Bakgrund: Kompetens är ett begrepp som har många olika definitioner och kompetensbrist är något som råder över hela Sverige inom många olika branscher. Det har under en lång tid varit högkonjunktur och hög efterfrågan av kompetens på den svenska arbetsmarknaden. Organisationer har uttryckt svårigheter att rekrytera den kompetens de behöver och hur de ska vinna striden om den kompetens som finns tillgänglig. Syfte: Att med ett induktivt och tolkande perspektiv beskriva hur organisationer i Jönköpingsregionen strategiskt arbetar för att hantera kompetensbristen, idag och inför framtiden. Metod: Studien har en induktiv ansats där rollen av teori inte anses ligga till grund för studien. För att kunna beskriva hur organisationer arbetar strategiskt och hur de ser på framtiden i förhållande till den kompetensbrist som råder, har en fallstudie genomförts bland sex organisationer i Jönköpingsregionen. Studien utgår från kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer med HR-ansvariga i respektive organisation. Slutsats: Studiens resultat beskriver hur organisationer i Jönköpingsregionen idag arbetar för att hantera den kompetensbrist som råder. Studiens resultat visar även att de befintliga HR-strategier som i stor utsträckning används för att förse organisationen med kompetens i dagsläget, inte tros ha en fortsatt relevans inför framtiden. Slutsats kan dras att nya generationer kräver nya strategier och att ett stort arbete kring detta krävs. / Background: Competence is a concept that has many different definitions and lack of competence is something that prevails all over Sweden in many different industries. For a long time, there has been a boom and great demand for competence in the Swedish labor market. Organizations have expressed difficulties in recruiting the skills they need and how to win the battle over the skills available. Purpose: With an inductive and interpretative perspective describe how organizations in the Jönköping region work strategically to manage the skills shortage, today and for the future. Method: The study has an inductive approach where the role of theory is not considered to form the basis of the study. To be able to describe how organizations work strategically and how they view the future in relation to the lack of competence that prevails, a case study has been carried out among six organizations in the Jönköping region. The study is based on qualitative semi-structured interviews with HR managers in each organization. Conclusion: The study's results describes how organizations in the Jönköping region are currently working to manage the skills shortage that prevails. The study's results also show that the existing HR-strategies that are used to a great extent to provide the organization with competence at present, are not believed to have a continued relevance for the future. It can be concluded that new generations require new strategies and that a great deal of work is required on this.

O seguro é abordado de forma pouco detalhada pela doutrina. A figura do beneficiário no seguro é ainda menos estudada, tendo em vista que, por se relacionar tanto a questões típicas de direito securitário, como de direito de família e sucessões, acaba não sendo analisada de forma profunda, nem pelos estudiosos de direito securitário e, tampouco, pelos de direito de família e sucessões. O objetivo da presente dissertação é traçar os principais aspectos relacionados ao contrato de seguro, desde a sua origem e evolução histórica, natureza jurídica, conceito, elementos e partes, à luz da legislação securitária, tanto no âmbito civil como no âmbito regulatório (Superintendência de Seguros Privados SUSEP e Conselho Nacional de Seguros Privados CNSP), para então, demonstrar as espécies e as coberturas securitárias nas quais pode surgir a figura do beneficiário. O estudo do tema estará limitado ao beneficiário de seguro com cobertura de morte, seu conceito, como se dá a sua designação, substituição e renúncia, as pessoas que podem ser beneficiárias (companheira como beneficiária, pessoa jurídica, o nascituro). Será analisada a sistemática do artigo 792, do Código Civil Brasileiro atual, no tocante ao pagamento de indenização securitária na falta de indicação de beneficiário e a polêmica em torno do referido artigo, além de situações como a perda da condição de beneficiário, premoriência e comoriência, a prescrição da pretensão do direito do beneficiário, o suicídio do segurado. Em todas essas situações, a jurisprudência e a doutrina divergem, seja em razão da interpretação dada ao dispositivo legal pertinente (como ocorre na prescrição e no suicídio), seja porque não há previsão específica na lei (como ocorre nos casos de premoriência e comoriência). Para dirimir tal divergência, na árdua tarefa de buscar uma solução equânime às questões práticas expostas, sugere-se, ao final, um projeto de lei para modificar a redação de alguns artigos do Código Civil referentes à matéria. / Jurists provide little in the way of detailed analysis of insurance. The figure of the insurance beneficiary has been studied even less. It is related to typical questions both of insurance law and of family and successions law, and as a result, it has not been thoroughly analyzed by students of either of these branches of the law. The purpose of this dissertation is to trace the key aspects related to insurance contracts, from their origin, looking at changes that have taken place, their legal nature, concept, elements and parties involved, in the light of the insurance legislation both in the civil and in the regulatory sphere (Private Insurance Superintendence - SUSEP and the National Private Insurance Council - CNSP), and subsequently to demonstrate the types of insurance and of insurance coverage in which the figure of the beneficiary may arise. The study of the topic will be limited to beneficiaries of life insurance: the concept of the beneficiary, how they are designated and replaced, how they can waive their position, and who can be a beneficiary (companions, legal entities, unborn children). The implications of Article 792 of the Brazilian Civil Code will be analyzed, in relation to the payment of indemnity when no beneficiary is named and the controversy this article has stirred up, as well as situations such as the loss of the status of beneficiary, predeceasing and simultaneous death, the statute of limitations affecting beneficiaries claims, and the suicide of the insured. In all these situations, case law and jurists diverge, whether because of the interpretation given to the pertinent legal device (as in the case of statute of limitations and suicide) or because there is no specific provision in the law (as in the case of predeceasing and simultaneous death). It is no easy task to find a fair solution to these practical issues. In conclusion, as a way of settling the differences identified, the dissertation proposes a draft law amending the wording of certain relevant articles in the Civil Code.

O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar e analisar as concepções dos professores sobre os direitos humanos e a (in)disciplina no âmbito da escola, sem desconsiderar os determinantes socioeconômicos e políticos do contexto em que essa instituição está inserida, bem como seus significados e valores, que são historicamente construídos. Para isso, foram realizadas observações em sala de aula e entrevistas com cinco professoras do ensino fundamental da rede pública do Estado de São Paulo com vistas a verificar as dimensões que essas concepções adquirem, alguns de seus determinantes e em que medida interferem na prática cotidiana dessas profissionais. Nessa investigação, foram utilizadas técnicas qualitativas de análise, escolha esta que permitiu tratar os aspectos que nos propusemos a discutir de maneira representativa. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam para alguns fatores que interferem tanto de forma positiva, quanto eventualmente limitam a prática e o debate sobre a relação entre direitos humanos e (in)disciplina no espaço escolar, o que provoca muitas incertezas e inquietações nas professoras. O desafio é considerar articuladamente esses fatores, de forma a impedir que a disciplina ou sua ausência interfira negativamente no tratamento adequado a ser dado aos direitos humanos na escola. / The objective of this study is to analyse and identify concepts of teachers regarding human rights and (lack of)discipline within the academic framework without negleting the socioeconomic and political determinants on which the school is based as well as its historical principles and values. In order to achieve this, classroom observations and interviews with five elementary teachers of the São Paulo state public school system were conducted. The purpose was to verify the extent that these conceptions acquire, some of their determinations and to what degree they interfere in daily practice. Qualitative analytical techniques were utilized since this permits a more representative investigation of various aspects that were meant to be discussed. The result of this research point to some factors that both interfere positively and might limit the practice and the discussion about the link between human rights and (lack of)discipline in the school environment. The latter promotes many uncertainties and concerns on the part of the teachers. The challenge is to articulate all these factors, aming at avoiding that discipline and lack of it interfere negativily when dealing with the question of human rights in the school.

Nos últimos anos, as universidades corporativas têm emergido no complexo sistema de ensino do nosso país, como uma alternativa à falta de mão de obra qualificada no mercado de trabalho. Algumas iniciativas não utilizam a denominação \"universidade corporativa\", uma vez que não existe nenhuma forma de reconhecimento oficial. O uso do termo \"universidade\" é, além de uma metáfora dos objetivos que se pretende alcançar, uma estratégia de marketing que, por vezes, pode causar certa polêmica nos meios acadêmicos. Mas, na prática, o que se vê nas universidades corporativas é uma aproximação entre empresa e academia, uma vez que as parcerias com universidades e instituições de ensino de renome acrescentam qualidade e credibilidade ao trabalho proposto. O que parece ser mais importante neste cenário é a procura por alternativas que revertam um quadro de profissionais mal qualificados, o que diminui a produtividade e inibe a inovação, fatores que afetam diretamente o desenvolvimento de todo o país. Este trabalho traz um levantamento do cenário da educação brasileira e a emergência das universidades corporativas. Propõe-se, portanto, essa aproximação entre escola, empresa e academia para um único objetivo: cidadãos formados e informados, com capacidade crítica e criativa. / In recent years, corporate universities have emerged in the complex Brazilian educational system as an alternative to the lack of qualified manpower in the labor market. Some initiatives do not make use of the \"corporate university\" title, as there is no officially recognized nomenclature. The use of the term \"university\" is, besides a metaphor for the goals to be reached, a marketing strategy which, at times, may bring about some sort of debate in academic environments. But, in practice, what is seen in corporate universities is convergence between company and academy, as partnerships with universities and well-known educational institutions add quality and credibility to the proposed work. What seems most important in this scenario is the search for alternatives to reverse the current state of underqualified professionals, which decreases productivity and inhibits innovation, factors that directly impact the development of the whole country. This work raises data on the educational scenario in Brazil and the emergence of corporate universities. It is proposed, therefore, the intersection of schools, companies, and academy towards a single goal: educated and informed citizens who are critically and creatively skilled.

Accessing Children's Mental Health Services In A Rural Northern California CountyWingate, Deborah 01 June 2019 (has links)
When children are detained and enter the foster care system, social workers screen them to determine if mental health services are needed. Formal referrals to mental health providers are made, however there is a significant wait time between referral and service delivery.
The focus of this study was to explore these barriers to mental health services in an effort to identify approaches that might improve service access. Qualitative face-to-face interviews were conducted with key stakeholders using an Ecological Systems Theory to fashion a hermeneutic dialect and a joint construct toward a shared action plan. Data was collected from the interviews and thematically analyzed.
The project informs service delivery systems of mental health for children and adults, both for micro and macro practice, by highlighting the need for increased collaboration between agencies and growing family engagement and empowerment to reduce stigma. These efforts will improve communication, define expectations, and diminish silos. The project also contributes to child welfare practices and policies for referrals of children’s mental health services by noting the need for an embedded mental health therapist within child welfare to accept referrals for services; the addition of one study site contractual children’s mental health service provider in the rural county that will accept referrals for children and families. In summary, the study identifies strategies to reduce wait time for service delivery, how those services are best accessed, as well as efforts to better engage families in treatment.

Gone with the Wind : The economic impact of disruptions A study of service and maintenance in the Swedish wind power marketDuncker, Nadja, Klötzer, Anneke, Larsson, Kristofer January 2010 (has links)
The purpose of this thesis is to explore disruptions Swedish wind turbines onshore are exposed to, and to estimate their economic impacts on the operators. We want to investigate whether there is a need for a more developed service and maintenance market within the Swedish wind power market. This study focuses on wind power, a renewable energy source in an emerging market, which experiences exponential growth. Sweden is a minor actor in the wind power market with a production of around 2 TWh yearly. The government aims at a total production of 10TWh in 2015 and 20TWh in 2020, which equals an annual growth of 24%. However, we hypothesize that the Swedish wind power market is negatively affected by a service and maintenance market which is underdeveloped due to a lack of competition. This results in lengthy repair times and disproportionate costs for wind power operators. The study was carried out by conducting semi-structured qualitative interviews and by sending out a survey to approximately 300 wind power operators. Six interviewees were wind power operators and one interviewee was a representative from an independent service supplier. We have also analysed the current cost situation of operators with theories about maintenance costs and we have also carried out an industry analysis on the service and maintenance market, which was based on Porter’s structural industry analysis. After conducting a structural analysis of the service and maintenance market, we can conclude a lack of competition today as there is a dominance of the wind turbine manufacturers as the service supplier. Furthermore we can see that this lack of competition has negative effects on the efficiency of the service and maintenance provided. The results also stress a need for a more developed service and maintenance market. We have found that the profitability for the Swedish wind power operators is challenged if the service and maintenance market is not keeping pace and meeting the demands of the rapidly growing Swedish wind power market as a whole.

Svensk arbetsmarknad är snedfördeladmellan män och kvinnor. Tidigare forskning har visat att könsstereotypiskt språk (agentic/communal) kan bidra till att upprätthålla denna snedfördelning, skapa statusskillnader mellan kvinnor och män samt leda till diskriminering av kvinnor redan i en rekryteringsprocess. Med ett flerfaktoriellt experiment (N=194) av dubbel-blind-design med randomiserade deltagare undersöktes, huruvida bedömningen av en arbetssökande påverkas av könsstereotypiskt språk, samt vilken attityd deltagarna hade till pronomenHen. Deltagare betingades med agentic eller communal platsannons samt en av fyra personbeskrivningar.Sedan skattades den sökandes agentic och communal egenskaper. Deltagarna svarade på frågor gällande sexism samt uttryckte sin åsikt om Hen. Två av studiens fyra hypoteser kunde styrkas, de övriga två förkastades. Studien visar att könsstereotypiskt språk har betydelse för hur en sökande bedöms, att Den sökande uppfattas som en man och att sexism predicerar negativa åsikter om Hen.

Studiens syfte är att ur ett psykoanalytiskt perspektiv studera vad för konsekvenser vår individualistiska kultur får för den enskilde individen med avseende på frågor rörande brist, begär och lidande. För att kunna utforska om samtidens psykiska lidande är ett uttryck för att dessa frågor förnekas, intervjuades fem psykodynamiskt praktiserande psykoterapeuter vars upplevelser bär en avspegling av patienters lidande. Frågeställningen lyder: Hur ser den huvudsakliga patientproblematiken ut idag hos en grupp psykoterapeuter i enskild verksamhet? Vad anser dessa kliniskt arbetande psykoterapeuter vara dess orsak? Metoden som är kvalitativ har analyserats med hjälp av EPP-metoden. Undersökningens resultat visar tre skäl till patienters lidande: Begärslöshet, relationslöshet och prestationskrav. I undersökningen framkom två sätt varpå man försöker hantera sitt lidande: Man tilldelar sig en illusorisk föreställning om vem man är i form av idealjag samt genom att göra sitt värde socialt betingat. / The study´s aim is that from a psychodynamic perspective to study what impact our individualistic culture may for the individual with respect to issue of lack, desire and suffering. To explore the contemporary mental suffering is the expression of these matters denied, was interviewed five psychodynamic practioner psychotherapists whose experiences bear a reflection of patients´suffering. Question is: What are the major patient problems today in a group of psychotherapists in private activity? What do this clinically employed psychotherapists be its cause? The method is qualitative analyzed using the EPP method. The result show that patients suffering from desirelessness, lack of relationship and performance requirements. The investigation identified two ways in which the patient try to menage their suffering: it assigns itself an illusory imago in the form of ideal I and by making its value socially determined.
