The technological development has allowed the creation and enforcement of digital documents. The electronic documents have their validity and enforcement recognized in several countries, including Brazil. One of the elements that enforced the consolidation of the electronic document in our law was the creation of the digital signature trough the digital certificates. That has granted to the digital documents legal certainty in regard to its authorship and origin. The usage of technological methods in corporate acts ensure a higher participation of the administration boards members and shareholders, besides the highest agility in decision making. The adoption of electronic mechanisms to hold such corporate acts, probably, would overcome the issues related to the absence, however the holding of corporate acts only in electronic format may, in some cases, create some uncertainty. The Brazilian corporate law sets forth several procedures and formalities which should be observed and, consequently, may compromise the validity and enforcement of corporate acts only in electronic format, especially the shareholders meeting. Notwithstanding such procedures and formalities, there is still a structure issue in regard to the registries of commerce, which may difficult the settlement of corporate acts only in electronic format / A dinâmica global atual exige decisões rápidas e precisas. O avanço tecnológico permitiu a criação e efetiva implementação de documentos digitais. Os documentos eletrônicos possuem a sua validade e eficácia reconhecida em diversos países, incluindo o Brasil. Um dos fatores que assegurou a consolidação do documento eletrônico em nosso ordenamento foi a criação da assinatura digital, por meio de certificados digitais. Isso assegurou aos documentos digitais segurança jurídica quanto a sua autoria e origem. A utilização de meios tecnológicos em atos societários assegura maior participação dos membros da administração e acionistas, além de maior agilidade na tomada de decisões. A adoção de mecanismos eletrônicos para a realização de tais atos, provavelmente, supriria questões relativas ao absenteísmo, no entanto, a realização de atos societários, essencialmente eletrônicos, pode, em alguns casos, gerar insegurança jurídica. A legislação societária brasileira estabelece diversos ritos e formalidades que devem ser observados e, portanto, podem comprometer a validade e eficácia dos atos societários essencialmente eletrônicos, em especial da assembleia geral eletrônica. Não obstante tais ritos e formalidades, ainda existe uma questão estrutural junto aos registros de comércio, que podem dificultar a implementação dos atos societários em formato totalmente eletrônico

O presente estudo se propõe a investigar os trabalhos que venho realizando nos últimos anos, sempre abordando questões da cidade e do nela habitar por intermédio de intervenções e ações artísticas que utilizam os meios e códigos da publicidade. São trabalhos inseridos na esfera pública e planejados para iludir o observador por meio da simulação de imagens e elementos comerciais e que, em um primeiro momento, não se apresentam como objeto artístico. Iludem para esclarecer, na medida em que simulam eventos do cotidiano levados ao extremo, procurando explorar tensões e evidenciar os conflitos por trás dos fatos. Da mesma forma, são intervenções que não existem como um objeto isolado, mas se constituem de um conjunto de situações que ocorrem dentro de um espaço-tempo específico: uma vez realizados, o que fica é seu documento. Na dissertação, busco referências de autores que pensam a cidade contemporânea e os “espaços de aparição” do indivíduo, nas palavras de Hannah Arendt, bem como de artistas que refletem sobre os mesmos temas em suas próprias produções, como Antoni Muntadas, Cildo Meireles, os coletivos 3NÓS3 e Contrafilé, entre outros criadores que atuam nos limites da arte como veículo. Por fim, divago se o dissenso proporcionado pela arte possui potência para criar espaços de visibilidade e afirmação sociais, ao estimular a reflexão crítica. / The present study proposes to investigate the work I have been developing over recent years, always addressing issues of the city and of inhabiting it in the form of art interventions using the means and codes of advertising. These are works inserted in the public sphere and planned to deceive the observer by simulating images and commercial elements and, at first sight, do not appear like an art object. They deceive to clarify, insofar as they simulate events of daily life driven to the limit, trying to explore tensions and to show the conflicts behind the facts. In the same way, they are interventions that do not exist as an isolated object, but constitute a set of situations that occur within a specific space-time: once performed, they left only their imprinted records. In this dissertation, I search references from authors who think of the contemporary city and the “spaces of appearance” of the individual, in the words of Hannah Arendt, as well as of artists who reflect on the same themes in their own productions, such as Antoni Muntadas, Cildo Meireles, the collectives 3NÓS3 and Contrafilé, among other creators who act in the limits of art like vehicle. Finally, I speculate if the dissent provided by art has the power to create spaces of social visibility and affirmation by stimulating critical reflection.

Este trabalho apresenta a edição semidiplomática de 68 documentos manuscritos da segunda metade do século XVIII, entre os anos de 1767 e 1775, referentes ao período de governo de Dom Luís Antonio de Sousa Botelho Mourão como Capitão General da Capitania de São Paulo. O conjunto desses documentos, originalmente avulsos, encontra-se reunido em um livro manuscrito de número 170 no Arquivo do Estado de São Paulo (AESP). A fim de melhor estudar tal livro manuscrito, esse trabalho compõe-se de um capítulo acerca da descrição codicológica e paleográfica, seguido da classificação das espécies documentais existentes no corpus transcrito. Além de um capítulo sobre o momento histórico em que foram executados os documentos. Após os capítulos de análise do corpus, há o núcleo do trabalho: a transcrição semidiplomática e justalinear face a face com a reprodução facsimilar de cada fólio dos documentos. No livro manuscrito há também páginas impressas, que foram anexadas após as transcrições, embora não façam parte do presente estudo. Uma vez que os documentos aqui publicados encontravam-se inéditos, a sua divulgação certamente contribuirá para os estudos filológicos, linguísticos e históricos da época. / This essay presents the facsimilar copies and the semi diplomatic editions of 68 manuscripts from the second half of the eighteenth century, between the years 1767 and 1775, during the government of the General Captain of the São Paulo Captaincy, Dom Luis Antonio de Sousa Botelho Mourão. This corpus was selected in the Arquivo do Estado de São Paulo (AESP) and all of the documents are covered in the manuscript book number 170, where they follow the same order as presented here. In order to study the manuscript book, this work is composed by a chapter about Codicology and Palaeography of the studied documents, followed by the classifications of the documental species of the corpus. Before the transcriptions, there is a chapter about the historical moment in which the documents were executed. The transcription of the handwriting part of the codex is semi diplomatic, line by line and face to face with the respective facsimilar reproduction of each manuscript. There are also printed documents in the manuscript book, which were attached to this work, though they are not the object of study. Since the documents are not yet published, their divulgation can certainly contribute to the philological, linguistic and historical studies.

Para compreender o significado da carteira masculina de bolso e sua importância na história cotidiana humana, fez-se necessário, primeiramente, o resgate pela origem da palavra por meio do estudo etimológico e a busca por sua raiz, bem como seu aparecimento apresentado por uma datação. Para a inserção do objeto de estudo no âmbito do design de produto, apresentando-o como uma resposta as necessidades cotidianas em voga, foram necessárias incursões ao campo da moda, a compreensão de seus conceitos assim como suas áreas de atuação, onde, atualmente, se encontra instalada as raras informações a respeito da carteira masculina. Por fim, o resgate dos padrões monetários brasileiros, compreendendo e analisando-os formalmente, bem como a necessidade de levantamento das formas adquiridas pelo dinheiro monetário e pelos documentos pessoais portados nas carteiras como elementos possíveis de alterações de projeto do artefato deste estudo após o cruzamento de dados com exemplos de carteiras adquiridas ao longo do trabalho. / To understand the significance of the masculine pocket wallet and its importance in day by day human history, it was first necessary to recover the origin of the word through study and the search for its etymological root as well as its appearance presented by a dating. For the insertion of the object of study within the product design, presenting it as a response to everyday needs in vogue, it has been done necessary incursions into the field of fashion, the understanding of its concepts as well as their areas of expertise, where, currently, is installed the scarce information about the men\'s wallet. Finally, the recovering of Brazilian monetary standards, formally understanding and analyzing them as well as the need for survey the acquired shapes of money and personal documents ported in wallets as possible elements of design changes in the object of this study after matching data with examples of wallets acquired during the this work.

This thesis deals with electronic signature in the area of accounting. It includes characteristic of electronic signature, certification authority and time stamp. This thesis explains these fundamental concepts related to the electronic signature and also shows some practical application of it -- such as electronic invoicing, archiving, and communication with state-administration through data boxes or through electronic registries. In this thesis there is also detaily described and depicted the procedure of making electronic invoices and authentication of the certificate of the electronic signature.

Durante as décadas de 1980 e 1990, no Brasil, divulgaram-se os resultados da pesquisa psicogenética sobre aquisição da escrita realizada por Emília Ferreiro e colaboradores. A divulgação dos resultados dessa pesquisa impactou a educação brasileira, de forma que houve uma revisão das maneiras de se pensar o processo de alfabetização de crianças. A psicogênese da escrita, nome pelo qual o trabalho de Emília Ferreiro ficou conhecido, foi apresentada como uma revolução conceitual no campo das pesquisas sobre alfabetização, pois apontava para o fato de que aprender a ler e a escrever tratar-se-ia de uma aprendizagem conceitual, e não da aquisição de uma técnica de codificação e decodificação da escrita, como até então a alfabetização vinha sendo tratada. No estado de São Paulo, a psicogênese da escrita foi tomada como referencial teórico para a elaboração de documentos de referência curricular, fundamentando, assim, considerações em torno do ensino e da aprendizagem da Língua Portuguesa em suas fases iniciais. Dessa forma, os conceitos constituintes da psicogênese da escrita transitaram por entre o espaço das produções acadêmicas, oficiais e pedagógicas, o que nos leva a considerar que, ao transitarem por entre esses espaços, tais conceitos passaram por desdobramentos discursivos, tornando-se o que no campo das práticas pedagógicas ficou conhecido como construtivismo. Neste trabalho, procuramos investigar a constituição do construtivismo, enquanto discurso pedagógico apresentado como uma revolução conceitual para a reconfiguração dos modos como se organizavam as discussões sobre alfabetização, bem como da reconfiguração do trabalho do professor alfabetizador. / During the 1980s and 1990s, in Brazil, the results of the psychogenetic research on the acquisition of writing, performed by Emilia Ferreiro and colleagues, were disclosed. The dissemination of this research results impacted the brazilian education, in a way that there was a review of the ways of thinking about the children literacy process. The psychogenesis of writing, by which the work of Emilia Ferreiro is known, was presented as a \"conceptual revolution\" on the literacy researches field, as it pointed out to the fact that learning to read and write is a conceptual learning, and not the acquisition of a technique of encoding and decoding writing, as literacy was, until then, treated. In São Paulo, the psychogenesis of writing was used as a theoretical framework for the development of the curriculum reference documents, thus basing considerations on teaching and learning the Portuguese Language in its early stages. Thus, the constituent terms of psychogenesis of writing transited between the spaces of academic productions, official and pedagogic, which leads us to consider that, while transiting through these spaces, the psychogenetics conception of the acquisition of written language went through discursive developments, becoming what, in the field of teaching practices is known as constructivism. In this paper, we investigate the process of the constitution of constructivism as a pedagogical discourse, presented as a conceptual revolution for the reconfiguration of the ways in which the discussions on literacy were organized until then, as well as the reconfiguration of the work of the literacy teacher.

The same should be updated and in the correct places, so the user does not have the chance to use outdated documents. This research aimed investigate the control of management of technical documents belonging to the Division of Engineering Design and Supervision of Works of the City of Federal University of Amazonas, in order to minimize or eliminate the possible problems arising from lack of quality in management of technical documents of responsibility of this Division. Thus it was realized that the process occurs in different ways, therefore, there is not a procedure systematic where everyone had to follow, so the technical document management was confident in its entire flow. The proposed study was based on literature review, questionnaires, interviews and observations. The results and analysis of this provide a better knowledge of this issue and, fundamentally, a proposal to solve, or minimize this liability within the institution. The generation, input, output, review, cancellation and archiving of technical documents for engineering were defined. / Visto que a documentação técnica é um dos principais insumos dos processos de manutenção, operação, expansão e reforma dos projetos, conseqüentemente é indispensável que haja um excelente gerenciamento de controle dos documentos para que o fluxo de informações nos documentos ocorra de maneira confiável. Os mesmos devem estar atualizados e nos lugares corretos, para que o usuário não tenha a possibilidade de usar documentos desatualizados. Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo investigar o controle do gerenciamento dos documentos técnicos de engenharia pertencentes à Divisão de Projetos e Fiscalização de Obras da Prefeitura da Universidade Federal do Amazonas, a fim de minimizar ou eliminar os possíveis problemas decorrentes da deficiência da qualidade no gerenciamento de documentos técnicos de responsabilidade desta Divisão. Foi realizado um estudo na Divisão de Projetos e Fiscalização de Obras para identificar o controle do fluxo de documentos técnicos de engenharia. Dessa forma percebeu-se que o processo ocorre de maneiras diferenciadas, pois não tem uma sistemática de procedimentos onde todos tenham que seguir, de modo que o gerenciamento de documentos técnicos seja confiável em todo o seu fluxo. O estudo proposto foi baseado em levantamento bibliográfico, aplicação de questionário, entrevistas e observações. Os resultados e análises deste estudo propiciaram melhor conhecimento da problemática e fundamenta uma proposta para resolver ou minimizar esse passivo dentro da instituição. Foram definidos os procedimentos de geração, entrada, saída, revisão, cancelamento e arquivamento de documentos técnicos de engenharia.

Apresentação do campo da Organização da Informação e do Conhecimento com o subsídio das disciplinas da Terminologia e da Linguística Aplicada com o intuito de aprofundar os fundamentos da pesquisa terminológica para fins documentários. Com isso, foi possível justificar a eficiência da articulação entre os termos nos tesauros, para permitir melhor acesso aos documentos artísticos dos museus. Assim, o problema de pesquisa pauta-se nas possibilidades informacionais alternativas em relação ao cerceamento representativo dos tesauros. Expõe-se a hipótese de que a expansão das relações terminológicas nos tesauros possibilitaria a integração social do museu por meio da confluência entre o Ciclo da Informação e a Espiral da Cultura Científica, denominada Espiral da Informação. Trata-se de uma pesquisa hipotético-dedutiva que combina indução e dedução, fato que permite a mobilidade essencial do pensamento, de modo que de um contexto específico é retirado o problema de pesquisa e, a ele, formulada uma possível solução que será comprovada ou refutada ao longo do desenvolvimento investigativo. Propostas de aperfeiçoamento são realizadas, a fim de evidenciar a importância da Organização da Informação e do Conhecimento para a comunicação e a geração de conhecimento no âmbito museológico. A interpretação subjetiva do indivíduo no museu deve ser respeitada, proporcionando maiores possibilidades de recuperação informacional, a partir da representação adequada de documentos. / Introducing the field of Information and Knowledge Organization with the subsidy disciplines of Terminology and Applied Linguistics in order to deepen the foundations of terminology research for documentary. Thus, it was possible to justify the efficiency of the relationship between the terms in the thesaurus, to allow better access to the documents of art museums. Thus, the research problem is guided in informational alternative possibilities in relation to the restriction of the representative thesauri. Exposes the hypothesis that the expansion of terminological relations of thesaurus enable the social integration of the museum through the confluence of the Information Cycle and the Spiral of Scientific Culture, called Spiral of Information. This is a hypothetical-deductive research that combines induction and deduction, a fact that allows the essential mobility of thought, so that a specific context is removed and the research problem, it formulated a possible solution that is proven or refuted over investigative development. Proposed improvements are made in order to highlight the importance of the Information and Knowledge Organization for communication and knowledge generation within museum. The subjective interpretation of the individual must be respected in the museum, providing greater possibilities for informational recovery from the proper representation of documents.

Este trabalho descreve uma técnica para alinhamento de imagens de documentos antigos. Para que seja possível alinhar duas imagens da mesma página de um documento uma técnica de registro de imagens é utilizada. As imagens mencionadas possuem diferenças de aquisição que incluem translação, rotação e distorções geométricas. A técnica de registro de imagens é dividida em três etapas. A primeira é a seleção de pontos de controle. Nessa etapa, as imagens das páginas são segmentadas em linhas de texto e, em seguida, cada linha de texto é segmentada em palavras. Dessa forma, cada ponto de controle corresponde ao início de uma palavra no texto. Na segunda etapa é realizada uma correspondência entre os pontos de controle extraídos das duas imagens. Essa etapa é necessária, uma vez que a seleção de pontos apresenta algumas falhas e os dois conjuntos de pontos de controle não são iguais. Por fim, na última etapa, a imagem destino é então mapeada utilizando funções Thin Plate Spline - TPS para que coincida com a imagem de referência. / This work describes a technique to anciente document images alignment. To be possible to align a couple of images of the same document pages, a image registration approach is used. These mentioned images have acquisition differences like translation, rotation and geometric distorsions. The image registration approach is divided in three stages. The first one is the control points selection. In this stage, images of the pages are segmented in text lines and then each one of them is segmented in words. Therefore, each selected control point corresponds to the begin of a text word. In the second stage, a matching is performed between extracted control points of both images. This stage is quite necessary because points selection presents some faults and both control points sets are not equals. Finally, in the last stage, target image is mapped using thin plate spline functions to coincide it with the reference image.

O processo conhecido como assinatura digital possui as características necessárias para prover autenticação, integridade e não repúdio de geração de documentos eletrônicos. No entanto, os requisitos que determinam a validade de uma assinatura digital podem variar de acordo com o contexto de negócio envolvido. Estes requisitos podem ser formalizados em um documento de políticas chamado de política de assinatura. Uma política de assinatura consiste em um conjunto de regras que determinam a validade de uma assinatura digital em um contexto legal ou de negócio. O Instituto Europeu de Padrões de Telecomunicações (ETSI) propôs um modelo de política de assinatura associado à validação de uma assinatura digital independente das outras assinaturas digitais existentes no documento. Porém, documentos com mais de uma assinatura podem apresentar requisitos de relacionamento entre si como, por exemplo, ordem de geração das assinaturas. Além disso, o emissor de uma política de assinatura deve assegurar sua integridade e autenticidade. A proposta do trabalho consiste na avaliação do modelo de política de assinatura proposto pelo ETSI e apresentar uma extensão deste modelo para contemplar o relacionamento entre as assinaturas de um documento e a autenticação da política de assinatura antes de ser utilizada para gerar ou verificar uma assinatura digital. / The process known as digital signature has the characteristics necessary to provide authentication, integrity and non repudiation of electronic documents. However, the requirements to determine the validity of a digital signature can vary the context of involved business in accordance with. These requirements can be written in a document of policies called signature policy. A signature policy consists of a set of rules to determine the validity of a digital signature in a legal or business context. The European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) presented the model of policies of signature associated with the validation of an individual signature. Documents with more than one signature can present requirements of relationship between the signatures as, for example, the order to generation of the signatures. Moreover, the issuer of the signature policies must assure its integrity and authenticity. The proposal of the work consists of the evaluation of the model of signature policy considered for the ETSI and to present an extension of this model to contemplate the relationship between the signatures of a document and the authentication of the signature policy.
