中國近現代書法美學建構之研究

自西方「美學」由美學家引入中國之後,逐漸與書法藝術結合,形成「書法美學」。 自書法美學的橫向而言,因中國古典美學體系遠不如西方美學的結構嚴謹,促使中國美學開始尋找自己的言說方式以及定位。在二十世紀以降的全球化語境之下,運用西方美學理論,即「他者(other)」的新方法與新觀念,以建立國際性的論述話語乃勢在必行。 然而,書法為中國特有的藝術,西方並無與之相對應的藝術門類,因此,王國維從西方美學省視書法時,將書法列為「低等的美術」。稍後有蔡元培、梁啟超等美學家,從美育的角度提振書法,這些美學家們的不同見解,則為書法美學提供形成學科的可能。八○年代之後,書法美學熱興起、書法美學專著陸續出現,至今出版二十餘部,書法美學已逐漸形成一門專業學科,且至今仍在建構當中,或由中國文化之精神出發,或以西方美學為詮釋之視角,其內容論述差異甚大。本文即探討至今為止書法美學建構之成果,分析書法與美學結合之後的得與失,並作為日後建立此學科之參考。 本文第一章為緒論,說明研究動機、研究進路、研究方法。第二章古代中國書法審美觀之流變,結合各時代審美精神與文化環境、哲學思潮等環節之關係,以作為建構現代理論之基礎。第三章近代「中國書法美學」之初構,探討初期的美學家們對於書法藝術的關注角度及其貢獻,從嶄新的美學視角為書法藝術提供學科化的契機。第四章現代書法美學專著之研究,集中於探討大陸書法美學熱潮之後所出版的書法美學專著,其論述內容雖不盡相同,然而對於書法本質、審美、作品、書家等面向的討論,已逐漸深化書法美學的學科性。第五章「書法」結合「美學」的突破與質疑,以前四章為基礎,歸結目前所見書法美學之正面貢獻與負面誤讀,其中馬克思主義美學的特質,顯然不盡適用於台灣,於是,相對於大陸書法美學熱潮所呈現的成果,台灣的研究成果相對顯得薄弱,如何建構出一套屬於台灣的書法美學體系更是當務之急,因此在結論中,對於「中國書法美學」提出未來之展望。

柳公權書法藝術之研究 / Research of the Liu Gongquan calligraphy art

本論文旨在探討柳公權的書藝作品及其書學之影響。中國書法幾千年來一直處於變革中,面對書法藝術上瞬息萬變的思潮,在書法史上,柳公權的書法成就對後世的影響至深且鉅。本論文分作七章:第一章<緒論>,敘述本論文的研究動機、研究範圍與方法、並論述前人之研究成果與柳書作品大略。第二章<柳公權之生平及其時代背景>,主要以歷史研究法來探究柳公權的生平概況,並從「知人論世」觀點,了解柳公權的書學背景及柳書形成之原因。 第三章<柳公權書法之淵源>,柳書淵源來自五方面:一、是源於鍾繇,柳公權得其含蓄、自然;二、是源於二王,柳公權得其平和、古樸、清逸之韻;三、是初唐四家,歐陽詢、虞世南、褚遂良、陸柬之等人,柳公權得其清勁、含厚之雅;四、是源於顏真卿,柳公權得其寬博、挺拔之氣;五、是源於六朝碑版及其他,像是北碑中具雄強峭拔、斬截方正者,柳公權得其清勁、峻拔之質。柳公權遍閱其時筆法、集古意創新意,儼然形成所謂的「柳體」。第四章<柳公權之書法及其特色>,杜甫有詩云:「書貴瘦硬方通神。」,柳書瘦勁挺拔,結體法度森嚴,筆法靈活多變等為柳體之主要特色。 第五章<顏柳書法之比較>,柳公權是繼顏真卿之後,唐代最重要的書家。從張旭到顏真卿、顏真卿到柳公權,柳書的特色就是破舊立新,開拓新局面。蘇軾《題唐氏六家書後》云:「柳少師書本出於顏,而能自出新意。一字百金,非虛語也。 」顏柳使點線更富於立體感、節奏感,將唐楷書藝推向另一境界。第六章<柳公權在書法史上的評價與影響>,柳體的特點在於融匯前人特色而轉出新變,就學習書法者而言,容易得其形,而難以得其神,學書者往往只能抓住其中宮緊密、四周舒放的結體特點,並就其方硬瘦勁的筆畫特徵而加以學習;雖得其體貌表象,然對其神韻卻不易理解展現。因而柳書不易學習,自然也就容易為人所誤解批評了。第七章<結論>,綜理前面論述的研究成果剖析柳公權在書法藝術上之成就。 / The present paper is for the purpose of discussing Liu Gongquan's book skill work and the book study the influence. Liu Gongquan spreads reads meantime the writing technique, collection ancient Italy to create the fresh idea, just like forms so-called “the liu's style”. 呂柟《四書因問》之研究

明代科舉取士以程朱注解為準繩,推動了程朱學與四書學的興盛。經過明初一以朱說為是的「述朱」時期,明中葉的程朱學出現僵化、教條化的趨勢。面臨此學術困境,陽明心學趁勢而起,成為明代思想史上的重要指標。而同時期堅守程朱立場的學者也紛紛以個人學思,戮力於程朱學之續存。呂柟身為明代中期的理學大家,在程朱基礎上透過「理氣」關係的修正,強調「人事中實踐天理」,於心學洪流下,建構出一獨特的「實踐之學」。其學於當時幾與陽明中分其盛,對程朱學的繼承與發展實具有不可磨滅的貢獻。因此,本論文藉由呂柟《四書因問》的探究分析,嘗試通過四書詮釋,檢視歷來對呂柟學術內涵之評價。由經學角度印證、檢覈其理學思想,釐清其學術旨趣,進而衡定呂柟的學術地位,判斷其學術歸屬。同時,以呂柟四書詮釋為核心,透過與朱子、陽明詮釋的參照、比較,從中觀察明代中期程朱學的演變,以及四書學的發展趨向。

九○年代以降台灣女性小說的家族書寫研究

本論文所謂的「家族書寫」是在文學範疇中透過家族歷史現實與群體活動的記錄,加上文字敘述、記憶回溯、虛構想像的過程。同時也是一種書寫策略與筆法,透過經營、追溯家族史的書寫形式而成的作品,它們的特點是融合了歷史與想像,在時空交錯的網狀結構下進行,經由書寫家族史的過程,及其內容、結構以實踐認同,重構歷史。而在此之中,個人自我認同與性別之間千絲萬縷的關係仍在不斷地被書寫著。在中國傳統社會文化當中,女性不存在於祖譜當中,女性在家族歷史裡沒有名字。女性從書寫中確立自我認同,從女性的觀點追索自我的身世,從女性群體當中的「自己」到「異己」,無論是內在血緣、情感或外在社會關係所組成的人際網絡,都可以透過回憶、想像、書寫來建立女性的自我認同。 本文欲從「女性家族書寫」的範疇當中,探討三大命題:一是歷史定義的開放與女性敘事的特點,二是記憶與書寫,真實與虛構之間的辯證關係,第三則是透過女性書寫所建構的女性主體。 第一章共分為「研究動機與目的」、「研究範圍」、「文獻探討」、「研究方法」,及「篇章架構」簡要說明各章的論述重點。 第二章主要是探討「書寫策略」的部分,如女性書寫策略當中的「瑣碎敘事」,或是女性家族中的「姊妹情誼」,筆者認為這是女性書寫中建構記憶的「利器」,皆援引女性主義加以申論,同時也輔助主題核心論點的確立。 第三章則引用西方後結構女性主義學者西蒙‧波娃和精神分析學派的寇多洛對於女性的研究論述,從「社會關係建構」與「精神分析」雙方面同時探究兩性構成的家庭關係、母女關係和母職等議題,以突顯九○年代之後,家族重要成員形象的轉變和家庭關係的呈現。 第四章引用法國社會學家哈布瓦赫的「集體記憶」理論以及後殖民理論,析論家族與國族史交疊之下的女性書寫,進而追問女性主體在書寫過程中所展現的面貌。關於「女性主體」的部分,則援引法國女性主義學者伊瑞葛來(Luce Irigagy)的「流體力學」理論,及台灣中文學界學者劉人鵬所提出的「罔兩問景」的女性閱讀法,從流動與曖昧的角度,建構女性主體的特質。 最後一章則是結論,將各章的結果綜合彙整,集結各章的分析成果,以獨立各章結論結合後,做較為宏觀的整體性析論。一方面針對本論文的分析成果所作的結論,另一方面則是從文本考察的結果中,所延伸的看法與期待。

臺北市立圖書館成人英語讀書會之研究 / A Study on the Adult English Study Circles in Taipei Public Library

閱讀是通往知識殿堂的道路,是學習的基石,藉由閱讀,能夠擴展眼界,活躍思考。世界各地正如火如荼推廣閱讀,公共圖書館在推廣閱讀上更是不遺餘力,藉由舉辦不同的活動鼓勵民眾培養閱讀習慣,讓民眾親近文字,享受閱讀的樂趣。近年來,為了提升民眾英語閱讀的興趣,增加英語討論的機會,公共圖書館陸續舉辦不少英語讀書會,讓參與者能夠以英語資源為媒介,討論與分享不同的看法。 本研究透過問卷調查法與訪談法了解臺北市立圖書館成人英語讀書會實施現況,並歸納讀書會成員、帶領人以及圖書館讀書會業務負責館員之看法,發現成人英語讀書會之運作特色與遭遇困境,進而分析成人英語讀書會之成效。最後歸納相關文獻與研究結果,提出辦理英語讀書會之具體建議,期望作為日後公共圖書館辦理英語讀書會之參考。 調查結果顯示,成人英語讀書會成員以50歲~59歲的女性參與者為主,職業以家庭主婦居多,但與演講協會合作之讀書會較為特殊,無家庭主婦參與,而以上班族為多。教育程度上,以大專院校畢業者佔多數,而擁有研究所以上學歷者為讀書會的第二大族群。成員參與讀書會的動機為:增加英語表達能力、增廣見聞、拓展閱讀範圍,與喜愛閱讀等。 臺北市立圖書館成人英語讀書會運作特色有:一、學習方式生活化,讓英語更貼近生活;二、報章雜誌、短篇文章為主要的閱讀材料;三、研討的主題呈現多元的風貌,從休閒娛樂、文學、科技、時事新聞、醫療保健、教育、語言學習,到全球性議題;四、以英語歌曲為主之研討深受歡迎,使得原本以閱讀書籍、文章為主軸的討論型態逐漸轉變;五、圖書館英語志工加入英語讀書會,以其專業來協助讀書會之運作。 臺北市立圖書館支援成人英語讀書會的角色可分為主辦與間接推廣,前者是由圖書館自辦英語讀書會,後者是圖書館提供英語讀書會硬體空間與設備之援助。整體來看,圖書館對成人英語讀書會之支援包括:定期辦理帶領人培訓課程;透過網站或電子報、文宣刊物、出版品、海報來行銷成人英語讀書會;於館內展示讀書會成員作品;建置線上「心得分享區」與「線上讀書會」供讀書會成員討論;此外,亦提供「鼓勵讀書會購書優惠」方案,讀書會成員依此管道購買書籍可享有折扣的優惠。 在使用圖書館英語資源與服務方面,未參與成人英語讀書會前,約半數成員未曾使用圖書館英語資源與服務,他們找尋資料的管道主要為網路與自己的藏書。參與英語讀書會後,將近七成的讀書會成員因為讀書會的緣故而更常接觸圖書館,進而利用圖書館英語館藏與服務,資源使用上,則以英語圖書、英語報章雜誌與英語參考工具書被使用的情況較多。同時,有將近八成的讀書會成員平均每個月增加1~3冊館藏借閱量。 參與成員肯定英語讀書會對己身的幫助,例如能夠吸收最新的資訊與專業知識,也能增進國際視野,且經由成員的意見交流與分享,了解每個人不同的思考點,無形中擴展了個人的思考面向。成員英語能力也因為參與英語讀書會而有所提升,尤其是英語會話與聽力。除此之外,自信與勇氣的增加與人際關係的拓展也是成員認為參與讀書會的收穫。成員對成人英語讀書會在各方面之滿意度均呈現不錯的表現,以「讀書會的團體氣氛」與「帶領人的領導」滿意度最高。 研究發現,臺北市立圖書館成人英語讀書會遭遇之困難包括:一、圖書館英語資源無法滿足成人英語讀書會之需求;二、雖然有英語志工的加入,但英語讀書會帶領人才仍非常欠缺;三、成員聚會前的準備與積極性仍需加強。 最後,針對成人英語讀書會之舉辦提出幾點建議供相關單位參考。從圖書館的角度來看,普及舉辦英語讀書會、辦理英語讀書會帶領人培訓課程、充實英語館藏、英語館藏數位化、加強行銷圖書館英語資源與服務、安排英語專題演講、發行英語讀書會刊物、建置線上英語讀書會網站、持續評估成人英語讀書會辦理情形等,都是未來辦理成人英語讀書會可努力之方向。英語讀書會參與成員則可朝向:共同擬定讀書會內部規範、加強積極參與活動、適時提出回饋與建議等方向努力之。 / Reading is the way to knowledge and also the foundation of learning. We can broaden our horizons and activate the thinking through reading. Reading promotion is held worldwide; the public libraries go to great lengths to promote reading especially. Different reading activities are held to encourage the public to develop reading habits and enjoy the reading. In order to elevate the public’s English reading habits and increase the discussion opportunities, public libraries have held lots of English study circles in recent years. The group participants can discuss and share different opinions through English materials. This study adopts questionnaire and interview approach to investigate the status quo of adult English study circles in Taipei public library. Through the ideas and opinions from the group members, leaders and librarians in charge of the study circles, the study will discover the operation characteristics and difficulties English study circles encountered. Further, analyzing the effectiveness of adult English study circles. Finally, the study will provide some suggestions for holding adult English study circles after concluding literatures and study results. According to the study results, female members aged from 50 to 59 years are the primary participants in adult English study circles.The most participants are housewives. However, the members’ main career in the study circles which the library cooperates with Toastmasters International is office worker. As concerned about education background, most members have college degrees. Members have master degrees are the second largest group in adult English study circles. Besides loving reading, members’ participation motives are to increase English expressing ability, to broaden their horizons, to extend the lust of reading, etc. The operation characteristics of adult English study circles in Taipei public library are described as follows: (1)Members can use English in their daily life. (2)English books are not the main reading materials. Instead, many groups use journals.(3)The topics of discussion are divergent, including entertainment, literature, science and technology, current events, medical and health care, education, language learning, and global issues.(4)English song–centered discussion is popular. The discussion pattern has been changing gradually from discussing books and short articles to song-centered symposium. (5)Library English volunteers are engaged in English study circles and use their professional specialty to assist the group operation. The roles of Taipei public library on holding adult English study circles can be divided into auspices and indirect outreach. In the former case, the library hosts the English study circles. In the latter case, the library offers English study circles the place and facilities. On the whole, the library’ supplies include (1)holding regular leader training curricula, (2)propagandizing English study circles through websites, e-paper, publications, and posters, (3)displaying the members’ works in the library, (4)building websites “online reflection sharing” and “online study circles,” and (5)providing purchasing proposal for study circles. As far as library English resources and services concerned, about one half group members never use library English resources and services before participating in the English study circles. They surf the net and use their own collections to find the materials. After participating English study circles, about 70 percent group members go to library more often and they also use English collections and services in the library. English books, newspapers, magazines and reference books are more often used. Besides, nearly 80 percent group members increase documents on loan per capita on the average of 1 to 3 volumes per month. Group members affirm the benefits of taking part in English study circles. For example, they can get latest information, learn professional knowledge, and broaden their visions. Through sharing the opinions, they can learn different thinking from others. After participating in the English study circles, members’ English ability have improved, especially conversation and listening. In addition, self-confidence, courage, and interpersonal relationships are also the benefits. Group members think the performances of English study circles are good in all respects. Among all the performances, members are most satisfied with group atmosphere and leader’s guidance. The study shows the difficulties that adult English study circles have encountered. They include (1) library English collections can’t satisfy group leaders, (2) English group leaders are still going short, and (3) members should have more preparation and initiative. Finally, the study brings up some suggestions about holding adult English study circles. From the library’s perspective, holding more English study circles, running study circle leaders training curricula, increasing English collections, digitalizing English collections, advertising English collections and services, publishing English publications, building online English study circles websites, and keeping on evaluating adult English study circles are some ways libraries can work in the future. With regard to the members, they can draw up the group interior rules, participating in activities more actively, and raise questions or make suggestions at anytime.

臺灣圖書資訊學教育指南建構之研究 / Developing Guidelines for Library and Information Science Educational Programs in Taiwan

教育部於2006年委託高等教育評鑑中心統一對全國公私立大學院校進行評鑑,評鑑工作主要以學門為分類單位,目前共分為47個學門,以因應各大學院校系所性質之多樣性,並做為遴聘評鑑委員之依據。高等教育評鑑中心僅依據學門訂定相關參考效標,並未對各專業學科發展相關標準與指南;此外,目前之評鑑作業中,各圖書資訊學系所隸屬於不同學門進行評鑑,不僅難以確保訪視委員之專業背景、各圖書資訊學系所評鑑結果之客觀性,亦使得圖書資訊學教育品質缺乏ㄧ致標準。 面對上述危機,本論文擬研究臺灣圖書資訊學教育指南,使臺灣圖書資訊學之教育評鑑活動具備更健全、更符合系所專業教育發展的衡量基礎架構,提升臺灣圖書資訊學教育品質,亦成為臺灣圖書資訊學教育品質保證依據。 本論文主要參考英美之圖書資訊學教育標準與指南,以及我國相關研究,利用內容分析法訂定臺灣圖書訊學教育指南芻議;再採焦點團體法進行研究,共舉行4場焦點團體討論會,對象分別為圖書資訊學系所教師、圖書資訊學系所主任、圖書資訊學系所研究生與圖書館館員;各場次參與者對圖書資訊學教育指南芻議進行討論,凝聚臺灣圖書資訊學教育指南所應具備之要件與內涵共識。 本研究最後所形成之圖書資訊學教育指南草案共分為圖書資訊學定義與範圍、教育任務與目標、課程、教師團隊、學生、行政管理、教學資源與設施等7大項,27小項,40個分項指標;教育指南草案適用範圍涵蓋大學部、研究所(碩士班、博士班)、專業學程與繼續教育。研究建議包括中華圖書資訊學教育學會舉辦論壇討論草案再行公佈、舉辦圖書資訊學學門意涵與教育工作坊、專案研究圖書資訊學教育評鑑制度、推動圖書資訊學教育評鑑與指南之實施。 / In 2006, the Ministry of Education commended the higher education evaluation to Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan. Higher education evaluation divided all universities into 47 colleges, to respond to schools’ variegation and to choose the evaluation members. Higher education evaluation center only sets related guidelines according to different colleges, but doesn’t provide related standards or guidelines to professional disciplines. In addition, library and information science schools are attached to different colleges in current evaluation, and that may cause unfair assessments and impact evaluation results. Faced with the crises above, this thesis on guidelines for library and information science educational programs in Taiwan is to make the educational evaluation of library and information science develop better, fit the professional needs, and enhance the quality of education. This paper refers library and information science education standards and guidelines of Britain and the United States, as well as related researches in Taiwan. We used the content analysis to develop draft of guidelines for library and information science educational programs in Taiwan, and then held four focus group interviews which were aimed at different targets of the Department of Library and Information Science: teachers, directors, students and librarians, to discuss the draft of guidelines and cohere the content and elements of guidelines. The final form of guidelines for library and information science educational programs in Taiwan is divided into 7 parts, including the definition, goals and objectives, curriculum, faulty, students, administration, and physical resources and facilities. There are 27 indicators, and 40 sub-indicators. The guidelines offered here are primarily applied to the undergraduate, graduate(Master classes and PhD), professional programs and continuing education level. Finally, we suggested that the Association of Library and Information Science Education of Republic of China should hold discussion of the guidelines, and other related associations should hold workshops on education of library and information science as well as research in evaluation system of library and information science, and promote the educational evaluation and implementation of library and information science.

臺灣地區博物館附設圖書館經營研究 / A Study on the Management of Museum Libraries in Taiwan

博物館中的圖書館支援母機構蒐藏、研究、展示、教育等各項工作,促進博物館功能的實踐,提升博物館服務的品質,間接塑造了博物館學術且專業的形象。因此,博物館中常設有圖書館,近年來,博物館之圖書館更成為數個專業圖書館協會中討論的類別。本研究以實地訪問法,配合電話訪問及郵寄問卷,調查國內22個博物館之圖書館,目的在瞭解它們的經營現況,並對未來博物館之圖書館的經營提出建議。 本研究發現,調查中的博物館之圖書館多附設於母機構一級單位下,且隸屬不同部門;約有半數無專職人員,為兼辦業務;專業協會歸屬性不甚高;在圖書館業務運作上,其特點為:館藏專門性高、資料類別與採訪途徑多元化、藏書量在萬冊之譜、西文資料的分類法歧異性大、半數圖書館採用自動化系統、館藏資訊網路化尚在起步階段、開架陳列、不排拒來自館外的使用者,及以傳統被動的閱覽與諮詢服務為主等。在圖書館支援母機構蒐藏、研究、展示、教育等功能上,整體而言,主動積極的支援活動不多,但對博物館內部的研究風氣與對外呈現的服務品質上,有正面的貢獻與價值,值得投注更多心力。 根據調查結果,提出以下八點建議,作為博物館之圖書館經營上的參考:(1)儘快擬訂館藏發展政策;(2)提升圖書館的組織地位;(3)最少有一位專職的圖書館員及一位圖書館助理;(4)加入相關的專業組織;(5)加速圖書館自動化及網路化;(6)擴大圖書館服務對象;(7)加強圖書館行銷;(8)進行圖書館使用評估。此外,亦對圖書館員、圖書館學會、博物館學會、及專門圖書館學教育提出相關建議,希冀在各方配合與協助下,博物館之圖書館得以健全地發展,發揮其應有的功能。

公共圖書館或小學圖書館就其任務和功能,均應予以配合而改變其經營形態。學校和圖書館的合作更讓閱讀習慣的培養從小紮根,讓學生生活在閱讀的氛圖中,自然而然會提高其閱讀的意願。期待公共圖書館與小學圖書館的合作是一個美好的起步,讓閱讀、媒體資訊素養在小學能永續且生根,讓每一個孩子都能成為未來世紀的學習者。 本研究旨在探討國外公共圖書館與小學圖書館合作之實例、國內公共圖書館與小學圖書館合作之模式、以及新竹市公共圖書館與小學圖書館圖書資源合作現況。本研究透過文獻蒐集與半結構式訪談法,以新竹市公共圖書館館員、新竹市小學圖書教師為研究對象。在資料分析上,所得結論如下: 1、國外公共圖書館與小學圖書館合作經驗相當豐富,圖書館皆設置專業館員、有完整的閱讀教育政策。合作機制有助於學校圖書館經營與推動閱讀教育、提高圖書館的使用。 2、國內公共圖書館與小學圖書館合作的模式以借閱證服務及推廣閱讀活動最 多,不僅提供圖書資源更結合在地文化共同辦理特色活動。 3、新竹市公共圖書館與小學圖書館之圖書資源合作互動少。主要影響合作因素為:經費上的支援、缺乏專業圖書館館員以及相關人員的支持。 根據本研究結果顯示,提出下列幾點建議:一、中央政府方面:推行長期專案計畫、增加公共圖書館正式編制人員、設置小學圖書館每校一名圖書教師、區公所圖書館統籌由縣市文化局管理、成立縣市圖書館館員協會。二、地方政府方面:整合各單位之資源並重視公共圖書館經營與管理。三、公共圖書館方面:加強媒體宣傳、主動與市立小學進行合作、組成合作團隊。四、國民小學方面:主動爭取公共圖書館的資源、成立校內圖書館組織委員會、提供教師與學生所需要的資源與支援。 / Public libraries or libraries in elementary schools should coordinate the tasks and functions to change the management styles. The cooperation between schools and libraries could have reading habits being cultivated from childhood and allow students enhancing the reading intention in the reading atmosphere. The cooperation between public libraries and libraries in elementary schools is expected as a wonderful start, allowing reading and media information literary sustainably being rooted from elementary schools and every child becoming a learner in future era. This study aims to discuss the cooperation examples between public libraries and libraries in elementary schools in foreign countries, domestic cooperation model between public libraries and libraries in elementary schools, and present cooperation situation of library resources between public libraries and libraries in elementary schools in Hsin Chu City. With literature review and semi-structured interviews, the public librarians and the teacher librarians in elementary schools in Hsin Chu City are selected as the research participants. The data analyses are concluded as below. 1. The cooperation between public libraries and libraries in elementary schools in foreign countries is rich. Professional librarians and complete reading education policies are established in the libraries. Such a cooperative scheme could benefit the management of school libraries and the promotion of reading education and enhance the library use. 2. Domestic cooperation model between public libraries and libraries in elementary schools focuses more on library card services and reading promotion, which not only provide library resources, but also combine local culture for characteristic activities. 3. Budget support, lack of professional librarians, and supports of relevant personnel are the major factors in little cooperative interaction of library resources between public libraries and libraries in elementary schools in Hsin Chu City. According to the research results, the following suggestions are proposed. 1. The central government should promote long-term projects to increase formal personnel for public libraries, establish a teacher librarian for the library in each elementary school, arrange libraries of district offices by the country/city culture bureau, and establish county/city librarian associations. 2. Local government should integrate the resources in various sectors and stress on the management of public libraries. 3. Public libraries should reinforce media promotion, actively cooperate with municipal elementary schools, and construct cooperation teams. 4. Elementary schools should actively strive for resources in public libraries, establish library organizing committees on campus, and provide teachers and students with required resources and supports. 電子書興起對出版業的影響之產業分析與投資應用 / The shock of the emergence of e-books upon publishers, relevent industry analyses, and investment implications

電子書興起,改變了讀者的閱讀方式,紙本書不再是唯一的選擇。電子書的供應鏈由上而下可分為:作者、出版社、DRM業者、網路通路平台、電信業者、硬體載具製造商。隨著科技創新,新的供應鏈創造了參與者新的競合模式,各參與者的商業模式也隨之創新,相較於過去的紙本書市場出版商擁有較大的議價能力之情況,在新的競合模式中,掌握客源的網路平台通路商對於上游的出版商之議價能力大幅提升。另一方面,越來越多作者跳過出版社,直接將電子書的版權賣給網路平台通路商,導致出版商原有的掌握版權之優勢減弱,長期下可能會致使出版社在電子書供應鏈中的議價能力進一步降低。未來隨著科技進步,彩色電子書閱器與結合其他功能的設備將是發展趨勢,但光靠硬體端難以建立他人無法輕易突破的進入障礙,而許多參與者在供應鏈上並非具單一角色,像是Amazon與Apple兼具網路平台通路商與硬體載具供應商之角色,亦即「平台+硬體載具」的雙重獲利模式,而這兩間公司皆掌握了主要的「客源」,是其重要優勢。而Amazon更是透過支援的應用程式,讓非自家載具之消費者也能至自己的電子書店下載電子書,像是iPad、iPhone、藍莓機等等。因此以未來電子書成長後議價能力與賺取現金流之能力的消長預期來看,相較於其他參與者,Amazon與Apple會是較佳的長期投資標的。 / The emergence of e-books changes the reading habit, and the paper-book is not the only one medium of reading anymore. The supply chain of e-books comprises diversified industries, including authors, publishers, DRM providers, online retailers who operate digital bookstores and manage accounts of customers, telecommunications, technology-side players. When technology advances, the new supply chain creates new co-competition model, the business models of players begins to innovate. Compared to paper-book market in which the publishers have stronger bargaining power, in new co-competition models, the online retailers have a huge customer base and therefore have stronger bargaining power over publishers. Furthermore, there are more and more authors who skip publishers and sell the digital right to online retailers directly. That is, the content resources controlled by publishers reduce, and the bargaining power of publishers deteriorates. In the future, producing colorful e-readers will not be a difficulty anymore, but the technology-side players will have difficulty in establishing entrance barrier. However, some participants play various roles across the supply chain, such as Amazon and Apple. Both of two companies play the roles of online retailers and technology-side players, and have double sales resources from plate form and hardware. Beside, both of these companies have large customer base, and it is the critical competitive advantage of Amazon and Apple. Especially, Amazon supports some hardware tools like iPad, iPhone, and Blackberry. As long as the customers download the application programs, the customers can purchase e-books on Amazon.com. From the aspects of potential of growing bargaining power and future discounted cashflows, Amazon and Apple would be better choices for long-term investors.
