This way we present as a goal investigating how the knowledges are built, conceptions and pedagogical practices of the teachers in the first days of the children and their families? staying in the Childhood Education School of UFRJ. We had this proposal coming from the processes of construction of adopted knowledges by a group of five teachers of a baby nursery, in articulation with the staff which leads the school. In benefit of that, we looked forward to identify in what contexts and forms the processes of constructions are given; how the existences of teachers? formation occur for the ones of the unity of Childhood Education; to perceive which knowledges are involved in that; analyzing how the politics of the present formation are reflected in this context and, finally, how this group becomes real in the pedagogical actions of reception of the children that are inserted in the institution. We understand the insertion as a movement of simultaneous knowledge among children/ families and institution/ educators, therefore the form as the institution organizes this period will be important in the construction of the relations between everybody. We still understand that the cognitions, pieces of knowledge and proceedings of the teachers are built daily in the meeting of one with another, in the dialogical movement of listening to many voices that evince themselves in the daily pedagogical proceeding. With these comprehensions, in search of our goal, we follow the movements that happened with the group of teachers in the insertion process of four children of the baby nursery group that started their routes in the institution in the second semester of the year of 2014. As a way of systematize our meetings and dialogs and of capturing the movements of the staff that could evince our focus of the analysis, we tried to take hold of a group of proceedings and instruments that could provide a dialogical space among researcher and researched subjects. With that, the use of the survey of characterization of the teachers, the dynamic of the group interview and the register in the diary which refers to the accomplished observations in the educational context, were adopted as a way of providing the demand through the group production of the data. The analysis shows us that there are some specific pieces of knowledge to which it recurs in the insertion movement; the most part of them refers to the specifics of the teacher?s role of Childhood Education. We saw all the time the search for understanding questions related to the food, the crying, the sleep, the hygiene, the space-time organization, the roles? compositions, all of them surrounded by responsive action with another subject. The teachers used to do endless exotopy in favor of the construction of these understandings where they had ?in the other? the great source of construction of the knowledge. / Com um enfoque hist?rico-cultural, pretende-se neste estudo refletir sobre os processos que comp?em os saberes, conhecimentos e a forma??o dos profissionais, bem como as a??es pedag?gicas voltadas para as crian?as pequenas no per?odo inicial de sua estadia na creche. Assim, apresentamos como objetivo investigar de que forma se constroem os conhecimentos, concep??es e pr?ticas pedag?gicas dos professores nos primeiros dias de estadia das crian?as e suas fam?lias na Escola de Educa??o Infantil da UFRJ. Tivemos esse prop?sito partindo dos processos de constru??o de conhecimentos adotados por um grupo de cinco professores de uma turma de ber??rio, em articula??o com a equipe que lidera a escola. Em prol deste, procuramos identificar em que contextos e formas se d?o processos de constru??o de conhecimentos; como ocorrem viv?ncias de forma??o para os professores desta unidade de Educa??o Infantil; perceber quais conhecimentos s?o envolvidos nele; analisar de que forma as pol?ticas de forma??o vigentes est?o refletidas nesse contexto e, por fim, como esse conjunto concretiza-se nas a??es pedag?gicas de recep??o das crian?as que se inserem na institui??o. Entendemos a inser??o como um movimento de conhecer simult?neo, entre crian?as/fam?lias e institui??o/educadores, portanto a forma como a institui??o organiza esse per?odo ser? importante na constru??o das rela??es entre todos. Entendemos ainda que os saberes, conhecimentos e fazeres dos professores s?o constru?dos cotidianamente no encontro com outro, no movimento dial?gico de escuta das v?rias vozes que se evidenciam no fazer pedag?gico cotidiano. Com essas compreens?es, na busca de nosso objetivo, acompanhamos os movimentos que aconteceram com o grupo de professores no processo de inser??o de quatro crian?as do grupo de ber??rio, que come?aram seu percurso na institui??o no segundo semestre do ano de 2014. Como forma de sistematizar nossos encontros e di?logos e de captar os movimentos da equipe que evidenciassem nosso foco de an?lise, procuramos lan?ar m?o de um conjunto de procedimentos e instrumentos que proporcionasse um espa?o dial?gico entre pesquisador e sujeitos pesquisados. Com isso, o uso do question?rio de caracteriza??o dos professores, a din?mica de entrevista coletiva e o registro em di?rio de campo referente ao acompanhamento das observa??es realizadas no contexto educacional, foram adotadas de forma a suprir a demanda pela produ??o conjunta dos dados. A an?lise nos mostra que h? alguns conhecimentos espec?ficos aos quais se recorre no movimento de inser??o, a maioria deles referente as especificidades do papel de professor de Educa??o Infantil. Vimos a todo tempo a busca por compreender quest?es referente a alimenta??o, ao choro, ao sono, a higiene, a organiza??o espa?o temporal, a composi??o de papeis, todos cercados pela a??o responsiva com outro sujeito. As professoras faziam um exerc?cio de exotopia incessante em prol da constru??o dessas compreens?es, em que tinham ?no outro? a grande fonte de constru??o de conhecimento.

Each essay contains a specific minority and it can be read in an independently way. The first essay is about people with disability, which were beneficed by the Brazilian legislation that impose a minimal hiring into companies from the private sector and a minimal reservation vacancy in the public sector in the 1990 decade. It is analyzed the probability of this individual to be working and also the quantity of hours worked, using a logistic model in the first question and a tobit model in the second one. The second essay is about the insertion of black and brown, that were favored with the affirmative action to enter the public sector in some states. In this essay it is used the synthetic control method. The last essay is about the gender differences, were female usually are in a disadvantaged position in wage. In this case, it is analyzed the differentials in the functional position when entering the labor market, which is known as the glass door phenomena, and the wage differentials according to severity, exploring distinct methodologies. The three essays haven the goal to analyze the insertion and the differences that the minorities find in the Brazilian labor market. The results indicate a better insertion and a reduction in the inequalities in the Brazilian labor market. / Esta tese tem como principal objetivo verificar as condi??es que algumas minorias encontram no mercado de trabalho brasileiro. Os tr?s ensaios em conjunto t?m como objetivo principal analisar a inser??o e as diferen?as que as minorias encontram no mercado de trabalho brasileiro.Cada um dos ensaios cont?m uma minoria espec?fica e pode ser lido de maneira independente. O primeiro ensaio trata das pessoas com defici?ncia (PCD), que foram beneficiadas pela legisla??o brasileira que imp?s uma contrata??o m?nima para as empresas do setor privado e um m?nimo de reserva de vagas no setor p?blico na d?cada de 1990. ? analisada a probabilidade destes indiv?duos estarem trabalhando e tamb?m a quantidade de horas trabalhadas, utilizando um modelo log?stico para a probabilidade de estar empregado e um modelo tobit para o n?mero de horas. O segundo ensaio trata a inser??o dos indiv?duos pretos e pardos, popula??o favorecida com a pol?tica de a??es afirmativas para o ingresso no servi?o p?blico em alguns estados. Para tanto, ? utilizado o m?todo de controle sint?tico. Por fim, o terceiro ensaio trata das diferen?as de g?nero, onde s?o analisados os diferenciais em termos de coloca??o funcional na entrada do mercado de trabalho, o que ? conhecido como o fen?meno da porta de vidro, seguido de uma an?lise do diferencial de sal?rios com o c?lculo de um ?ndice de representa??o. Os resultados indicam uma melhoria na inser??o e uma redu??o nas desigualdades no mercado de trabalho nacional.

The main objective is to understand the socio-educational and cultural implications of the experiences of the young people attending the ?Associa??o de Capoeira Arte e Recrea??o Berimbau de Ouro ? ACARBO?, from Santo Amaro da Purifica??o, Bahia. We seek the significance and meanings of these experiences in the perception of those involved, in a territory marked by socioeconomic vulnerability and by a historical and affective memory permeated by different forms of belonging, identities and sociabilities. The research situated on popular culture and African worldview is ethnographic, which includes participant observation and open interviews with three young men and a Master of Capoeira. In the theoretical and methodological level, for the investigated scenario, we establish a dialogue with, among others, the following authors: ABIB (2005), BARROS (2009), DAYRELL (1996; 2007); MACEDO (2004), PETIT, (2015), SILVA E PETIT (2011; 2013), GOHN (2006; 2010); PAIS (1996; 2003); PARK (2005). As of a result of this research, I found that the experiences of young people within the association, in intergenerational living associated with popular culture and African worldview, transpose both the limits of formal education, which is not always welcomed in daily life and curriculum knowledge originating in African -Brazilian culture, as the very mass culture conveyed in the hegemonic media means. The practice of capoeira combined with other educational dynamics, like the group conversations, workshops, training classes, theater, etc. in that association , for its educational influence, contributes to the participant?s civic education, revealing social and cultural emancipation possibilities. In addition, the educational practices mediated by body art can represent an appropriation of the ethnic group culture, bringing new meanings and resistance devices and coping with situations of social exclusion. / O presente trabalho trata dos processos educativos desenvolvidos a partir da rela??o entre juventude, educa??o n?o formal e capoeira, uma das mais importantes express?es culturais de ra?zes africanas no Brasil. Tem como objetivo compreender as implica??es socioeducativas e culturais das experi?ncias vivenciadas pelos jovens acolhidos pela Associa??o de Capoeira Arte e Recrea??o Berimbau de Ouro ? ACARBO, da cidade de Santo Amaro da Purifica??o, no Estado da Bahia. Perseguimos os significados e sentidos destas viv?ncias na percep??o dos sujeitos envolvidos, e num territ?rio demarcado pela vulnerabilidade socioecon?mica e ao mesmo tempo por uma mem?ria hist?rica e afetiva perpassada por distintas formas de pertencimento, identidades e sociabilidades. A pesquisa imbricada na cultura popular e na cosmovis?o africana ? de car?ter etnogr?fico, e contempla a observa??o participante e as entrevistas abertas realizadas com tr?s jovens e um Mestre de Capoeira. A pr?tica da capoeira aliada a outras din?micas pedag?gicas, a exemplo das rodas de conversa, oficinas, aulas de treino, teatro, etc. na referida associa??o, por seu car?ter educativo, contribui para a forma??o cidad? dos participantes, revelando possibilidades de emancipa??o social e cultural. A pesquisa visou contribuir tamb?m para o atendimento ? Lei do SINAES, que pela primeira vez a partir do ano de 2004, incorporou o egresso no processo de avalia??o institucional, identificando-o como importante fonte de informa??es para avalia??o da qualidade das institui??es. A revis?o bibliogr?fica foi centrada em documentos legais que tratam do egresso e trabalhos de autores que desenvolveram estudos sobre esse tema, al?m de pesquisas j? realizadas sobre egressos de Institui??es de Ensino Superior (IES) e sua inser??o profissional. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa descritiva e visando atingir seus objetivos foi realizada coleta dados atrav?s da aplica??o um question?rio online, destinado aos egressos da FACISA diplomados no per?odo de 2011 a 2014.1, objetivando caracterizar o perfil do egresso absorvido pelo mercado de trabalho, bem como suas percep??es sobre os fatores que facilitaram ou dificultaram esse acesso. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam que 78% dos respondentes est?o trabalhando, entretanto, destes, 67% est?o trabalhando em suas ?reas de forma??o enquanto que 11% est?o exercendo atividades profissionais fora da ?rea em que se formaram, na maioria dos casos o motivo atribu?do ao fato de n?o estar atuando na ?rea s?o as poucas oportunidades de emprego na ?rea e a baixa remunera??o o que coincide com os fatores apontados como principais dificultados da inser??o profissional. Um percentual consider?vel (22%) informou n?o estar trabalhando e o principal motivo atribu?do para essa situa??o foi o fato de estar estudando para concurso p?blico visando melhores oportunidades. Identificamos que no geral os egressos est?o satisfeitos com os v?rios aspectos da forma??o analisados na pesquisa e em contraposi??o a isso fazem uma avalia??o bastante negativa do mercado tanto local como nacional. De modo geral tanto a institui??o quanto os cursos ofertados pela FACISA obtiveram uma avalia??o bastante positiva, tamb?m foi avaliada de modo satisfat?rio a rela??o entre a forma??o recebida e as exig?ncias do mercado. Quanto aos fatores facilitadores os mais apontados pelos egressos foram o reconhecimento da universidade e os conhecimentos te?ricos adquiridos. / This work had as main objective to conduct a study with the graduates of the Faculty of Health Sciences of Trairi (FACISA-UFRN), in order to meet the profile of the former student of FACISA and their insertion in the labour market. The research aimed to contribute also to the compliance with the SINAES Law, which for the first time, from the year 2004, incorporated the former student on institutional assessment process, identifying it as an important source of information for assessing the quality of the institutions. The literature review was centered on legal documents dealing with former student and works of authors who developed studies on this topic, as well as previous studies on graduates of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and their employability. This study was a descriptive research and to achieve their goals was performed collects data by applying an online questionnaire, designed for graduates of FACISA graduates in the period 2011 to 2014.1. At the end of the collection it was reached 79.27 % return of questionnaires and these data processed in SPSS (Statistical for Social Sciences).The survey results showed that 78% of respondents are working. Of this total, 67% are working in their areas while 11% are exercising professional activities outside the area who have graduated. The reasons most frequently reported as responsible for the fact that they were not working in the area are the few job opportunities in the graduated area with 36% and the low pay with 22%, which agrees with the factors pointed to as major difficulties employability. A considerable percentage of respondents (22%) were reported not to be working and the main cause attributed to this situation was the fact that they are studying for public tender in search of better opportunities. We identify that, overall, graduates are satisfied with the various aspects of training such as research analyzed, theoretical knowledge, training obtained, campus location, among others. In contrast, the graduates make a rather negative assessment of the market, both local and national. In general, both the institution and the courses offered by FACISA obtained a very positive evaluation, likewise, the relationship between the training received and the requirements of the market achieved a satisfactory percentage. As for facilitating factors, the most reported by graduates were the recognition of the university in society and the theoretical knowledge acquired. Based on data from this study , we can infer that undergraduate courses FACISA are well solidified , as evidenced by the highly positive assessment made of the course and other aspects, and also the professional integration process of its graduates be considered good despite the difficulties linked to the labor market.

This discussion evolves a reflection about the perspectives of consolidation of the FHP as well as the possible advancements of the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS - Sistema ?nico de Sa?de). The target population was composed of dentists from the FHP of Rio Grande do Norte. Thus we performed twenty-one interviews orientated by a semi-structured guidebook with open questions and identification data. We opted for recording the speech of all the professionals in order to ensure the accuracy of the information gathered. The main results found were: predominance in the female gender; the majority of dentists has no post graduation courses; in those few cases of dentists with some post-graduation a lack of correlation with Public or Collective Health was observed; the dentists interviewed present a profile directed to clinical activities; the dentists used to develop basic restorative and periodontic treatment, simple surgeries and educative and preventive activities, even though the last two ones are carried out in an extremely traditional way (lectures and topical application of fluoride). In addition, as biggest difficulties to manage the work dentists pointed out the lack of permanent and consumer material, inadequate infrastructure, no transport to take them to distant places, no integration with the Health Family Team, technical difficulty such to perform educative and preventive activities as to provide adequate service to a repressed lawsuit. The results indicate the existence of a necessity to lead them to reflect and redirect their practices. In order to reach this aim it must be considered as initial measure the investment and encouragement toward to permanent education as well as a close follow-up and evaluation of the actions developed by them / A presente investiga??o tem como objetivo analisar o perfil de atua??o de cirurgi?es-dentistas inseridos no Programa de Sa?de da Fam?lia (PSF) de munic?pios do Rio Grande do Norte, buscando conhecer e compreender a maneira como estes experienciam o trabalho que desenvolvem neste Programa. Esta discuss?o envolve uma reflex?o a respeito das perspectivas da consolida??o do PSF e dos avan?os poss?veis do Sistema ?nico de Sa?de no pa?s. A popula??o que fez parte da pesquisa foi composta de Cirurgi?es-Dentistas que estavam trabalhando no PSF no Estado do Rio Grande do Norte. Foram realizadas 21 entrevistas orientadas por um roteiro semi-estruturado com perguntas abertas e composta de dados de identifica??o. Optou-se por gravar a fala dos profissionais, tendo em vista uma melhor fidelidade da coleta de informa??es. Os principais resultados encontrados foram: predomin?ncia do sexo feminino; maioria dos entrevistados sem p?s-gradua??o, sendo que, aqueles que a possuem, n?o h? rela??o com a sa?de p?blica ou coletiva; os cirurgi?es-dentistas t?m perfil voltado para a atividade cl?nica; e os mesmos desenvolviam atividades b?sicas de dent?stica, periodontia b?sica, cirurgia simples e atividades preventivas e educativas, embora realizadas de maneira tradicional (palestras e aplica??o de fl?or). Tais mudan?as perpassam as sociedades contempor?neas de um mundo globalizado. No ?mbito da educa??o, muitas expectativas s?o postas no sistema educacional. Nesse cen?rio, a forma??o e o exerc?cio da doc?ncia se torna uma tarefa cada vez mais complexa e necess?ria para redefinir o papel da educa??o numa sociedade chamada do conhecimento. Aprender a ser professor e tornar-se professor, nesse mil?nio, requer aprofundar a compreens?o a respeito dessa ?rea, t?o estrat?gica, que envolve os sistemas de ensino, a escola e seus professores. O per?odo de inser??o dos professores na carreira docente, em especial na rede p?blica, tem se revelado como uma etapa complexa por esta quest?o estar na g?nese do processo de algu?m aprender a ser professor. Esses primeiros anos s?o considerados prof?cuos para o desenvolvimento dos professores como pode ser conferido nos argumentos dos pesquisadores que se apoiam no referencial da profissionaliza??o do trabalho docente, tendo como representantes: Marcelo Garcia (1999), Gauthier (1998); Ramalho, Nu?ez e Gauthier (2004); Cortez (2003), N?voa (1997), Garc?a (1999), Day (2001), Hubermam (1995), Veeman (1984), Can?rio (2001) entre outros. O presente estudo, apoiado nos nos autores acima citados, tem como objetivo investigar a inser??o e o desenvolvimento de professores no sistema de ensino do RN, cujo foco s?o os tr?s anos do per?odo probat?rio, regulado pela Lei 322/2006. Envolveu professores que estavam estreando na doc?ncia e outros que, tendo experi?ncias de sala de aula de outros contextos, eram iniciantes na rede estadual de ensino. Para tanto, buscamos tra?ar o perfil s?cio demogr?fico desses professores; identificar as percep??es e viv?ncias que marcaram o ingresso deles na rede, as principais a??es desenvolvidas, a repercuss?o das mesmas e aspectos que foram conformando o desenvolvimento profissional. Ap?s a defini??o de uma amostra estat?stica, a pesquisa selecionou 84 professores aprovados no concurso realizado em 2011 para o cargo de professor das s?ries iniciais, convocados e nomeados em 2012 e lotados na 1? Dired (Natal). ? luz de procedimentos explorat?rios e descritivos, analisamos um conjunto de dados apoiados nas abordagens qualitativa e quantitativa da pesquisa em educa??o. Para recolha das informa??es utilizamos question?rio com perguntas fechadas e abertas. Os dados coletados foram sistematizados com o aux?lio do Software Modalisa (vers?o 6.0) e para a an?lise destes recorremos ? An?lise de Conte?do (BARDIN, 1977) e aos recursos da estat?stica descritiva. Os resultados evidenciam que, diferentemente do que ? revelado em outros estudos, o ingresso dos docentes nas escolas da rede estadual n?o foi t?o traum?tico. Foi marcado por sentimentos muito mais positivos que negativos, tendo proporcionado a eles descobertas e aprendizagens, al?m de importante protagonismo dos docentes nas atividades que deveriam estar sendo assumidas, formalmente, pela SEEC e compartilhada com as escolas e respectivas inst?ncias de gest?o. / We are more than a decade (2016) living in a new millennium brings us rapid social, political, technological changes, among others. Such changes pervade contemporary societies in a globalized world. In education, high expectations are placed on the educational system. In this scenario, the teaching exercise becomes an increasingly complex and necessary task to redefine the role of education in a society called knowledge. Learning to be a teacher and become a teacher, in this millennium, it requires a deeper understanding about this as strategic area that involves the education systems, the school and its teachers. The insertion period of teachers in the teaching profession, particularly in public has been revealed as a complex step to be concerned the process of learning to be a teacher. These early years are considered profitable for the development of teachers. As can be seen in the arguments of researchers who are supported in the framework of the professionalization of teachers having as representative: Marcelo Garcia (1999), Gauthier (1998); Ramalho, Nu?ez and Gauthier (2004); Cortez (2003), Novoa (1997), Garcia (1999), Day (2001), Hubermam (1995), Veeman (1984) Canary (2001) among others. The present study aims to investigate the integration and development of teachers in the education system of the newborn, whose focus on tr?sanos the probationary period, regulated by Complementary Law No. 322 of 11/01/2006. Involved teachers who were debuting in teaching and others, and classroom experiences from other contexts were beginners in state schools. Therefore, we seek to profile demographic partner of these teachers; identify the perceptions and experiences that have marked their entry into the network, the main actions developed, the impact thereof and aspects that were shaping professional development. After the definition of a statistical sample, the survey selected 84 teachers passed the competition held in 2011 for the post of professor of early grades, called and named in 2012, crowded the 1st Dired. In light of exploratory and descriptive procedures , we analyze a set of data supported the qualitative and quantitative approaches to research in education . To collect the information used a questionnaire with closed and open questions. The data collected were organized with the help of Software Modalisa (6.0 ) and for the analysis of these supported the resort to content analysis ( Bardin, 1977) and descriptive statistics . The results show that , contrary to what is revealed in other studies , the entry of teachers in the state public schools was not as traumatic. It was marked by much more positive feelings than negative , having provided the findings and learning teachers , and their important role in the activities that should be being shared with instances of SEEC and school management.

This law today is one of the main means for the insertion of PCDs (Persons with Disabilities) into the labor market. However, the implementation of this law occurs in the face of some difficulties, such as accessibility, for example, in addition to prejudice regarding PCDs in the social environment, which ultimately interferes with its effectiveness. The purpose of this paper is to understand the meanings attributed to the Quota Law by HR Managers who act or have acted in organizations that apply the Quota Law. In order to achieve this goal, nine interviews were conducted, of which eight interviews were conducted with managers, some of whom were in full exercise until the date of the interview, and others who had recently left the organization in which they performed HR functions, and was also interviewed the coordinator of the State Nucleus for Assistance to the Disabled (NEAD). Besides the interviews, this work made use of the technique of observation and the analysis of the collected material occurred through the Nuclei of Meaning. The results show that the managers interviewed still perceive the Quota Law as a merely punitive Law, however, they understand the Quota Law also, as an important one, if not unique, tool for the insertion of PCDs into the labor market. With this, it can be said that the meanings that managers attribute to the Quota Law are loaded with prejudice and the way the Quota Law is signified by these managers reflects in the way they execute this Law, and it can be affirmed that the issue is cultural. / A lei n? 8213/91, conhecida como Lei de Cotas foi formulada como ferramenta para implementar a Pol?tica Nacional de Cotas Empregat?cias para Portadores de Defici?ncia. Esta lei hoje ? um dos principais meios para a inser??o das PCDs (Pessoas com Defici?ncia) no mercado de trabalho. Contudo, a implementa??o desta lei ocorre diante de algumas dificuldades, como a acessibilidade, por exemplo, al?m do preconceito no que tange ?s PCDs no meio social, o que acaba interferindo na efetividade da mesma. Este trabalho tem como objetivo, compreender os sentidos atribu?dos ? Lei de Cotas pelos Gestores de RH que atuam, ou atuaram, em organiza??es que se aplica a Lei de Cotas. Para atingir este objetivo foram realizadas nove entrevistas, sendo oito entrevistas realizadas com gestores, dos quais alguns estavam em pleno exerc?cio da fun??o at? a data da entrevista e outros que haviam sa?do recentemente da organiza??o em que exercia a fun??o de gestor de RH, e ainda, foi entrevistada a coordenadora do N?cleo Estadual de Atendimento ao Deficiente (NEAD). Al?m das entrevistas este trabalho fez uso da t?cnica de observa??o e a an?lise do material levantado ocorreu por meio dos N?cleos de Significa??o. Os resultados mostram que os gestores entrevistados ainda percebem a Lei de Cotas como uma Lei meramente punitiva, entretanto, entendem a Lei de Cotas tamb?m, como uma importante, sen?o ?nica, ferramenta para a inser??o das PCDs no mercado de trabalho. Inser??o de fornecedores locais como fonte de desempenhos em custos de transa??o e legitimidade: estudo de caso na cadeia produtiva do petr?leo e g?s do Rio Grande do Norte

The results of this process may be of different kinds and can be analyzed from economic or institutional approaches. This study aimed to verify the existence of different performances of Petrobras due to the inclusion of local suppliers in the oil and gas production chain in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, from the viewpoints of transaction costs and the Institutional Theory. In order to this, were made the characterization of the PROMINP, the description of its actions and results, the mapping of its institutional context of reference, and identification of results obtained by Petrobras in terms of transaction costs and legitimacy. The theoretical framework is based on authors dealing with industrial concentration, as like Marshall, Krugman, Porter and Schmitz, from the sociological perspective of neoinstitucional theory, as like DiMaggio and Powell and Scott and Meyer, and transaction costs, as like Williamson. This is a qualitative research, with data collection done by consulting secondary fonts and semi-structured interviews with nineteen actors of three groups, namely: actors involved in actions of the program, representatives of enterprises and representative of Petrobras. To analyze the content was used the Suchman s model (1995) for categories associated with strategies of legitimation and fourteen variables associated with the three variables assets specificity, bounded rationality and opportunism (Williamson, 1995, 1989) in the case of transaction costs. The results indicate that PROMINP has achieved its objectives by encouraging the increased participation of local companies in the oil and gas production chain, reflecting in the economic development of the state. The Redepetro/RN, fostered and built upon the interaction of the participants, is presented as a solution of continuity to the participation of enterprises in the chain, after the closure of the actions of the program. PROMINP demands responses to coercive, legislative and regulatory pressures of the organizational field, whose institutional context of reference is wide. From the point of view of legitimacy, through strategies to gain cognitive legitimacy and maintaining pragmatic legitimacy, Petrobras can manipulate the environment, ensuring the compliance of the constituents to their technical and institutional demands. Enterprises, in turn, respond to the demands through compliance with technical demands, mainly through the certification of processes, and cultural changes. There aren t clear gains related to the transaction costs, however, gains in legitimacy can be seen as a cumulative capital that can serve as a competitive differential that generates economic gains. In terms of theoretical findings, it was found that, due to its explanatory power for actions that are difficult to explain only in economic terms, Institutional Theory may be used as theoretical support concurrent with other theories. TCE model has limitations in explaining the program actions. In the case, it s emphasized that Petrobras doesn t seek only economic efficiency, but has in its mission the commitment to social development. / A inser??o de fornecedores locais em cadeias produtivas tem impacto consider?vel no seu desempenho, mas mais notadamente no de seus principais atores. Os resultados desse processo podem ser de ordem diversa e podem ser analisados a partir de uma vertente mais economicista ou pelo uso de uma abordagem institucional. O presente estudo teve como objetivo verificar a exist?ncia de desempenhos diferenciados da Petrobras devidos ? inser??o de fornecedores locais na cadeia produtiva do petr?leo e g?s no estado do Rio Grande do Norte, sob a ?tica da Economia dos Custos de Transa??o e da Teoria Institucional. Para an?lise do conte?do foi utilizado o modelo de Suchman (1995) para as categorias associadas ?s estrat?gias de legitima??o e catorze categorias associadas ?s vari?veis especificidade dos ativos, racionalidade limitada e oportunismo (Williamson, 1995, 1989) no caso dos custos de transa??o. Os resultados indicam que o PROMINP tem conseguido atingir seus objetivos favorecendo o aumento da participa??o das empresas locais na cadeia produtiva do petr?leo e g?s, refletindo no desenvolvimento econ?mico do estado. A Redepetro/RN, fomentada e criada a partir da intera??o dos participantes, apresenta-se como uma solu??o de continuidade ? participa??o das empresas da cadeia, ap?s o encerramento das a??es do programa. O PROMINP procura dar respostas a press?es coercitivas, normativas e regulat?rias do campo organizacional, cujo contexto institucional de refer?ncia ? amplo. Do ponto de vista da legitima??o, atrav?s de estrat?gias de ganho da legitimidade cognitiva e de manuten??o da legitimidade pragm?tica, a Petrobras consegue manipular o ambiente, garantindo a conformidade dos constituintes ?s suas demandas t?cnicas e institucionais. As empresas, por sua vez, respondem atrav?s da conformidade ?s demandas t?cnicas, principalmente atrav?s da certifica??o de processos, e de mudan?as culturais. N?o s?o claros os ganhos associados aos custos de transa??o, contudo, os ganhos com a legitimidade podem ser vistos como um capital acumulado que pode servir como um diferencial competitivo que gera ganhos econ?micos. Em termos de achados te?ricos, se conclui que, devido ao seu poder explicativo para a??es de dif?cil explica??o apenas em termos econ?micos, a Teoria Institucional pode ser utilizada concomitante a outras teorias. A ECT apresentou limita??es para explicar as a??es do programa. No caso estudado, ressalta-se que a Petrobras n?o busca apenas a efici?ncia econ?mica, mas tem na sua miss?o o compromisso com o desenvolvimento social.

Infec??o hospitalar associada ao uso de cateter venoso central e a quebra de protocolos pelos profissionais de sa?de na UTI de um hospital universit?rio em Natal/RN

The process of data collection was through observation with structured form, refers to medical records and structured questionnaires with health professionals. The results were organized, tabulated, categorized and analyzed using SPSS 14.0. The characterization of the subjects was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics, taking into account the nature of the variables, with analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Spearman correlation test, it was a discussion of the information obtained, considering the mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variance and standard error. The variables that showed a higher level of correlation were treated with the application of significance tests. As the results, 71% of participants were female and 29% male, age ranged from 18 to 85 years (52.6 ? 22.5). The insertion, there was a variation from 0 to 5 errors (1.2 ? 1.4), during maintenance, the average was 2.3 ? 0.9 errors, ranging from 0 to 4. During the insertion and maintenance of CVC, patients who had been an infection ranging from 2 to 9 mistakes (4.2 ? 1.7), since those who did not show the variation goes from 0 to 5 errors (2, 8 ? 1.5). The correlation coefficient between the risk of infection throughout the process and the risk of infection at the insertion showed strong and significant (r = 0.845 p = 0.000) and in relation to risk of infection in maintenance was moderate and significant (r = 0.551 p = 0.001). The mistakes made by professionals in the procedures for insertion and maintenance of the catheter, associated with other conditions, shown as a risk factor for the of IH / Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva com delineamento transversal e abordagens quantitativas, que objetivou analisar a associa??o entre o ?ndice de infec??o hospitalar por inser??o, manuten??o de cateter vascular (cateter venoso central) e a quebra de protocolos (normas e rotinas) pelos profissionais de sa?de que assistem pacientes na UTI de um hospital universit?rio em Natal/RN. O processo de coleta de dados ocorreu por meio de observa??o, que para subsidi?-la utilizou-se um formul?rio estruturado, consulta ao prontu?rio e aplica??o de question?rio estruturado com os profissionais de sa?de. Os resultados foram organizados, tabulados, categorizados e analisados no programa SPSS 14.0. A caracteriza??o dos sujeitos foi realizada por meio de estat?stica descritiva e inferencial, levando-se em conta ? natureza das vari?veis estudadas, com an?lise de vari?ncia (ANOVA) e de teste Correla??o Spearman, em que foi apresentada uma discuss?o das informa??es obtidas, considerando-se a m?dia, desvio padr?o, coeficiente de vari?ncia e erro-padr?o. It specifically identifies and analyzes possible contributions of a continuing education project in the professional development of teachers involved in the "Design Educational Curriculum Materials Online for Mathematics in Basic Education", from Capes in the Education Observatory Centre. Through participant observation and the use of half-open questionnaires, audio, video recordings of those involved and field diaries, this study tried to answer the questions: "How do Mathematics teachers notice the technological integration in continuing education? What is the thematic interest (content etc.) of educators? What do they consider that interferes with the use of technology in their classes? "The teachers realize the continuing education as essential and necessary for teaching and their learning. Their reflections suggest that technological integration in teachers? training will also constitute significant in school area. Educators showed thematic interest in geometry and the history of mathematics, among other demands associated with the use of softwares. All teachers demonstrated that the insufficient number of computers for students to use interferes with the use of this technology in class. The results also indicated that educational computing insertion in continuing education is required in order to promote the upgrade and by activities related to its practice, as they were implemented in PMCEO. However, the school administration supports as well as the adequate infrastructure for the implementation of training activities are essential for more effective implementations / Esta pesquisa apresenta um estudo focado na inser??o tecnol?gica na forma??o continuada de docentes de Matem?tica.
