Nesta direção buscou-se pensar a forma como a clínica psicológica se associa ao dispositivo da sexualidade na contemporaneidade. A partir dos conceitos foucaultianos de enunciado e formação discursiva e apoiando-se em Judith Butler e Michel Foucault, foram analisados os relatos das trajetórias de vida de sujeitos homossexuais que já passaram por atendimento psicológico. A partir do estudo fica evidente o quanto uma lógica identitária de caráter essencialista se faz presente na constituição do/da terapeuta e daqueles/daquelas que os/as procuram. Esta forma de conceber a subjetividade está presente na construção e manutenção de diversas clínicas psicológicas e no caráter heteronormativo que elas sustentam. Além disso, a clínica psicológica apresenta-se fortemente associada a um saber disciplinar que tem por competência o estudo do desenvolvimento “normal” da sexualidade. Essa apresentação da clínica impregna fortemente o senso comum. Somos subjetivados por um saber que fala da figura materna, paterna, das fases sexuais e que estabelece um padrão de desenvolvimento, classificando como anormal aqueles/aquelas que não respondem às características padronizadas. Por fim, a pesquisa aponta para as questões que cercam a(s) clínica(s) psicológica(s) nesse momento - com ênfase àquela(s) que faz(em) uso da psicanálise – ou seja, quais as possibilidades de deslocá-la(s) desse lugar marcado pela lógica originada na técnica cristã da confissão e baseada em pressupostos heteronormativos. / This research has as a main goal understand how subjects that define themselves as homosexuals describe the psychological practice of their therapists in the manner how hi/her treated in therapy the sexuality in a wide way and the sexual orientation in particular. We are subjectified from a knowledge that talks about the maternal figure, paternal figure, the sexual phases and that establishes a pattern of development, defining as abnormal those who not answer to the padronized characteristics. Finally, the research leads to questions about psychological clinics in this moment - with emphasis to those who uses psycanalises - this is, which of the possibilities to dislocate the clinic of this marked place for logic originated on christian technique of confession and based on heteronormative presuppositions.

The study was based on the principles of sociohistoric theory in Psychology and on those of French Clinic of Activity . The subject was a 6th grade teacher of a municipal public school, who volunteered to give SO lessons. Data collection involved observations of teacher/pupils interaction in activities not related to SO, VHS tape recordings of all SO lessons, and an in-depth interview with the teacher, for a better knowing of the aspects considered important to the study. From the VHS tapes, three episodes were selected for further analysis, hence they had been considered able to elucidate some of the contradictions found between teacher s speech and what is generally prescribed for giving SO lessons. The episodes revealed that, without the support of school and its community, the teacher feared touching polemic and difficult themes linked to SO and avoided discussing them with their students. Choosing to remain herself in the safe biological aspects of human reproduction system, the teacher disabled the manifestation of other difficulties concerning the SO themes. The lack of specific professional formation in SO may have contributed to not allowing the teacher to approach the contents of this discipline with her students nor to discuss the importance of these lessons with the school personnel and broader community / O presente estudo procura investigar quais são os impedimentos subjetivos, ou dificuldades de ordem pessoal, que podem interferir nas atividades docentes em Orientação Sexual (OS), dificultando-a e/ou impedindo sua adequada realização. O referencial teórico adotado foi o da Psicologia Sócio-Histórica, com foco mais próximo nos princípios da clínica de atividade francesa. O sujeito da pesquisa foi uma professora de Língua Portuguesa, que tinha se voluntariado para ministrar OS junto a seus alunos de 6ª série de uma Escola Estadual de Ensino Fundamental. A coleta de dados envolveu observações das interações professora com seus alunos em outras atividades, filmagens de todas as aulas de OS e uma entrevista com a professora, para aprofundar aspectos de interesse. Três episódios foram selecionados a partir das filmagens das aulas, com base nos conteúdos que melhor permitissem elucidar as contradições encontradas entre o relato da professora e as prescrições para as aulas de OS. Os resultados revelaram a ausência de apoio, seja da escola ou da comunidade, para abordar temas polêmicos como os de OS, acabando por amedrontar a professora, impedindo-a de realmente discutir junto a seus alunos os temas tidos como centrais à área. Mantendo-se sempre no terreno seguro da Biologia, outras dificuldades ligadas à temática não apareceram. O estudo conclui que a falta de formação profissional específica pode ter contribuído para que a professora não se sentisse segura nem para abordar os temas previstos na Orientação Sexual nem para discutir com a escola e com a comunidade sua importância

[pt] Diversos fatores são considerados no julgamento da atratividade de possíveis parceiros amorosos. Esses fatores abrangem características físicas, traços psicológicos, status social e demonstração de recursos. Homens que ostentam posse de recursos são considerados mais atraentes por mulheres que preferem relacionamentos de longo prazo. Pesquisas recentes vêm mostrando que o consumo conspícuo pode ter importante papel como critério de atratividade. Por outro lado, o consumo conspícuo parece aumentar a atratividade dos homens perante mulheres interessadas em relações de curto prazo. Desse modo, o primeiro capítulo consiste numa revisão de literatura sobre recursos como sinais de atratividade em relacionamentos de longo prazo. O segundo capítulo consiste numa análise dos resultados de quatro experimentos que tiveram como objetivo investigar a influência do consumo conspícuo como critério de atratividade de mulheres interessadas em relacionamentos de curto prazo. O segundo objetivo desse estudo foi verificar se o consumo conspícuo influenciaria a atratividade de indivíduos não-heterossexuais em relacionamentos de curto prazo. Os resultados não mostraram influência do consumo conspícuo sobre a atratividade, independente da orientação sexual. Surpreendentemente, alguns resultados sugeriram que as mulheres acharam mais atraentes os indivíduos na condição sem consumo conspícuo. Isso pode ter ocorrido devido a um viés amostral. A maioria dos participantes tinha alto grau educacional, o que pode estar associado maior preferência por relacionamentos de longo prazo. O objeto usado como consumo conspícuo (carro popular e carro luxuoso) pode, ainda, não ser de especial interesse dessa amostra com alto grau de escolaridade. / [en] Several factors are essential in judging the attractions of your mating partners. These encompassing physical factors, psychological traits, social status and demonstration of resources/wealth. Men who possess resources are considered more attractive by women who prefer long-term relationships. Recent research showing conspicuous consumption may play an important role as a criterion of attractiveness. On the other hand, conspicuous consumption seems to increase the attractiveness of men to women interested in short-term relationships. Thus, the first chapter consists of a literature review of resources as signs of attractiveness in long-term relationships. The second method is an analysis of the results of four experiments that attempt to corroborate an influence of conspicuous consumption as a criterion of attractiveness of women interested in short-term relationships. Considering the scarcity of studies with non-heterosexual participants, the second objective of this study was to verify if conspicuous consumption would influence the attractiveness of non-heterosexual individuals in short-term relationships. The results did not showed influence of conspicuous consumption on attractiveness, regardless of sexual orientation. Surprisingly, some results suggested that women found individuals more attractive in the condition without conspicuous consumption. This may have occurred due to sample bias. Most participants had a high educational level, which may be associated with higher preference for long-term relationships. The object used as conspicuous consumption (popular car and luxury car) may still not be of special interest to the sample with a high degree of schooling.

There are no human beings that could fulfill their life without having the right to exercise sexual freedom, independently of their personal sexual orientation. There is a direct connection between protecting human beings and their sexual orientation. It is essential to remember that the Federal Constitution not only prohibities illegal invasion of the personal hemisphere, but also establishes a positive promotion to exercise it with freedom. The vanguardism of the diffused and collective rights (the private and collective rights) can not perhaps due to the legal traditionalism, be limited to the issues already "codified", such as, consumer, children and adolescents, environment and more recently the disabled ones. Other matters also being challenged by groups or associations is to have the legal protection declared by the right of the transindividuals. We can point out, among them, main issues related to this present work: a guarantee to exercise sexual orientation and sexual rights. Through a vast doctrinarian and legal search, objectively would like to show the clear connection that exists between the issues related to sexual rights and the exercise of the gender sexual orientation, bringing concepts, historic and legislative perspectives, national and international, establishing a bridge between those matters of sexual orientation and Diffused Rights / O ponto de partida para o presente trabalho foi a premissa de que a sexualidade é parte inerente da condição humana, direito fundamental que acompanha o ser humano por toda sua existência, sendo um direito natural, inalienável e imprescritível. Não há quem possa realizar-se como ser humano sem o exercício livre da sexualidade, independentemente da orientação pessoal. É direta a ligação entre a proteção da dignidade da pessoa humana e a orientação sexual, sendo importante lembrar que a Constituição Federal não somente proíbe as invasões ilegítimas das esferas pessoais, mas também, determina a promoção positiva do exercício da liberdade. O vanguardismo dos direitos difusos e coletivos não pode, talvez pelo vício do tradicionalismo jurídico, ver-se limitado tão somente às questões já codificadas , quais sejam, consumidor, criança e adolescente, meio-ambiente e, mais recentemente, idoso. Outros problemas também enfrentados por grupos ou coletividades devem ter a proteção jurídica consagrada pelos direitos transindividuais. Destacamos, dentre eles, questões relacionadas principalmente ao objeto deste trabalho: a garantia do exercício da orientação sexual e dos direitos sexuais. Através da vasta pesquisa doutrinária e jurisprudencial, objetiva-se demonstrar a clara conexão existente entre as questões relacionadas aos Direitos Sexuais e ao exercício da orientação sexual com as tutelas de direitos coletivos oferecidas por nossa legislação. [pt] O trabalho em questão visa entender como o discurso de direitos humanos e o discurso de orientação sexual e identidade de gênero se sobrepõem no cenário internacional, criando tensões e normatividades que minam diferentes formas de ser, viver ou pensar gênero e sexualidade e esvaziam o político dessas questões na arena internacional. Nesse sentido, o discurso de direitos humanos, como uma solução preexistente para problemas diversos com foco no indivíduo e em uma noção procedimental de justiça, deve ser reavaliado de forma superar sua geografia euro-americana e o frequente embate entre cosmopolitismo e comunitarismo. O modo pelo qual os direitos humanos são aplicados requer sujeitos estáticos, que também são reforçados por meio do discurso de orientação sexual e identidade de gênero, reafirmando os binários ocidentais de gênero e sexualidade e suas normatividades. Direitos relacionados à sexualidade e ao gênero são encarados como mais uma geração de direitos humanos, tendo como guias documentos como a Declaração Universal de Direitos Humanos e negligenciando diálogos contingentes dados em intercâmbio social. O trabalho dialoga com uma abordagem radical e coletiva de direitos humanos, sexualidade e gênero para que se resgate o político dessas questões e a noção de justiça social, bem como se considere as múltiplas constituições dos sujeitos pelo mundo. Em resumo, uma primeira parte se dedica às lacunas nas teorias de RI sobre os temas tratados e, depois, em uma segunda parte, as problematizações e as alternativas são trabalhadas focando mais na prática de relações internacionais em fóruns multilaterais. / [en] The paper aims to understand how the human rights discourse and the sexual orientation and gender identity discourse overlap in the international realm, raising tensions and normativities which undermine different forms of being, living or thinking gender and sexuality and remove the political of these issues in the international arena. In this sense, the human rights discourse, as a pre-existing solution for various problems with focus on the individual and in a procedural view of justice, needs to be revaluated to overcome its Euro-American geography and the frequent debate between cosmopolitism and communitarianism. The way by which human rights are applied demands static subjects that are also reinforced by the sexual orientation and gender identity discourse, reaffirming the western binaries of gender and sexuality and their normativities. Rights related to sexuality and gender are approached as another generation of human rights, having as reference documents like the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and neglecting contingent dialogues in social exchange. The paper dialogues with a radical and collective perspective of human rights, sexuality and gender to recover the political of these issues and the notion of social justice, as well as to consider the multiple constitutions of subjects around the world. In sum, a first part of this paper works with the silence of IR theories about the above-mentioned themes and, then, in a second part, the problems and alternatives are thought with focus on the practice of international relations in international forums.

[pt] O trabalho investiga a discussão sobre a orientação sexual na Assembleia Nacional Constituinte de 1987-1988 (ANC). Um dos objetivos da pesquisa é descrever as discussões sobre a temática, com especial atenção às menções a pessoas lésbicas, gays, bissexuais, trans, intersex e demais dissidentes de gênero e sexualidade (LGBTI+). O segundo objetivo da dissertação é realizar uma análise crítica dos discursos levantados, com atenção para o poder produtivo do discurso. A pesquisa adotou como marco teórico a noção de performatividade de gênero, desenvolvida por Judith Butler, e seus desdobramentos críticos relativos ao processo de construção do sujeito. A principal técnica de investigação empregada foi a análise documental, que auxiliou na obtenção de dados primários a partir dos Anais da ANC e dos documentos disponibilizados no Fundo João Antônio Mascarenhas do Arquivo Edgard Leuenroth. Os métodos que orientam o exame são a análise foucaultiana do discurso e a teorização fundamentada nos dados. Os resultados mostram como foi a articulação da incidência política encabeçada pelo Triângulo Rosa na Constituinte, suas limitações em relação à representatividade do grupo social e os processos de hierarquização de identidades que constituem a base do Movimento LGBTI+, com especial alijamento de pessoas travestis e transexuais. Além disso, demonstrou-se a persistência de certas formações discursivas contemporaneamente, sobretudo por meio da oposição, de parlamentares ligados a setores religiosos, às demandas de pessoas LGBTI+; e constatou-se, a partir de evidências empíricas, que a proteção contra discriminação com base em orientação sexual está abarcada pela vedação geral prevista na atual Constituição. / [en] The work investigates the debate regarding sexual orientation in the 1987-1988 National Constituent Assembly (ANC). One of the objectives of the research is to describe the discussions on the theme, with special attention to the mentions of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, intersex and other gender and sexuality dissidents (LGBTI+). The second objective of the thesis is to conduct a critical analysis of the discourses, with attention to the productive power of discourse. The research adopted as a theoretical framework the notion of gender performativity, developed by Judith Butler, and its critical outcomes concerning the process of subject construction. The main research technique employed was document analysis, which helped in obtaining primary data from the proceedings of the ANC and the documents made available in Fundo João Antônio Mascarenhas of the Edgard Leuenroth Archive. The methods guiding the examination are Foucauldian discourse analysis and grounded theory. The results show how was the articulation of the political advocacy coordinated by Triângulo Rosa in the Constituent, its limitations in relation to the representation of the social group, and the processes of hierarchization of identities that constitute the base of the LGBTI+ Movement, with particular exclusion of transvestites and transsexuals. In addition, the work demonstrated the contemporary persistence of certain discursive formations, especially through the opposition of congressmen linked to religious sectors to the demands of LGBTI+ people; and found empirical evidence that protection against discrimination based on sexual orientation is covered by the general prohibition provided for in the current Constitution.
