This study was divided into five chapters, and its development initially borders citizenship and human dignity as the fundamentals of the Democratic State of Defense, emphasizing consumer protection as a fundamental right enforceable by the State in demanding protection against the violation of rights which occur as a result of relationships between private parties and identifying the constitutional norms that ensure it. The second chapter contemplates the recognition of legitimate interests evidenced in the 20th century, the evolution of the diffuse and collective interest concept and the important accomplishment that represented the Consumer Defense Code in the guardianship of these rights. The third chapter is dedicated to the commercial practices present in the consumer society and deals with marketing as a product and service placement technique in the consumer market, touching on the concept of consumer by comparison, the promotions, the information and mass communication, as well as the vulnerability of the consumer regarding these commercial practices. The fourth chapter presents an overview of the marketing techniques applied in order to influence the behavior of the consumer, through the exposure of concepts, definitions, scopes and methods found in the literature of this area of knowledge followed by the fifth chapter which presents examples which illustrate the behaviors and habits acquired and stimulated by the marketing campaigns. Finally, we can conclude that in compliance with its social pacification function, the consumer rights provides legal protection to the consumer collectivity, taking on a lead role in the resolution of conflicts which occur as a result of the pathologies found in the contemporary consumption market through the application of norms from the Consumer Defense Code, although the Brazilian society is still lacking in public policies and specific regulation in the marketing segment / A presente dissertação propõe uma reflexão a respeito da permanente exposição da coletividade difusa de consumidores às técnicas de marketing - práticas comerciais que têm por finalidade a incitação e o fomento do consumo - e da respectiva proteção jurídica do consumidor, assegurada pela Constituição Federal e pelo Código de Defesa do Consumidor em face das patologias encontradas na sociedade de consumo contemporânea. Dividido em cinco capítulos, o desenvolvimento deste estudo aborda inicialmente a cidadania e a dignidade humana como fundamentos do Estado Democrático de Direito, destacando a proteção do consumidor como direito fundamental, oponível ao Estado para exigir-lhe proteção contra violações de seus direitos oriundas de relações entre particulares, e identificando as normas constitucionais que a asseguram. O segundo capítulo contempla o reconhecimento dos interesses legítimos evidenciados no século XX, a evolução do conceito de interesses difusos e coletivos e a importante conquista que representou o Código de Defesa do Consumidor na tutela desses direitos. O terceiro capítulo é dedicado às praticas comerciais presentes na sociedade de consumo e trata do marketing como técnica de colocação de produtos e serviços no mercado de consumo, abordando o conceito de consumidor por equiparação, a oferta, a informação e a comunicação de massa, bem como a vulnerabilidade do consumidor em face de tais práticas comerciais. O quarto capítulo apresenta panorama das técnicas de marketing aplicadas com o fim de influenciar o comportamento do consumidor, através da exposição de conceitos, definições, escopos e métodos coletados em literatura dessa área de conhecimento, seguido do quinto capítulo, que apresenta exemplos ilustrativos de comportamentos e hábitos adquiridos e incentivados pelas campanhas de marketing. Por fim, conclui-se que, em cumprimento à sua função de pacificação social, o direito do consumidor proporciona proteção jurídica à coletividade difusa de consumidores, desempenhando papel de destaque na solução de conflitos decorrentes das patologias encontradas no mercado de consumo contemporâneo, através da aplicação das normas do Código de Defesa do Consumidor, embora a sociedade brasileira ainda careça de políticas públicas e de regulamentação específica ao segmento do marketing

Considering contemporary society as a consumer s society, under the influence of advertising and television, resulting in a culture of image and spectacle. Alongside peremptory happiness and immediatism, there is a requirement of fulfillment and competency directing people s lives, including children s. The new social logic assigns people hierarchically according to consumption possibilities: those who are or are not; who can or cannot; who have or do not have worth. As a result, depriving them of the right to autheticity and freedom since childhood. The rules are given and we try to adapt to them. As the psychoanalytical basis for this paper, I used the support of Sigmund Freud s, D. W. Winnicott s and J. Lacan s works. In the transition from a modern production society to a post-modern consumption society, I approach the subject who seeks completeness by acquiring goods, thus obliterating their own possibility to desire, play and fantasize. In the Capitalistic ideal, it is imperative to shorten the path between production and consumption. To illustrate this cultural change, I analyzed children s play and today s predominant birthday parties model, which I then compare to other more traditional forms of celebration. Moreover, I comment on the intensity of stimuli intended to entertain, motivate and teach children, but which ignore their capacities to choose, think, create, and, mostly, desire / Este trabalho tem a intenção de discutir as novas formas do brincar e da brincadeira na sociedade contemporânea, sob o ponto de vista da psicanálise, uma sociedade de consumo que sofre a influência da propaganda e da televisão na cultura do espetáculo. Ao lado de um imperativo de felicidade e imediatismo, uma necessidade de desempenho e eficiência comanda a vida dos cidadãos, inclusive das crianças. A nova lógica da vida social dispõe as pessoas hierarquicamente por meio das suas possibilidades de consumo quem é e quem não é, quem pode e quem não pode, quem vale e quem não vale , tirando o direito de autenticidade e liberdade desde a infância. As regras são dadas e tentamos nos adaptar a elas. Para o embasamento psicanalítico do brincar, respaldo-me em Sigmund Freud, D. W. Winnicott e Jacques Lacan. Abordo o sujeito, na passagem da sociedade moderna de produção para a sociedade pós-moderna de consumo, aquele que procura a completude na aquisição de objetos, o que oblitera a capacidade de desejar, brincar e fantasiar. No ideal do capitalismo, a exigência é que se encurte o caminho entre a produção e o consumo. Para exemplificar essa mudança cultural, são analisados algumas brincadeiras e o modelo de festas infantis preponderante na atualidade, os quais são em seguida comparados a outras formas de comemorar mais tradicionais. Ele necessita estar atento aos fatores externos e internos que contribuem para o desenvolvimento de um trabalho significativo, humano e tangível. O gestor coordenador é essencial para a realização de um trabalho formativo para que todos os envolvidos no ambiente escolar sejam beneficiados, principalmente os docentes. O referencial teórico fundamentou-se em estudos de Gatti (2008, 2013, 2014), Nóvoa (1992, 1995, 2009), Placo, Almeida e Souza (2011), Bauman (1998, 2001, 2004, 2008), Lück (2011), Maslow (1966), entre outros. Nos quais buscou aportes para fundamentar esta pesquisa. Sendo assim, o objetivo desta pesquisa foi fazer um levantamento de dados para compreender quais são os desafios que os gestores coordenadores enfrentam na rotina escolar e no seu papel como formador docente. O percurso metodológico adotado foi a pesquisa empírica qualitativa. Os dados foram levantados por meio de um questionário eletrônico com gestores coordenadores que trabalham em escolas estaduais de uma cidade do interior do estado de São Paulo por meio de do link disponibilizado pela Diretoria de Ensino da cidade. Nessa pesquisa, foi possível compreender melhor o papel do gestor coordenador na formação continuada dos docentes, seus desafios e necessidades. This professional needs to be attentive to external and internal factors that contribute to the development of a work which is meaningful, human and real. The school manager coordinator is essential to promote a formative work to benefit all those who are involved in the school environment, especially the teachers. The theoretical framework was based on studies by Gatti (2008, 2013, 2014), Nóvoa (1992, 1995, 2009), Placo, Almeida and Souza (2011), Bauman (1998, 2001, 2004, 2008), Lück (2011), Maslow (1966), among others. In which it sought contributions to support this research. Therefore, the aim of this research is to make a survey to understand the challenges that school managers coordinators faced in the school routine as a teacher training. The methodological approach adopted was an empirical qualitative research. The data was collected through an electronic questionnaire with school manager coordinators who work in public schools in the countryside of São Paulo State. In this research, it was possible to understand better the role of the school manager coordinator in the continuing education of the teachers and their difficulties and challenges. Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / A dissertação busca investigar e propor alternativas para a ação pedagógico-didática da educação cristã comunitária junto ao público pré-adolescente, inserido em um contexto urbano contemporâneo que frequenta uma comunidade da Igreja Evangélica de Confissão Luterana no Brasil - IECLB. A investigação se utiliza de pesquisa bibliográfica teórica em diálogo com a pesquisa de campo, através de um estudo de caso único, tendo como instrumento a elaboração e aplicação de um questionário ao grupo de pré-adolescentes que frequentou o ensino confirmatório em uma comunidade da IECLB em Novo Hamburgo/RS. A pesquisa inicia com uma investigação bibliográfica sobre o desenvolvimento histórico-eclesiástico da compreensão e das expectativas sobre o ensino confirmatório. Efetua também neste primeiro momento uma pesquisa sobre o desenvolvimento histórico-social do conceito pré-adolescência e de suas influências sobre o sujeito relacionando com as expectativas histórico-eclesiásticas. No segundo momento parte-se para a pesquisa teórica em torno de três filósofos que discutem as características da sociedade ocidental contemporânea, buscando definir o termo mais apropriado para denominarmos a mesma: Jean François Lyotard (pós-modernidade), Gilles Lipovtsky e Sabastién Charles (hipermodernidade). No terceiro momento a pesquisa busca fazer uma análise do conceito fé antropológica, a partir dos teólogos Paul Tillich, Juan Luis Segundo e James Fowler, dando ênfase para a dinâmica da fé na fase da pré-adolescência. No quarto e último momento da pesquisa apresenta-se a proposta de Fernando Hernández e Monserrat Ventura sobre os projetos de trabalho para a educação em diálogo com Plano de Educação Cristã Contínua da IECLB, levando em consideração a análise e as alternativas pedagógico-didáticas resultantes da investigação nos três momentos anteriores da pesquisa. A pesquisa conclui que uma educação cristã comunitária orientada metodologicamente por projetos de trabalho pode proporcionar ao público pré-adolescente através das narrativas religiosas e pessoais, da pesquisa e do diálogo experiência participativa e protagonismo, fornecendo apoio e incentivo à construção da identidade no ambiente comunitário religioso, apesar das incertezas crescentes da sociedade ocidental contemporânea. / The thesis aims to investigate and propose alternatives to the pedagogical and didactic action of the communitarian Christian education with pre-adolescents living in a contemporary urban context and attending a congregation of the Evangelical Church of Lutheran Confession in Brazil - IECLB. The investigation makes use of theoretical literature in dialogue with the field research through a single case study; and its tool of elaboration and application consisted of a questionnaire applied to a group of pre-adolescents who attended confirmation classes at a congregation of the IECLB in Novo Hamburgo-RS. The research begins with a bibliographical study on the historical and ecclesiastic development about the comprehension and expectations concerning confirmation classes. In the first part it also presents a survey about the historical and social development of the concept pre-adolescence and its influences on the person in relation to the historical and ecclesiastical expectations. In the second part, a theoretical research is carried out based on three philosophers who discuss the characteristics of contemporary Western society, seeking to define the most appropriate term to describe it: Jean François Lyotard (postmodernism), and Gilles Lipovtsky, Sabastién Charles (hyper modernism). In the third part the research aims to analyze the concept anthropological faith, based on the theologians Paul Tillich, Juan Luis Segundo and James Fowler, emphasizing the dynamics of faith in the pre-adolescence. In the fourth and last part of the study we present Fernando Hernández and Montserrat Ventura proposal about the projects for education in dialogue with the Continuous Christian Education Plan of the IECLB, taking into account the analysis and the pedagogical and didactic alternatives which arose from the three previous parts of the research. The study concludes that a communitarian Christian education which is methodologically oriented by projects can provide the pre-adolescents - through religious and personal narratives, research and dialogue with participative experience and leadership, providing support and encouragement to build identity in the religious and communitarian environment, despite the increasing uncertainty of contemporary Western society.

The objectives of the study are to investigate how the body is built on the practices and discourses of a women’s fitness center, which control mechanisms, and profiles of femininity constituted in everyday fitness facility. Moreover, it is also a main interest of this study to examine the practices of an organized sociability, as to understand the socio anthropological construction of the body in the context of those health centers. The research involves middle-aged adult women attending a women's fitness club and the results are structured into main axes of analysis, namely: the morality of practices around the body, the represented tangible types and the not stated performance identified by body movements. The study revealed that the corporeality is constituted by a broad network of meanings that involves my own body as revealed the survey. Therefore, the femininity stands out and pervades the maternal, the marital, the media and the religious fields, such as the changes that happen during the middle-aged period; a dynamic of permanent construction between subjects and the social environment. / A pesquisa que se segue tem como eixo central a construção do corpo feminino na atual sociedade, a partir do desenvolvimento de uma experiência etnográfica em uma academia de ginástica só para mulheres, localizada em um bairro popular da cidade de João Pessoa, no período entre os meses de dezembro de 2012 a dezembro de 2013. Os objetivos do estudo são investigar de que maneira o corpo é construído nas práticas e nos discursos da academia de ginástica só para mulheres, quais os mecanismos de controle que influenciam tal construção, e os perfis de feminilidade constituídos no cotidiano da academia de ginástica. Além disso, também é de interesse deste estudo examinar as práticas de sociabilidade organizadas, para assim, compreender a construção sócio antropológica do corpo no contexto da academia. A pesquisa envolve mulheres adultas de meia-idade, frequentadoras de uma academia de ginástica feminina e os resultados estão estruturados em três amplos eixos de análise, quais sejam: as práticas de moralidade em torno do corpo, os tipos corpóreos representados e o plano do nãodito identificado pela performance dos movimentos corporais. O estudo revelou que a corporeidade está constituída a partir de uma ampla rede de significações. Destaca-se, portanto, uma feminilidade que permeia os campos maternal, midiático, religioso, matrimonial e as mudanças ocorridas no período da meia-idade feminina, numa dinâmica de construção permanente entre sujeitos e o meio social.

Research has focused on initial teacher training related to the new demands required in this process to teaching due to the incorporation of information and communication technologies in the activity of a trader. Uses a qualitative approach and to give theoretical and methodological sutentabilidade, we make use of the contribution of scholars, including: Brzezinski(2008a, 2008b), Kuenzer (1999; 2000), Freitas (2002; 2003; 2007), Cabral neto e Castro (2005), Castells(1999), Frigotto (2001), Apple (1994), Goodson (2008), Sacristán (1998), Imbernon (2011), Coelho (1996), Ramalho, Nunes e Gauthier (2004), Barreto (2002; 2003; 2004; 2005;2006); Kenski (1998; 2008), Pontes e Varandas (2013). The literature and documentary allowed us to identify the configuration of the integration of ICT in initial teacher education, subsidized by the application of semi-structured interviews the teachers who teach the discipline and students of Pedagogy, also apply to these questionnaires. The study indicates that certain conditions in which it develops the discipline imposed on Computing Education blockers constitute factors for the achievement of the pedagogical function of these new Technologies. However, there is an undeniable requirement which is, in actuality, the incorporation of new technologies of information and communication the organization of curricula for teacher education, as well recognize the subjects of this research, students and teachers. / O objetivo deste trabalho consiste em investigar a integração das tecnologias da informação e comunicação no curso de Pedagogia da Universidade Federal do Maranhão, a partir do estudo dos subsídios teórico-metodológicos presentes no currículo do curso que norteiam a formação docente inicial. Entre os objetivos específicos destacamos: compreender o movimento de inserção TIC nas políticas educacionais que contribuem para atual configuração da formação docente inicial; discutir as relações do projeto pedagógico do curso com as TIC na formação docente inicial; identificar a percepção dos docentes e discentes acerca do desenvolvimento da disciplina Informática aplicada à Educação. A pesquisa tem como foco a formação inicial de professores relacionada às novas exigências requeridas nesse processo ao trabalho docente face à incorporação das modernas tecnologias da informação e comunicação na atividade desse profissional. A pesquisa bibliográfica e documental permitiu-nos identificar como se configura a integração das TIC na formação inicial do professor, subsidiada pela aplicação de entrevista semiestruturada a docentes que ministram a disciplina e a alunos do curso de Pedagogia, a estes também aplicamos questionários. O estudo indica que determinadas condições em que se desenvolve a disciplina Informática aplicada à Educação constituem fatores bloqueadores para a consecução da função pedagógica dessas novas tecnologias. Entretanto, é inegável a exigência que se impõe, na atualidade, da incorporação das novas tecnologias da informação e comunicação na organização curricular dos cursos de formação de professores, como bem o reconhecem os sujeitos dessa pesquisa-alunos e professores.

The aim of this theoretical and empirical thesis is to analyse the term of self-education and related issue, which are further developed in theory and philosophy of education, psychology and sociology. In the first part the thesis concentrates on theoretical concepts of self-education and their development in selected historical periods. The thesis accentuates a contemporary understanding of self-education and its aspects influencing the concept and practice of self- education in current society. Through several case studies in the empirical part, the thesis attempts to demonstrate personal, educational and experiential diversity backgrounding the contemporary concept of self-education. In conclusion, some options as well as difficulties of an individual self-education in contemporary society will be reflected. La tesi analizza il significato dell'abitazione nella società contemporanea, dove il processo di individualizzazione e la crescente importanza dell'esperienza quotidiana come spazio in cui i soggetti costruiscono il senso del loro agire, rendono la casa un oggetto di studio privilegiato. La trattazione si apre con un'analisi dell'abitare che prende in considerazione i principali significati legati alla casa, riconducibili essenzialmente alle due sfere semantiche dei termini inglesi house e home, e traccia una breve storia dello spazio domestico italiano dagli anni cinquanta fino ai giorni nostri. Successivamente, l'analisi viene contestualizzata nella cultura italiana contemporanea; innanzitutto, l'attenzione è puntata sulla house, con la descrizione del quadro abitativo attuale da un punto di vista quantitativo e strutturale. Poi, ci si sofferma sulla home, con l'analisi della relazione tra la casa, i bisogni e la cultura nella società contemporanea e, in particolare, viene approfondito il ruolo dell'abitazione come strumento di comunicazione dell'identità. Dopo questo inquadramento generale, il focus si sposta sulle giovani coppie: con riferimento ai risultati della ricerca empirica, vengono descritte le tappe del processo del “metter su casa” e il modo in cui oggi si caratterizza il rapporto tra le giovani coppie e l'abitazione. / The thesis analyses the meaning of the couple house/home in contemporary society. The actual social context is characterized by a process of individualization and by the increasing importance of daily experience as a space where individuals try to build the meaning of their behaviour: these elements make house/home an interesting subject of study. The thesis starts with an analysis of inhabiting and of its main meanings, which are essentially linked to the two semantic areas of house and home, and describes a short history of Italian domestic space from fifties to our days. Then, the analysis focuses on contemporary Italian culture; first, the reasoning points attention towards the house, with the description of the actual dwelling situation from a quantitative and structural point of view. Then, the treatment examines the home, with the analysis of home-needs-culture relation, and, in particular, analyses the home role as an identity communication tool. After the analysis of the general situation, the focus moves to young couples: with reference to the empiric research, the treatment describes the steps of the “step up house” process and the particular relation between young couples and their home.

As embalagens de PET (Poli Tereftalato de Etileno) acumulam-se de sobejo no meio ambiente natural, causando, além da poluição visual, a evidente degradação ambiental, que vem tomando lugar nos assentos das preocupações humanas contemporâneas. Neste sentido, e com o intuito de contribuir com a sociedade e a comunidade acadêmica, buscou-se estudar a responsabilidade civil ambiental a partir do contexto no qual se inserem as embalagens de PET, a partir da incidência do princípio ambiental da precaução. Para tal fim, fez-se necessário o estudo das fontes mais fidedignas acerca do tema, além, é claro, da interdisciplinaridade que o estudo do direito ambiental oferece aos apreciadores do tema, com suas interações entre a natureza e o homem. A partir disto, procurou-se reler a sociedade contemporânea lastreada pelo consumo, que vive sob os riscos constantes que ela mesma criou, um deles diz respeito aos problemas ambientais que restringem a cada dia as ações humanas sobre o planeta Terra. Além disso, procurou-se, já nas primeiras linhas do trabalho, apresentar algumas reflexões acerca da complexidade nesta sociedade, na qual o meio ambiente não encontra a interação necessária entre ele e o homem. Abordando-se, posteriormente, os aspectos técnicos das embalagens de PET, tais como as características físico-químicas, análise do seu Ciclo de Vida e a da sua quantidade produzida no país, revelou-se a evidente degradação ambiental que causam à natureza. Viu-se, portanto, que é possível responsabilizar-se quem fabrica as embalagens de PET, já que são responsáveis, desde a concepção até a destinação final destes tipos de embalagens, e não podem eximir-se do ônus de suportar os custos ambientais inerentes à sua atividade. Contribuem para a diminuição da degradação ambiental causada pelas embalagens de PET, entretanto, além da óbvia responsabilização, ações concretas no sentido da reciclagem, além da educação ambiental formadora de pessoas conscientes de seus atos para com a natureza, podendo utilizar-se dela sem, no entanto, extingui-la. As embalagens de PET (Poli Tereftalato de Etileno) acumulam-se de sobejo no meio ambiente natural, causando, além da poluição visual, a evidente degradação ambiental, que vem tomando lugar nos assentos das preocupações humanas contemporâneas. Neste sentido, e com o intuito de contribuir com a sociedade e a comunidade acadêmica, buscou-se estudar a responsabilidade civil ambiental a partir do contexto no qual se inserem as embalagens de PET, a partir da incidência do princípio ambiental da precaução. Para tal fim, fez-se necessário o estudo das fontes mais fidedignas acerca do tema, além, é claro, da interdisciplinaridade que o estudo do direito ambiental oferece aos apreciadores do tema, com suas interações entre a natureza e o homem. A partir disto, procurou-se reler a sociedade contemporânea lastreada pelo consumo, que vive sob os riscos constantes que ela mesma criou, um deles diz respeito aos problemas ambientais que restringem a cada dia as ações humanas sobre o planeta Terra.
