Instrumentos para monitoramento da gestão econômica de preços dinâmicos: uma contribuição para o aumento da competitividade das empresas comerciais / Tools for monitoring economic management dynamic prices: a contribution to increase the competitiveness of business of commercial companies

Sartori, Eloi 06 September 2001 (has links)
Competitiveness fortifies the entrepreneurial management philosophy that prioritizes more and more, customers and profit. The search for new relationship between companies and customers requires appropriate tools to even, embody the prices that composes the equation of value. We have noticed according to the procedures, actions disrespecting the dynamic of market forces, represented by supply and demand curves and, as a consequence, the companies can be involved in a trading process that can not serve neither the seller nor the buyer, damaging the relationship in the long run. The algorithms presented as mathematical equation aim at enabling the approval of the dynamic prices in trading processes to support their own flexibility in a controlled way that is connected to the goals of the economic management. As a complementary benefit, the algorithms require clear, delimitative and objective rules for the dealing processes and make possible sharing in a fair way, the responsability for the achievement of the results through the trading negotiations.

The Interactive Relationships among the State, Market and Civil society in Mainland China: An Analysis of the GFPU

Tuan, Yu-Liang 20 July 2006 (has links)
This research constructs the theoretical framework through documentary analysis; it utilizes the approach of ¡§state and society relations¡¨ on the micro-level of the comparative politics, supplemented with the concept of ¡§corporatism¡¨. This research includes ¡§in-depth interview¡¨ and ¡§case study¡¨ to aim at examining two issues. While the Chinese government has been the central power, the enterprises are the key players in the businesses of modern China. When the private sector has prospered vigorously, the government faced increasing pressure from economic system reform. This indicates that the power of government will shift to the industry and trade association. This research finds that the trade association, deriving from ¡§top down¡¨ model, which can gain more self-Governance, is the successful case of transformation. Its character is that it neither seeks for power from the government during the transformation nor interest from the private sector, but, instead, serves for social welfare and receives more credibility from the public and better organizing autonomy. Since the south patrolling of Deng Xiaoping in 1992, the socialist market economy has been the goal China pursues. In 1998, the ninth session national representatives passed Decision of the structural reform of the State Council plan, and it pointed out ¡§establish a government administrative system with the Chinese characteristics and suitable to the socialist market economic system¡¨. In October 2003, the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China passed Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Issues concerning the Improvement of the Socialist Market Economy . Obviously, in addition to the concept of open policy of the trade market, the policy on decentralization of governmental structural reform is in place. Those changes push the market mechanism to expand gradually, and accelerate the transformation of trade association. It makes the influence of trade association on industrial policy making grow. Particularly, Guangdong Province's economy opened early and also led the development of trade association. This research found that the system and development of trade association in Guangdong Province has exceeded that of the central government. ¡§Guangdong Food Profession Union¡¨ is one of the best examples. This research analyzes the development of food industry of both China and the Guangdong Province, in order to explain the relations among government, the business (market) and the society. Second, to analyze the development of trade association's of China and Guangdong Province to explain the formation of civil society. Third, using the case of ¡§Guangdong Food Profession Union¡¨ to study on its philosophy, institution and interest setting in order to map out the interaction among ¡§Guangdong Food Profession Union (GFPU)¡¨, government and business. Finally, it induces the relations among state, the market, the civil society. This research not only points out the similarities and differences between the study case and the general situation in China, but also classifies three kinds of trade association and within which the trade association of successful transformation might be called ¡§NGO with the Chinese characteristic¡¨. In brief, the social scope of trade association derived from ¡§top down¡¨ model, will de unavoidably deprived by the government. In the social scope formed by the trade association of successful transformation, the administrative authority is (Economic and Trade Commission) no longer in charge of them, but the ideology of Chinese Communist Party still exists. It was the ¡§civil society with the Chinese characteristic.¡¨

The concept of services quality and work organization in the Lebanese banks is placed since several years in the banking system main concerns and its organization. Gérer la résistance au changement : contribution de la mesure des niveaux de résistance des acteurs dans les projets de changement / Managing resistance to change : contribution of the measurement of the actors resistance in the projects of change

Girisit, Hermine 11 March 2013 (has links)
Every company, by choice or by necessity, must constantly adapt itself to various economic, technological and social environment changes. From this perspective, the internal and external changes are needed in order to optimize the existing of the company. To anticipate these changes and to be successful, organizations need to consider an appropriate strategy taking into account the human dimension, because any modification or termination of work practices can destabilize the habits of actors and in some cases can cause resistance mechanisms. In the academic literature and in the managerial discourse, the resistance to change is often presented as a negative led by a minority of individuals impacting significantly change projects. In this sense, the study of understanding and measuring resistances actors is essential for managing change in an organization. Our study demonstrates that, in order to not jeopardize the success of the change project, an analysis of resistance levels is necessary for the manager to minimize the effects of the actor’s resistance to change. This diachronical research has allowed us to monitor the behavior of actors, a proposed change in the medical industry, to bring out the main characteristics and resistance levels. The interest of this study is to determine the different levels of resistance, to identify the possible obstacles, that the manager will have to deal and then to propose appropriate solutions to achieve positively the change in the company.

The management practices of occupational health and safety in Moroccan companies

Drhourhi, Mohamed 10 February 2014 (has links)
In this study, we propose an analysis of the Moroccan context of health and safety, both in the social and cultural that legislation. Exploring the management system of health and safety at work has led us to highlight not only the international law sources of the Moroccan labor code, but also the different methods of managing health and safety in companies. We also propose a statistical study to better understand the management, prevention processes and technical management of health and safety within Moroccan companies. At the same time, in order to propose a management model as a basis for growth and economic and social development of the institution, intervention research was also conducted in a Moroccan company. Thus, the reasons for the lack of compliance with existing laws have therefore been highlighted and clear solutions from the use of tools to improve the organization and working conditions at a reduced cost, have been proposed.

ABET educator empowerment : a case study in the Limpopo Province

Mothiba, Dikeledi Rahab 30 November 2005 (has links)
This study is a systematic, objective investigation of educator empowerment, where the researcher explores the perspective of ABET educators. This study is presented against the backdrop of striking a balance between the conventional curriculum and Curriculum 2005 (OBE) because they exhibit a variety of challenges, anomalies and imbalances which led to the Revised National Curriculum Statements which will be implemented in 2006. It is informed by the fact that educators, if empowered, form an integral and central feature of changes in educational centres, especially in teaching adult learners to be able to assist their school-leaving children so as to improve provincial matric results, for example. The researcher focused on educators of ABET in Limpopo Province as the unit of analysis in this study. Interactive, cooperative, peer teaching, dialogic meditation, group and team teaching, constructivism and human resource development, reflective and multi-level approaches, are discussed with a particular focus on educator empowerment, including in-service training programmes. The researcher regards ”church settings” (her term) as inappropriate for effective teaching as they reduce educators to preachers and learners to congregants. This occurred as a result of the failure to recognise the importance of educator-learner, learner-learner and educator-educator interaction in the past curriculum. The study argues that the approaches mentioned are appropriate for this study. Educator empowerment is a lived-in and continuous process, monitoring and evaluating of in-service training to ensure quality. It was therefore necessary to develop a research design that would make it possible to enable educators to implement the new curriculum. Qualitative research is based on an in-depth inquiry which captures an educator's personal perspectives and experiences. Focus groups and in-depth interviews, which exemplify qualitative methods, were seen to be the best research tools in gathering the data for this study. The respondents, were UNISA ABET certificate students, and also professional educators at formal schools. They showed zeal in improving the educational situation. Their responses led to the model which has been developed in the thesis, culminating in uplifting the teaching profession and handling its multi-level led dynamic in an interactive and cooperative manner and reflecting in their experiences so that purposes of the National Qualifications Framework can be attained. / Educational Studies / D.Ed.
