A torcida é o ponto de partida da dissertação, com a análise da interatividade proporcionada pelos sites não oficiais produzidos por fãs dos clubes, até se chegar às redes sociais. Os arquivos pessoais e institucionais que contam a história dos clubes, através das coleções de torcedores, e os fundos arquivísticos das instituições desportivas podem ser incorporados a repositórios digitais regidos pela descrição arquivística e possibilitar plena disseminação e difusão da produção documental institucional e coleções particulares, servindo como um memorial digital que constitui-se numa ferramenta de preservação digital e,consequentemente, da memória do clube. A pesquisa tem cunho participante, com o autor atuando em todas as etapas, desde a fase de criador e webmaster de um site administrado por torcedores até se atingir as comunidades em redes sociais, passando pelas experiências de escritor de obra ligada à história do clube, colecionador e construtor de um repositório digital para o diagnóstico pretendido, contando com a contribuição de um grupo restrito de fãs igualmente interessados na preservação da memória do Esporte Clube Vitória. Uma avaliação realizada pelo grupo de torcedores selecionados e pelo próprio pesquisador é complementada por uma série de recomendações para a efetivação do repositório junto ao clube, na etapa final deste trabalho. / ABSTRACT This research analyzes the preservation of the memory of football clubs, from the construction of a digital repository, taking into account the implementation of archival description and with the participation of the supporter Esporte Clube Vitória, in Salvador, Bahia Club. The fan club is the bottom line of the dissertation, with the analysis of the interactivity provided by unofficial sites produced by fans of the clubs until they reach the social networks. Personaland institutional archives that tell the story of clubs, through the collections of fans, and the archival collections of sports institutions can be incorporated into digital repositories governed by archival description and allow full dissemination and diffusion of institutional document production and private collections, serving as a digital memorial that constitutes a digital preservation tool and, consequently, the club memory. Research has participating nature, the author acting at all stages, from the creative phase and webmaster of a site run by fans until reaching communities in social networks, through the work of writer experiences linked to the history of the club, collector and maker of a digital repository for the intended diagnosis, with the contribution of a small group of fans also interested in preserving the memory of Esporte Clube Vitória. An evaluation by selected group of fans and by the researcher is complemented by a series of recommendations for ensuring the repository with the club in the final stage of this work.

Esta pesquisa discute o processo de criação artístico de Paulo Bruscky a partir do uso insistente de arquivos, documentação e registros na formulação de seu pensamento estético, cuja dialética entre a efemeridade e o registro encontra presença decisiva na confecção dos seus Bancos de Ideias. Estes cadernos, construídos ao longo de décadas e continuamente atualizados, armazenam um arsenal de esboços, pensamentos e rascunhos das mais diversas obras – materializadas ou não. Anotações, frases, catalogação de sua vasta produção coabitam com obras vindouras, ainda em registro. Uma série de obras não realizadas pela recusa em Salões ou demais órgãos institucionalizados, a partir dos bancos e documentos, são revistos e analisados, trazendo à luz a atualidade do seu pensamento estético e sinalizando, de forma decisiva, fendas históricas e outras narrativas possíveis dentro dos sistemas hegemônicos. Com um posicionamento de resistência ético e político frente à Ditadura Civil Militar Brasileira e o capitalismo, as discussões impulsionadas pela documentação e arquivamento de Paulo Bruscky oferecem um viés alternativo que pode ampliar as reflexões sobre a arte contemporânea. / This research discusses the process of the artistic creation of Paul Bruscky from the insistent use of files, documents and records in the formulation of his aesthetic thought, in which the dialectic between the ephemeral and the record has a decisive presence in the making off of his Banks of Ideas. These notebooks built for decades and continuously updated , store an arsenal of sketches, thoughts and drafts from various works - materialized or not. Notes, phrases, cataloguing of his vast production cohabit with future works, still on record. A series of works not carried out for being refused by Salon of Arts or other institutionalized bodies are reviewed and analysed from the database and documents, bringing to light the relevance of its aesthetic thought, and signalling, decisively, historical gaps and other possible narratives within the hegemonic systems. With an ethical and political resistance position against the Civic-Military Dictatorships and capitalism, the discussions driven by Paul Bruscky’s documentation and archiving offer alternative bias that can broaden the discussions about contemporary art.

The open archives and open access initiatives are contributing significantly for the undoing of the traditional model of scientific communication and for the construction of a new disaggregated model and with interoperability, fairer and efficient to disseminate the research results and like this, the knowledge generated by the scientific communities. However, due to the progresses of the information and communication technologies, not only the structure and the flow of the scientific communication is suffering considerable alterations, as well as the own concept and support of the scientific documents. This has been generating the need of the development of tools to optimize the organization, description, exchange and information retrieval processes, besides the digital preservation, among others. Highlight that the MARC format it has been allowing per decades the description and the exchange of bibliographical and cataloging registrations to the institutions, favoring the access to the contents informacionais contained in several collections. However, with the exponential growth of information and of the documents generation (above all digital), this has been demanding larger flexibility and interoperability among the several information systems available. In this scenery, the XML markup language is presented as one of the current developments that has as purpose to facilitate and to optimize the administration, storage and transmission of contents through Internet, it being incorporate for several sections and areas of the knowledge for the handling easiness and operational flexibility. O estudo do discurso contribui para se compreender como se constroem certas formações lingüísticas, preocupando-se principalmente com o contexto em que o texto foi produzido. Sendo a Arquivística um produto do conhecimento construído historicamente, o contexto de produção conceitual acaba por refletir-se nas diferentes correntes de pensamento e na abordagem metodológica. Deste modo contribui-se para, a análise do discurso e para a arquivística, já que possui um levantamento teórico a esse respeito relacionando o discurso produzido pelos manuais de arquivo. Foram discutidos conceitos fundamentais da organização arquivística: Descrição e a Organização dividida em duas fases complementares a Classificação e o Arranjo. Estes conceitos foram discutidos por meio de seu percurso histórico e conceitual em uma série de obras. The study of discourse helps to understand how its construct certain linguistic formations, concerned mainly with the context in which the text was produced. As the Archival Science a product of historically constructed knowledge, the conceptual context of production ultimately reflected in different streams of thought and approach. Thus contributes to the discourse analysis and Archival Science, since it has a theoretical approach in this regard relating the discourse produced by Archival Science manuals . We discussed the basic concepts of archival organization: Description and Organization divided into two complementary phases Classification and Arrangement. These concepts were discussed by means of its historical and conceptual in a series of works. We analyzed a total of six manuals / books, divided into before and after the development of the assumptions of Appraisal. The starting point is my participation in the development of new instruments of classification for folhetos s collections at the archives of the Brazilian Studies Institute of the University of São Paulo (IEB--‐USP). In first chapter I describe the archive life through an ethnographic account of the day--‐to--‐day activities in this environment that remains unfamiliar for the majority of anthropologists, and which led me to meet the poets themselves in the Northeastern state of Pernambuco. The second chapter refers to a brief ethnography with some eminent poets, among them J. Borges. His poetic concept of lie appears in third chapter as an ethnograp / avança e permite cercar, por fim, uma questão precisa. O seu percurso visa explicitar os lugares em que a pesquisa se fez, alinhavando-os em torno de seu objeto, a poesia dos folhetos de cordel. O ponto de partida é o Arquivo do Instituto de Estudos Brasileiros da Universidade de São Paulo (IEB-USP), onde se deu a minha participação, entre os anos de 2006 a 2007, em um projeto de organização e classificação de folhetos de cordel colecionados por figuras centrais ao modernismo brasileiro, como Heitor Villa‐Lobos e Mário de Andrade. Esta é a primeira inflexão do trabalho, quando problematiza a vida de documentos dentro e fora do Arquivo. Em seguida, aporta-se em Pernambuco, onde uma breve pesquisa de campo com poetas de cordel tornou possível uma leitura etnográfica dos folhetos pela via da mentira, conceito e dispositivo poético reinventado como eixo e fio condutor desta dissertação. Thus, we seek to trace a brief history, conceptualization and analysis of Archival Identification indicated in the national and international literature, based on the research of Brazil and Spain. Also points up the relationship between the Archival Identification and the principles, functions and methods of Archival Science. Turning specifically to the case of personal papers, which have a remarkable difference in their composition. Thus, it is proposed to reflect the issues surrounding personal papers. It is thus a theoretical research that has as object the personal papers, following the Total Archives approach, which comprises the integration of the files and documentary treatment. It is thus possible to see how the theory is important in the development of practice, considering that design differences can result in different specific effects. In this sense, it is expected that the critical analysis grounded in theoretical basis of different understandings of Archival Identification and establishment of the Personal Papers can potentially contribute to the development of Archival science while science, including by making possible greater concreteness to practical application of archival doings. / A presente dissertação trata a respeito da Identificação Documental em arquivos pessoais, através da análise das especificidades existentes nesse tipo de arquivo, especialmente no que se refere à produção documental e recuperação do princípio de proveniência. Assim, buscou-se traçar um breve histórico, conceituação e análise da Identificação Documental na literatura nacional e internacional, tomando como base as pesquisas de Brasil e Espanha. Ressalta-se também a relação existente entre a Identificação Documental e os princípios, funções e métodos da Arquivologia. Voltando-se especificamente para o caso dos arquivos pessoais, que apresentam um notável diferencial em sua composição. Dessa forma, propõe-se refletir sobre questões que envolvem os arquivos pessoais. Trata-se, de uma pesquisa teórica que tem como objeto os arquivos pessoais, seguindo a abordagem do Total Archives, a qual compreende a integração entre os arquivos e tratamento documental. Torna-se, assim, possível perceber o quanto a teoria é importante no desenvolvimento da prática, considerando que diferenças de concepção podem ocasionar efeitos concretos divergentes. Nesse sentido, espera-se que a análise crítica, embasada em fundamentação teórica dos diferentes entendimentos de Identificação Documental e da constituição dos arquivos pessoais, possa vir a contribuir, para a evolução da Arquivologia enquanto ciência, inclusive por tornar possível maior concretude à aplicação prática dos fazeres arquivísticos. / CNPq: 130114/2017-0

O tema deste trabalho é a preservação de filmes e seu foco é a Cinemateca Brasileira. Na introdução aborda-se a bibliografia existente sobre arquivos de filmes e preservação, definem-se conceitos e explica-se a questão da narrativa adotada. A primeira parte é dedicada à investigação das relações entre arquivos de filmes e Estado, com seu conseqüente reflexo na questão da autonomia de gestão dos arquivos sobre seus acervos. A partir das quatro instituições fundadoras da Fédération Internationale des Archives du Film propõe-se um quadro de categorias para os arquivos de filmes e seus estatutos jurídicos. A questão da autonomia é investigada em países do Leste europeu e experimenta-se a aplicação do quadro de categorias proposto aos arquivos da América Latina. A maior parte do trabalho é a segunda, que narra a história da Cinemateca Brasileira desde suas origens como Clube de Cinema de São Paulo, sua anexação ao Museu de Arte Moderna, a mudança de personalidade jurídica para fundação e sua transformação em órgão vinculado ao poder federal. As realizações e os obstáculos encontrados pela instituição para a preservação do patrimônio nacional de imagens em movimento são descritos e comentados desde aquelas origens até o ano de 2006, quando a Cinemateca Brasileira abriga o 62º Congresso anual da Fiaf. A conclusão questiona a tutela jurídica que a Cinemateca Brasileira se atribui em relação à preservação do patrimônio de imagens em movimento no Brasil. / The subject of this work is film preservation and its focus is on the Cinemateca Brasileira. The introduction approaches the existing bibliography about film archives and preservation, defines concepts and explains the type of narrative that will be adopted. Part I is aimed at the investigation of the relations between film archives and the State, with its subsequent reflex on the question of management autonomy of the archives on their own collections. By analyzing the four institutions that founded the Fédération Internationale des Archives du Film, a framework of categories for the film archives and their legal statutes is proposed. The autonomy question is investigated in East European countries and the categories proposed before are applied to Latin America. Part II is the most extensive: the history of the Cinemateca Brasileira is narrated, from its origins as the Clube de Cinema de São Paulo, its attachment to the Museum of Modern Art, the change of juridical figure into foundation and its transformation into a federal organ. The accomplishments and the difficulties met by the preservation of the national moving images heritage are described and commented from those origins until the year 2006, when the Cinemateca Brasileira held the 62nd Fiaf Annual Congress. The concluding remarks question the legal tutelage that the Cinemateca Brasileira attributes itself regarding the preservation of the moving images heritage in Brazil.
