A lentidão processual é um indicador de ineficiência da justiça e também uma de suas causas. A normal duração dos processos cíveis está comprometida por uma série de fatores, tais como o aumento da litigiosidade, a falta de infraestrutura dos órgãos judiciários e insuficiente utilização das novas tecnologias da informação, a deficiente formação dos juízes e advogados e, particularmente, a falta de efetiva repressão às más condutas dos sujeitos processuais. Este trabalho tem por escopo identificar as condutas processuais irregulares causadoras ou contributivas para a morosidade e traçar parâmetros objetivos para sua repressão. Para tanto, foram estudados os principais aspectos relativos ao comportamento abusivo dos sujeitos processuais que violam o direito à razoável duração do processo e trazem prejuízos processuais e extraprocessuais, tanto às partes envolvidas no litígio, quanto à dignidade da jurisdição. O trabalho busca demonstrar, portanto, que ética, compromisso e cooperação são peçaschave na solução do intrincado problema da lentidão processual e que, para resolvê-lo, não são necessárias alterações legislativas: a adequada aplicação dos atuais mecanismos repressores das condutas iníquas, à luz desses valores, é suficiente para a garantia da razoável duração do processo. / The slowness of judicial procedures is a symptom of the inefficiency of justice and is also one of its causes. The usual duration of civil proceedings is jeopardized by a number of factors, such as the increase in litigiousness, the lack of infrastructure of the judiciary bodies and insufficient use of the new information technologies, the deficient educational level of judges and lawyers, and particularly the absence of an effective repression to abusive conducts of the parties to a lawsuit. The scope of this paper is to identify the improper procedural practices that give rise or contribute to the slowness of justice and to establish objective parameters to repress it. For such purpose, a study was performed on the main aspects related to abusive practices carried out by the litigants, which infringe the right to a reasonable length of proceedings, and bring about an adverse effect in court and out of court, both to the parties involved in the litigation and to the dignity of the jurisdiction. Therefore, the paper searches to demonstrate that ethics, commitment, and cooperation are key components to the solution of the intricate problem of procedural slowness, and that no legislative amendments are required to solve it: in light of such values, the proper application of the existing repressive mechanisms for inequitable conducts is sufficient to guarantee the reasonable length of court proceedings.

In order to do so, we have worked with discoursive sequences (SD) extracted from six articles included in the magazine's General Publication, published between April 2013 and January 2016, which address the theme of crime during adolescence, so that, the discursive practice of this journal can be verified through linguistic materiality. Veja is the most sold magazine in Brazil, its expressive sales numbers make it representative nationally and its positions, related to national events, are significant. In this way, the journal is in a privileged place regarding the construction of public opinion, whether within the country or as a reference for foreign nations. The magazine, inserted in the Journalistic Discourse, acts in the institutionalization of meaning(s), and contributes to the construction of the social imaginary creating ways of seeing and interpreting reality. Thus, this work seeks to investigate the production of meanings of the journal, relating the linguistic to its constituent exteriority, so that it will be possible to understand the emergence of certain senses in detriment of others. It should be emphasized that the analysis seeks not only to point out evidences in the discourse of Veja magazine, but, above all, to work with the process of production of the evidences, identifying the marks of the ideological that determine the course of each discourse. It is believed that elucidating the discursive practices and knowing the process of construction and reproduction of the hegemonic discourses over the ACAI, will be a fundamental step in the elaboration and diffusion of an alternative, counter-hegemonic discourse and the construction of a generous look on these young people, in relation to their trajectories of risk, suffering and social neglect. / O presente trabalho visa analisar quais efeitos de sentido emergem do discurso da revista Veja sobre adolescentes que cometem ato infracional (ACAI), tomando como perspectiva teórica a corrente francesa da Análise de Discurso (AD), partindo, sobretudo, de Pêcheux (1990; 1995; 1999; 2014). Para tanto, trabalha-se com sequências discursivas extraídas de seis matérias inseridas na editoria Geral da revista, publicadas entre abril de 2013 e janeiro de 2016, que abordam a temática da criminalidade na adolescência, para que, por meio da materialidade linguística, possa-se averiguar a prática discursiva desta revista. Veja é a revista mais vendida no Brasil, seus números expressivos de venda a tornam representativa nacionalmente e seus posicionamentos, ligados a acontecimentos de âmbito nacional, são significativos. Desse modo, a revista encontra-se em um lugar privilegiado no que diz respeito à formação de opinião pública, quer seja dentro do país, quer seja como referencial para as nações estrangeiras. A revista, inserida no Discurso Jornalístico, atua na institucionalização de sentido(s), e contribui com a construção do imaginário social criando modos de ver e interpretar a realidade. Assim, busca-se investigar a produção de sentidos da revista, relacionando o linguístico com sua exterioridade constitutiva para, então, compreender a emergência de determinados sentidos em detrimento de outros. Destaque-se que a análise procura não apenas apontar evidências no discurso da Veja, mas, sobretudo, trabalhar com o processo de produção das evidências identificando as marcas do ideológico que determinam o curso de cada discurso. Acredita-se que elucidar as práticas discursivas e conhecer o processo de construção e de reprodução dos discursos hegemônicos sobre os ACAI, seja um passo fundamental na elaboração e difusão de um discurso alternativo, contra-hegemônico e a construção de um olhar generoso sobre esses jovens no que tange às suas trajetórias de risco, sofrimento e descaso social.

From the study of the structuring of the Socioeducation Policy in the state of Paraná, it presents the genesis of the service to adolescents in conflict with the law. Primary sources identified as laws, decrees, deliberations and resolutions were collected on official websites such as the State Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents - CEDCA, the State System of Legislation of the State of Paraná, as well as on the websites of the secretariats SEDS and SEJU were analyzed and complemented by theses and dissertations, culminating in the study of the structuring of the Socioeducation Policy in the state of Paraná. The analysis of the management of the Socio-Education Policy of the State of Paraná, from 2007 to 2015, considering the reorganization of the service to adolescents in conflict with the law, demonstrated that there is a certain discontinuity in the programs developed to this population, since each change of institutional locus also alter the programs, having different actions to be implemented in the Socio-educational Assistance System. The programs have increasingly presented an emphasis on individual adolescent empowerment, refining the logic of individual accountability with the transfer of collective responsibility to the subject, disregarding the consequences of social relations of production. / Este estudo analisa quais foram os impactos da gestão da Política de Socioeducação do estado do Paraná, no período de 2007 a 2015, considerando a transição do Sistema Estadual de Atendimento Socioeducativo da Secretaria de Estado da Criança e Juventude – SECJ para a Secretaria de Estado da Família e Desenvolvimento Social – SEDS e para a Secretaria de Estado da Justiça, Cidadania e Direitos Humanos – SEJU. A partir do estudo da estruturação da Política de Socioeducação, no estado do Paraná, apresenta a gênese do atendimento aos adolescentes em conflito com a lei. As fontes primárias, identificadas como legislações, decretos, deliberações e resoluções foram coletadas em sites oficiais como o do Conselho Estadual dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente – CEDCA, do Sistema Estadual de Legislação do Estado do Paraná, assim como nos sites das secretarias ainda existentes, SEDS e SEJU, sendo analisadas e complementadas por teses e dissertações, culminando no estudo da estruturação da Política de Socioeducação no estado do Paraná. A análise da gestão da Política de Socioeducação do Estado do Paraná, no período de 2007 a 2015, considerando a reorganização do atendimento aos adolescentes em conflito com a lei, demonstrou que existe determinada descontinuidade nos programas desenvolvidos a esta população, visto que a cada mudança de locus institucional alteram-se também os programas, tendo diferentes ações a serem implementadas no Sistema de Atendimento Socioeducativo. Os programas apresentaram, cada vez mais, a ênfase no fortalecimento individual do adolescente, afinando-se à lógica de responsabilização individual, com a transferência da responsabilidade coletiva para o sujeito, desconsiderando as consequências das relações sociais de produção.

From studies realized and as it is a recent program, little investigated; emerged us some questions that stood out as a guide for our research: How the activities and actions developed by supervisors teachers in the PIBID/Unioeste of Portuguese Language have contributed to their continuing education? What skills and knowledge for teaching were discussed during the PIBID that can collaborate with the teaching practice of these Basic Education teachers? In order to find answers to these questions, we draw as a general objective to analyze the PIBID contributions to continuing education and teaching practice of the supervisors teachers of the subproject of Portuguese language, with specific objectives outlined: To identify the activities and actions carried out by supervisors teachers within the program; to check which skills and knowledge for teaching were addressed during the PIBID; to point what the supervisors teachers report about possible reflections and changes in their teaching practice from their participation in PIBID. To achieve the goals, we sustain our research on theoretical assumptions about the continuing education Nóvoa (1992; 1997; 2000; 2002), Candau (1997; 1999), Pimenta (1999) Libâneo, Oliveira and Toschi (2003), Costa-Hübes (2008); we also deal in our theoretical studies about the teaching knowledge of TARDIF (2012), Freire (2009) among others; and the abilities related to the act of teaching - Perrenoud (2000), Libâneo (1991), Pimenta (2005), among others. The data generation was collected through interviews with semi-structured, individually performed and recorded audio. It is, therefore, a search guided by the Applied Linguistics, the interpretive qualitative type. The research reveals interesting facts about the PIBID contributions to the training of supervisors teachers of the subproject of Portuguese, with respect to reflection and change in teaching practice through closer ties with the university, broadening and deepening the knowledge and skills of the act of teaching / A pesquisa ora apresentada buscou investigar as possíveis contribuições do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência PIBID para o processo de formação contínua de quatro professoras supervisoras do subprojeto de Língua Portuguesa do PIBID-Unioeste, desenvolvido de 2011 a 2014. A partir de estudos realizados e por se tratar de um Programa recente e pouco investigado, despontaram-nos alguns questionamentos que se destacaram como norteadores de nossa investigação: De que modo as atividades e ações desenvolvidas pelos professores supervisores no PIBID de Língua Portuguesa da Unioeste têm contribuído para sua formação contínua? Que competências e saberes para o ensino foram abordados no decorrer do PIBID que colaboraram com a prática docente destes professores da Educação Básica? Com o propósito de encontrar respostas a essa problematização, traçamos, como objetivo geral, analisar as contribuições do PIBID para a formação contínua e para prática docente dos professores supervisores do subprojeto de Língua Portuguesa, sendo que como objetivos específicos delineamos: Identificar as atividades e as ações realizadas pelos professores supervisores dentro do Programa; verificar quais competências e saberes para o ensino foram abordadas no decorrer do PIBID; apontar o que as professoras supervisoras relatam acerca de possíveis reflexões e modificações na prática docente delas a partir da participação no PIBID. Na perspectiva de alcançar os objetivos propostos, sustentamos a nossa pesquisa nos pressupostos teóricos acerca da formação contínua em Nóvoa (1992; 1997; 2000; 2002), Candau (1997; 1999), Pimenta (1999) Libâneo, Oliveira e Toschi (2003), Costa-Hübes (2008); tratamos também em nossos estudos teóricos acerca dos saberes docentes Tardif (2012),Freire (2009) dentre outros autores, e das competências relativas ao ato de ensinar Perrenoud (2000), Libâneo (1991), Pimenta (2005), dentre outros. A geração de dados ocorreu por meio de entrevistas com roteiro semiestruturado, realizadas individualmente e gravadas em áudio. Trata-se, portanto, de uma pesquisa pautada na Linguística Aplicada, do tipo qualitativa interpretativista. A pesquisa revela dados interessantes a respeito das contribuições do PIBID para a formação contínua das professoras supervisoras do subprojeto de Língua Portuguesa, no que concerne à reflexão e mudança da prática docente por meio da aproximação com a universidade, ampliando e aprofundando os saberes e as competências do ato de ensinar.

Num país de férteis mudanças e alterações constitucionais como o Brasil, o tema direitos adquiridos desperta especial interesse da doutrina e da jurisprudência. A presente dissertação procura apresentar os contornos e limites de tais direitos subjetivos, abordando o tratamento que lhes foi conferido pela Constituição Federal de 1988, através do estudo de sua cláusula constitucional de proteção frente às novações normativas (art. 5°, inc. XXXVI), com amparo no exame das principais categorias de Direito Intertemporal. No tocante à proteção constitucional dos direitos adquiridos e seu alcance, analisa-se detalhadamente a cláusula de garantia, com o exame de suas principais controvérsias à luz da doutrina e jurisprudência pátrias. Buscou-se fixar e entender a extensão da proteção dos direitos adquiridos na Constituição Federal de 1988, verificando-se os impactos da opção do legislador constituinte originário em petrificar essa garantia na Lei Maior, bem como a possibilidade de sua oposição face às manifestações do Poder Constituinte. Para tanto, são recordados os conceitos e características de cada uma das espécies de Poder Constituinte, com a apresentação das principais orientações doutrinárias e jurisprudenciais sobre o assunto. / In a country of fertile constitutional changes and modifications such as Brazil, the issue of vested rights arouses special interest of the doctrine of jurisprudence. This essay intends to present the contours and limits of such subjective rights, addressing the treatment given to them by the Federal Constitution of 1988, through the study of its constitutional clause of protection in relation to legislative innovations, with support in the examination of the main categories of intertemporal law. Regarding the protection of constitutional rights and their scope, it examines in detail the guarantee clause, with the examination of its major controversies in the light of national doctrine and jurisprudence. It intends to fix and understand the extension of the protection of vested rights in the Constitution of 1988, analyzing the impacts of the choice made by the constituent legislature in petrifying this guarantee in the Constitution, as well as the possibility of its opposition to the manifestations of Constituent Power. In this matter, the concepts and characteristics of each species of Constituent Power are recalled, with the presentation of the major doctrinal and jurisprudential guidelines on the subject.

Busca-se, também, apreender a implementação da política de atenção ao adolescente autor de ato infracional grave no município de Juiz de Fora, em sua aspiração, ainda que tardia, pela promoção e garantia dos direitos destes jovens. O ponto de partida do trabalho é a análise teórica da chamada “questão social”, seus fundamentos, interpretações e conformações no mundo contemporâneo. Sendo a prática do ato infracional por crianças e adolescentes uma das facetas daquele fenômeno, avançamos a discussão para a abordagem do sistema de proteção à infância e juventude, suas incidências históricas, as tendências prevalecentes, a direção social e política impressa pelo Estado e pela sociedade, as alternativas, contradições e desdobramentos na gestão e implementação desta rede de atenção. O presente trabalho aprofunda as determinações do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente no que diz respeito às medidas sócio-educativas, com foco naquela de privação de liberdade, chegando à aplicação destes elementos em seu campo de pesquisa - o referido município. / The purpose of this text is to elaborate systematization on the history of social politics to teenagers who committed a transgression, broaching the political and legal changes as well as the analysis developed on these social actors along the History. The purpose is also to understand the implementation of social politics turned to teenagers who committed a serious transgression in Juiz de Fora city, which aim, even late, is to promote and assure these teenagers’ rights. The starting point of this work is the theoretical analysis of the so-called “social question”, its origin, interpretations and accordance to the contemporary world. Being the practice of transgression by children and teenagers one of the facets of that phenomena, we come close to the discussion so as to broach the protection system to childhood and youth, its historic incidences and prevailing tendencies, the social lead and politics established by the State and by society, the alternatives, contradictions and deployments concerning management and implementation of this assistance networking. This piece of work deepens the resolutions found on Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente concerning the social and educative measures, focused on that freedom privation, coming to the application of these elements to its survey field – the referred city.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Bakhtin's ethical act establishing thought that humans are entirely responsible for their actions. Understood this way, there s a concrete act of a subject that is historically situated, immersed in social relations and dialogically constituted. The corporate discourse of sustainability is part of the ethical discourses currently circulating in the social environment, with visibility in various spheres of activity, including advertising. So the following questions arise: What ethical and cultural values are conveyed in sustainability advertising? How such values are arranged in hierarchies in the ads? The aim of this work is to analyze, through the dialogical theory, the central hypothesis that there are recurrences, to some extent, on the values and the hierarchy of values in samples of the discourse of sustainability in print advertising. As specific objectives, are proposed: a) to investigate how ethical and cultural values are constructed and expressed through language in the materials; b) to describe verb-visual occurrences that are present in the advertisements c) to understand the relationship between the analyzed texts and the social context. As theoretical and methodological support, we used the dialogic theory of Bakhtin Circle (BAKHTIN, 2010a, 2010b; VOLOCHÍNOV, 2009, 2011) articulated with the Thompson s media theory (2007) and rhetorical categories on values by Perelman and Olbrechts- Tyteca (2005). Five Banks advertisements were analyzed, three from Santander and two from Banco do Brasil, that were published at Veja magazine and selected in the period between January 2010 and January 2012. The methodology follows Bakhtin and it was developed based on dialogism of language. The dialogic theory contemplates the relationship between text and context. These data were considered: a) contextual data from the corporate websites of these banks and social, discoursive and cultural framework that surrounds the advertising sphere; b) textual data, mainly from the Bakhtinian notions of ideological sign and evaluative intonation (VOLOCHÍNOV, 2009; BAKHTIN, 2010a) and concepts of values, hierarchy of values and commonplaces of argumentation (PERELMAN; OLBRECHTS-TYTECA, 2005). The results show that there are recurrences, as well as peculiarities in the way the ads from Santander and Banco do Brasil produce and convey values in the social context. As an ethical value, sustainability is present in the analyzed advertisements, being sustained and reproduced by the discourse of corporate social responsibility that is also present in the websites of these banks. Sustainability is presented by both institutions as an ethical value to be pursued by the Bank and its customers. However, some differences are observed in how values are arranged in a hierarchy by each institution: for Santander, sustainable development is connected to the financial value, for the Banco do Brasil, sustainability is restricted to water preservation. The advertising language in the analyzed utterances builds ideological-discoursive positions that value sustainability within a corporate and capitalist context in which assuming social responsibility is advantageous for the company. Allied to the understanding that just as there are language practices that precede us, there are practices that are part of our contemporary experience in the world, the analyzed texts materialize dialogic relationships that integrate these discourses. / O ato ético bakhtiniano institui o pensamento de que o ser humano é inteiramente responsável por seus atos. Compreendido dessa forma, há o ato concreto de um sujeito historicamente situado, imerso nas relações sociais e constituído dialogicamente. O discurso corporativo da sustentabilidade faz parte dos discursos éticos circulantes atualmente no meio social, tendo visibilidade em várias esferas de atividade, inclusive na publicidade, surgem as seguintes questões: Quais valores éticos e culturais são veiculados na publicidade da sustentabilidade? De que maneira tais valores estão hierarquizados nos anúncios? O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar, por meio da teoria dialógica, a hipótese central de que existem recorrências, em certa medida, quanto aos valores e à hierarquia de valores em exemplares do discurso da sustentabilidade na publicidade impressa. Como objetivos específicos, são propostos: a) investigar como os valores éticos e culturais são construídos e expressos por meio da linguagem nas peças publicitárias; b) descrever ocorrências verbo-visuais presentes nos anúncios; c) compreender a relação entre os textos analisados e o contexto social. Como aporte teórico-metodológico, foi utilizada a teoria dialógica do Círculo de Bakhtin (BAKHTIN, 2010a, 2010b; VOLOCHÍNOV, 2009, 2011) articulada com a teoria da mídia de Thompson (2007) e com categorias retóricas relativas aos valores de Perelman e Olbrechts-Tyteca (2005). Foram analisados cinco anúncios de instituições bancárias, sendo três do Banco Santander e dois do Banco do Brasil, os quais foram veiculados na revista Veja e selecionados no período entre janeiro de 2010 e janeiro de 2012. A metodologia adotada segue a orientação bakhtiniana e foi desenvolvida com base no dialogismo da linguagem. A teoria dialógica contempla as relações entre textos e contexto. Foram considerados: a) dados contextuais, a partir dos sites corporativos das referidas instituições bancárias e do quadro sociodiscursivo e cultural que circunda a esfera publicitária; b) dados textuais, principalmente a partir das noções bakhtinianas de signo ideológico e de entoação valorativa (VOLOCHÍNOV, 2009; BAKHTIN, 2010a) e dos conceitos de valores, de hierarquia de valores e de lugares da argumentação (PERELMAN; OLBRECHTS-TYTECA, 2005). Os resultados demonstram que há recorrências, assim como particularidades, na maneira como os anúncios do Santander e do Banco do Brasil produzem e veiculam valores no contexto social. Como valor ético, a sustentabilidade está presente nas campanhas analisadas, sendo sustentada e reproduzida pelo discurso da responsabilidade social corporativa que está igualmente presente nos sites dessas instituições bancárias. A sustentabilidade é apresentada por ambas as instituições como valor ético a ser almejado pelo Banco e por seus consumidores. Contudo, são observadas algumas diferenças no modo como os valores são hierarquizados por cada instituição: para o Santander, o desenvolvimento sustentável está conectado ao valor financeiro; para o Banco do Brasil, a sustentabilidade está restrita à preservação das águas. A linguagem publicitária, nos enunciados analisados, constrói posições ideológicodiscursivas que valorizam a sustentabilidade no interior de um contexto corporativo e capitalista em que assumir a responsabilidade social é vantajoso para as empresas. Aliados ao entendimento de que, assim como há práticas de linguagem que nos antecedem, há práticas que fazem parte da nossa experiência contemporânea no mundo, os textos analisados materializam as relações dialógicas que integram esses discursos.

This current study aims to discuss the issue of adolescents in conflict with the law and the socio-educational measures (MSE) in assisted freedom. This work was divided into two articles, one theoretical and one empirical. The first is a review of literature on the subject teenager in conflict with the law: a review of the contributions of social, family and individual variables. In addition to the macro social conditions, the problem of the offender s behavior suffers the influence of control institutions (family, school), peer groups and individual aspects (biological and personality characteristics). To understand and address the juvenile delinquency, it becomes important to consider many aspects from a broader view in order to assess the conditions of a society at the structural level up to a vision that incorporates aspects of micro-social contexts of socio-psychological and individual levels. The second article explored the opinion of three teenagers on the MSE compliance experience in liberty. The qualitative analysis showed the following sub-units and categories: influence of family relations (conflict and/or emotional distancing, emotional support and instrumental); influence of institutional relations (emotional and instrumental support); and future plans (study, work and family). The results showed that both the relations with family and the relations with friendships seem to have contributed to these young people to engage in illegal acts. In conclusion, it is believed not to be feasible any intervention to adolescents in conflict with the law without covering the family with the same emphasis. It is highlighted the importance of studies that investigate individual biological factors along with external, family and cultural factors, so they can have subsidies targeted the prevention and the intervention in these situations. / O presente estudo propõe discutir a questão do adolescente em conflito com a lei e as relações familiares e institucionais de jovens que cumpriram Medida Socioeducativa em meio aberto. Este trabalho foi dividido em dois artigos, sendo um teórico e um empírico. O primeiro representa uma revisão da literatura referente à temática de adolescente em conflito com a lei, revisando as contribuições de variáveis sociais, familiares e individuais. O artigo discute resultados de estudos a partir da formulação teórica proposta por Shoemaker, na qual além das condições macrossociais, o problema do comportamento infrator sofre a influencia das instituições de controle (família, escola), dos grupos de pares e de aspectos individuais (características biológicas e de personalidade). Para compreender e enfrentar a infração juvenil torna-se importante considerar muitos aspectos desde uma visão mais ampla, que avalie as condições de uma sociedade em nível estrutural, até uma visão que incorpore aspectos de contextos microssociais, dos níveis sociopsicológico e individual. O segundo artigo explorou as relações familiares e institucionais de três adolescentes que cumpriram Medida Socioeducativa em meio aberto. A análise qualitativa das entrevistas evidenciaram as seguintes subunidades e categorias: influência das relações familiares (conflitos e/ou distanciamentos emocionais, apoio emocional e instrumental); influência das relações institucionais (apoio emocional e instrumental); e planos futuros (estudo, trabalho e família). Os resultados demonstraram que tanto as relações de familiares, quanto as relações de amizades, parecem ter contribuído para que estes jovens se envolvessem em atos infracionais. Em conclusão, acredita-se ser inviável uma intervenção ao adolescente em conflito com a lei, sem englobar a família, com a mesma ênfase. Destaca-se a importância de estudos, que investiguem os fatores biológicos individuais, concomitante com fatores externos, familiares e culturais, para que possam ter subsídios direcionados a prevenção e intervenção nestas situações.

The purpose of the Thesis is to acquaint reader with Safety management system in the aviation. In the beggining Thesis describes the begining of safety management, why was the system created and how it developed in the past. The main part of the Thesis is focused on identification of software tools for easier implementation of Safety management system in the training organizations. Another part of the Thesis is focused on aplication of selected software tools on small training organization (ATO) with complex disposition.

Assim sendo, a Descrição é um processo de representação dos elementos intrínsecos e extrínsecos ao Documento de Arquivo e deve ser fidedigna. En esta investigación, la función explorada fue la descripción del documento de archivo, conciliando teóricamente la práctica del “hacer” y del “cómo hacer”, desde el proceso de descripción hasta la representación del documento de archivo, siguiendo los estándares internacionales de descripción desde la concepción posmoderna. La investigación buscó comprender los aspectos del acto narrativo y la ética sobre el proceso de descripción, con el fin de contribuir a la comprensión de estos aspectos en el proceso. Con esto se enfatizó que los procesos descriptivos son interpretativos y atribuyen juicios críticos, valorativos y categorías fundamentados en la cosmovisión del archivista durante el acto de representación.
