El trabajo presenta un acercamiento a la utilización de la normalización bibliográfica para efectuar referencias y citas bibliográficas en trabajos de investigación de Libros (Monografías) y Artículos de revista, tanto en soporte papel como electrónico. Se parte de la existencia de una gran variedad en las formas de citar y referenciar autores en la literatura científica, lo que provoca en los investigadores incertidumbre, y les obliga a variar continuamente la forma de presentación de sus trabajos para adaptarse a la normativa que marca cada revista en la que deseen publicar. El estudio pretende analizar este problema. Para ello se han estudiado tres cuestiones fundamentales: 1) Las normas internacionales ISO 690 Y 690-2 "Referencias bibliográficas: contenido, forma y estructura'; también ISO 5966 "Presentación de informes científicos y técnicos" e ISO 7144 "Presentación de tesis y documentos similares". Asímismo se han comparado con sus homónimas normas españolas UNE 50104,50135 y 50136, respectivamente. 2) Manuales de estilo de relevancia internacional: Harvard; Chicago Manual of Style; Turabian; Vancouver; Harvard Law School; American Psychologycal Association (APA); Council of Biology Editors (CBE); Econometrica y Modern Languaje Association of America (MLA). 3) Y por último, se ha realizado un análisis de una muestra de 154 títulos distintos de revista de diversas disciplinas del área de ciencias sociales, escogiendo como referente el análisis bibliométrico del "Journal Citation Reports 1997". También se estudian sistemas automáticos para la presentación de artícu- los como "Reference Manager", "ProCite" y "Endnote". Se aborda el tema de la evolución del término "Bibliografía", así como la importancia que tiene ésta en los trabajos sobre metodología de investigación. Los resultados del estudio confirman que más de un 36% de las publicaciones periódicas no llevan normas explícitas, mientras un 45% marcan sus propias normas, independientes de las internacionales ya existentes. El resto sigue los dictados de las normas descritas, ya sean ISO o Manuales de estilo. Sin embargo, es muy significativo que del 45% que marcan sus propias normas, realmente más de la mitad no las cumplen en sus publicaciones. Se concluye con una llamada de atención sobre la urgencia de la revisión y actualización de las normas ISO y UNE para su adaptación a las necesidades bibliográficas para las que fueron creadas, como una de las posibles soluciones a la diversidad y heterogeneidad de los sistemas de citación. / The work presents an approach to the use of the bibliographic normalization to carry references out, and bibliographic's citation in works of research's books (Monographs) and of journal's Articles, paper support as well as electronic. It starts from the existence of a wide range in the forms to cite and to index authors in the Scientific Literature, which provokes in the researches uncertainty, and forces them constantly change the presentation's form of their works to adapt them to the regulations that characterize each magazine in which they want to publish. The study tries to analyse this problem. To do this, three essential issues have been studied: 1) The international standars ISO 690 and 690-2 "Bibliographic references: content, form and structure"; also ISO 5966 "Presentation of scientific and technic's reports" and ISO 7144 "Presentations of thesis and similar documents". Thereby, they have been compared with their homonimous Spanish standars UNE 50104, 50135 and 50136, respectively. 2) Manuals ofinternational style's relevancy: Harvard; Chicago Manual of Style; Turabian; Vancouver; Harvard Law School; American Psychologycal Association (APA); Council of Biology Editors (CBE); Econometrica and Modern Language Association of America (MLA). 3) At last an analysis has been done over a sample of 154 titles of serials of several disciplines of the social science's afea, selecting as referentthe bibliometric analysis of the "Journal Citation Report 1997". Also, it studies the automatic systems for the presentation of articles such as "Reference Manager", "ProCite" and "Endnote". It includes the theme of evolution of the term "Bibliography" as well as the importance that this term has in works about methodology of investigation. The results of the study confirm that more than 36% of the journals do no have explicit rules, while a 45% marks its own standars, indepent from the internacional ones. The rest of them follow the dictations of the described standars either ISO or Manuals of style. However, it is very significant, that from the 450¡ that marks their own standars, in fact more rhan the half do not fulfil in their publications. It concludes with a call's attention about the urgency of the revision and update of the rules ISO and UNE for its adaptation of the bibliographic's requirements for which chef were created, as one of the possible solutions to th diversity and heterogenity of the citation's systems.

El nostre estudi es basa essencialment en l'anàlisi de manuals, pel que considerem oportú, en primer lloc, fer un breu recorregut per les metodologies més importants utilitzades al llarg del temps. En el capítol dos hem tingut en compte tant a autors romanesos com a espanyols que han tractat el tema i als quals hem pogut tenir accés. En el tercer capítol, basant-nos en estudis previs d'autors romanesos, hem exposat les dades històriques més significatives de la presència i ensenyament de les dues llengües estrangeres. En el quart capítol utilitzem com a fonts primàries els manuals publicats sota el règim comunista i en els anys que van seguir a la seva caiguda; manuals que no s'utilitzen actualment més que de forma esporàdica en alguns centres. Amb el desig de completar la informació proporcionada pels manuals entrevistem a diversos estudiants per tal d'esbrinar quin tipus de materials utilitzen i els mètodes que empren tant ells com els seus professors. / Nuestro estudio se basa esencialmente en el análisis de manuales, por lo que consideramos oportuno, en primer lugar, hacer un breve recorrido por las metodologías más importantes utilizadas a lo largo del tiempo. En el capítulo dos hemos tenido en cuenta tanto a autores rumanos como españoles que han tratado el tema y a los que hemos podido tener acceso. En el tercer capítulo, basándonos en estudios previos de autores rumanos, hemos expuesto los datos históricos más significativos de la presencia y enseñanza de ambas lenguas extranjeras. En el cuarto capítulo utilizamos como fuentes primarias los manuales publicados bajo el régimen comunista y en los años que siguieron a su caída; manuales que no se utilizan actualmente más que de forma esporádica en algunos centros. Con el deseo de completar la información proporcionada por los manuales entrevistamos a varios estudiantes con el fin de averiguar qué tipo de materiales utilizan y los métodos que emplean tanto ellos como sus profesores. / Our study is essentially based on the analysis of coursebooks, so first of all we consider appropriate to write a brief overview of the most important methods used over time. In chapter two we have taken into account both Romanian and Spanish authors who have dealt with the issue and that we have been able to access. In the third chapter, based on previous studies of Romanian authors, we have shown the most significant historical data of the presence and teaching of both foreign languages. In the fourth chapter we use as primary sources manuals published under communism and in the years that followed its fall; manuals that are currently sporadically used in educational centers,such as schools or universities.. With the desire to complete the information provided by the manuals we interviewed several students in order to find out what type of materials they use and the methods employed by them and by their teachers.

Es muß eine Begegnung des Leipziger Philosophieprofessors Ludovici ( 1707-1778) mit dem fast gleichaltrigen Verleger Johann Heinrich Zedler (1706-1751) gegeben haben, vermutlich im Jahre 1737. Für Zedler war diese Begegnung ein Moment in der Beilegung einer Krise, in welche ihn das Mammutuntemehmen seines Großen vollständigen Universal-Lexicon gebracht hatte. Zedler konnte Ludovici als Redakteur seines Lexikons gewinnen. Ludovicis Herausgeberscbaft war für Zedler ein Gewinn und sicherte das geordnete Erscheinen der restlichen fast 50 Bände bis zum Ende des Alphabets 1750 und darüberhinaus bis zum Ende der Supplementbände 1754. Was aber bedeutete die Herausgebertätigkeit für Ludovici? Was konnte einen philosophischen Freund von Leibniz und Wolff an der Tätigkeit eines Lexikographen reizen?

El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo Realizar el diseño estructural con el proyecto de norma de diseño sismo resistente E.030-2014 y compararla con la a la E.030-2003 para comprobar sus ventajas e incidencia en el diseño de un edificio de cinco pisos destinados a multifamiliar, esta comparación se realizará durante el análisis sísmico del edificio, aplicando y comparando los parámetros de cada una de estas norma simultáneamente, para de esa manera comparar los resultados de las solicitaciones que producen a la hora de realizar el diseño estructural , también verificar en que porcentaje varían estas dos demandas y si este influye económicamente en la concepción de los planos estructurales del proyecto así como la influencias de los nuevos parámetros en el comportamiento sísmico del edificio en conjunto. La metodología a utilizar para el desarrollo de esta tesis es del tipo cuantitativo nivel descriptivo y de método diseño experimental y explicativo, longitudinal y prospectivo. . El proyecto que se utilizara para la comparación y el diseño estructural, se ubica en la ciudad de Lima en el distrito de Surquillo, sobre un terreno de 503.63m2 de área. El suelo está constituido de la grava típica de la ciudad de Lima, con un esfuerzo admisible (Capacidad Portante) del terreno de 4Kg. /cm2 a 1.30 m. de profundidad. Después haber realizar toda las etapas de diseño y enfocándonos en el análisis sísmico comparativo con las dos versiones de la norma E.030 obtenemos resultados muy próximos la diferencia de demanda sísmica está en el orden del 1%-6% y por eso a la hora de diseñar con los resultados de cualquiera de las dos versiones de la norma E.030, no causa problema desde el punto de vista económico. También se observa que hay parámetro que limitan la irregularidad en el edificio y mejoran el comportamiento sísmico de este. Se finaliza con la elaboración de los planos estructurales de todo el edificio que es uno de los objetivos fundamentales de esta investigación. This paper aims to Perform structural design with the draft of E.030-2014 earthquake resistant design and compare it with the E.030-2003 to check their benefits and impact on design a five-story building intended for multifamily, this comparison will take place during the seismic analysis of the building, using and comparing the parameters of each of these standards simultaneously, to thereby compare the results of the stresses that occur when making structural design, also check that these two percentage varying demands and economically if it influences the design of structural drawings of the project as well as the influences of the new parameters on the seismic behavior of the building as a whole. The methodology used to develop this thesis is the quantitative level and descriptive and explanatory experimental, longitudinal and prospective design method. . The project to be used for comparison and structural design, is located in the city of Lima in the district of Surquillo, on a land of 503.63m2 area. The floor is made of the typical gravel Lima, with allowable stress (bearing capacity) 4 kg terrain. / Cm2 to 1.30 m. deep. After having performed all stages of design and focusing on the comparative seismic analysis with two versions of the E.030 standard we get very close results the difference of seismic demand is in the order of 1% -6% and that at the time design with the results of either the E.030 standard versions, causes no problem from the economic standpoint. It is also noted that there are parameters that limit the irregularity in the building and improve the seismic performance of this. It ends with the development of structural plans of all the building that is one of the key objectives of this research.

Kritik wie Lob des Zedlerschen Universal-Lexicon verschleiern ein Nichtwissen, denn bis heute hat man wenig Ahnung davon, was darin eigentlich steht, und keine Ahnung davon, wer die Einträge eigentlich schrieb. Zwar ist das verlegerische Unternehmen nach Seiten seiner juristischen Probleme und wirtschaftlichen Wechselfälle einigermaßen durchsichtig, nicht aber als intellektuelle Konzeption oder als geistesgeschichtlich bedeutsame Anstrengung. Es fehlen die \"Täter\" zu dieser Tat, deren Anonymität ihr gewissermaßen zur Last gelegt wird: Das Universal-Lexicon scheint ein naturwüchsiges Produkt des Zeitgeistes zu sein, noch bevor dieser durch Aufklärung modernisiert wurde.
