем, что впервые мы получим ответ на вопрос, насколько история русской философии востребована современными пользователями Интернета. / The subject of the master's thesis is «history of Russian philosophy in the information environment», in within the was conducted research using a quantitative method of data collection in the information environment of Internet resources. The purpose of the research is to find out the popularity of the history of Russian philosophy among Internet users. The study consists of two parts, the first part includes a theoretical description of the information environment. The second part consists of data collected from Internet resources and their interpretation. By using analytical Internet services: «https://be1.ru/» and «https://www.liveinternet.ru/», we analyzed 5 popular Internet resources: «https://ilibrary.ru/», «http://Lib.ru», «https://filosof.historic.ru», https://arzamas.academy/» and «https://platona.net/», using the quantitative method, we obtained results that show that the history of Russian philosophy is a popular and popular subject among Internet users. Объектом исследования является феномен одиночества и его типы у медицинских работников. Предметом исследования выступает взаимосвязь типов одиночества, стрессоустойчивости и копинг-поведения у медицинских работников в период средней взрослости. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (76 источников) и приложения, включающего в себя бланки применявшихся методик. Объем магистерской диссертации 96 страниц, на которых размещены 1 рисунок и 6 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, разработанность проблематики, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируются основная и дополнительные гипотезы, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также этапы проведения исследования, научная новизна, теоретическая и практическая значимость работы. Первая глава включает в себя обзор иностранной и отечественной литературы по теме одиночества, стрессоустойчивости и копинг-поведения. Представлены разделы, посвященные исследованию взаимосвязи типов одиночества, стрессоустойчивости и копинг-поведения в период средней взрослости. Выводы по первой главе представляют собой итоги по изучению теоретического материала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание организации и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: опросник Е. Е. Роговой «Исследование одиночества», тест «Перцептивная оценка типа стрессоустойчивости» Н. П Фетискина, методика «многомерная шкала восприятия социальной поддержки» («MSPSS») в модификации Г. С. Корытовой и методика исследования базисных копинг-стратегий - "Индикатор стратегий преодоления стресса" адаптирована в Психоневрологическом научно-исследовательском институте им. В. М. Бехтерева. Также в главе представлен критерий Манна-Уитни и корреляционный анализ результатов исследования. Выводы по главе 2 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутым гипотезам, обоснована практическая значимость исследования и описаны возможные перспективы дальнейшей разработки данной проблематики. / The object matter of the study is the phenomenon of loneliness and its types in medical workers. The subject of the study is the relationship between the types of loneliness, stress resistance and coping behavior among medical workers in the period of middle adulthood. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of literature (76 sources) and an appendix, which includes the forms of the applied methodologies. The volume of the master's thesis is 97 pages, on which are placed 1 figures and 6 tables. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, the development of the problematics, the purpose and objectives of the research are set, the object and the subject of research are determined, the basic and additional hypotheses are formulated, the methods and the empirical base are specified, as well as the stages of the research, the scientific novelty, the theoretical and practical significance of the work. The first chapter includes an overview of the domestic and foreign literature on the subject of loneliness, stress resistance and coping behavior. The sections devoted to the study of the relationship between types of loneliness, stress resistance and coping behavior in the period of middle adulthood are presented. Conclusions on the first chapter are the results of the study of theoretical material. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It provides a description of the organization and methods of the study and the results obtained using all the methods used: the questionnaire by E. E. Rogova "Study of loneliness", the test "Perceptual assessment of the type of stress resistance" by N. P. Fetiskin, the method "multidimensional scale of perception of social support" ("MSPSS") modified by G. S. Korytova and the methodology for studying basic coping strategies - "Indicator of Stress Coping Strategies" adapted at the Psychoneurological Research Institute. V. M. Bekhtereva. Also, the chapter presents the Mann-Whitney test and correlation analysis of the study results. The findings of Chapter 2 are the main results of the empirical study. In conclusion, brief results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work are presented, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses. The practical significance of the study is substantiated and possible prospects for further development of the problematics are described.

Цель исследования – изучение применения информационных платформ в образовательном процессе с целью повышения эффективности обучения слушателя. Объект исследования – информационная платформа и ее влияние на процесс обучения слушателя. Предмет исследования – процесс дополнительного обучения слушателей. Научная новизна исследования состоит в разработке методических положений по повышению эффективности обучения слушателя. В первом разделе рассматриваются общие вопросы: понятие, сущность и классификация сайтов, сравнение способов создания сайтов и разработка требований к сайтам образовательных организаций. Во втором проведен анализ платформ для создания онлайн курсов самостоятельно. Третий раздел посвящен общей характеристике предприятия, анализу бизнес-процессов, построению полной модели предприятия, оценке экономической целесообразности его внедрения. Результаты работы – практическим результатом работы стала разработка проекта по созданию информационной платформы для предприятия «Умник» и экономическая выгода от внедрения этой информационной системы. / The purpose of the study is to study the use of information platforms in the educational process in order to increase the effectiveness of student learning. The object of the study is the information platform and its impact on the student’s learning process. The subject of the study is the process of additional training for students. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of methodological provisions to increase the effectiveness of student learning. The first section discusses general issues: the concept, essence and classification of sites, comparison of methods for creating sites and development of requirements for sites of educational organizations. The second contains an analysis of platforms for creating online courses independently. The third section is devoted to the general characteristics of the enterprise, analysis of business processes, construction of a complete model of the enterprise, and assessment of the economic feasibility of its implementation. Results of the work - the practical result of the work was the development of a project to create an information platform for the Umnik enterprise and the economic benefits from the implementation of this information system.

The issue of youth career management in the context of dynamically changing demands from both the labor market and the digital environment highlights the need for the search and development of appropriate digital tools that can assess the alignment of a specialist's resources with market demands. Moreover, the convergence of market requests and specialists' needs requires proactivity from the specialist in self-discovery and self-assessment of their resources using the available digital environment. However, existing approaches and digital technologies for career management are fragmented and do not allow individuals to independently form an understanding of career development and its visualization without a consultant. The aim of this research is to develop and test an original digital career management tool designed for independent use in a digital environment, tailored to the needs of youth, aimed at addressing the competence deficit in managing one’s own career. Such a digital tool will focus on building a career map because, in career counseling, the use of career maps allows for the visualization and structuring of information about career opportunities, skills, and goals. / Проблема управления карьерой молодежи в условиях динамично изменяющихся требований как рынка труда, так и цифровой среды, актуализирует поиск и разработку соответствующих цифровых инструментов, позволяющих оценить соответствие ресурсов специалиста запросу рынка. Более того, сближение запроса рынка и потребностей специалистов требует проактивности со стороны специалиста в самопознании и самооценке своих ресурсов с использованием доступной цифровой среды. Но существующие подходы и цифровые технологии к управлению карьерой разрозненны, не позволяют самостоятельно без консультанта сформировать представление о карьерном развитии и форме его визуализации. Целью данного исследования является разработка и апробация авторского цифрового инструмента управления карьерой предназначенного для самостоятельного использования в цифровой среде, адекватного потребностям молодежи, направленного на устранение дефицита компетентности управления собственной карьерой. Такой цифровой инструмент будет направлен на построение карьерной карты потому что, при карьерном консультировании использование карьерных карт позволяет визуализировать и структурировать информацию о карьерных возможностях, навыках и целях.

The work is devoted to the development of adaptive testing for the online course "Software Project Management". The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations of adaptive computer testing in distance learning, and provides an overview of existing adaptive testing models. The second chapter analyzes the subject area of the project, formulates requirements. The third chapter proposes its own adaptive algorithm, describes the preparation of a task bank and software implementation of the algorithm. The fourth chapter examines the integration of the developed program with the Stepik educational platform and evaluates the effectiveness of the project. / Работа посвящена разработке адаптивного тестирования для онлайн курса «Управление программными проектами». В первой главе рассматриваются теоретические основы адаптивного компьютерного тестирования в дистанционном обучении, проводится обзор существующих моделей адаптивного тестирования. Во второй главе анализируется предметная область проекта, формулируются требования. В третьей главе предлагается собственный адаптивный алгоритм, описывается подготовка банка заданий и программная реализация алгоритма. В четвертой главе рассматривается интеграция разработанной программы с образовательной платформой Stepik и проводится оценка эффективности проекта.
