Kardiovaskulinės reabilitacijos klinikos informacinės sistemos kūrimas ir tyrimas / Development and research of information system of patients with heart disease

Today information is very expensive and useful. If you want to get wanted information when you need it, get information in wanted form and get information which you expected, you need an information system. The main purpose of this project is to create web-based information system of patients with heart disease, which let store, modify information about patients and their medical testing. There will be a possibility to generate reports for the period you want or for the wanted patient. The point of this information system is to store information, process necessary information faster, to facilitate and make faster personnel work. Medical testing results can be put into the database in two ways: from specific file or from interface. Other part of master‘s work is research named „SQL performance speed in Java and PL/SQL stored procedures“. PL/SQL is the procedural language extension to SQL and it encapsulates SQL statements in procedural logic. Starting with Oracle8i, Oracle supports Java in the database. Java stored procedures also can encapsulate SQL statements that run within the database via procedural logic. In this paper you can find the answer for the question, where do I have to put the SQL, Java or PL/SQL stored procedures.

This work is an information system of progress and attendance at Kedainiai Sviesioji gymnasium. This information system will store data – grades and absences from school. It will also include information about schoolchildren and teachers. One of the aims of the informative society development nowadays is to reduce time expenditures. Thus the users of IS would be able to spend more time familiarizing with latest technologies and its perspectives as well as analysing the activity of rivals as in the times of market economy one of the main criteria of prosperous activity is to keep in step with modern technologies. The aim - to project and introduce the information system of progress and attendance. Problems solved: • The problem of progress and attendance record – therefore the grades and absences from school will be entered up. • The function of control – it will enable to control the grades and absences from school. • The function of information storage – it will enable to collect information about schoolchildren (information is constantly renewed and sorted according to particular criteria) and give the accounts that can be viewed or/and printed (the information in database can be also viewed or printed).

The object of research – tax administration in State Tax Authority implementing integrated information systems. The objective of research is to identify the main problems of implementation of integrated information systems of taxes and to present suggestions for its solving. The main tasks are solved: 1) to determine the objectives and principles of Lithuania and EU tax harmonization; 2) to determine the necessity of harmonization of taxes; 3) to determine the objectives and tasks of administration of taxes and its compatibility with the Europe Council directives; 4) to identify the changes of tax administration and the problems of implementation of integrated informative systems of taxes that are established in State Tax Authority and the ways of the problems solving. Research methods. In order to achieve the objective, logical analysis and synthesis, comparable analysis, the analysis of juridical documents and statistical data, the analysis of STA projects of informational systems were done; the methodics of prognostication of transactions efficiency (developed by T.Magyla and V. Bagdonas) and Pareto method were applied. The author contributed with the employees of the Department of International Information Change of Ministry of Finance doing this research. Besides, part of information was collected in the inside Intranet network of STA.

Pagrindinis šio darbo tikslas yra išstudijuoti procesus, procedūras, priemonės ir problemas susijusias su klinikinių duomenų rinkimu, kaupimu, panaudojimu, informacijos judėjimu Kauno medicinos universiteto klinikose bei pasiūlyti idėjas, kaip patobulinti jau veikiančius duomenų rinkimo bei kaupimo metodus, pagerinti sukauptų duomenų analizavimą, statistikos rinkimą, apžvelgti integravimosi su kitomis egzistuojančiomis informacinėmis sistemomis, ir apibendrinant – pagerinti bei pagreitinti informacijos judėjimą gydymo įstaigoje sukuriant naują unifikuotą KMUK klinikinių duomenų informacinę sistemą. Šis tyrimas yra sutelktas ties informacijos rinkimu, apdorojimu bei apsikeitimu ne tik vietiniu mastu, t.y. tarp atskirų klinikų, bet ir visos Lietuvos mastu, t.y. su kitomis Lietuvos gydymo įstaigomis, bei kuriamu nacionalinės e. sveikatos sistemos projektu. Tyrimas parodė, jog duomenų rinkimas yra pakankamai sudėtingas. Yra naudojamos skirtingos priemonės, tokios kaip: pacientų kortelės, registrai, įvairios formos. Visos šios skirtingos duomenų rinkimo bei kaupimo priemonės rodo, jog yra didelis poreikis vieningos sistemos, kuri apimtų visus klinikose vykstančius procesus, realizuotų skirtingų profilinių klinikų darbo savitumus. Viso tyrimo metu diskutuojant tiek su gydymo įstaigų darbuotojais, tiek nagrinėjant jau esamas sistemas aš supratau, jog yra nemažai problemų susijusių su informacijos valdymu bei apdorojimu. Pagrindinis projekto tikslas – sukurti informacinę sistemą, paremtą metaduomenų lygiu, nes išanalizavus esamų portalų rinką Lietuvoje buvo pastebėta, kad šie portalai neturi tam tikrų funkcionalumo galimybių: sudėtingas portalo valdymas bei duomenų įkėlimas į portalus, sunkus ir brangus perprojektavimas, lėtas veikimas, didelės eksploatacinės išlaidos. Buvo suprojektuota loginė portalo architektūra, sistemos elgsenos modelis (naudojantis sekų diagramomis), reliacinės duomenų bazės schema, sistemos testavimo modelis ir metabazės lygis. Ištestuotas sistemos modelis, paruošta vartotojo instrukcija. Šis portalas „Būsto portalas“ leidžia lengviau keisti duomenų struktūrą ir ją praplėsti, patogiau įkelti naują informaciją, lengviau keisti vartotojo galimybes bei pačiam vartotojui naudotis portalu. Dėka metabazės lygio greičiau pasiekiami duomenys. Portalo administratoriui lengviau ir paprasčiau perprojektuoti visą portalą kitam tikslui (pasikeitus portalo informacijos sričiai). Esant paprastai turinio valdymo sistemai – lengviau neįgudusiam administratoriui prižiūrėti portalą, nes atskirta portalo veikimo logika nuo naudojamų duomenų. / The main goal of this project is to create an informative system based on metadata level due to the research done on existing sites in Lithuania, which has shown that those sites don‘t have some functional possibilities: they are difficult to manage, loading data is complicated, redesigning is expensive and hard, slow operation, high financial maintenance. Logical site architecture has been designed as well as the model of system behaviour (using diagrams of sequences), scheme of relative data base, model of system testing and meta-base level. System model has been tested, maintenance and user‘s instruction documents have been prepared, any logical and other mistakes have been corrected. This site ‚The dwelling site‘lets easily change the structure of data and widen it, it has become more convenient to change user‘s possibilities and load new data and use the site itself. The data is quicker to reach because of the metadata level. It is also easier for site administrator to redesign the whole site for the different purpose when the range of information changes. When managing of content is easy to maintain it is also easier for a less experienced administrator to look after the site, because the logic of site operation is separated from data being used.

GIS panaudojimas dviračių trasų ženklinimui / GIS application for marking of cycle paths

The main target of the master thesis “GIS application for marking of cycle paths” is to investigate the opportunities of cycle tourism in Lithuania, and to mark the cycle tour route and cycle route as technical design using GIS technology. The cycle route designing principles, marking possibilities In Lithuania and abroad, also cycle rout designs and cyclists flows are analyzed while estimating the opportunities of cycling tourism. Basing on the collected data and the implemented pools,, the GIS sub-system of the cycle tour rout, and its’ development technology is described. Such information would be useful for the cyclists while planning the tour rout and during the tour, however such system would be even more useful if there would be more marked and classified cycle paths. After creating the common Lithuanian cycle paths database we could gather and propose an information on the cycle tourism possibilities to the cyclists, which could benefit further development of tourism in Lithuania. The Dzukija cycle route technical design data were used during development of GIS subsystem of cycle paths. Herefore the rout were marked by hands. The developed GIS subsystem allows wider information appliance. The work consists of 76 pages, 16 tables, 43 pictures, 5 annexes, 29 sources.

Šiame darbe ištirta ir patikslinta komponentnio modelio taikymo informacinės sistemos projektavime technologija. Esamos veiklos modelio transformavimo taisyklės papildytos naujomis taisyklėmis. Komponentinis modelis palygintas su kitu reikalavimų specifikacijos modeliu (UML notacijos Use Case modeliu) ir nustatyta, kad komponentinis modelis labiau detalizuoja architektūrinį sistemos aprašymą. Eksperimentiškai įrodyta, kad komponentinio sistemos modelio (informacinės sistemos architektūros projekto) komponentai atitinka sukurtos gamybos apskaitos sistemos programinės įrangos komponentus ir duomenų bazės objektus. / In this work was detail analysed component model and implemented for design of production accounting system. For the formation component model was appended new rules to the existing rules. Component model was compared with use case model and found, that component model is more detailed, than use case model. After detail analyse was found, that components of component model matches components of developed system and objects of database.

Išanalizavus mokslinę literatūrą, taikant alternatyvų ir analogijos metodus teorinių tyrimų analizėje randama, kad rinkodaros kompleksas yra vienas iš pagrindinių verslo esmę aprašančių modelių. Vartotojų poreikiai pasidarė patys svarbiausi įmonių strateginiuose planuose. Taikant apibendrinamosios abstrakcijos metodą, paaiškėjo, jog informacinės technologijos ir informacinės sistemos davė didžiausią poveikį rinkodaros plėtrai pastaruosius kelis dešimtmečius. Labiausiai besivystanti sritis tapo naujų technologijų atradimai, kuriuos nedelsdamas adaptavosi verslas savo poreikiams, taip mažindamas veiklos kaštus, didindamas konkurencingumą. Organizacijos turėdamos milžiniškus rinkodarai skirtus biudžtus investavo didelius pinigus į įvairius tyrimus, naujų technologijų diegimą - darėsi vis pranašesnis ir dar didesneis tempais plėtėsi. O nespėjantys su technologijomis ženkliai atsilikdavo ar net krisdavo nelygioje konkurencinėje kovoje. Tuo tarpu mažosios įmonės, turėdamos ribotus investicinius išteklius skirtus rinkodariniams veiskmams gerinti, liko šėšėlyje. Kadangi mažasis verslas sudaro didelę rinkos dalyvių apimtį, todėl labai svarbu tirti jų veiklos ypatumus. The highest vulnerability of privacy exists in the sphere of IT. The privy of information and security of personal data is safeguarded by laws implementation and refining of the legal basis, related to this issue, by amplification of security supervision, by information to and lecturing of the society, by the usage of technologic devices. The article analyses the prospects of using CCTV in public places which, authors regard, could have a certain influence on the improvement of public security in the territory of coverage.
