Consultoria colaborativa à distância em tecnologia assistiva para professores de salas de recursos multifuncionais

However, the continued use of these by specialist teachers is considered challenging, for though they take ownership of knowledge about assistive technology, when they are submitted to continuing education programs, in general do not give continuation to the use of these resources when completed such training. Considering the recommendation of the literature of a permanent service of collaborative consulting AT for teachers of students with disabilities, the objective of this study consist to plan, implement and evaluate a service of collaborative consulting at distance in Assistive Technology for teachers of Multifunction Resources Room (MRR) from their demands. The study developed in the qualitative approach, was exploratory type. The participants were six teachers of MRR and three consultants in the area of Special Education. The datas were colleted through the activities realized in a Virtual Learning Enviroment (VLE) through it too were obtained responses to the questionnaires (involving open and closed questions). Initially, was identified the demand for AT knowledge of the participant teachers and the possibility of collaborative consulting. Then, the intervention was based on the provision of the service of collaborative consulting in distance mode and each teacher chose a case of a student with cerebral palsy (CP) that demanded the Assistive Technology. After the intervention by collaborative consulting in AT in the modality at distance, occurred the process of assessing the actions of these provided service. The results obtained through of the posting in the VLE and of the responses to open questions of the questionnaires were treated by the technique of content analysis, especially the thematic. In relation to the data of closed questions of the questionnaires, too was realized a descriptive analysis through absolute frequencies. Generally speaking, the evidences found indicate that is possible to identify at distance the demands of teachers about the AT use as well as to plan and implement action of collaborative consulting from VLE. The collaborative consulting service proposed in this investigation, it was revealed still beneficial to the professional performance of consultants and teachers of the research. The students with CP selected by teachers for the study in the consulting service too were benefited through implemented actions. However, they were not the only ones blessed, since the consulting also allowed to solve educational problems of other students through teacher empowerment. Thus, the contribution of this research to the scientific literature is to indicate a further possibility of support service for inclusive school in order to solve educational problems in the AT. / A implementação dos recursos de Tecnologia Assistiva (TA) pode fazer uma grande diferença na escolarização de estudantes com deficiência. Entretanto, o uso continuado destes por professores especializados é considerado desafiador, pois embora eles se apropriem do conhecimento sobre TA quando submetidos a programas de formação continuada, em geral não dão prosseguimento ao uso desses recursos quando concluídas essas formações. Considerando a recomendação da literatura de um serviço permanente de consultoria colaborativa em TA para os professores de estudantes com deficiência, o objetivo do presente estudo consistiu em planejar, implementar e avaliar um serviço de consultoria colaborativa à distância em TA, para professoras de sala de recursos multifuncionais (SRM) a partir das suas demandas. O estudo desenvolvido na abordagem qualitativa, foi do tipo exploratório. As participantes foram seis professoras de SRM e três consultoras da área da Educação Especial. Os dados foram coletados por meio de atividades realizadas em um ambiente virtual de aprendizagem (AVA) através do qual também foram obtidas respostas aos questionários (que continham questões abertas e fechadas). Inicialmente, foi identificada a demanda por conhecimentos de TA das professoras participantes e a possibilidade de consultoria colaborativa. Em seguida, a intervenção foi baseada na prestação do serviço de consultoria colaborativa na modalidade à distância, e cada professora escolheu um caso de um estudante com paralisia cerebral (PC) que demandasse o uso de TA. Ao final da intervenção via consultoria colaborativa em TA na modalidade à distância, ocorreu o processo de avaliação das ações desse serviço prestado. Os resultados obtidos através das postagens no ambiente AVA e das respostas das questões abertas dos questionários foram tratados através da técnica de análise de conteúdo, especificamente a temática. Em relação aos dados das questões fechadas dos questionários, também foi realizado uma análise descritiva por meio de frequências absolutas. Em linhas gerais, as evidencias encontradas apontam que é possível identificar, à distância, as demandas das professoras sobre o uso da TA, bem como planejar e implementar ações de consultoria colaborativa a partir do AVA. O serviço de consultoria colaborativa, proposto nesta investigação, revelou-se ainda benéfico para a atuação profissional das consultoras e professoras da pesquisa. Os estudantes com PC selecionados pelas professoras para estudo no serviço de consultoria, também foram beneficiados por meio das ações implementadas. No entanto, eles não foram os únicos favorecidos, já que a consultoria também permitiu resolver problemas educacionais de outros estudantes por meio do empoderamento docente. Desse modo, a contribuição dessa investigação para a literatura científica consiste em indicar mais uma possibilidade de serviço de apoio à escola inclusiva no intuito de resolver problemas educacionais na área da TA.

Att bädda för test : Utvecklingen av en innovations- och testmiljö inom Landstinget i Östergötland / Making the bed for testing : The development of an innovation and testing environment within the County Council of Östergötland

Ämnet för uppsatsen grundar sig i en ökad efterfrågan av att kunna införa teknik och informationsteknik (IT), som är testad och anpassad för en verksamhet redan innan införandet. Vidare finns det ett behov av att, genom nya innovationer, uppnå långsiktiga strategiska mål inom vård och omsorg. Därför har Sveriges innovationsmyndighet Vinnova startat en satsning på testbäddar inom vård och omsorg. En testbädd kan liknas vid en innovations- och testmiljö där samarbete mellan vårdpersonal, företag och forskning kan ske för att ta fram produkter, processer och tjänster som är anpassade till den miljö där dessa sedan ska tillämpas. Denna studie berör hur utveckling och organisering av en innovations- och testmiljö kan gå till och vilka utmaningar som finns. Vidare tar vi upp intressenters roller och behov i utvecklingen samt hur innovation kan stimuleras i en organisation. Detta har genomförts med hjälp av en fallstudie kring utvecklingen av en testbädd i Landstinget i Östergötland (LIÖ). Teorier inom områdena intressenter, utveckling och innovation används för att stödja analysen och skapa förståelse för vissa begrepp. Den empiriska undersökningen utförs genom semistrukturerade intervjuer med representanter från olika intressentgrupper till testbädd LIÖ. Analysen genomförs även med hjälp av dokumentstudier som en del i den empiriska undersökningen. Det empiriska materialet diskuteras i relation till den teoretiska referensramen för att uppnå ett kunskapsbidrag i form av en slutsats. Denna berör hur en innovations- och testmiljö kan utvecklas och organiseras, intressenternas roll och behov i utvecklingen samt hur innovationer kan genereras och utvecklas i organisationer. Med fallets hjälp kan praktiken ge ny kunskap om dessa områden inför kommande utvecklingsprojekt av liknande karaktär. / The topic of this paper is based on an increased demand for the introduction of technology and information technology (IT), which is better tested and adapted for a business before the implementation. Furthermore, there is a need that through new innovations, achieve long-term strategic objectives in the care sector. Therefore, the Swedish innovation agency Vinnova started a venture in test beds in healthcare. A test bed can be likened to an innovation and testing environment. In these, collaboration between healthcare professionals, businesses and research is done to develop products, processes and services that are adapted to the environment in which they are then applied. This study concerns the development and organization of an innovation- and testing environment and what the challenges are. It also concerns the roles and the needs of the stakeholders in the development and how innovation can be achieved in an organization. This has been studied by a case concerning the development of the testbed LIÖ in Östergötland County Council. Theories in the fields of stakeholders, development and innovation are used to support the analysis around these parts, and to create an understanding of some concepts. The empirical study is carried out through semi-structured interviews with representatives from various stakeholder groups to testbed LIÖ. The analysis is also carried out with the help of document studies as part of the empirical investigation. The empirical data are discussed in relation to the theoretical framework for achieving a knowledge contribution in the form of a conclusion. This affects how an innovation and test environment can be developed and organized, stakeholder roles and needs of the development and how innovations can be generated and developed in organizations. The study of the case can provide new knowledge in these areas for future development projects of similar nature.

This Master’s thesis deals with a construction project and a technical solution of a realignment of a stretch of a road and a bridge construction, which converts this road over the motorway D47. The aim of the thesis, is to plan the construction works in a way that ensures that they are carried out in an optimal manner. The work concentrates on the solution of the site preparation and the characteristics of the surrounding conditions of the building site. Furthermore, it deals with the time and financial plan for the implementation of individual objects and the associated number of deployment of employees and machinery. The building works consist of two construction sites of the same importance, for the road this involves a study of major technological stages of implementation and a inspection and test plan of the road construction. For the bridge, it provides a processed itemized budget, schedule of work performed, technology standard and a plan for securing material resources.

In this thesis, there is processed design of test procedure for innovative HVAC system. This design was created in consecutive phases with use of thermal manikin Newton and climate chamber. Correlation between data from thermal manikin and tests subjects and possible design changes were evaluated after each phase. There are mentioned basics of human thermoregulation, factors which affect thermal comfort and ways in which is possible to measure and rate it with use of thermal comfort scales and comfort zones diagram. The thesis includes survey for testing thermal comfort and scales which are used to complete it. In the end, we mentioned some results alongside with our approach in evaluation of correlation between thermal manikin and test. There is also final design of test procedure for innovative HVAC system which would be used for its calibration and final functionality testing.

Arbetet adresserar dels problematiken med att flera klassrums fysiska lärmiljö inte har hängt med i utvecklingen och inte förändrats sedan de första klassrummen utformades, och dels problematiken med att när en lärmiljö utformas kan det uppstå ett glapp mellan arkitektens intentioner och pedagogens praktik, som kan överbryggas förutsatt att pedagoger blir involverade i arbetet, förstår och kan granska gestaltningsförslaget innan det realiseras.  Syftet har varit att undersöka hur ett befintligt och idag traditionellt utformat klassrum, med givna förutsättningar, kan anpassas och gestaltas för dagens undervisning baserad på forskning och beprövad erfarenhet. Målet har varit att gestalta klassrummet så att klassrummet och dess lärmiljö ska fungera som verktyg och stöttning för dagens behov, undervisning och lärande. Under arbetet har jag använt mig av mina 13 års erfarenheter som pedagog, mina studier och lärdomar inom didaktik, av litteratur och forskning samt inspirerats av liknande arbete.  Mitt gestaltningsundersökande och arbete har kretsat kring de fyra aspekterna: lärmiljöer, flexibilitet och variation, kunskapsutbyte och belysning. Min tolkning av dessa aspekter är materialiserade och visualiserade i ett gestaltningsförslag. Sammanfattningsvis ska den fysiska lärmiljön stödja individualisering och att elever kan använda varandra som resurs. Den fysiska lärmiljön bör således bjuda in till och stödja olika lärsituationer, aktiviteter och kunskapsutbyte mellan elever, som pedagogen initierar till och aktivt håller igång. För detta bör klassrummet delas in i väldefinierade mindre rum för: grupparbete, olika funktioner och behov, där alla rum är inom synhåll och räckhåll för pedagogen. Flexibilitet och variation handlar om att eleven kan byta och variera aktivitet och plats, efter behov, under lektionen. Möbler står kvar och är olika. Eftersom möbleringen inte förändras kan belysningen anpassas till platsens aktivitet. Belysningen bjuder i sin tur in till och stödjer lärsituationen.  Syftet med arbetet har också varit att undersöka och använda tekniken Virtual Reality (VR) som gestaltningsverktyg och i dialog med skolledare, pedagoger och elever.  Resultatet av VR som verktyg i gestaltningsarbetet talar för att VR på många sätt underlättar gestaltningsarbetet för arkitekten, och gestaltningen kan ta en helt annan riktning tack vare upplevelsen av rummet med och genom VR, då VR låter oss uppleva rummet med vår egen kropp, på ett smidigt, välbekant och snabbt sätt. Olika verktyg kommunicerar och visualiserar olika aspekter, kvalitéer och delar i ett gestaltningsundersökande, som påverkar gestaltningsarbetet. Därför föreslår jag att VR används som gestaltningsverktyg, kontinuerligt under gestaltningsarbetet, som komplement och parallellt med andra verktyg. Jag rekommenderar att VR introduceras och implementeras som gestaltningsverktyg i utbildningen för inredningsarkitektur, jämte andra verktyg.  VR som verktyg i dialog med skolledare, pedagoger och elever kan vara ett potentiellt och användbart verktyg i en samgestaltning, då VR bjuder in till samtal och diskussion kring den fysiska lärmiljön och klassrummets utformade i relation till pedagogens praktik. VR kan bidra till att glappet mellan arkitektens intentioner och pedagogens praktik kan överbryggas, då pedagoger ges möjlighet till att utvärdera och diskutera ett gestaltningsförslag, på ett sätt som de förstår. VR bjuder även in eleven till diskussionen. Jag föreslår att VR som verktyg undersöks vidare, t ex i forskning/studier med participatory design som metod, när utforskande av co-design verktyg testas.

Att planera den fysiska miljön för trygghet

Denna uppsats undersöker hur det är möjligt att planera en fysisk miljö för att ge upplevelsen av trygghet. Att känna sig trygg i ett område eller längs ett stråk är viktigt för att personer ska känna att det inte finns någon risk att utsättas för brott. Studien samlar kunskap från dokument och litteratur som beskriver vad på en plats som får individen att känna trygghet, respektive vad som känns otryggt. Detta är relevant för att förstå vad som behöver förändras i den fysiska miljön och kunskapsunderlaget förklarar därefter vilka åtgärder som krävs för att öka tryggheten. Kunskapen presenteras i en teori för hur det är möjligt att planera för trygghet i en fysisk miljö. För att vidare undersöka om teorin kan användas i en praktisk situation utförs en platsanalys på stadsdelen Norrliden i Kalmar. Teorin appliceras sedan efter platsanalysen för att lära vad i området som anses otryggt för att kunna presentera åtgärder. Slutsatsen kommer fram till att det finns flera faktorer som kan påverka tryggheten i en fysisk miljö. Åtgärderna skiljs åt beroende på om det är ett nytt planområde som planeras eller om det är ett existerande planområde som behöver komplettering. / This essay examines how it is possible to plan a physical environment to provide the experience of security. Feeling safe in an area or along a route is important for people to feel that there is no risk of being exposed to crime. The study gathers knowledge from documents and literature that describe what in a place makes the individual feel safe, and what makes the individual feel unsafe. This is relevant to understanding what needs to change in the physical environment and the knowledge base then explains what measures are required to increase security. The knowledge is presented in a theory for how it is possible to plan for security in a physical environment. In order to further investigate whether the theory can be used in a practical situation, a site analysis is carried out in the Norrliden district in Kalmar. The theory is then applied after the site analysis to learn what in the area is considered unsafe in order to be able to present measures. The conclusion is that there are several factors that can affect security in a physical environment. The measures are separated depending on whether it is a new area that is being planned for or whether it is an existing area that needs completion.

The study was done based on the Federalism and all its features, though the main point is the one that refers to the surviving of the Federal and State legal orderlines, through decisions of the Supreme Federal Court. The Federal Constitution of 1998 reserved to the Supreme federal Court the responsability of being its custodian.Among the values which were enrolled on it, the federal form is one of the most important. This way, generaly, through the constitutional control instruments , the Supreme Federal Court is called to exercise its role. Therefore, at first, the federal form is analysed under the historic point of view and in all its features, till we reached the study of standarts used in Brazil, through its history and the current federal Constitution of 1998. The sharing of competences used by the Federal Constitution, As a feature of the federalism, was also an object of study, in order to make us able to demonstrate the decentralization of competences. In this sense, the central point of the work lays on demonstrating that the sharing line of competences stablished by the Constitution can suffer variations according to the jurisdictional activities of the Supreme Federal Court. Eventually, aiming to demonstrate how the acting of the supreme Federal Court is has being done and that it can determine a high centralism of brazilian state, we analysed studies of cases refering to this organ's decisions / O presente trabalho é uma análise referente ao papel de desempenhado pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal na manutenção do federalismo brasileiro. O estudo foi realizado tendo por base o federalismo e de todas as suas características, contudo o ponto principal é o que se refere à sobrevivência das ordens jurídicas federal e estaduais, por meio das decisões do Supremo Tribunal Federal. A Constituição Federal de 1998 reservou ao Supremo Tribunal Federal a atribuição de ser o seu guardião. Dentre os valores que nela foram inscritos, a forma federal é um dos mais importantes. Assim, freqüentemente, por meio dos instrumentos de controle de constitucionalidade, o Supremo Tribunal Federal é chamado a exercitar seu papel. Portanto, inicialmente, a forma federal é analisada sob ponto de vista histórico e em todas as suas características, até chegarmos no estudo dos modelos utilizados pelo Brasil ao longo de sua história e na atual Constituição Federal de 1988. A divisão de competências utilizada pela Constituição Federal, como uma das características do federalismo, também foi objeto de estudo, a fim de que pudéssemos demonstrar a descentralização de competências.
