O objetivo deste trabalho é compreender e discutir alguns temas que atravessam o mundo contemporâneo para identificar elementos críticos e úteis à formação em psicologia, em especial, no campo das práticas clínicas. Por meio de uma metodologia qualitativa, fez-se um estudo teórico atrelado à análise de entrevistas concedidas por profissionais filiados a diferentes abordagens que atuam há pelo menos duas décadas no campo da clínica. Como questões ética e tecnicamente desafiadoras à clínica contemporânea, destacam-se a solidão, os processos de desenraizamento, a crise dos símbolos e papéis de autoridade, a banalização e a disseminação de violências (explícitas e sutis), a impaciência e a indiferença dos sujeitos, a perda da dignidade do sofrimento (que vem sendo sistematicamente patologizado e medicalizado), a mercantilização de valores, instituições, corpos e relações humanas, a terceirização de responsabilidades (a especialistas), a invasão da infância por valores e práticas do mundo adulto, os efeitos e as possibilidades da imersão no mundo virtual, o empobrecimento subjetivo associado à dificuldade de narrar e simbolizar experiências, o aumento de comportamentos compulsivos e irrefletidos, a privatização de bens e espaços públicos e a diminuição de experiências políticas e comunitárias / The main objective of this thesis is to comprehend and to discuss some topics in contemporary societies, in order to look for critical and useful elements for training and education in psychology, particularly regarding its clinical practices. Qualitative methods were used to carry out a theoretical study combined with the analysis of interviews made with professionals from different approaches, who have been working as psychologists for at least two decades. Ethical and technical issues which surfaced as particularly challenging to contemporary clinical psychology were: loneliness; uprooting processes; the crisis of authority symbols and roles; trivialization and spreading of violence (both explicit and subtle); peoples impatience and indifference; the loss of dignity to which suffering has been subjected (having been widely medicalized and pathologized); commercialization of values, institutions, bodies and human relations; outsourcing of responsibilities (to experts); takeover of childhood by adult values and practices; effects and possibilities of immersion in the virtual world; subjective impoverishment associated with the difficulties of symbolizing experiences and narrating them; increase in compulsive and unthinking behaviours; privatization of public assets and places; decrease in political and community experiences, among others

Esses aspectos aparecem no texto em contraponto com a História de Vida de Shinobu Saito, principal representante do método no Brasil. / Based on the work of the teacher Shinobu Saito with the Suzuki method, this research proposes to reflect on the teaching of music in our time considering the different aspects of this methodology and the implications of these ideas for the teaching/learning process. For this, one consider the japanese culture and Suzuki's vision of Music and Education; The process of Human Development, in Vygotsky's view and some characteristics of the contemporary world. These aspects rise in the text in counterpoint with the Life Story of Shinobu Saito, the main agent of the method in Brazil.

The Relation between Justice and the State and its transformation in present times Abstract This thesis deals with the relation between justice and the state. The concept of justice is discussed and examined since the beginnings of philosophy of law, yet its content is not conclusively defined. There is no satisfactory answer to the question what is just. The concept of the state is, despite its complicated development, more settled. Interestingly enough, the relation between both concepts were discussed almost as often and as thoroughly, as both concepts separately - especially in the context of the question of whether and what state is just. This thesis examines both of those concepts and puts them in a connection - it shows, that the relation between justice and a state is necessary. The starting points of this claim are - apart from the analysis of historical opinions on both concepts - the idea of Hans Kelsen, that absolute justice is inaccessible to human knowledge and thus we have to settle for relative justice, and the thesis of G. W. F. Hegel, according to whom that, what is real, is reasonable, and that what is reasonable is real. Based on this thesis, a new thesis is defined: that what is real, is just. This research agrees to Freud s concept: to insert man in the social order around him and to analyze human relations, intra e inter subjetively established. It is a theoretical research using the psychoanalytical method, in which some notes are drawn from conflict points. This study starts from a brief historical context and it tries to trace the subjetive behavior that arises along human biographic story. This work attempts to do a deep analysis about alter relations that are established between human beings and the way they affect the desired moments. Our contemporary days have aticipated the action as a way to flee from sadness, part of human loneliness, creating many psychic configurations in relation to our present time. Actually, modern times demonstrate new configurations to showing pain, as well as, ways of facing it. In order to a better understanding of the processing attitudes among men and inside oneself, this work has the main objetive to think about a different meta psychological articulation to help us to understand the relation of contemporary arrangements created to deal with the feeling of abandonment and its results within the desired condition. Analyzing the relations among men and its limits, it is necessary to rethink about existing ideas such as pulsing and their vicissitudes, desire, id, ego, and super-ego, pleasure and other ones and to create different ideas from a free mind, open to new thinking. It does not mean to forget old theoretical ideas but to search new ways of subjetive thinking that coexist with the ones already known. / Este trabalho vai ao encontro daquilo que observamos ter sido realizado durante toda a escrita freudiana: contextualizar o homem em sua ordem social circundante e pensar as relações que se estabelecem intra e intersubjetivamente. Trata-se de uma pesquisa teórica, realizada empregando-se o método psicanalítico de pesquisa. O estudo parte de uma breve contextualização histórica e procura traçar os modos de subjetivação que vão se criando ao longo da narrativa biográfica humana. Busca-se realizar profundas reflexões sobre as relações de alteridade que se estabelecem entre os seres e a forma como estas afetam as monções desejantes. A contemporaneidade tem antecipado, cada vez mais, a ação como forma de fugir à angústia inerente ao estatuto do desamparo humano, criando diferentes configurações psíquicas em correspondência ao momento presente. De tal sorte, os tempos hodiernos revelam novas configurações às manifestações de sofrimento e dor, bem como às formas de enfrentá-las. A fim de melhor compreender as articulações que se processam entre os seres, e do ser humano consigo mesmo, este trabalho tem como objetivo principal pensar uma distinta articulação metapsicológica, que se qualifique em compreender a relação dos dispositivos contemporâneos criados para lidar com o desamparo e das implicações destes na condição desejante. Pensando os limites das relações que se criam entre os seres, busca-se repensar proposições já criadas tais como pulsão e seus destinos, desejo, id, ego e superego, princípio do prazer, ou ainda outras e articular distintas idéias a partir de um pensamento que não pretende fechar-se em si, mas manter-se aberto a novas reconstruções. L’ironie est de retour. Nous assistons aujourd’hui à une production abondante d’œuvres littéraires et artistiques qui sont caractérisées par une "légèreté méditative". Cette ironie est souvent qualifiée d’ironie postmoderne du fait de ses liens avec l’ensemble des symptômes culturels de la société postmoderne. L’ironie postmoderne s’est affirmée dans la création littéraire hexagonale avec l’ascension d’une nouvelle génération d’écrivains des Editions de Minuit dont les plus représentatifs sont Jean Echenoz, Eric Chevillard et Jean-Philippe Toussaint. S’y ajoute Milan Kundera, auteur appartenant à une autre génération et à une autre culture. Chez ces écrivains, l’ironie est non seulement utilisée comme un moyen de mise à distance de l’écriture, elle exprime aussi une vision du monde que l’on pourrait appeler le "désenchantement rieur". Nous creusons dans notre étude le rapport de l’ironie avec la question de l’existence. L’ironie est d’abord une conscience clivée. Cet état de conscience se concrétise dans un mode de discours qui s’offre à la fois comme l’extériorisation de la conscience clivée et un moyen de se procurer une vue d’ensemble. Les questions que nous voulons approfondir dans la présente étude sont les suivantes : où nous situons-nous dans ce long processus de séparation ? que devient le sujet, son action et sa manière d’être dans le monde ? quel est le mode de discours dérivé de la conscience de ce sujet contemporain ? Nous essayons d’y répondre, à partir de nos réflexions sur le phénomène de l’ironie dans la représentation littéraire contemporaine. / Irony is back. Today, we are witnessing a burst of literary and artistic productions which are characterized by "thoughtful lightness". The irony is often described as postmodern irony because of his bonds with the entire cultural symptom of the postmodern society. With the rise of writers of a new generation of Editions de Minuit among whom Jean Echenoz, Eric Chevillard and Jean-Philippe Toussaint are predecessors, the postmodern irony has asserted itself in French literary creation to which added Milan Kundera who is a writer of another generation and of another culture. Irony of these writers is not only used as a way to distance from the writing, but also a vision of the world that we would call it the "cheerful disenchantment". We explore the relationship of irony and question of existence in our research. First of all, irony is a cleaved conscience. Such conscience state has come true in a mode of speech as exteriorization of the cleaved conscience and a way of obtaining an overview. In this research, we would like to go into detail the following questions: where shall we be situated is the long process of separation? What have the subject, his action and his way of being become? Which is the mode of speech that is derived of the conscience of this contemporary subject? We try to answer these questions with our reflections brought to the irony phenomenon in the contemporary literary representation.

Este trabalho promoveu um mapeamento do universo documental das Literacias de Mídia e Informação (MIL) no âmbito das Declarações Oficiais da UNESCO entre os anos de 1982 e 2014. Considerado um novo conceito, as MIL contemplam o desenvolvimento de capacidades e habilidades de cidadãos com a mídia e a informação no ambiente do Século XXI, para que sejam protagonistas de suas próprias histórias e se empoderem ao longo desse processo. Para estudo desse campo se recorreu à Teoria do Ator-Rede como aporte teórico e outros conceitos concernentes como as literacias da informação, digitais e de mídia. Da perspectiva metodológica, a pesquisa tem cunho qualitativo e transdisciplinar e contribui para a compreensão das novas morfologias epistêmicas da sociedade do conhecimento. Como resultados, foram elaborados quadros sínteses e linhas do tempo para a apreensão visual da progressão do conceito de MIL, face à sua sedimentação terminológica e temática. Ainda, se torna possível entender os vários vieses abrangidos ao longo dessa jornada, tendência que a UNESCO tem chamado de \"transliteracy\". / This work promoted a documental cartography over the Media and Information Literacies (MIL) concept under UNESCO\'s documents, between the 1982 and 2014. Considered a new concept, the MIL regards the capacity and skills development within the media and the information environment in the 21st Century, so the individuals can be protagonists of their own histories and for them to empower themselves in the process. This study refers to the Actor-Network Theory (ANT) as a theoretical basis, as well to the digital, media and information literacies concepts. Under a methodological overview, this is a qualitative and transdisciplinary research and contributes to understanding the new epistemological morphologies of the knowledge societies. As results, were elaborates synthetic boards and time lines for the visual apprehension over the MIL concept, facing its etymologic and thematic construction. Still, it is possible to comprehend the biases in this journey, a tendency that UNESCO has recently called \"transliteracy\".

This is a qualitative, exploratory, descriptive and documental research. Data were collected through bibliographical sources, as well as a documental research that was carried out in a multinational consulting firm whose headquarters is in São Paulo. The competences that were highlighted were: high motivation (passion for what you do) in three companies; focus on results that the company would want the manager to achieve, in two; and ability to perform activities, in just one. We concluded that companies search for managers that have those traits: dedication, boldness, criativity, entrepreneurship, trading facility and the ones that focus on results. We also verified that those professionals, besides having graduation, they should concentrate on their personal development, looking for qualification on the former competences. / O objetivo do presente estudo é verificar quais são as competências comuns nas 6 empresas analisadas e quais se despontam na carreira de jovens executivos entre 24 e 35 anos, o que propicia a construção de um caminho para o crescimento profissional. Esta pesquisa caracterizou-se por ser qualitativa, exploratória, descritiva e documental. O levantamento de dados foi realizado através de fontes bibliográficas e de uma pesquisa documental no banco de dados de uma empresa de consultoria multinacional, com sede em São Paulo. As competências que mais se destacam foram: paixão pelo que faz em três empresas, foco em resultados, em duas e capacidade de realização, em uma. Conclui-se que as empresas estão à procura de executivos que tenham dedicação, arrojo, criatividade, empreendedorismo, facilidade de negociação e que busquem resultados. Verificou-se também que estes profissionais, além de sua formação acadêmica, devem centrar-se em seu desenvolvimento pessoal na busca pela qualificação nessas competências.

This analysis promotes a dialogue between Literature, Cultural Studies and Cultural Geography Humanist. To this end, the research points to the need to reflect on the concepts of identity, space, place and landscape, from the contributions of cultural studies and geography Cultural Humanist, respectively, which allows to analyze how the constitution of identities takes place in geographical space, according to the experience and perception of the characters, and understand the representations of the landscape by the author and his relationship with the dilemmas in contemporary man. It is in this light it is intended to situate the work of José Saramago, Portuguese writer who seeks consistency with the reality of his country and of the contemporary world, which depicts a man in search of finding a world that often does not allow the meeting can not even same. / Estudo das identidades das personagens a partir das configurações de espaço e da percepção da paisagem no conto intitulado O conto da ilha desconhecida (1998) e no romance Ensaio sobre a cegueira (1995), de José Saramago. Tal análise promove um diálogo entre a Literatura, os Estudos Culturais e a Geografia Humanista Cultural. Para tanto, a pesquisa aponta para a necessidade de se refletir sobre os conceitos de identidade, espaço, lugar e paisagem, a partir das contribuições da Geografia Humanista Cultural e dos Estudos Culturais, respectivamente, o que possibilita analisar como a constituição das identidades se processa no espaço geográfico, segundo a experiência e percepção das personagens, além de compreender as representações da paisagem construídas pelo autor e sua relação com os dilemas vividos pelo homem na contemporaneidade. É sob essa ótica que se pretende situar a obra de José Saramago, escritor português que busca compreender a realidade de seu país e do mundo contemporâneo, que retrata um sujeito na busca de se encontrar num mundo que muitas vezes não permite o encontro nem consigo mesmo.
