在電腦硬體快速發展的時代,以前被視為只能在工作站上執行的3D繪圖現今也可以輕易地在普通的家用電腦上執行。藉著網路視訊攝影機低廉的價格以及其普及化的趨勢,我們設計一套兼顧快速以及經濟性的系統。使用者可以輕易自行架構攝影環境,不需專業的操作便可以自動產生立體的人臉誇張模型。另一方面我們改良並結合先前的2D誇張肖像漫畫研究,除了大幅提升五官定位的精確度外,藉著替換多張參考畫作,產生出來的模型可以呈現不同藝術風格的外觀,以供廣泛的娛樂用途。 / With the advances of hardware nowadays, the computation and demonstration of 3D graphics are readily attained on a personal computer. At the same time, thanks to the prevalence of instant messaging software, webcam has become very popular. These combined factors have motivated us to design an economic and effective solution for general users to create their own 3D caricature models without complex procedures or instructions. In this thesis, we have developed a system which can extract and analyze facial features from an image pair captured by two webcams, and then generate a 3D face model based on it. Specifically, we improved previous research to obtain more accurate feature locations, and extended the exaggeration algorithm to generate more impressive effects. By fusing a caricature produced with different work as references, the system is capable of painting the face model with various artists’ styles.

早期台灣畫廊的經營者,多是美術系所畢業或研習美術相關者。當時因畫廊尚未形成一個產業,經營者因為擁有人脈和資源,彼此集中性高,所以在經營管理上趨向封閉,集中與被動。 八零年代當國內經濟的自由繁榮發展,台灣社會對藝術的需求漸增而促使畫廊產業化時,就關鍵性地決定了台灣畫廊業是「需求導向」的產業。由於是需求市場導向,各家畫廊買賣交易的畫作內容就容易呈現相當的一致性,於是畫廊紛紛投入經營本土藝術家。到九零年代達競爭激烈,然後到了千禧年後隨市場焦點的轉移到中國當代、亞洲當代、和台灣當代藝術的經營,擴大的經營區塊使台灣畫廊業面臨許多考驗。其經營模式從被動走向主動,從被動式提供展覽場地到積極規劃畫廊內展覽,積極介紹推銷畫作,建立收藏家名單,畫廊之間彼此競爭。這批台灣畫廊第一代經營者的模式,主要著眼於強調培養並建立與本土藝術家如同家人般緊密的人際關係,憑靠長期積累建立的關係以人情價取得作品,再參考二手拍賣市場,以當時屢屢升溫的行情價向收藏家賣出。 中國熱在全球發酵,中國藝術家成為新收藏標的,藝術市場的規模及消費能力一躍千里。本研究的目的是先分析藝術家、畫廊、收藏家、拍賣公司、美術館及學術界之間的微妙關係,更進一步的幫助畫廊找到其關鍵核心能力,建立畫廊品牌並且鞏固自己的人脈。最後探討台灣畫廊如何面對亞洲藝術市場的成長,順應趨勢來調整方向?哪些異質性創新決定了畫廊競爭力?及如何運用策略性思考達到永續經營的方向? / Prior to the 1980s, art galleries are mostly owned and run by arts students and practitioners. In those days, galleries have not developed as an economic sector. Their business was heavily relying on the owners' personal resources and connections. It was therefore inward focused in management and outlook. Demand for art works increased as Taiwan's economy prospered since the 1980s. It has led to the industrialization of galleries in Taiwan, fundamentally defined it as a "demand-orientated" sector. Because of this demand-orientated nature of the sector, art works that form the subject matter for the sales by the galleries have become similar across the sector. Galleries have therefore striven to scout for local artists whose works may be marketable. Competition within the sector has turned fierce as it evolved into the 1990s. And, as the sector went into the 2000s, with the opening of the market in mainland China and elsewhere in Asia, focus of Taiwan's galleries has further expanded. The way galleries are run have evolved from passive to active business development. Exhibitions, promotional tours, and formation of collectors' groups and lists abound. Competition is intense. This is markedly different from and more transparent the way of the first-generation of these galleries, which relied often solely on personal connections and a model in which profits are taken from the gap between the secondhand market and that among the private collectors. In recent years, works by mainland Chinese artists have been sought after extensively. The economy of scale of the market for art works and the financial resources devoted to such market have multiplied. This research studies the delicate relationship among artists, galleries, collectors, auctioneers, museums and the academia. It is hoped that this research will help Taiwan's galleries in their development of core competency and network . Last but not least, this research also seeks to explore questions such as how Taiwan's galleries can benefit from the growth of Asia's market for art works, what features are to determine galleries' competitiveness, and how such features and strategic planning can help achieve sustainable trading?

「治理理論」(Governance Theory)強調要 以「由下而上」的方式,去型塑出政策,而非以往 「由上而下 」去制訂政策、貫徹。這個理論的優點在於,它促使國家與社會之間的關係變得比較融洽;相對的,政策正當性與政策的執行率也都得以提高。本研究亦認為 「教育治理 」(educational governance educational)是治理理論及其理念在公共教育管領域的應用。據此,本研究以教育部兩期「頂大計畫 」為主題,試圖以量化與質化並重的方式加以分析頂大計畫之成效,期對台灣教育治理能多加以討論。同樣地,建議未來研究可收集更多時間點的資料,針對角色間的關係做更深入的探討。

在研究中國古代世界時,除了關注書面文獻的敘事外,還必須留意非訴諸文字的書寫,其中漢代畫像就以圖像形式,敘說著漢人的民風民俗、思維模式以及生死觀念,這是研究漢代不可忽略的重要材料。在中國各個畫像石出土地區,我們不約而同發現了「闕形」圖像,在現實世界中,闕是漢代非常重要的建築樣式,從聚落、宮殿到祠廟、坟墓都有闕建築的身影,它一方面作為入口標誌,另一方面又起著區隔內外的作用,更與當時社會、政治、經濟狀況密切相關。在墓葬世界中,闕形圖像無論於墓葬空間中的配置位置,或與其他畫像題材的配對,均呈現穩定的邏輯套式,這說明了闕形圖像在漢人的生死觀念中,就如同語言文字或宗教儀軌具,是一種有力量的符號、象徵。因此本研究將嘗試在歷來學者的研究基礎上,綜合建築學、人類學、宗教學的研究成果,從實體闕建築以及漢畫中闕形圖像進行類型分析,以澄清闕形圖像對闕建築的承繼與超越,進而探究闕形圖像所表達漢人精神世界的多重文化意涵。

本研究旨在探討家長支持幼兒遊戲的想法與行為,並融入Ajzen於1985年發表的「計畫行為理論(Theory of Planned Behavior)」為研究架構,以問卷調查的方法,選擇臺北市與新北市的幼兒園學生家長作為研究對象,回收366份有效問卷後,將所得的問卷資料以SPSS 22.0進行統計分析,進而整理出本研究結論: 一、不同性別與社經地位的家長在支持幼兒遊戲的知覺行為控制中,具有交互作用。 二、家長支持幼兒遊戲的態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制、行為意圖與實際行為等因素之間具有相關性。家長支持幼兒遊戲的態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制,得以透過行為意圖,對實際行為產生間接影響,其中,知覺行為控制的影響力最為顯著;而行為意圖則能直接影響實際行為。 三、家長支持幼兒遊戲的態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制、行為意圖對實際行為具有良好的預測力。 最後,根據研究結果向家長、政府、媒體、幼兒園與研究人員提出建議,期望對於幼兒遊戲的發展有所助益。

在這個研究中,我們嘗試將節奏的要素(速度、誇張度與時間調配)參數化,以產生能控制特定風格之人物角色的動畫。角色動作風格化的生成及控制是藉由一個層級式的動畫控制系統RhyCAP (Rhythmic Character Animation Playacting system), 透過一個節奏動作控制(Rhythmic Motion Control, RMC) 的方法來實現。RMC是基於傳統動畫的原則,設計參數化的動作指令,來產生生動並具有說服力的角色動作。此外,RMC也提供了運動行為的模型來控制角色動畫的演出。藉由RhyCAP系統所提供的高階控制介面,即使是沒有經過專業傳統動畫技巧訓練的使用者,也能夠創作出戲劇性的中國舞獅動畫。 / In this research, we attempt to parameterize the rhythmic factors (tempo, exaggeration and timing) into the generation of controllable stylistic character animation. The stylized character motions are generated by a hierarchical animation control system, RhyCAP (Rhythmic Character Animation Playacting system) and realized through an RMC (Rhythmic Motion Control) scheme. The RMC scheme can generate convincible and expressive character motions from versatile action commands with the rhythmic parameters defined according to the principles of traditional animation. Besides, RMC also provide controllable behavior models to enact the characters. By using the high-level control interface of the RhyCAP system, the user is able to create a dramatic Chinese Lion Dance animation intuitively even though he may not be professionally trained with traditional animation skills.

一個女性經驗的家庭計畫:臺灣家庭計畫早期的發展(1954-1964)

過去關於臺灣家庭計劃發展的觀點主要有兩種,一種是視家庭計畫為一成功的「臺灣經驗」,一種則從女性史的角度,強調家庭計畫是政府對於女性身體的控制與壓迫。本文則試著從第三種觀點出發,回到歷史原本的脈絡中,引領讀者從臺灣家庭計畫最初的前十年開始看起,首先使讀者了解到臺灣實施家庭計畫的緣由及其背景,而後在這樣的背景之下,第一個推動家庭計畫的機構:中國家庭計畫協會成立了,在本文中將呈現家庭計畫協會的創辦人──舒子寬女士及其他工作者,他們是在怎樣的動機之下加入家庭計畫的推展並成為開拓者,他們在此特殊的時空背景之下,如何獲得各方的資助而得以順利推動,而他們推動的方法又為何?藉由這些面向的探討,以呈現臺灣家庭計畫發展中的女性經驗。 本文相對於過去研究的突破如下:在資料的運用上,本文的寫作運用了過去研究者所未曾使用的農復會檔案,並和家庭計畫的工作者舒子寬女士進行口述訪談,以補充過去研究所未探討到的問題;在新的發現上,本文試圖呈現家庭計畫中的女性經驗,並試圖提出一新的主張:臺灣家庭計畫最初的推動者,基於自身的女性經驗,以試圖改善母性健康為出發點而推動家庭計畫。
