運用財經文本情感分析於台灣電子類股價指數趨勢預測之研究 / Research of applying Sentimental Analysis on financial documents to predict Taiwan Electronic Sub-Index trend

電子工業為台灣最具競爭力之產業,使得電子類股在集中市場成交比重高達 69.49%,可見電子類股的波動足以對整個台股市場造成相當大的影響。而許多研究指出,網路上的文本訊息藉由社會網路的催化而快速傳遞,會對群眾情緒造成影響,進而影響股價波動,故對於投資者而言,如果能快速分析大量網路財經文本來推測投資大眾情緒進而預測股價走勢,即可提升獲利。然而,每天有近百篇的財經文本產生,傳統的人工抽樣分析方式效率不彰且過於耗力, 已不足以負荷此巨量資料。 過去文本情感分析的研究中已證實監督式學習方法可以透過簡單量化的方式達到良好的分類效果,但監督式學習方法所使用的訓練資料集須有事先定義好的已知類別,故其有無法預期未知類別的限制,造成無法判斷文本中可能存在的未知主題,所以本研究提出一套針對財經文本的混合監督式學習與非監督式學習之情感分析方法,透過非監督式學習將 2014 整年度的電子工業財經文本進行文本主題判別、情緒指數計算與情緒傾向標注。之後配合視覺化工具作趨勢線圖分析,找出具有領先指標特性之主題,接著再用監督式學習將其結合國際指標、總體經濟指標、台股指標、技術指標等,建立分類模型以預測台灣電子類股價指數走勢。 在實驗結果中,主題標注方面,本研究發現因文本數量遠大於議題詞數量造成 TFIDF 矩陣過於稀疏,使得 TFIDF-Kmeans 主題模型分類效果不佳;而文本具有多主題之特性造成 NPMI-Concor 分群之議題詞過於複雜不易歸納,然而LDA 主題模型基於所有主題被所有文章共享的特性,使得在字詞分群與主題分類準確度都優於 TFIDF-Kmeans 和 NPMI-Concor 主題模型,分類準確度高達 98%,故後續採用 LDA 主題模型進行主題標注。情緒傾向標注方面,證實本研 究擴充後的情感詞集比起 NTUSD 有更好的字詞極性判斷效果,計算出的情緒 指數之趨勢線也較投資人常用的 MACD 之趨勢線更符合電子類股價指數之趨 勢。此外,亦發現並非所有文本的情緒指數皆具有領先特性,僅企業營運主題與總體經濟主題之文本的情緒指數能提前反應電子類股價指數趨勢,故本研究用此二主題之文本的情緒指數來建立分類模型。 接著,本研究透過比較情緒指數結合技術指標之分類模型與單純技術指標分類模型的準確率發現,前者較後者高出 7%的準確率。進一步結合間接情緒指標的分類模型更有高達 71%準確率,故證實了情感分析確實能有效提升電子股價類股指數趨勢預測準確度,以提升投資人之投資報酬率。 / The electronic industry is the most competitive industry in Taiwan, and its large volume could have strong influence on the whole stock market. Many research show that text documents on the Internet have great effect on public emotion, and the public emotion could also affect the stock price. For investors, it is important to know how to analyze the potential emotion in text documents then use this information to predict the stock trend. However, the traditional way to analyze text documents by human resource cannot afford the large volume of financial text documents on the Internet. In past Sentimental Analysis research, supervised method is proven as a method could reach high accuracy, but there are limits about predicting the future trend. This research found a solution which mixed supervised and unsupervised methods to deal with these large financial text documents. First, we use unsupervised method to find out the topic of documents, and then calculate the sentimental index to judge the document’s emotional direction. After that we will produce trend line charts by visualization tools to find out which theme documents’ sentiment index are leading indicators. Furthermore, we use supervised method to integrate the sentimental index with other 24 indirect sentimental index to build the prediction model. According to the result, we found that LDA model’s performance is better than TFIDF-Kmeans model and NPMI-Concor mode because of document characteristic. Besides, sentimental dictionary I build has higher accuracy than NTUSD on judging word polarity. The trend of sentimental index and Taiwan electronic sub-index(TE) to each other is more similar than MACD line and TE to each other. We also discover that the sentiment index produced from documents about enterprise operation and macroeconomics are leading indicators, so we use these to build prediction model. Moreover, we found that the prediction model which include the sentiment index better than which only include the technical indicators. As mentioned above, the sentimental index could make the prediction of Taiwan electronic sub-index trend be more accurate and promote the return of investment.

自八O年代以後,台灣半導體通路產業即邁入了激烈的競爭時代。眾多高同質性的業者,相互競奪上游產品線的代理權,以及下游買者市場的交易權;業者的生存契機,主要來自於提供上、下游業者間進行商業交換的平台。因此,此一平台所能提昇的交換效率,及其處理跨組織間交換成本的能力,乃成為不容忽視的課題。半導體通路業為台灣資訊工業中,歷史悠久且具重要地位的產業;研究瞭解半導體通路產業之價值鏈活動,將有助於台灣半導體通路產業之促進升級。 半導體通路商所從事之價值鏈活動功能,予以分類概有商流、物流、金流、資訊流及技術流等五大項;其中,諸多研究證實——技術支援能力,乃屬半導體通路商之核心競爭力之一。過去有關半導體通路商的研究,大多是由競爭策略、企業資源規劃及整體通路之價值鏈活動等觀點著手,但專注於技術流部分,予以進行4C交換成本態勢分析之探討者,則尚未得見;因此,本研究乃有其創始性。 本研究以台灣地區的半導體通路商為研究對象,期望所做研究結果可供台灣半導體通路業者,做為規劃技術行銷策略之實務參考。本研究屬於質性之探索性研究,經由個案訪談及問卷之初級資料與次級資料的蒐集彙整,並以4C交換成本理論的四個主要變數:外顯單位效益成本、資訊搜尋成本、道德危機成本、專屬陷入成本,進行個案企業之比較分析,並歸納出下列之研究發現與結論: 1. 上游供應商與通路商之技術合作,其對通路商處理交換成本能力的需求排序為:道德危機成本、資訊搜尋成本、專屬陷入成本、外顯單位效益成本。 2. 技術性協力廠商與通路商之技術合作,其對通路商處理交換成本能力的需求排序:道德危機成本、外顯單位效益成本、資訊搜尋成本、專屬陷入成本。 3. 下游系統製造廠商與通路商之技術合作,其對通路商處理交換成本能力的需求為:外顯單位效益成本之功效,高於內隱交換成本之效能。 4. 規模經濟型之半導體通路商,其對下游系統製造商所提供之技術支援服務功能,外顯單位效益成本的優勢,高於內隱交換成本。 5. 利基型之半導體通路商,其對下游系統製造商所提供之技術支援服務功能,內隱交換成本優勢,高於外顯單位效益成本。 6. 經營低技術層次產品之半導體通路商,其對下游系統製造商所提供之技術支援服務功能,外顯單位效益成本的優勢,高於內隱交換成本。 / After the eighth decade, the channel industry of Taiwan semiconductor moved toward serious competition. Many of high similarity company compete with each other in the agency of product line source and the buyer market of OEM customer; the survival opportunity of company is to provide the platform for the exchange between the supplier and customer. Hence, the most critical point is to increase the efficiency and to reduce the exchange cost between the cross-organization in the platform. Semiconductor channel industry is long historical with important position in Taiwan information industry; to investigate and study the semiconductor channel industry will contribute to the research for the upgrade of semiconductor channel industry in Taiwan. The value chain activity of semiconductor channel can be break through into business flow, logistics, financial flow, information flow and technology flow; Among them, technical support ability has been approved to be one of the key competitiveness of the semiconductor channel by many researches. Most of the past researches stood on the views, such as competitive strategy, Enterprise Resource Planning and whole value chain activity, etc., but the point on the 4C exchanges cost co-opetition analysis in the technology flow has not been seen yet. Hence, it’s important for this research. This research is expected to provide the result for the practice reference of the technical marketing strategy to the Taiwan semiconductor channel by focusing on them. This research is belong to the qualitative exploratory research from the data collection of the primary and the secondary information in the interview cases and questionnaires, then to analyze the cases comparatively by the four primary parameters of the 4C exchange cost the cost: the external cost on utility, information searches, morals hazard and hold up asset specificity. Finally, the following important results have been pointed out: 1. The sort of the technical cooperation between the channel and the supplier to the requirement for the channel ability in dealing with exchange cost is: morals hazard, information searches, asset specificity and the external cost on utility. 2. The sort of the technical cooperation between the channel and the independent design house (IDH) to the requirement for the channel ability in dealing with exchange cost is: moral hazard, the external cost on utility, information searches and asset specificity. 3. The technical cooperation between the channel and the system manufacture customer to the requirement for the channel ability in dealing with exchange cost is: the effectiveness of the external cost on utility is higher than that of the inner exchange cost. 4. The technology support service function to the system manufacture customer from the semiconductor channel of the scale economic type is: the advantage of the external cost on utility is higher than that of the inner exchange cost. 5. The technology support service function to the system manufacture customer from the niche type semiconductor channel is: the advantage of the inner exchange cost is higher than that of the external cost on utility. 6. The technology support service function to the system manufacture customer from the semiconductor channel with operating in the low technical level product is: the advantage of the external cost on utility is higher than that of the inner exchange cost.

資訊委外關係管理之研究- 企業如何利用資訊委外獲得最大綜效 / Reap From IT Outsourcing -- Effective Relationship Management

摘要 在資訊科技服務的市場,資訊科技委外(ITO)在市場佔有顯著的地位。過去有許多的報告研究資訊委外廠商的選擇,以及有效的合約管理方法,鮮少針對企業資訊委外合約簽訂之後,企業與委外伙伴之間的互動進行研究。然而依據許多個案報導案例顯示,大多數委外案例的失敗,不是由於雙方關係管理的不適當,就是無法滿足委外企業最初委外目標的期盼。 我們使用在過去的二十六年中臺灣資訊科技委外市場的四十個案例來研究探討如何利用資訊委外關係管理來獲取預期綜效。經過分析與研究,發現四種資訊科技委外的合作關係。這四種合作關係型態分別為:夥伴關係(Partner)、倚賴關係(Dependent)、隨需存取關係(Utility)、以及附屬關係(Subordinate)。不同的委外關係含概了不同的委外服務內容,也含概了不同的關係管理。夥伴的合作關係,企業的期望不止雙方合作達成企業的策略目標,同時也期望委外廠商支援科技創新而提升企業的市場競爭力;倚賴的合作關係,企業對委外廠商支援達成企業策略目標高度倚靠;隨需存取的合作關係,企業期望資源的取得是隨需存取,完全以成本考量;附屬的合作關係,企業則認為該委外廠商僅僅是依附於資訊中心的下包廠商,委外與否完全由企業的資訊中心自行決定。此外,本研究顯示不同的委外關係是由於不同的委外關係無法達成期盼,以及無法交付最終策略利益、經濟利益、或資訊科技利益而終止。 本論文透過文獻探討與深度個案研究,來瞭解影響不同合作關係資訊科技委外的相關因素,和期盼的資訊科技委外的結果。不同型態資訊科技委外關係的管理需要瞭解委外企業對所需服務的期望,以及在合作期間,彼此關係的管理需不斷的注意市場以及資訊科技的變化而提出相對應的策略來因應彼此合作關係,以期從中獲取最大效益。 關鍵字:資訊科技委外,委外關係,市場變化,資訊中心支援能力,委外期望。 / Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) has gained a big share of the world IT service market. There are many studies about ITO vendor selection and contract management but a lack of understanding of the after-contract practice between the ITO parties. According to reported cases many outsourcing failures were due to either improper relationship management or unable to meet customer expectations. For effective management of this long-term inter-organizational relationship there is a need for understanding the features, affecting factors, expectations and termination of ITO relationship so that the desired outcomes can be achieved and relationship can be sustained throughout the life of the ITO. The above propositions were tested on all existing and changed ITO projects in Taiwan in the past twenty five years. A total of fourty cases were examined and the results show four kinds of IT outsourcing relationship: dependent, utility, partner and subordinate. Different kinds of ITO relationship have different expectations for the ITO services and require different management on the relationships. The dependent type ITO customers rely highly on ITO vendors for supporting strategic moves. The utility ITO customers use ITO as a utility and measure vendors by cost performance. The partner type ITO customers consult vendor for business strategic moves and urge vendor for technology innovation. The subordinate type ITO customers consider ITO vendors as a sub-contractor of IT department and leave decisions to the IT department. Those terminated cases were mainly due to conflicts in the expected and delivered outcome in the three ITO benefit areas. This study provides useful instrument for assessing major ITO factors and understanding expected ITO outcomes. ITO relationship management requires a careful understanding of the expected benefits of the service and continuous monitoring of the business and IT environment. 應用文字探勘與XBRL技術於企業策略分析決策支援系統之研究

投資人在投資決策之過程中,所分析之資料可分為財務性與非財務性資訊兩大類,然而受限於傳統財務資料格式之不一致,可能需花費額外之財力與物力來處理,甚至浪費精力於資料的重新輸入。另一方面,非財務資訊在投資決策過程中日益重要,但其龐大的資訊揭露量卻往往徒增投資人閱讀與搜尋上之不便,甚至降低了可閱讀性。 有鑑於上述兩大投資分析不便之處,本研究運用文字探勘(Text mining)技術,嘗試處理股東會年報中與企業策略相關之非財務性資訊,以協助閱讀者有效率地分析、整理這些半結構化,甚至是非結構化文字資訊。另一方面,本研究利用可延伸企業報導語言(eXtensible Business Reporting Language, XBRL)不受軟體平台限制,可於網路上自由下載流通等特性,作為財務資訊之資料來源,同時建立一種新的分析模式,透過連結機制之設計以連接非財務性與財務性資訊,並運用ROMC系統分析法與雛型系統設計法完成本企業策略分析決策支援系統,希冀能協助投資人能於短時間內瞭解並印證標的公司之產業發展與競爭策略,提升決策品質。 / There are two main data types in investment decision process: financial and non-financial. Because the inconsistent of data type in traditional financial data, investors may have more additional costs to solve this problem. In addition, non-financial data become more and more important in investment decision process, but huge amount of non-financial disclosure may reduce the readability and increase the difficulty of searching. To solve the above problems, we try to use text mining technology to handle the semi-structured or unstructured non-financial data related to business strategies in the annual reports of public companies effectively and efficiently. In addition, we use XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) to be our financial data resources because of its interoperability and re-usability. We also develop a new analytic method to link financial and non-financial data together. Finally, we use two system methodologies: R.O.M.C. and prototyping to design and build our business strategy analysis decision support system in order to help investors understand and prove strategies in companies, and improve the decision quality which they make.

台北市高中圖書館支援教學之研究 / A Study on the Teaching Support of Taipei Senior High School Libraries

高中圖書館的宗旨在配合學校教育目標,並支援、豐富與實現學校的教育計畫,為學校整體教學中所不可或缺的一部份。許多國外研究亦已證明學校圖書館與教師之合作對於學生學術成就具有正向影響力。本研究透過訪談法瞭解臺北市高中圖書館支援教學之內涵,釐清圖書館負責人對於支援教學之看法,並分析支援教學所面臨之瓶頸與成功因素,探討高中圖書館如何突破困難,提出有效支援教學之策略。 / 綜合而言,臺北市高中圖書館支援教學之內涵包括:1. 積極發展館藏資源,以滿足教師之教學需求;2.善用資訊傳播科技以支援教學;3. 為師生提供圖書館利用教育,增進其資訊素養;4.由資訊融入教育著手,為教師提供教學諮詢服務。 / 若將支援教學相關服務依教師與館員合作關係歸納為「協調」、「合作」與「協同」三個層次,臺北市高中圖書館目前多已達協調、合作層次,僅少數圖書館達協同層次。和國外圖書館相較,臺北市高中圖書館離理想的協同性支援教學(如教學諮詢、協同教學、參與課程規畫)仍有一段距離。 / 臺北市高中圖書館支援教學之困難包括:1. 升學主義依然掛帥,成為圖書館推動資訊素養教育與資訊融入教育時之障礙;2. 館員缺乏學科教學專業知能,使教學諮詢服務不易獲得教師信任;3. 現階段圖書館人力不足,資訊相關業務之負荷過重。 / 而臺北市高中圖書館支援教學服務之成功因素則在於:1. 掌握資訊科技與資訊教育政策所提供之新契機;2. 館員具備圖書館學與資訊科技專業知能;3. 校長在經費、設備與人力資源上之支持;4. 教師之高度使用需求及參與意願;5. 館員之服務熱忱更為深化支援教學服務之要素。 / 綜合文獻探討與訪談結果,高中圖書館有效支援教學之策略包括: 1. 整合圖書館之服務及學科教學活動,以提升學生學習效能;2. 以資訊融入教育為己任,進而提供教學諮詢服務;3. 建置教學知識庫,整合教學資源;4. 充份整合人力資源,提供較深入之支援教學服務;5. 爭取教師之認同,共同創造新時代之教學願景;6. 培育種子教師,透過成功經驗之激勵,逐步推動高中圖書館之轉型;7. 積極爭取校外經費與設備之補助,以豐富師生教與學之經驗;8. 加強高中圖書館從業人員之專業知能,成為深度支援教學之支柱。 / 最後,本研究為深入支援教學提出幾點建議,供相關單位參考:1. 高中圖書館應協助教師進行個人知識管理;2. 高中圖書館員應深入了解社會發展、教育趨勢與學習需求;3. 高中圖書館從業人員應保持開放心態,隨時充實專業知能;4. 高中圖書館應持續推展與評鑑支援教學相關服務;5. 教育相關單位應將資訊素養概念納入學科教學中之中。 / The school library is the center for collecting, organizing and using information resources, and is therefore an indispensable part of school teaching activities. Teachers could better choose teaching materials, develop curriculum, and evaluate programs with school librarians’ support. Library literatures show that teacher and media specialist collaboration can effectively enhance student learning. This study use in-depth interviews to investigate the the situation of teaching support in Taipei senior high schools, to analyze the difficulties encountered, to identify the successful factors, and to provide strategies of teaching support. / Findings show that (1) teaching support services provided in most cases come under the “coordination” and “cooperation” stage, according to the Pollard and Montiel-Overall taxonomy framework, and very few senior high school libraries provide “collaboration” stage services. (2) Most directors keep conservative attitude toward “collaboration” stage services. (3) The difficulties encountered in teaching support include: tight course schedule, lack of education professional librarians, and tedious work. (4) Successful teaching support factors include: policy, professions in library and information science, unique personality, administration support, and teachers’ willingness. (5) Effectively teaching support strategies include integrating library programs into curriculum, helping teachers to integrate ICT into their lessons, assisting in teachers’ personal knowledge management, making better use of human resources, building visions with teachers, creating success stories, striving for budget actively, enhancing librarians’ professional ability. / Finally, the suggestions were made: (1) Senior high school libraries should assist in teachers’ personal knowledge management. (2) Senior high school librarians should keep learning. (3) Librarians should know the education trends and learning needs. (4) Services should be delivered, evaluated, and improved persistently. (5) Educational authorities should put emphasis on information literacy in subject instructions.

「企業電子化」在網路企業時代中成了提高核心競爭力的主要關鍵。學校在全球化浪潮及少子化的衝擊下,也正處於日益競爭的教育市場中。而長久以來,一直存在IT服務品質不佳的問題, 1980年代晚期英國政府因此開發出一套全面性服務管理標準,ITIL。   曾有學者指出,大學生對學校經驗不滿意者共占51.4%,而其中一項「校園資訊服務」滿意度倒數第三。綜觀資訊服務管理的演進與校園e化的發展,本研究想了解使用者注重的服務有哪些,最需先改善哪些項目。   透過單一個案研究法,對個案學校進行資料蒐集,從分析資料中可以發現,資訊服務的提供者與使用者在滿意度上存在相當程度的落差。最後視資訊服務提供者現況並參考ITIL機制,給予資訊服務改善的建議,並適度調整服務等級,以逐步建立資訊服務整體規劃。
