Signatures géomorphologiques de l'activitée tectonique plio-quaternaire dans le sud des Andes centrales, Argentine

Les mécanismes qui mènent à la morphologie actuelle des Andes de Neuquén, dans le sud des Andes centrales (Argentine), sont mal compris. Dans ce travail, nous avons étudié les marqueurs morphotectoniques de la déformation au front de l'orogène qui montrent que le régime tectonique régional est compressif au Plio-Quaternaire. La partie méridionale des Andes de Neuquén constitue un prisme orogénique critique alors que la partie septentrionale implique plutôt la réactivation de blocs crustaux isolés dans l'avant-pays. Par ailleurs, le soulèvement dans l'avant-pays d'une large province crustale loin du front orogénique habituellement considéré à ces latitudes, traduit l'élargissement de l'orogène. Certaines structures extensives contemporaines de la compression s'expliquent par des glissements gravitaires similaires à ceux observés sur les marges passives. Les soulèvements crustaux et les couches sédimentaires ductiles contrôlent au premier ordre le processus. Des modèles numériques et une solution analytique montrent que l'incision fluviatile et la sédimentation favorisent ou inhibent l'initiation du processus.

Familiares de desaparecidos y detenidos por razones políticas, les Mères de la Place de Mai Ligne Fondatrice, l’Association Mères de la Place de Mai, les Grands-mères de la Place de Mai, l’Association des ex-détenus-disparus (AEDD), H.I.J.O.S et Herman@s sont sept associations de victimes de la dernière dictature en Argentine. Nés pendant et après la dictature (1976-1983), ce sont tous des collectifs de proches de détenus-disparus, à l’exception de l’AEDD qui est une association d’anciens-détenus disparus. L’objectif de ce travail est d’analyser l’évolution des discours de ces associations depuis leur naissance jusqu’en 2007 à la fin du mandat du président Néstor Kirchner. Il s’agit tout d’abord de comprendre dans quelle mesure ces discours sont conditionnés par les politiques étatiques de gestion du passé dictatorial par les gouvernements argentins qui se sont succédés depuis la fin de la dictature. Par ailleurs, cette analyse permet de revenir sur les dynamiques qui s’établissent entre les associations de victimes et surtout de comprendre dans quelle mesure elles constituent un ensemble. Enfin, en nous intéressant aux termes « victime », « devoir de mémoire » et « défense des droits de l’homme » dans ces discours officiels et dans ceux des associations, nous verrons comment ils sont très liés en Argentine. / Familiares de desaparecidos y detenidos por razones políticas, the Mothers of the Plaza de Mayo Línea Fundadora, the Mothers of the Plaza de Mayo Association, the Grandmothers of the Plaza de Mayo, the Association of former detained-disappeared (AEDD), H.I.J.O.S and Herman@s are seven associations of victims from the last dictatorship in Argentina. These groups of families of detained-disappeared were born during and after the dictatorship (1976-1983), except for the AEDD, a group of past-detained and disappeared people. The purpose of our study is to analyze the evolution of these associations’ discourse since they were born until 2007, President Néstor Kirchner's end of term. It first raises the question of how these discourses were influenced by the state policies established after the dictatorship regarding the dictatorial past. Besides, this analysis has allowed us to go back over the dynamics created among these associations, and especially to understand how they can be seen as a whole. The study of the word and expressions « victim », « duty of memory » and « human rights » will eventually enable to understand the importance of their links within Argentina.

La migration et les émotions : Les sentiments d’appartenance du genre et à la nation des migrants argentins à Miami et à Barcelone / Migration and emotions : The feelings of the kind belonging to the nation and Argentinean migrants in Miami and Barcelona

Entre 1999 et 2003 les Argentins ont vécu une crise économique, politique et sociale, qui a atteint son point culminant durant le Corralito en 2001. Durant cette période, le taux de chômage s’éleva à 25% et 57,5% de la population tomba en dessous du seuil de pauvreté. La fragmentation de l’Argentine comme « communauté imaginée » a entrainé indignation, déception, frustration et incertitude ; sentiments face auxquels certains Argentins ont choisi de répondre par des actions collectives alors que d’autres ont choisi d'émigrer, principalement vers les États-Unis et l’Espagne. Cette recherche analyse les sentiments d’appartenance du genre et à la nation des immigrants Argentins à Miami et à Barcelone (1999-2003). Le phénomène migratoire est envisagé comme une « expérience émotionnelle », qui entraine des négociations, des changements d’identifications pour les individus qui peuvent être éprouvés et exprimés émotionnellement. Prendre en compte l’expression des émotions selon le genre des individus afin d’analyser le phénomène migratoire n’est pas seulement une nouvelle perspective, elle permet d’avoir une meilleur compréhension de la migration. Le choix des enquêtés a été dépendent de leur position sociale familiale, c’est-à-dire s’ils émigraient seuls ou en couple. La comparaison des deux terrains, Miami et Barcelone, à deux moments distants de trois ans dans le temps, m’a permis de tendre vers une objectivation des émotions et d’avoir une compréhension globale de leur fonctionnement au cours du processus migratoire. Cette recherche montre que l’expression des émotions par les enquêtées (espoir, culpabilité, tristesse, peur, colère, honte, amour, nostalgie), les représentations et les actions qui leurs sont liées, dépendent de la construction de la subjectivité du genre, de la temporalité et du lieu de migration. / Between 1999 and 2003, Argentina experienced an economic, political and social crisis, which reached its peak during the Corralito in 2001. During this period, the unemployment rate rose to 25% and 57.5% of the population fell below the poverty line. Fragmentation of Argentina as "imagined community" has led indignation, disappointment, frustration and uncertainty feelings about which some Argentines chose to respond through collective actions while others have chosen to emigrate, mainly to the United States and Spain. This research analyzes the feelings of the kind belonging to the nation and Argentine immigrants in Miami and Barcelona (1999-2003). Migration is seen as an "emotional experience", which entails negotiations, changes in identification of individuals who may be experienced and expressed emotionally. Taking into account the expression of emotions depending on the type of individuals to analyze the migration phenomenon is not only a new perspective, it provides a better understanding of migration. Selection of respondents was dependent on their family social position, that is to say, if they emigrated alone or in pairs. Comparison of the two fields, Miami and Barcelona, ​​two years apart three moments in time, allowed me to move towards an objectification of emotions and have a comprehensive understanding of their operation during the migration process. This research shows that the expression of emotions by respondents (hope, guilt, sadness, fear, anger, shame, love, nostalgia), the representations and actions related to them, depend on the construction of the subjectivity of the genre, temporality and place of migration. / Entre 1999 y 2003, los argentinos vivieron una crisis económica, política y social que alcanzó su punto culminante durante el Corralito en 2001. Durante ese periodo, la tasa de desempleo llegó al 25% mientras el 57.5% de la población cayó por debajo del umbral de pobreza. La fragmentación argentina como “comunidad imaginada” conllevó indignación, decepción, frustración e incertidumbre, sentimientos frente a los que algunos argentinos respondieron mediante acciones colectivas, mientras otros eligieron emigrar, principalmente hacia Estados Unidos y España. La presente investigación analiza los sentimientos de pertenencia al género y a la nación de inmigrantes argentinos en Miami y Barcelona (1999 - 2003). El fenómeno migratorio se plantea como una “experiencia emocional” que implica negociaciones, cambios de identificaciones que pueden sentirse y expresarse emocionalmente. Tener en cuenta la expresión de las emociones según el género con el fin de analizar el fenómeno migratorio no sólo es una nueva perspectiva, también permite adquirir una mejor comprensión de la migración. La elección de las entrevistas se realizó en función de la estatus social familiar de los individuos, es decir si emigraron solos o en pareja. La comparación de dos terrenos, Miami y Barcelona, en dos momentos separados, me ha permitido tender hacia una objetivación de las emociones y obtener una comprensión global de su funcionamiento del proceso migratorio. La presente investigación muestra que la expresión de las emociones por parte de los entrevistados (esperanza, culpabilidad, tristeza, miedo, cólera, vergüenza, amor y nostalgia), y las representaciones y acciones que se asocian con ellas, dependen de la construcción de la subjetividad de género, de la temporalidad y del lugar de migración.

Neste trabalho analisamos a representação do intelectual elaborada por Ricardo Piglia em seu romance La ciudad ausente tendo em vista como a concepção desenvolvida pelo autor se mostra fundamental para entendermos a profunda relação desta obra com o momento de sua escritura. Nosso trabalho se desenvolveu em três eixos estreitamente conectados: a maneira como Piglia se apropria da trajetória da intelligentsia no contexto argentino e ocidental, dado que se percebe em alguns dos seus personagens; a análise dos diálogos intertextuais que compõem este romance, apontando para o fato de que a eleição de antecedentes indica alguns dos critérios de leitura do autor e para um estreito vínculo entre a posição marginal e o papel do escritor; por fim a maneira como o tempo é elaborado dentro do romance, que nos leva a acreditar que a relação entre história e ficção se dê de maneira profunda no mesmo. Como anexo, foi incluída uma entrevista feita com o autor em 2012, momento em que foi possível interpela-lo sobre diversas questões que atravessam o conjunto de sua obra. / This study analyzes the representation of intellectual elaborated by Ricardo Piglia in his novel La ciudad ausente, seeking to understand how this conception is crucial to explore the relation of this work to the time of its writing. Our work was developed in three areas closely connected: how Piglia appropriates the trajectory of the intelligentsia in the argentine context and occidental, fact that one perceives in some of his characters; analysis of intertextual dialogues that make up this novel, given that the election background indicates the criteria for author reading and a close link between the marginal position and role of the writer; finally how the time is established in the novel, which leads us to believe that the link between history and fiction takes place in a profound way in this work In 2012 we did an interview with Ricardo Piglia, when it was possible to question the author about various features of his work. This meeting was included as an appendix to our research.

Esta pesquisa propõe ler La ciudad ausente (1992) do escritor argentino Ricardo Piglia (1940) como uma obra que, a partir de uma máquina de narrar como metáfora de escritor, constrói e executa uma poética em consonância com a forma de encarar a literatura e o ato de escrita de seu autor. A primeira parte do trabalho está dedicada a três temas que serão levados em conta durante todo o texto: os nódulos brancos como elementos geradores de línguas e narrativas, o Estado como instância que também narra e a perda como origem da máquina e de histórias. A poética da máquina é tratada na segunda parte, na qual me detenho em sua formação como narradora. Partindo da proposta de um de seus inventores, identifico e divido sua programação / poética em três fases: tradução, criação por núcleos narrativos e captação do que ocorre na sociedade. Dialogando diretamente com a tradição literária argentina, proponho que a primeira fase tem como modelo o escritor Jorge Luis Borges e, seguindo as pistas de outros textos de Piglia, que a máquina insere-se em uma tradição argentina de escritores que tem a tradução como procedimento de escrita. Ainda no interior desta etapa analiso o Stephen Stevensen, tradução da máquina para o William Wilson de Edgar Allan Poe e o porquê de sua escolha. Nos capítulos dedicados à segunda fase de sua poética, verifico como a máquina desmembra o núcleo narrativo de origem do romance, o da perda, em quatro diferentes histórias: El gaucho invisible, Una mujer, Primer amor e La nena e como sua atuação resgata um papel antes atribuído aos antigos narradores. Em seguida, parto para a análise de espaços de representações dentro no romance, em especial o museu-biblioteca. Do museu à cidade, a leitura prossegue em direção à terceira fase da programação da máquina, na qual são analisadas as narrativas La grabación, Los nudos blancos e La isla, construídas a partir do que a máquina captou na sociedade e que refletiria a leitura que Piglia faz do narrador benjaminiano e da obra de escritores como Franz Kafka, Roberto Arlt e Rodolfo Walsh. Na última parte demonstro como todo o texto de La ciudad ausente pode ser lido também como uma produção da máquina de relatos e como essa ficção dentro da ficção dialoga com a visão de Macedonio Fernández e de Piglia de como devem ser encaradas as relações entre ficção, verdade e real empírico. A hipótese que norteia esta pesquisa baseia-se em ver em La ciudad ausente a reconstrução de um universo de escrita coerente com o restante da obra de Ricardo Piglia e com as leituras que ele faz de uma determinada tradição literária argentina formada especialmente por Jorge Luis Borges, Roberto Arlt e Macedonio Fernández e da obra de autores exteriores a ela, tais como Edgar Allan Poe, Antón Tchecov, Bertold Brecht, Franz Kafka e James Joyce. / This research proposes reading La ciudad ausente (1992) by Argentinean writer Ricardo Piglia (1940) as a literary work that, beginning with a narrating machine as a metaphor of writer, constructs and implements a poetic in line with the authors way of facing literature and the act of writing. The first part of the work is dedicated to three issues to be taken into account during the whole text: the white nodes as the generators of languages and narratives, the State as instance that also narrates and the loss as the origin of the machine and stories. The machines poetic is treated in the second part, in which I focus its formation as a narrator. On the basis of the proposal of one of its inventors, I identify and split its programming / poetic in three stages: translation, the creation by narrative nuclei and apperception of what occurs in society. Dialoguing directly with the Argentinean literary tradition, I propose that the first stage has as a model the writer Jorge Luis Borges and, following the lines of other texts of Piglia, that the machinery is inserted in an Argentinean tradition of writers which has the translation as written procedure. Even within this stage I analyze the \"Stephen Stevensen\", translation of the machine for the Edgar Allan Poes \"William Wilson\" and why this choice. In chapters dedicated to the second phase of his poetic, I see how the machine dismembers the initial nucleus of the novels narrative , the loss, in four different histories: \"El gaucho invisible\", \"Una mujer\", \"Primer amor\" and \"La nena\" and as its playacting recovers a role before attributed to the ancient storytellers. Then, I start the analysis of Spaces of Representation inside the novel, especially the museum-library. From the museum to the city, the reading continues towards the third stage of machines programming, moment that are analyzed the narratives \"La grabación\", \"Los nudos blancos\" and \"La isla\", built up from what the machine has grasped in society and that would reflect the reading Piglia makes of the benjaminian narrator and the work of writers such as Franz Kafka, Roberto Arlt and Rudolf Walsh. In the last part demonstrate how the whole text de La ciudad ausente may be read also as a production of the machine of reports and how this fiction within the fiction dialogues with the vision of Macedonio Fernandez and Piglia of how should be faced the relations between fiction, truth and empirical real. The hypothesis that guides this search is based in observing in La ciudad ausente the reconstruction of an universe of writing that is coherent with other pieces of Ricardo Piglias work and with the reading he has of a determined Argentinean literary tradition formed especially by Jorge Luis Borges, Roberto Arlt and Macedonia Fernandez and the oeuvre of authors outside it, such as Edgar Allan Poe, Anton Tchecov, Bertold Brecht, Franz Kafka and James Joyce.

Objet de cette thèse est l’action politique de l’Église catholique en Argentine et au Chili de Vatican II à la fin des régimes militaires des années 1970-1980. Tout particulièrement, je me propose d’analyser la forte divergence entre l’action de l’Église argentine et celle de l’Église chilienne face aux politiques des régimes militaires dans la même période, à la recherche des facteurs qui nous aident à comprendre les raisons de cette divergence. Notre attention sera dirigée vers l’action et la pensée des membres de l’Église dans sa dimension institutionnelle, c’est-à-dire les hiérarchies épiscopales argentine et chilienne tout comme le Saint-Siège. Mon propos est, tout d’abord, d’entreprendre une recherche d'histoire politique et culturelle qui, adoptant une perspective de longue durée tout en tirant parti de la contribution de l’anthropologie et de la sociologie de la religion, s’interroge sur les racines des phénomènes étudiés. Toutefois, à cause de la nature du sujet, cette étude déborde sur le domaine de l'histoire des relations internationales, tout en présentant une approche comparative qui cherche à éviter aussi bien les généralisations des études continentales que les limitations de ceux centrés sur un seul pays. Il s’agit donc d’une recherche interdisciplinaire qui cherche à profiter des apports des différents domaines d’études avec l’objectif de reconstruire le phénomène social dans sa complexité. / This Thesis analyses the political action of the Catholic Church in Argentina and Chile between the Second Vatican Council and the end of the military regimes in the 1970s and 1980s. In this study, I look at how the Chilean and Argentinian Church adopted divergent approaches towards the policies of the governing military regimes, seeking the factors behind this divergence, and I focus on thought and actions of the Argentinian and Chilean episcopate, and the Vatican. From a methodological point of view, this study aims primarily at a research in the fields of cultural and political history, taking advantage of the contributions of anthropology and sociology of religion, with a long-terms perspective seeking for the roots of the analysed phenomena. Still, being the Catholic Church transnational by nature, this study contributes to the field of history of international relations using a comparative perspective, without which it would not be possible to fully understand the national realities under analysis. This study presents the result of a multidisciplinary research with the goal of rebuilding the studied social phenomena in their full complexity, yet avoiding the generalizations common in continental studies, as well as the limitations of those studies focusing on a national level.

Esta dissertação de mestrado apresenta como corpus de análise as obras publicadas em 2009, Realidad, de Sergio Bizzio, e Bajo este sol tremendo, de Carlos Busqued, ambos autores argentinos. O objetivo é fazer uma leitura crítica de como a televisão e determinados formatos televisivos (o reality show e o documentário) possuem sua estrutura e argumento apropriados por essas narrativas literárias. Nelas, arquivos de imagens se armam e se desmontam, se abrem e se articulam, entre fotografias militares oficiais e confissões banais espetacularizadas, implicando, no trabalho do narrador, um posicionamento, um comprometimento ético e estético, crítico e criativo, ao compartilhar uma história cheia de detalhes (embora cheia de lacunas) com o leitor/espectador. Por isso, em um jogo metonímico entre o visível e o não visível, o explorado e o camuflado, a imagem da violência e a imagem violenta, qualquer semelhança com fatos históricos, imagens reais e materiais ou personagens de ficção não é mera coincidência, é matéria e questão centrais de certas práticas artísticas latino-americanas contemporâneas, como as de Bizzio e Busqued. / This dissertation presents as analysis corpus the works published in 2009 by the Argentinian authors Sergio Bizzio, Realidad, and Carlos Busqued, Bajo este sol tremendo. The aim of this study is to make a critical reading of how television and certain television formats (the reality show and documentary) have structure and plot conformed by these literary narratives. In those works, archives are assembled up and taken to pieces, opened and articulated, among military official photographs and spectacular banal confessions, involving, in the narrators work, an ethical and aesthetic, critical and creative commitment, in sharing a story full of details (although full of loopholes) with the reader/viewer. On account of a metonymic role between the visible and non-visible, the exploitation and the camouflage, the image of violence and the violent image, any similarity with historical facts, real images and fictional materials or characters is not a simple coincidence, it is a central matter of some contemporary Latin American art practices, such as Bizzio and Busqued.

Este estudo consiste na análise do romance Lenta biografía (2007), do escritor argentino Sergio Chejfec. Nosso trabalho propõe uma leitura reflexiva acerca de como a ficção coloca em cena a possibilidade e, ao mesmo tempo, a impossibilidade do relato autobiográfico. A escrita do romance apresenta-se como evocação e deslinde ao pacto autobiográfico uma vez que o narrador escreve sua história de forma especulativa. Portanto, Lenta biografía desestabiliza a categoria de autobiografia tradicional. A evocação e as estratégias narrativas adotadas na tessitura do texto tornam difusa a enunciação do narrador e indeterminam as categorias de tempo e espaço. Estas condições de escrita da narrativa e a escassez de informações sobre o passado destacam o caráter entrópico do romance e a rarefação do relato. Além disso, a fragmentação do texto compromete a possibilidade de narrar os eventos de forma linear e rompe com um tipo de arte ilusionista. O sentido alegórico atribuído à história do fugitivo judeu, no contexto da narrativa, é o mote para expandir a história do pai e de seus convidados na relação com o passado e a memória. / This study analyzed the novel Slow biography (2007), the Argentine writer Sergio Chejfec. Our work proposes a reflective reading about how fiction puts into play the possibility and at the same time, the impossibility of autobiography. The writing of the novel presents itself as an evocation and disentangling the \"autobiographical pact\" because the narrator writes his story speculatively. So Slow biography destabilizes the category of traditional autobiography. The evocation and the narrative strategies adopted in the fabric of the text become diffuse the enunciation of the narrator and indeterminate categories of time and space. These conditions of narrative writing and the lack of information about the past highlight the entropic character of the novel and the thinning of the story. Furthermore, the fragmentation of the text undermines the possibility of narrating the events in a linear fashion and breaks with a kind of art illusionist. The allegorical meaning assigned to the story of a fugitive Jew, in the context of the narrative, is the reason to expand the story of the father and their guests in relation to the past and memory.
