Identifikace handicapu jedince s mentálním postižením v období adolescence a časné dospělosti sociálním pracovníkem / Identification of handicaps of mentally disabled person in the age of adolescence and early adulthood carried out by a social worker

If a social service shall reach its goal as a targeted and individual one it must respond to real needs of the mentally disabled individual. Social workers are active participants in integration processes of mentally disabled people. What role does the social worker play in the integration process? In what items and how can he assist the mentally disabled person in accomplishing his/her social role in corresponding and worthy way? What tools and skills does he need for it? The dissertation thesis tries to work with those questions and to discuss them in more details. An attempt is made to outline theoretic and practical grounds and possibilities for activities of the social worker in the process of integration of mentally disabled people into the common society. Motivated by an effort to understand activities of the social worker comprehensibly and unambiguously, a concept of three-level periodic operation was defined as ``Identification {--} Support {--} Opportunity``. The goal of the research is to form an evaluation scale (of the ``Identification`` tool) that could help the social worker in identification of substantial handicaps but also in recognition of advantages of mentally disabled individuals, and to plan focusing of provided social services on individual and effective incorporation of a mentally disabled person into his/her common life or to remove obstacles hindering from his/her incorporation. Usability and functionality of the evaluation tool entitled ``3P {--} Profil Potřebné Podpory`` (the Support Intensity Profile) were tested in a real environment. 20 users of social services and employees of protected workshops were included in a research set of studied persons with mild and moderate mental retardation in the age from 19 to 46 years.

Its objective is to analyze the process of implementation of the accessibility policy of the Federal University of Goiás and its relation with a guarantee of the right of the disabled person in education, through social administration of this public policy, in a historical cut of the year 2008 (creation of NA / UFG) until the year 2017, year of implementation of the Policy. The theoretical north of the research encompasses discussions of accessibility and inclusion without higher education, barriers to accessibility and effectiveness of the rights and dignity of the disabled person. A qualitative research, choosing as techniques of data collection, documentary analysis, from consultations, portarregas, normative and official resolutions of government and university, as well as semi-structured interviews with the main responsible for implementation of this policy, the former managers of the Regional Accessibility Center of Goiânia, headquarters of the Integrated System of Accessibility Centers - SINAce / UFG, and the current managers and managers of the Accessibility Centers of the Catalão, Goiás, Goiânia and Jataí Regions, the data analysis was facilitated by the technique of content analysis. This research evidences a promotion of the right of access of persons with disabilities to higher education, ideal for the achievement of dignity and citizenship, as well as the role and commitment of the UFG in the realization of this right. / A pesquisa tem como tema central o direito de acesso e permanência das pessoas com deficiência ao ensino superior. Seu objetivo é analisar o processo de implantação da política de acessibilidade da Universidade Federal de Goiás e sua relação com a garantia do direito da pessoa com deficiência à educação, pelo viés da gestão dessa política pública na instituição, em um recorte histórico do ano de 2008 (criação do NA/UFG) até o ano de 2017, ano de implantação da Política. O norte teórico da pesquisa perpassa discussões de acessibilidade e inclusão no ensino superior, barreiras à acessibilidade e efetivação de direitos e dignidade da pessoa com deficiência. A pesquisa possui caráter qualitativo, elegendo como técnicas de coleta de dados a análise documental, a partir da consulta a portarias, normativas e resoluções oficiais do governo federal e da universidade, bem como entrevistas semiestruturadas com os principais responsáveis pela implantação dessa política, os ex-gestores do Núcleo de Acessibilidade da Regional Goiânia, sede do Sistema Integrado de Núcleos de Acessibilidade – SINAce/UFG, e os atuais gestores e gestoras dos Núcleos de Acessibilidade das Regionais Catalão, Goiás, Goiânia e Jataí, a análise de dados foi facilitada pela técnica de análise de conteúdo. Evidencia-se, nesta pesquisa, a promoção do direito de acesso da pessoa com deficiência à educação em nível superior enquanto condição essencial para o alcance da dignidade e da cidadania, bem como o papel e o compromisso da UFG na efetivação desse direito.

The thesis also describes social exclusion, its characteristics and possible forms. The thesis contains the specifications of social exclusionof disabled unemploed people. In the main part there are psychological, social, economic and ethic effect of social exclusion on the life of disabled people. The second part of the thesis is focused on the experience. It contains the results of a research based on questionnaires. The questionnaires were focused on the economical capabilities of unemployed disabled people in the area of Tábor.

O direito fundamental ao trabalho da pessoa com deficiência no Brasil : caminhos para a eficácia social

This study analyzes rules of law on the right to work of the person with disabilities in Brazil. It should be a reflection on the practical implications of the ratification by Brazil of international standards that address the human rights of people with disabilities, especially the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which brought important fundamental rights such as the right to work, accessibility, reasonable accommodation, autonomy and independence, among others, in addition to a concept of a person with disabilities with a focus on barriers by establishing the social model of disability. Evaluates the consequences of the constitutional rule, including the recent Brazilian Law of Inclusion, always looking up to maximum effectiveness of the constitutional norm. Searching to materialize the right to work, the Brazilian legislation adopts mainly two models: the repressor, which prohibits discriminatory practices, and affirmative action including reservation of jobs in private companies and reservation of public offices and positions. With support on statistical data and information from the Brazilian Government and from companies included in the list of Best of Magazine Exame of 2014, it is observed that in practice, even twenty-four years after the rule of law that established such system in the private sector, much work of the various actors involved are to be made to the reservation of vacancies in companies is effectively enforced. Similarly, with the data analysis of the key public enterprises and joint capital companies, it was found that, if they continue at the pace it is, reserve positions and jobs, as laid down in the Constitution, it will take more than a century to happen. Following this path, of case studies, it became evident that affirmative action has a lot to be improved and that the repressive model barely got off the ground. Therefore, before the inefficiency of the standard, if making comparisons with the experiences of other countries, various proposals are presented in enhancing the prospect of national legislation, public policies and business practices, such as improvement of legal instruments, including small and medium companies in the process of tax incentive programs, affirmative action training and education, improvement of the statistical system, development of combat mechanics to indirect discrimination, strengthening the safety net, developing strategies for job security, creating lists of companies non-complying quota, demanding quotas for participation in tenders and the improvement of the performance of public protection agencies, among others, that will lead to greater social effectiveness of this important fundamental right. / O presente estudo analisa as normas jurídicas sobre o direito fundamental ao trabalho da pessoa com deficiência, que foi reconhecido no âmbito internacional como direito humano e positivado na Constituição Brasileira como direito fundamental. Nessa linha, é que se faz uma reflexão sobre as repercussões práticas da ratificação pelo Brasil das normas internacionais que tratam dos direitos humanos da pessoa com deficiência, sobretudo a Convenção Internacional de Direitos da Pessoa com Deficiência, que trouxe importantes direitos fundamentais, como o direito ao trabalho, à acessibilidade, à adaptação razoável, à autonomia e independência, dentre outros, além de apresentar um conceito de pessoa com deficiência com foco nas barreiras, consagrando o modelo social de deficiência. Averígua-se as consequências da fundamentalidade na legislação infraconstitucional, inclusive na recente Lei Brasileira de Inclusão, buscando-se sempre a máxima efetividade da norma constitucional. Para concretizar o direito ao trabalho, a legislação brasileira adota, principalmente, dois modelos: o repressor, que proíbe práticas discriminatórias, e o de ações afirmativas, incluindo reserva de vagas em empresas privadas e reserva de cargos e empregos públicos. Com apoio em dados estatísticas e em bancos de informações de órgãos públicos e de quarenta e oito empresas da lista das Melhores da Revista Exame de 2014, observa-se, que na prática, mesmo após vinte e quatro anos da vigência da lei que estabeleceu tal sistema na iniciativa privada, muito trabalho dos diversos atores envolvidos há de ser feito para que a reserva de vagas em empresas seja efetivamente cumprida. Da mesma forma, com a análise de dados das principais empresas públicas e sociedades de economia mistas do País, verificou-se que, se continuarem no ritmo que estão, a reserva de cargos e empregos, como previsto na Constituição, demorará mais de um século para acontecer. É nesse caminho de estudos de casos que se tornou evidente que o modelo de ação afirmativa tem muito que ser melhorado e que o repressor quase não saiu do papel. Logo, diante da ineficácia da norma, fazendo-se comparações com as experiências de outros países, diversas propostas são apresentadas na perspectiva de aprimoramento da legislação nacional, das políticas públicas e das práticas empresariais, como aperfeiçoamento dos instrumentos judiciais, inclusão de pequenas e médias empresas no processo, programas de incentivos fiscais, ações afirmativas de qualificação e educação, melhoria do sistema de estatísticas, desenvolvimento de mecanismos de combate à discriminação indireta, fortalecimento da rede de proteção, desenvolvimento de estratégias para garantia de emprego, criação de listas de empresas não cumpridora da cota, exigência de cotas para participação em licitações e o aprimoramento da atuação dos órgãos públicos de proteção, dentre outras, que levarão a maior eficácia social desse relevante direito fundamental.

The present study aims to investigate the perspectives of the bachelors teachers of the Federal Institute of Sergipe - Câmpus Lagarto on an inclusion of people with disabilities in professional and technological education. In order to achieve this goal, it was necessary to think of the teaching methods provided by the Institute and to evaluate within these methods which ones are in consonance with the law on an educational inclusion, in particular, an inclusion of the person with a disability. In this institutional gear, the main focus of the research is the teaching professionals who work in it. Considering that the graduates have pedagogical training to act as teachers, the main subject of this research are specifically the teachers who have bachelor degree, the way in which they think about the teaching and its relation with the inclusion of the disabled person in professional and technological education . The research approach is qualitative, of the case study type, with documental basis, with questionnaires and interviews, the time frame is based on Law 11,892 / 2008. For data analysis we used the content analysis method. The institutional actions have little visibility according to the informants and the training of teachers to work in professional education reflects on the pedagogical activity with students with disabilities and their perspective on the insertion of these in professional practices in the context of the Lagarto Câmpus, thus, continued education can be seen as a necessary element in teaching practice, as well as a (re) structuring of institutional policies with a view to the inclusion of persons with disabilities. / O presente estudo pretende investigar as perspectivas dos docentes bacharéis do Instituto Federal de Sergipe- Câmpus Lagarto sobre a inclusão de pessoas com deficiência na educação profissional e tecnológica. Para tal fez-se necessário pensar a instituição na qual se insere a pesquisa para evidenciar a modalidade de ensino que esta oferta e dentro desta como são atendidas as preconizações da lei sobre a inclusão educacional, de modo particular, a inclusão da pessoa com deficiência. Nesta engrenagem institucional o foco principal da pesquisa são os profissionais docentes que nela atuam. Considerando que os licenciados têm formação pedagógica para atuar como docentes, são, especificamente, os docentes bacharéis que são apresentados como sujeitos da pesquisa, a forma como estes descreveram a docência e as suas relações com a inclusão da pessoa com deficiência na educação profissional e tecnológica. A abordagem da pesquisa é qualitativa, do tipo estudo de caso, com base documental, aplicação de questionários e entrevistas, o marco temporal é a partir da Lei nº 11.892/2008. Para a análise dos dados utilizamos o método de análise de conteúdo. Segundo os informantes as ações institucionais têm pouca visibilidade e a formação dos docentes para atuarem na educação profissional reflete na atuação pedagógica com os discentes com deficiência e sua perspectiva sobre a inserção destes nas práticas profissionais, no contexto do Câmpus Lagarto, assim, a formação continuada se mostra como um elemento necessário à prática docente, bem como uma (re) estruturação das políticas institucionais com vistas à inclusão da pessoa com deficiência. / São Cristóvão, SE

La presente investigación es de alcance correlacional, es decir tiene como propósito conocer la influencia de la variable independiente estilos de liderazgo en la variable dependiente desarrollo deportivo de los paradeportistas. El diseño no experimental de corte transversal es decir no se manipularán las variables de investigación, el recojo de información se dará en un solo momento. El paradeportista del cual se va a obtener su percepción sobre el estilo de liderazgo del comando técnico. Para cumplir con el objetivo y medir las variables de investigación se utilizó el método cuantitativo a través de la herramienta encuesta tipo Likert a 199 paradeportistas. El análisis de fiabilidad de nuestras variables, se obtuvo un 0,905 demostrando que el instrumento de medición es estadísticamente fiable y veraz ya que supera el 0,7. Distribución no es normal por lo tanto se ha obtenido el r de Pearson y la regresión lineal. Existe asociación entre las variables y la significancia aprueba las hipótesis alternas. Las conclusiones, en las hipótesis la relación es directa porque a mayor liderazgo del Comando Técnico habrá mayor desarrollo deportivo de los paradeportistas y en el baloncesto sobre silla de ruedas no existe asociación entre las variables y tampoco se puede generalizar, solo en este caso se aprueba la hipótesis nula. / This research is correlational in scope, that is, its purpose is to know the influence of the independent variable leadership styles on the dependent variable sports development of paraathletes. The non-experimental cross-sectional design means that the research variables will not be manipulated, the information will be collected in a single moment. The para-athletes whose perception of the leadership style of the technical command will be obtained. To meet the objective and measure the research variables, the quantitative method was adapted through the Likert-type survey tool to 199 paraathletes. The reliability analysis of our variables, a 0.905 was obtained, demonstrating that the measurement instrument is statistically reliable and truthful since it exceeds 0.7. Distribution is not normal; therefore, Pearson's r and linear regression have been obtained. There is an association between the variables and the significance approves the alternative hypotheses. The conclusions, in the hypotheses, the relationship is direct because the greater the leadership of the Technical Command there will be greater sports development of the para-athletes and in wheelchair basketball there is no association between the variables and it cannot be generalized either, only in this case it is approved the null hypothesis. / Tesis

In conclusion, the results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work, as well as the conclusions on the hypotheses put forward, the practical significance of the study and the possible prospects for further development of this problem are presented in a generalized form. / Объектом исследования являлась мотивация к реабилитации у людей с травмами опорно-двигательного аппарата. Предметом исследования - взаимосвязь мотивации к реабилитации с внешними факторами (наличие семьи, работы) и внутренними факторами (самоэффективностью, копинг-стратегиями, личностными характеристиками и ценностями) у людей с травмами опорно-двигательного аппарата. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (73 источника) и приложений, включающих в себя бланки применявшихся методик. Объем магистерской диссертации 113 страниц, на которых размещены 4 рисунка и 13 таблиц. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутым гипотезам, обоснована практическая значимость исследования и описаны возможные перспективы дальнейшей разработки данной проблематики.

The structural system is reinforced concrete skeleton, facade is designed as a curtain walling. The object is covered with a flat roof.
