雲端運算服務導向架構電子發票加值平台XML-based訊息轉換器與資料中心之研究

財政部於2006年底建置完成的電子發票整合服務平台,提供不同產業間之買賣雙方一個具有公信力的交易稽核平台。企業在此可利用電子發票向銀行進行貸款,完成融資服務,由於貸款跨越企業與銀行,而各個不同組織間,其流程中會有金、商流共同所需之資訊,但是彼此所需的資訊格式的不同,讓整個流程無法一氣喝成。 本研究提出一個以雲端運算為基礎的服務導向架構電子發票加值平台,透過此平台企業可將原本的發票融資,轉換成利用電子發票進行線上融資,再透過XML-based訊息轉換器將企業端電子發票XML格式轉換為處理帳務之XBRL格式,以及銀行端之金流訊息FXML格式,並利用雲端運算服務作為資料儲存與呈現的基礎,而服務導向架構提供了完成此跨組織金、商流活動所需的平台一個良好架構。 在電子發票加值平台中,處理電子發票加值服務時會運用發票上的金流與商流資訊,基於安全性的考量,所以不能將資料都儲存於雲端運算的資源中,本研究的資料中心利用分散式資料儲存方式,將機密的資料儲存於企業端,減少企業使用服務的疑慮,並透過分散式資料擷取/儲存機制對不同的資料庫存取服務所需之資料,讓企業可以更放心且便利的使用服務。 / Ministry of Finance, R.O.C builds a reliable E-Invoice platform in 2006, to provide buyers and sellers a credible audit platform. Through E-Invoice platform, companies could complete loan service. Because loan service crosses the banks and enterprises, they will need the same information in loan process. However the information to each other is different formats, so that the whole process can not complete straight through. This study proposed a Service-oriented architecture E-Invoice value-added platform which based on cloud computing services. Through this platform, companies can change invoice loan service into E-Invoice on-line loan service. In this platform, they not only can use a XML-based message converter to convert business XML format to financial information XBRL format and cash flow information FXML format but also can use cloud computing services to store and present data. However Service-oriented architecture can provide this cross-organizational activity a suitable architecture. In E-Invoice value-added platform, E-Invoice on-line loan service will handle the information of cash flow and business flow, but based on security considerations, we can not stored all the data in the cloud. However this study use decentralized data center to store confidential information in the enterprise client to solve this problem and use some mechanism to extract/store data from different data center. Therefore Companies can reduce their concerns of using services and use services conveniently.

人工智慧技術對伺服器產業影響之研究 / A study of the impact of ai technology on server industry

There were many technical events held in 2017, like 2017 COMPUTEX, Google I/O, Microsoft Design Forum…etc., and Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the most concerned and hottest topics in these events. There is no doubt that in the next few years, AI technology and its further developments will be the major focus in the science and technology industry. As AI technology brings in a lot of new applications and develops commercial values, for the server industry and corresponding supply chain, it will lead to a new wave and benefit the whole ecosystem. Although the growth rate of desktop and laptop computer slows down and smartphone market starts to saturate, the demand for data processing and computing continues to grow. Large datacenter, server hardware and cloud applications supported at the back-end could still keep their momentum of growth. Taiwan-based original design manufacturers (ODMs) maintain a stable growth rate in 90% of the worldwide server manufacturing and many new business models evolved in order to fulfill the demands brought by artificial intelligence (AI). The aim of this study is to analyze the positive and negative impacts of AI technology on server industry, and will focus on four major groups in the industry: datacenter customers, OEM, ODM and component suppliers.

整合網路加值服務創新電信事業經營模式

「寬頻」為網際網路基礎建設,透過”頻寬”的配合,將使網路經營獲得正面成果。固網電信市場的開放,不僅帶動寬頻設施普及,對於網路服務供應商(ISP)產業生態或經營模式亦投下新的變數。衝擊最大的莫過於所衍生的加值服務,將改變產業間態勢消長。   緣於頻寬價格因競爭不斷下壓利潤空間,ISP深切體會惟有轉型發展「加值服務」,方能於激烈市場中立於不敗之地。然而「加值服務」森羅萬象,諸如:提供各種豐富的資訊、線上購物、協助企業資訊系統規劃、網路資料中心(IDC)、應用軟體租賃服務(ASP)、電子交易市集(e-Marketplace)…等,以ISP業者有限的資源,如何選擇能在短期內佈建成功且兼具效益的附加價值服務,進而整合服務創新經營模式,實為ISP獲利關鍵。   本研究以目前資訊委外所衍生之新興網路服務產業:網路資料中心(IDC)、應用軟體租賃服務(ASP)、電子交易市集(e-Marketplace),作為ISP評估轉型的選擇。   由於網路資料中心(IDC)、應用軟體租賃服務(ASP)、電子交易市集(e-Marketplace)三者具有相當程度的延伸性,且均需倚賴網路完成交易,”頻寬”遂成為服務品質的關鍵。ISP以其豐富的網路服務經驗暨客戶資源,跨足IDC、ASP、e-Marketplace自有利基。然因三者市場均有來自不同產業之眾多競爭者,ISP應審視市場外部環境之機會與威脅,配合己身的優、劣勢,推衍出整體性策略,發揮資源、管理、行銷上的綜效。   另一方面,IDC、ASP及e-Marketplace所延伸之加值服務體系,已然由單純的價值鏈拓展為同步運作之價值網,因此策略思維亦需從生態考量,運用網路新經濟外部性的形勢力量,推動價值網網網運作,方能締造報酬遞增的營運佳績。   在摸索過程中,就現今經濟情勢的瞭解,將有助於順勢而為,導出經營加值服務的方向,冀望以此創新之經營模式,為電信事業再創另一個春天;同時也為此期間蓬勃的B2B電子商務發展作一記實。

企業資訊生命週期管理策略之研究 / Enterprise Information Life Cycle Management Strategy Research

近年來由於網際網路的普及,資訊成爆炸性的成長,無論是企業e化、電子商務的應用服務,或是數位家庭的興起,加上網路應用服務的創新,出現如影音部落格等。這些資訊除透過網路傳遞流通外,不管是個人或企業,是使用者或提供服務的業者,都需面對管理如此龐大的資訊儲存服務。 隨著數位資訊的快速成長,檔案的體積與數量日漸增加,雖然資訊科技的進步讓儲存媒體的種類更加多元化且容量越來越大,例如一顆SATA磁碟就有500GB的容量、藍光光碟一片容量達100GB,但根據IDC公佈調查指出,2006年全球資訊量大爆炸,全年的照片、影音檔、電子郵件、網頁、即時通訊與行動電話等數位資料量,高達1610億GB,所以儲存容量的提升似乎永遠趕不上資訊的成長速度。 企業目前分散在各分支機構的IT機房,面臨人員設備的重複投資及分散管理不易,隨著寬頻網路的來臨,企業將IT基礎設施集中化,建置企業的資料中心已成趨勢,我國政府的資訊改造就規劃機房共構成13+1個資料中心,如何建構一個資料中心,應用集中化、虛擬化的趨勢讓儲存系統集中化,同時企業的資訊也集中化,大量的資訊與儲存,更需對資訊做有效的儲存管理。 根據SNIA統計,儲存系統上的資訊,30天內沒有被存取過的大約占80%不常用、不重要的資訊不只造成儲存空間的浪費,也間接影響資訊存取沒有效率,所以在有限的高階線上儲存空間下,將較少用到的資訊搬到較低階的儲存系統,不用的資訊歸檔保存。資訊也有生命週期的演變,本研究將資訊生命週期分四個階段,分別為資訊建立導入新生期、資訊使用黃金成熟期、資訊參考使用衰老期、資訊處置歸檔終老期,透過資訊價值的分類,區分資訊對企業的重要程度,融合資訊生命週期的演進,制定資訊生命週期管理策略,協助企業從資訊的建立、存取、備份、複製、資安、歸檔保存到刪除,使得資訊的儲存保護與存取效率能達到最佳化,確保資訊服務不中斷,獲得最好的儲存投資效益。 / Due to the prevalence of Internet in recent years, information grows explosively. No matter it is e-enable, the service that electronic commerce offers, or the spring up of digital family, in addition to the innovation of the application service that the Internet offers, they all enabled the appearance of products such as Vlog. These information not only circulate through the Internet, no matter it is personal or companies, users or dealers who offer service, all of them have to face the problem of managing such huge information storage service. With the rapid growth of digital information, the volume and the amount of files are getting larger and larger. The advance in information technology makes the type of storage media more various and with larger and larger capacity. For instance, a SATA hard drive has the capacity of 500GB, a Blue-ray disk has the capacity of 100GB, but according to the survey of IDC, the information around the world exploded in year 2006. The total digital information such as pictures, video/audio archive, emails, web sites, messengers, and mobile phones in the year is as much as 161 billion GB. So the storage capacity never seems to catch up with the growth of information. Companies now scatter over the IT control room of each branch. They face the difficulties of repeatedly investing in manual and facilities, and separate management. With the appearance of broadband network, companies consolidate the infrastructure of IT, building companies’ data center has become a current. The information engineering step that our government takes is to draw the control room into 13+1data center. How to build a data center? We use the current of consolidation and virtualization to consolidate storage systems. Mean while, the information of companies should be consolidated. Mass amount of information and storage needs a more efficient way of managing and storing information. According to statistic that SNIA shows, there are about 80% of information in storage system will not be accessed within 30 days. Information that are not often used or are not important can be a waste of capacity, and it can indirectly affect the inefficiency of storing information. So, in the limited high level online storage capacity, we should move the information that are not so often used to lower level storage systems, and we will not have to archive the information. There is also a life cycle within information. This research classify the life cycle of information into 4 stages, which include the introduction/emergence stage in the establishment of information, the decline stage during the reference and usage of information, as well as the final stage in the management and filing of information. Through the classify of information value, we classify the importance of the information to the company, integrate the evolution of information life cycle, establish tactics of information life cycle management, assist companies from the establishment of information, to the storage, backup, copy, information security, archiving and then to the delete of the information. This optimizes the storing, accessing efficiency, assures the continuance of information service and acquires most benefit of storage investment.

我國ISP業者降低客戶流失率做法之研究

本研究所欲探討的主題,為國內 ISP 業者降低客戶流失率所採用的做法。由於目前ISP業競爭十分激烈,各業者為了爭奪市場,常常以低價,乃至於不計成本的做法爭取客戶。然而這些虧本爭取的客戶若不能有效的留住,之前的投資可為白白浪費。因此,如何能夠有效的降低客戶流失率,是ISP業者非常重要的課題。 降低客戶流失的可行手段之一,是提高服務品質,讓客戶滿意於供應商的服務而樂於長期使用。另一種方式則是產品之鎖定機制 (Lock-in) 的運用,使客戶一旦購買某一項服務,因受到產品機制的鎖定而提高轉換成本,而不願轉換 ISP。一旦ISP能夠以適當有效的做法降低客戶流失率,就能以各種即使沒有利潤乃至於虧損的做法先吸引客戶進門,再由後續的服務回收應得的利潤。也唯有如此,ISP業者才能在嚴酷的競爭中存活。 本研究透過瞭解 ISP 產業之特性與類型;對台灣的十一家具有代表性之ISP業者,調查與整理其服務品質,以及所使用的產品鎖定機制;探討服務品質高低與市場佔有率之關係,以及不同類型之 ISP 所採用之做法的差異,並給予不同的改進建議。主要的研究結論如下: ◆ 高品質的服務有助於大型ISP業者維持市場佔有率,同時對於中小型業者的市場佔有率提昇有所助益。反之,低服務品質對於ISP維持市場佔有率有不利的影響。 ◆ 同時有助於吸引新客戶與維繫舊客戶的服務要素,以及可直接增加營收,或是減少成本的服務要素,為ISP優先重視之項目。 ◆ 服務品質領先之業者與落後者的差異,主要為交易中的服務要素。 ◆ 大型與中小型ISP在服務品質有差異之項目上,大型業者具有絕對領先優勢。兼營IDC業務之ISP與純ISP,在服務品質有差異之項目上,兼營IDC之業者具有絕對領先優勢。 ◆ 簡單之產品鎖定機制最受到ISP業者的歡迎。
