Nesta tese, volto-me para a educação sexual dirigida às crianças, buscando problematizar processos de produção das diferenças sexuais e de gênero. Para tanto, examino duas coleções de livros paradidáticos de educação sexual endereçados à infância. Esta investigação sustentou-se nos campos dos Estudos Culturais e dos Estudos Feministas, articulados com a perspectiva pós-estruturalista de análise. O processo analítico dos livros baseou-se no estudo das suas “representações” sexuais e de gênero e na tentativa de explicitar um modo de problematizar tais representações a partir de um processo de “desconstrução”. O modo como o gênero e a sexualidade estão representados produz significados que marcam e constituem não apenas o sujeito e as práticas normais, como também os sujeitos e as práticas “desviantes”, “não-autorizadas”, “anormais”. O procedimento desconstrutivo que procurei ensaiar nesta tese poderá servir não apenas como recurso analítico dos artefatos escolares como também poderá sugerir formas de operar na prática pedagógica da Educação Sexual, em qualquer nível de ensino. Foram problematizados temas como: relação sexual, diferentes famílias, anticoncepção, masculinidades e feminilidades, homossexualidade, maternação, abuso sexual, HIV/AIDS, sexo seguro, educação sexual, sujeito infantil. Questionar a maneira como as diferenças e as identidades são representadas, a partir de um artefato pedagógico, e, por extensão, como essas diferenças são representadas na cultura, foi assumido nesta tese como imprescindível em qualquer processo de educação e de formação de educadoras/es e/ou futuras/os pedagogas/os. / In this thesis I work with sexual education for children with the intention of discussing the production processes of sexual and gender differences. Therefore, I examine two didactical sexual education textbooks addressed to infancy. This investigation was supported by the fields of Cultural Studies and Feminist Studies, articulated with the post-structuralist perspective of analysis. The book´s analytical process was based in the study of its sexual and gender “representations” in an effort to make explicit a way to discuss those representations using a process of “deconstruction”. The way gender and sexuality are represented create meanings that define and constitute not only the subject and normal practices, but also the subject and the “deviating”, “non-authorized”, “abnormal” practices. The deconstructive procedure that I discussed in this thesis can be used not only as a analytical resource of school artifacts but also can suggest ways to operate pedagogical practice in Sexual Education in any educational level. The following themes were discussed: sexual relations, different families, contraception, masculinity and feminality, homosexuality, maternance, sexual abuse, HIV/AIDS, safe sex, sexual education and infantile subject. To question the way the differences and identities are represented based in a pedagogical artifact and, by extension, how those differences are represented in culture was assumed in this thesis as indispensable in any educational process and in the development of educators and/or future pedagogues.

Esta pesquisa teve como foco de análise representações e discursos sobre as identidades de gênero e nacional no campo da gastronomia brasileira. O trabalho se desenvolveu dentro dos campos de Estudos Culturais, Feministas e de Gênero, numa perspectiva pós-estruturalista. A fonte fundamental da pesquisa foi uma revista de alta gastronomia nacional, chamada Gula. O recorte da análise (textual e visual) ficou entre as publicações de dezembro de 1999 a dezembro de 2005, num total de 73 exemplares da revista. Quais os mecanismos e os discursos que se articulam e constroem o que hoje entendemos como gastronomia brasileira e de que forma esses discursos modulam a noção das identidades de gênero e nacional? Essa foi a questão central que norteou o estudo. Buscou-se demonstrar o caráter cultural e histórico da gastronomia não só pela apresentação e pela articulação de alguns acontecimentos e “invenções” de práticas, produtos, técnicas e comportamentos, como também pela análise das relações de poder envolvidas nos processos de distinção e diferenciação de sujeitos no âmbito do bem comer. Nesta análise, observou-se como são representadas, nomeadas e/ou definidas as identidades de gênero a partir da construção de certo tipo de gosto, definido pela revista como o de alta gastronomia. De modo especial, buscou-se examinar a participação da gastronomia na construção da idéia de uma identidade nacional brasileira, tanto historicamente quanto na contemporaneidade. / This research studies the discourses and social representations related to gender and national identity in the field of Brazilian gastronomy. Developed from the perspectives of the Cultural, Feminist and Gender Studies, this work presents a post-structuralist perspective. The main source of the research was a Brazilian gastronomy magazine, Gula. Seventy-three issues, published between December 1999 and December 2005, were analyzed. Which mechanisms and discourses structure what we understand nowadays as Brazilian gastronomy? In which ways these discourses modulate the perceptions of gender or national identity? These were the central questions this work aimed to answer. We have tried to demonstrate the cultural and historical character of gastronomy, not only through the presentation of some events and “inventions” (of practices, products, techniques and behaviors), but also through the analysis of the power relations involved in processes of distinction and social differentiation, in the domain of the “good taste”. This study observes how gender identities are defined, named or represented in close relation to the construction of a certain kind of taste, defined by the magazine as a gastronomical taste. Specially, the research aimed to examine the role of gastronomy in the construction of a Brazilian national identity, both historically and in the present times.

This project aims to understand and analyze the narratives of one of the empowerment women groups of the 4th edition of the extension project "Sexual and reproductive rights: talking about Health", focusing on representations about "the experience of the passage of time" for women in present time. This research is a ramification of a project entitled "Sexual and Reproductive Women s Health: The Group as a Device", linked to the Research Group "Health, Social Minorities and Communication". It is configured as intervention-research, in which one of the researchers acts as mediator/observer in this group. For the analysis of the qualitative information was used the clinical listening, working with the floating attention, to identify the characteristics of speech, noted the peripheral elements and the characteristics of argument. The interpretation of the set of information was built from the Critical Social Psychology, establishing a dialogue with the Gender /Feminist Studies, Group Psychology and Psychoanalysis. / O presente trabalho objetiva conhecer e analisar as narrativas de um dos grupos de empoderamento de mulheres da 4ª edição do projeto de extensão Direitos sexuais e reprodutivos: conversando sobre saúde , enfocando as representações sobre a experiência da passagem do tempo para as mulheres na atualidade. Essa pesquisa é uma ramificação de um projeto intitulado Saúde Sexual e Reprodutiva das Mulheres: O Grupo como Dispositivo , vinculado ao Grupo de Pesquisa Saúde, Minorias Sociais e Comunicação . Configura-se como pesquisa-intervenção, na qual uma das pesquisadoras atua como mediadora/observadora do grupo em questão. Para a análise das informações qualitativas foi empregada a escuta clínica, trabalhando com a atenção flutuante, para identificar as características dos discursos, assinalar os elementos periféricos e as particularidades da argumentação. A interpretação do conjunto de informações foi a partir da Psicologia Social Crítica, estabelecendo um diálogo com os Estudos de Gênero/Feministas, Psicologia de Grupos e a Psicanálise.

L’objet de ce mémoire consiste en l’analyse de la représentation de la figure féminine dans l’œuvre scénique de Marcel Dubé, notamment dans les pièces Zone, Florence, Bilan, ainsi que Virginie. Mettant à l’avant-plan des personnages féminins, ces quatre œuvres traversent deux périodes dans la production de l’auteur et dans l’histoire du Québec, soit la Grande Noirceur, sous le règne de Maurice Duplessis, et la Révolution tranquille annoncée par le gouvernement de Jean Lesage. En mettant en scène successivement une adolescente (Zone), deux jeunes femmes (Florence et Bilan) et une femme d’âge mûr (Virginie), le dramaturge trace une certaine évolution dans la représentation des femmes non seulement dans son théâtre, mais également dans la société québécoise qui lui était contemporaine. Notre mémoire propose ainsi une lecture féminine et sociocritique de ces quatre pièces de Dubé à une époque charnière de l’histoire du Québec. / This study concerns the representation of female figures in Marcel Dubé’s theater, especially in four plays featuring women as main characters: Zone, Florence, Bilan, and Virginie. The plays themselves span two periods of Québec’s history, from the Grande Noirceur up to the Révolution tranquille, thus allowing for a certain evolution in the characterisation of the female roles at the time. By choosing to stage a teenager (Zone), two young women (Florence and Bilan), and a mature woman (Virginie) in these plays, Dubé traces a portrait of the female character that is not only pertinent to his work, but which also reflects major changes taking place in the society of Québec at that time. Our feminist and sociocritical reading of the author’s plays offers then a new perspective on Dubé’s work in the context of Québec history.
