Brazilian psychology underwent major transformations since its regulation in the 1960s. Primordially focused on the differentiation and categorization of children and workers, psychology began to assume a social commitment acting in the issue of public policies. The present study seeks to investigate the maladjustment between authors such as Michel Foucault and Félix Guattari in a context of governmentality and deterioration of ways of life. To do so, a research journey was undertaken based on a compositional set of 09 texts consisting of theoretical, musical, poetic, imagery, dialogic fragments and reports of experiences in the field of public policies and social movements. In this way, politics and militancy issues emerge as important elements of psychology practices.

A "frente única" do movimento estudantil gaúcho : católicos e comunistas

Machado, Dulphe Pinheiro January 2010 (has links)
This work concerns the formation of the united front which involved two crusades -‐ a catholic and a communist -‐ inside the students' movement of Rio Grande do Sul in the beginning of the 1960’s. Furthermore, it discusses militancy, recruitment, and internal disputes in both movements. The case-‐study first aproaches the changes in the Catholic Church doctrines which are responsible for a later transformation in the Catholic Action in Brazil. From that organization derived laical movements such as the Catholic Universitary Youth which gave birth to the Popular Action movement. That group of students formed a united front with communists and independent students. They were all inspired by the Cuban Revolution and deeply influenced by the communist doctrine. The present work analyzes how social and political contexts gave shape to that very aliance between communists and catholics.

Silva, Diego Scherer da January 2014 (has links)
This dissertation builds the biography of Brazilian Flavia Schilling (1953-) from her childhood, through her exile in Uruguay in 1964, until her return to Brazil in 1980. Its main objective is to reconstruct part of the trajectory of Flavia and, in terms broader and more abstract problematize through her biography, the forms of the constitution of the individual in history, seeking answers to questions such as: how is the construction of the individual - for themselves and for each other? How is your identity? Which elements, choices and constraints need to be analyzed in this process? It is intended, therefore, to rethink and discuss how the individual may be perceived by many that the optics are and how it interacts - actively and passively - with the environment they live in, and here more specifically, relating it to the period of dictatorships national security in Latin America. Exile, the activists, underground, imprisonment and release of that campaign character along with dictatorships began with the civilian-military coup in Brazil in 1964 and Uruguay in 1973, are themes explored throughout this research.

Considering that the twentieth century was marked by the bellicose context and the intensification of political positions among intellectuals, we differentiated the forms of commitment in the literary field, understanding engagement as a fluid position, susceptible of variations and without a faithful discipline to certain grouping(s), and militancy as a solid link with rigid traits and with a disciplinary culture linked to a grouping. From this conceptual formulation, we rise the hypothesis that Jorge Amado’s writings, in the proposed temporal cut, clarify four distinct moments, disagreeing with an expressive part of his interpreters, who target this period as a political phase of alignment with the communist movement. We defend the thesis that, between 1929 and 1932, the young Bahian writer lived the moment of an individualistic engagement, destined to solve his political, labor and affective uncertainties - peculiarity common among his friends of the Academy of the Rebels of Salvador; between 1933 and 1937, living in the cosmopolitan Brazilian capital, the author started having contact with new ideas and new groupings of the literary and political field, changing positions and having a diffuse collective engagement, linked mainly to the communist field, to the literary circle of the “novelists of the North” and to the circle of intellectuals who began to review historically the importance of the black people in Brazilian society; between the beginning of the New State and the years of World War II, the repressive and uncertain context with the future of humanity deepened the relations of the writer with the communist field, occurring a transition from diffuse engagement of left to militant literary practice, so that after the Great War and the dictatorship of the New State, Amado lived the condition of a militant writer, disciplinarily linked to the communist movement, a period that lasted until the denunciations of the XX Congress of the Communist Party of the USSR against Stalin in 1956. To carry out this research and express our hypothesis, we brought up a series of unprecedented and scarcely known writings of the author (unpublished and unfinished novels, articles of literary criticism, political articles, chronicles, travel reports, interviews, personal memories), presenting a differentiated view of his production and social relations.

A diáspora palestina no Brasil - a FEPAL: trajetórias, reivindicações e desdobramentos (2000 - 2012) / The palestinian diaspora in Brazil FEPAL: trajectories, claims and developments (2000-2012)

Luciana Garcia de Oliveira 03 August 2017 (has links)
This work intends to investigate the Palestinian diaspora in Brazil, through the eyes of the members\\ sympathizers of the Palestinian Arab Federation of Brazil (FEPAL). The entity, founded in November 1980, united and politicized the Palestinian community of Brazil, at the same time that Brazil was following the exhaustion of the military regime. The presence of political demonstrations for the Diretas Já! was the opportunity found by Palestinian immigrants and descendants to spread the Palestinian cause to the Brazilian public. Further, the increase of the violence against Palestinian refugees in Lebanon in the 1980s was the key to the formation of a second entity, the Sanaúd Cultural Association, in 1982, created by the youngers from the Syrian, Lebanese and Palestinian communities to demonstrate the Palestinian cause in many events promoted in São Paulo. The political effervescence in support of the Palestine question lasted until the mid-1990s, the dismay generated by the Oslo Peace Accords interrupted the Palestinian political militancy until its resumption in 2000, when the second Intifada broke out. It was at this time that new nationalist organizations were formed: Shalom, Salam, Paz (2000), an association between the Jewish and Palestinian community; the GT Árabe (2010) and the committee \"Estado da Palestina Já! (2011). It was through participant observation at the meetings of the GT Árabe and at the committee Estado da Palestina Já! and through the interviews with 13 collaborators that it was possible to understand the relations between FEPAL and Hamas; the increasing opposition to the directives of FEPAL in São Paulo and on the impressions of the foreign policy between Brazil and Palestine during the Lula government (2003-2010) and at the beginning of the Dilma Rousseff government (2011-2012). The clipping for this research starts from the year 2000, at the beginning of the second Intifada and goes until the vote for the recognition of the State of Palestine in the Assembly of the UN, in 2012. In the same year that the Free Palestine World Social Forum took place, in the city of Porto Alegre-RS.

Historically, the psychology has being constructing normalizing theories and practices, dissociating itself from the local reality and neglecting, in its productions and actions, the critic problematic of sexuality and gender as fundamental categories for the comprehension of the subjectivities and its contexts for micro and macro productions. However, the feminism in Brazil and in the occidental world has being questioning, academically and politically, the enforced normalization on women and on the gender relations. Therefore, it’s aimed to understand the tensions and interfaces between the academic psychology and the feminism and gender studies in Recife, with a qualitative research based on the feminism. There were conducted five semi-structured interviews with five interlocutors that graduated or are studying psychology and product academically in the field of feminism or gender in Recife. The reports speak about the epistemological changes that allowed the forthcoming of academic psychology and the feminisms, the personal and professional experiences that took the interlocutor to the militancy or feminism study, the relation between science and militancy, and the process of local and worldwide circulation of the theories. This paper seeks an understanding of who is the subject that forms the social basis of the MST in the state and its intrinsic relationship to the territory of the movement. If the field has undergone abrupt changes in recent decades, the movement had to monitor these changes. Such changes make room for a new conception of land reform under new strategies to fight, thus incorporating new subjects. The struggle for land gains new characters, the stage is now in urban centers and in the cadence of walking contradiction, a land of emigration before reason, today is the possibility of new mass of militants from the outskirts of large urban centers. The engagement of militant urban opens spaces for reflection of the current model of production in the field, and the prospect of resistance of the peasantry in the state. From this, the thesis presents the results on who is the activist of the MST in Goiás, its forms of entry, ideas, and also their perspective on the future of their family, their contradictions and difficulties in movement. The character of migrants is another fact placed on the work, which helps to understand who is militant. Its historical and economic burden corroborates its character of migrant. Its routines lead to militancy, and thus the struggle for land appears as a change of perspective of life and has the movement as possibility / Em Goiás, assim como em todo o território nacional, o processo de reforma agrária acontece vagarosamente, e na maioria das vezes, quando ocorre, é porque os movimentos sociais pressionam o Estado a viabilizá-la.
