A presente dissertação aborda o papel que a Igreja Católica Apostólica Romana desempenhou na reconstrução de sentidos para migrantes nordestinos tendo em vista o estabelecimento de um novo nomos com a consequente recriação de uma estrutura de plausibilidade, considerando o projeto de evangelização eclesial frente aos desafios da migração posto em prática no bairro Asa Branca, cujas análises se fazem com base nas teorias consagradas no campo religioso, tendo como expoente Peter Berger. Nessa abordagem, consideramos como se deu o processo histórico do movimento migratório no Brasil e, concomitante a isso, o que motivou o fluxo migratório de populações do Estado do Maranhão em direção a Roraima entre os anos de 1980 a 1985. A priori registramos que tal esforço da comunidade católica naquele bairro gerou um movimento de acomodação social e ao mesmo tempo de contestação por parte do grupo migrante frente às adversidades como o desemprego, condições precárias de moradia, de transporte público, falta de creches e postos de saúde destacando-se aí o protagonismo das mulheres. No capítulo 1 fazemos uma abordagem sobre o processo de migração no Brasil e em Roraima, com ênfase no deslocamento de pessoas do estado do Maranhão para essa região para, no capítulo 2, apresentarmos as estratégias da Igreja Católica no acolhimento ao migrante no bairro do Asa Branca. No capítulo 3 caracterizamos essa ação da Igreja frente ao desafio do estabelecimento de uma estrutura de plausibilidade para o migrante, que assume aquela terra como sua nova pátria. / This dissertation addresses the role that the Roman Catholic Church has played in rebuilding senses to northeastern migrants in order to establish a new nomos with the consequent re-creation of a plausibility structure, considering the project ecclesial evangelization facing the challenges of migration put in place in Asa Branca neighborhood, whose analyzes are made based on the theories enshrined in the religious field, with the exponent Peter Berger. In this approach, consider how was the historical process of migration in Brazil and, concurrent with this, which led to the migration of the State of Maranhão populations toward Roraima between 1980 and 1985. A recorded priori that such effort of the Catholic community in that neighborhood generated a social movement of accommodation and at the same time challenged by the migrant group front to the adversities such as unemployment, poor housing conditions, public transportation, lack of childcare and health centers standing out there the role of women. In chapter 1 we make an approach to the migration process in Brazil and Roraima, with an emphasis on shifting Maranhão state people to this region to, in Chapter 2, we present the strategies of the Catholic Church in welcoming the migrant in Wing neighborhood white. In chapter 3 we characterize this church action against the challenge of establishing a plausibility structure for the migrant, who takes the land as their new "homeland".

Le végétal donneur d'ambiances : jardiner les abords de l'habitat en ville. / Vegetation as an ambience : gardening the urban housing surroundings

Qu'est-ce qui pousse les citadins à jardiner, dans des contextes souvent peu favorables, les abords de leur logement ? Guidé par cette question, notre travail se focalise sur les pratiques habitantes du jardin privé de type balcon, loggia, terrasse et pied d'immeuble. Parmi les nombreux travaux consacrés à l'étude des modes d'habiter urbains, peu se sont jusque-là spécifiquement intéressés au rôle du "petit" jardin. Comment ce petit jardin – et en particulier son jardinage - permet-il à la fois de se ménager un chez-soi et de cohabiter avec ses voisins ? C'est cette problématique que nous avons explorée en inscrivant notre travail dans le champ des ambiances architecturales et urbaines, c'est-à-dire en faisant de l'environnement sensible une clé de lecture privilégiée des pratiques habitantes jardinières. Notre enquête a porté sur quinze ensembles de logements grenoblois et parisiens situés en milieu urbain dense. Sur une période de quatre ans, elle s'est déployée autour du recueil de la parole habitante, couplée à des observations ethnographiques. Adoptant une approche pluridisciplinaire qui croise les dimensions spatiales, horticoles, sociales et sensibles du jardin, l'analyse s'attache à élaborer une typologie de configurations de jardins à partir de quatre critères : la morphologie (horticole et paysagère) des jardins, leur imaginaire, les perceptions sensibles et les tactiques habitantes dont ils sont le support. Cette typologie propose une rhétorique jardinière explicitant les formes de liens et de ruptures que les habitants créent entre eux et leurs voisins, entre leur logement et leur jardin, entre leur jardin et le voisinage et entre leur jardin et la ville. Elle intéresse directement la programmation et la conception des abords de l'habitat en questionnant les manières de composer le jardin et ses articulations au logement, d'agencer les logements entre eux et de penser le rapport du logement à la ville par le biais du jardin. Deux expériences pédagogiques réalisées à la fin de la recherche rendent compte de ce potentiel. Plus largement, cette recherche ouvre vers l'hypothèse selon laquelle les enjeux de l'habiter urbain se situeraient à la lisière jardinée entre un chez-soi (qu'il soit privé ou public) et la ville. / What encourages city dwellers to garden their housing surroundings often located in unfavourable contexts? Following this question, this research focuses on the residents' practices in private gardens such as balcony, loggia, terrace and ground garden. Among the numerous works about the different types of urban dwellings, few of them interest in the role of small gardens. How do small gardens -and its gardening- allow handling carefully a home and help living together among neighbours? This research question is tackled through the field of urban and architectural ambiences, in which the sensory environment is considered a key element in reading residents' gardening practices. For elaborating this work, we conducted a survey on fifteen dwellings, located in high-density urban context in two different French cities: Grenoble and Paris. During four years, we realised semi-directive interviews in addition to ethnographic observations in sixty households. We analysed the collected data through a pluridisciplinary approach that crosses spatial, horticultural, social and sensory dimensions of gardening. This approach aims at designing a typology -gathering configurations of gardens- based on four criteria: gardens' morphology, its imaginary, sensory perception and residents' tactics. This typology proposes a rhetoric gardening that explores the different links and ruptures that residents create between them and their neighbours, their housing and their garden, their garden and the neighborhood and finally between the garden and the city. This work deals directly with the housing surroundings briefing and design by reappraising how gardens are composed and linked to the housing, how housings are organized with each other, while examining at the same time the way that gardens link together housing projects to the city. Two educational experiences have been realised in two French schools of architecture at the end of this research in order to test the design potentials of our typology. In a wider sense, we theorize that the urban dwelling issues are anchored in a gardening edge between a home (set on a private or public space) and the city.

It treats of a concept which appears explicitily in the phenomenological thought of Martin Heidegger, especially, beginning in the 30s, when he questioned the meaning of Truth according to the history of Be-ing, that is, as enowning (Ereignis). The reflection, however, begins with the presupposition together-belongingness is a notion present in the thought of Heidegger from the outset of the fundamental-ontological development of the question of Be-ing, represented principally by the primary work of 1927, Sein und Zeit. For this reason, the reflection begins discussing the unity of the thought itinerary of Heidegger, showing that the reversal of the thinking (Kehre) of the 30s is responsible for the transformation which establishes the same question of Be-ing in a more originating extent than that of Sein und Zeit. Admitting from the beginning that together-belongingness translates the mutual reference between Be-ing and man, coming from the primordial unity, in dependence upon which both bring about historically their essence, and not a secondary and posterior relation between two self-subsisting poles, the discussion proceeds determining the structures of human existence, by which together-belongingness is considered in the different levels of elaboration of the question of Be-ing. Consequently, the central thrust of the dissertation is summarized in limiting the spatial-temporal ambience of the common reference. In the first place, attention is given to the analyses of the comprehension-interpretation project of human existence and language, according to Sein und Zeit. Then, according to Beiträge zur Philosophie, the same ambience is limited taking into consideration the grounding of Da-sein as the intermediary dimension between man and Be-ing, it being the instance of supportability of happening of Truth. Finally, the projection of human existence is revealed as the leap of Be-ing, in such a manner that movement of realization of the essence of Be-ing is shown as being the same as the consummation of the historical existence of men. Thus, the coming about of the Truth, by which Be-ing is experienced as abysmal grounding, is coordinated with the historical coming about of human existence, granting it, in virtue of the depth of its grounding, a unitary movement of revealing and of hiding the mystery of Be-ing. Being that this coordination is the manifestation of the originating space and time, human existence appears as the establishment of the space-time dimension of the abyss of Being, always in agreement with an historical possibility. In this way, the together-belongingness appears as an historical sending-forth, in the form of a questioning which Be-ing directs to man, but which is consumed in the measure which man responds, or as it may be, assumes the responsibility for the destiny of his existence according to the appeals of Be-ing. Thus, thought, understood as a human faculty during all of the history of metaphysics, is reduced to its essence: that by which man corresponds to the historical appeals of Be-ing. To think consumes the intimate reference of man to Be-ing and, therefore, is the privileged manner of placing in operation human existence in union with Be-ing. By means of thought, therefore, man has understood himself separated from and in front of Be-ing. For that reason, the reflection of this dissertation is a path in search of the forgotten unity between man and Be-ing. / Discute-se nessa dissertação, ao modo de uma reflexão fenomenológica, a co-pertinência (Zusammengehörigkeit) entre Ser e homem. Trata-se de um conceito que aparece explicitamente no pensamento fenomenológico de Martin Heidegger, sobretudo a partir dos anos 30, quando o pensamento heideggeriano interroga o sentido da Verdade segundo a história do Ser, isto é, como Ereignis. A reflexão, entretanto, parte do pressuposto de que a co-pertinência é uma noção presente no pensamento de Heidegger desde o desenvolvimento fundamental-ontológico da questão do Ser, representado principalmente pela obra capital de 1927, Sein und Zeit. Por essa razão, a reflexão principia discutindo a unidade do itinerário de pensamento de Heidegger, mostrando que a viragem (Kehre) dos anos 30 é responsável por uma transformação que instaura a mesma questão do Ser em um âmbito mais originário que aquele de Sein und Zeit. Admitindo desde o início que a co-pertinência traduz a mútua referência entre Ser e o homem, advinda da unidade primordial, em dependência da qual ambos realizam historicamente sua essência, e não uma relação secundária e posterior entre dois pólos subsistentes em si, a discussão prossegue explicitando as estruturas da existência humana, pelas quais a co-pertinência é abordada nos diferentes níveis de elaboração da questão do Ser. Depois, conforme os Beiträge zur Philosophie, a mesma ambiência é circunscrita tendo em vista a fundação do Da-sein como a dimensão intermediária entre homem e Ser, por ser a instância de suportabilidade do acontecimento da Verdade. Ao final, o projetar-se da existência humana se desvela como um lance do Ser, de tal maneira que o movimento de realização da Essência do Ser se mostra como sendo o mesmo da consumação da existência histórica dos homens. Assim, o acontecer da Verdade, pelo qual o Ser se dá como fundamento abissal, conjuga-se com o acontecer histórico da existência humana, conferindo a ela, em virtude da abissalidade de seu fundamento, um movimento unitário de abrir e de velar o mistério do Ser. Sendo essa conjunção a manifestação do espaço e tempo originários, o existir humano aparece como a instauração do espaço-temporal do abismo do Ser, sempre em consonância com uma possibilidade histórica. Desse modo, a co-pertinência aparece como um envio histórico, na forma de uma interpelação que o Ser dirige ao homem, mas que se consuma à medida que o homem responde, ou seja, responsabiliza-se pela destinação de sua existência segundo os apelos do Ser. Assim, o pensamento, compreendido como uma faculdade humana durante toda a história da metafísica, é reconduzido a sua essência: aquilo pelo qual o homem corresponde aos apelos históricos do Ser. Pensar consuma a íntima referência do homem ao Ser e, portanto, é o modo privilegiado de pôr em obra a existência humana em unidade com o Ser. Pelo pensamento, porém, o homem tem se compreendido separado e diante do Ser. Por isso, a reflexão dessa dissertação é um caminho em busca da unidade esquecida entre homem e Ser.

In this comparative study of the two regions, Catalonia and Scotland, the party manifestos of the nationalistic parties will be compared, through an ideological point of view. In 2014 media gave attention to the two referendums, that the countries held quite close to each other. Europe were waiting with tension on the first elections results. The Scottish people voted no to independence from the United Kingdom. The Catalan people still went to the polls with high anticipation for independence for Catalonia, eventhough Spain had called the referendum illegal due to being against the constitution.   In order to make a comparison between, the Scottish National Party and the coalition party Junts pel Sí, an ideological analysis has been made. The aim with the study is to see similarities and differences between the two regions’ nationalistic movements and also to tell them apart from other nationalistic movements, by defining the ideological type. The results show that they are both quite nationalistic in their nature, meaning that they both would prefer independence. However, the Scottish National Party is less striving for independence and seek more to have greater influence in the parliament at Westminster. The Catalan nationalistic coalition party, on the other hand, strongly wants  independence. They desire a liberal democracy with an open Catalan market to the world, by international partnerships, and memberships with important international organs like the EU.   Eventhough much might speak for the nationalistic movements’ similarities, many interesting and diverse differences were found. These discoveries are important because all nationalistic movements aren’t the same and shouldn’t be seen as such.

In my thesis I focus on diagnosing school maturity of children and finding out possibilities of its development. In theoretical part I describe pre-school period as such, then I focus on pre- schools involved in the "Beginning together" program. Furthermore, I explain characteristics of school maturity and ways how to develop them, and finally I address Pedagogic - psychological diagnostics of school maturity. In practical part I researched into how pre- schools with the "Beginning together" program work with pre-school children and children with delayed school entry, I also researched if this program has any special procedures for development of school maturity.

The topic of the thesis is "Criminal Law and Criminological Aspects of Domestic Violence". The phenomenon of domestic violence transpires through the whole society; it is a socially-wide issue which has been present for a long period of time. Initially, domestic violence was considered to be a private problem not to be intervened by the state. However, in last 30 years this attitude has changed and the interception of domestic violence gone through a significant transformation. The society started to recognize this issue as a subject of a public concern which requires also state intervention. The complexity of domestic violence requires interdisciplinary approach. The first part of the thesis provides definition and general description of domestic violence. It describes elements of domestic violence (such as privateness, recurrence, long-term, inequality of the involved parties, escalation, etc.), its kinds and forms, rules and specifics which differentiates domestic violence from other types of violent conduct. Further, it describes causes of domestic violence and theories of causes leading to its occurrence. The end of the first chapter deals with the role of gender in domestic violence. Implementace paliativní péče do nemocnic / Implementation of palliative care in hospital setting

This thesis deals with the implementation of palliative care in hospitals and perceives the topic in context of change management in health facilities. In the Czech Republic, this type of care is still at its beginning in hospitals and its implementation is a big challenge. The aim of the thesis is to find out what factors influence the implementation of palliative care in hospitals. In the first part of the text, the theoretical bases concerning palliative care and change management are outlined. The empirical part introduces a qualitative survey identifying barriers that had to be overcome during the implementation of palliative care in hospitals and factors that were instrumental in the implementation. Within the survey, 66 interviews with members of multidisciplinary teams from 17 hospitals were made. All the hospitals participated in the Together until the end programme of the Avast Foundation. The assessment of the survey results focuses on recommendations for hospitals that decide to extend or launch the palliative attitude in their premises and on challenges for the future of palliative care in the Czech Republic. Nollseparation mellan förälder och nyfött barn : En begreppsanalys ur barnmorskans perspektiv / Zero separation between parent and infant – A concept analysis from a midwifes’ perspective

Bakgrund: Nollseparation har ingen tydlig definition och tycks vara ett relativt nytt begrepp som används inom förlossnings- och eftervården. Det framgår tydliga riktlinjer om att barnet ska ligga hud mot hud med sin moder efter förlossningen. Men i vissa fall separeras modern och barnet av olika anledningar. Barnmorskan har en central roll i vården av nyförlösta kvinnor och deras nyfödda barn.Syfte: Syftet med studien var att analysera och definiera begreppet nollseparation mellan förälder och nyfött barn ur ett barnmorskeperspektiv.Metod: En begreppsanalys baserad på en hybridmodell. Hybridmodellen är uppdelad i en teoretisk fas med litteratursökning, en fältstudiefas baserad på intervjuer av sex kliniskt verksamma barnmorskor samt en sammanfattande syntetiseringsfas.Resultat: Nollseparation är likställt med; hud mot hud-kontakt, att alltid ha en förälder närvarande, att familjen ska få vara tillsammans samt att samarbete mellan olika vårdinstanser för att bedriva samvård krävs för att upprätthålla nollseparationen. Barnmorskan får en betydelsefull nyckelfunktion i upprätthållandet av nollseparation.Slutsats: Nollseparation är ett paraplybegrepp som involverar hud mot hud-kontakt, förälders närvaro, att familjen ska få vara tillsammans, att det ska finnas en fungerande samvård mellan olika instanser samt att det ingår i barnmorskans arbetsuppgifter att främja nollseparation.Klinisk tillämpbarhet: Resultatet från detta examensarbete kan komma till nytta inom förlossnings- och eftervården, men kompetensen behöver även ökas inom andra instanser i sjukvården som kan komma i kontakt med nyfödda barn och deras föräldrar. / Background: Zero-separation has no distinct definition and appears to be a relatively new concept used in delivery- and postpartum care. There are obvious guidelines that the child should be skin-to-skin with the mother after birth. But in some cases the mother and child are separated for different reasons. The midwife has a central part in the care of emergent mothers’ and their newborn children.Aim: The aim in this study was to analyze and define the concept of zero-separation between parent and infant from a midwifes’ perspective.Method: A concept analysis based on a hybridmodel. The hybrilmodel is divided into a theoretical phase with literature search, a field study phase based on interviews with six clinically active midwives and a summary synthesis phase.Results: Zero-separation is equated with; skin-to-skin, always have a parent present, the family being together always and that couplet care is needed to maintain zero-separation. The midwife has a significant keyrole in maintaining zero-separation. Conclusion: Zero-separation is an umbrellaconcept which involves skin-to-skin, parental presence, that the family should be allowed to be together, a functioning couplet care between different instances and that maintaining zero-separation is a part of the midwifes’ assignments.Clinical application: The results from this study can be useful in delivery- and aftercare, but the competence needs to be increased in other instances in healthcare that may come in contact with newborn children and their parents.
