Contextualização no ensino de física à luz da teoria antropológica do didático: o caso da robótica educacional / Contextualization in the teaching of physics in the light of the anthropological theory of didactics: the case of educational roboticsMilton Schivani 10 October 2014 (has links)
A physics teaching contextualized is strongly identified in the discourse of teachers, educators and researchers in the area, reinforced also by own official documents of the Ministry of Education of Brazil. However, the very notion of contextualization presents different aspects, some of which have a simplistic and uncritical about the background on the teaching and learning process. We advocate, however, a contextualization that pass by questioning and modeling of disciplinary knowledges, starting from objects (abstract or concrete) of a given reality or a social practice of reference, allowing the individual \"revisit\" and perceive the world around them in different ways, with new perspectives and opportunities for action. Such an approach tends to require multiple methodological strategies and didactic resources educational, among which we highlight the Education Robotics (ER), which is in the teaching of science a new field of applications still to be explored, is the scenario national or international. Our hypothesis is that materials of this nature potentiate the development of activities with problematization that permeate a wide range of social practices, enabling the reality is perceived and become object of reflection. We emphasize that the ER does not in itself justify, rely on new and emerging resources offered by new technologies does not necessarily imply in enrichment classes, it is necessary to conceive them linked to the training needs. Especially in the teaching of physics, you need to pay attention to know-how, praxis, not forgetting the logical discourse that permeates and assists in the understanding of this know-how, the logos. With a focus on Education Robotics to promote the contextualization, we analyzed four activities that make use of kits from Lego in physics teaching. Two activities were applied to students of the first year of high school in a public school in the state of Bahia, Brazil. We have considered the research on the basis of Anthropological Theory of Didactic (ATD), which allows you to model the knowledge through a Praxeological Organization (PO) and analyze processes of study through the Didactics Moments. We found, among other things, that the praxeological analysis generates indicators that assist in a possible restructuring and development of didactic sequences to promote the process of contextualization in physics teaching, such as the levels of resonance, which can be internal, a dialog between the block practical-technical with the technologytheoretical of the didactics PO, and external, called Verisimilar Praxeology (VP), a dialog between the didactics and reference PO. This was done in terms of tasks, techniques, technologies and theory, investigating also the relation of the individual (X) with objects (O) contained in different practices, but focusing on a same block technological-theoretical. Thus, we hope to be able to contribute with solutions and reflections on the development and structuring of didactic activities to better contextualize a given reality in the perspective that we have adopted, as well as understand the limits and possibilities of robotics in this educational scenario.

Previous issue date: 2016-02-22 / In the mathematics educational context some researches have showed that learners in both elementary and high school have difficulties when it comes to working in situations that involve affine function. When we talk about elementary school and high school researchers consider textbooks as being the main resource used by teachers in the classroom scenario. With this focus in mind we decided to assess this approach on the affine function carried on in mathematics books in the 9th grade of elementary school and the 1st year of high school. In order to have an idea about what is being produced in the educational field in Brazil we analyzed some researches that deal with the affine function. Based on the analysis result we summarized some of the difficulties presented by the students, in the grades mentioned above, who participated in those researches had to face and deal with the affine function. We observed that difficulties to analyze and build the function of the graphic of the affine function occurred with both elementary and high school students. It was also confirmed that the approach on the affine function in four textbooks assessed during the research were not enough to overcome some of the difficulties pointed out in the research. To increase knowledge on the case study we also investigated a sequence about the affine function carried out on the UFRPE’s science teaching post graduation program. We decided to analyze the textbooks and the didactic sequences because we wanted to know what were the common aspects between them and what were the outcomes. To achieve this goal, we used as analyzing tool the didactic anthropological theory on workbooks that provided us with the praxeology knowledge to guide us in order to achieve our objectives. This way we carried an praxeological analysis in the activities proposed by textbooks and didactic sequences. As analyzing tools, we adopted the mathematics praxeology notion proposed by Chevallard in the anthropological textbook theory. It was confirmed that there are some major divergences among textbook approaches and the didactic sequences. It was also confirmed that textbooks emphasize more practical aspects related to technical mathematics praxeological blocks, as opposed to the aspects related to the technological theoretical ones. As a result of this research, we present some results about affine function teaching that will be able to support forthcoming researches as well as help teacher have a more accurate view towards all the activities and approaches in textbooks.

The radical connectivity as a principle and pratice education in Paulo Freire.Jason Ferreira Mafra 11 May 2007 (has links)
This thesis focuses on and poses questions about the category of connectivity underlying the anthropology of the pedagogue and educational philosopher Paulo Freire. Connectivity, a principle occurring in all things, is taken here as a condition that gains centrality with the human genus because of its intentional nature in relation to individual and historical consciousness. It is translated, in this case, by a group of epistemological, axiological and praxeological dispositions, component dimensions of the existential totality. Among the central objectives of this study, we highlight three: to contribute to the thinking about the meaning of connectivity in the social sciences, especially in Education; to make explicit the characteristics of this category in the life and work of Paulo Freire; to indicate possible paths to practical and theoretical applications of this categorical descriptor. Although its structure is based on empirical elements and information, this study has a predominantly theoretical character. Moreover, the reflections exposed here are founded on examinations and analyses of a vast bibliography and from other sources of a varied nature, such as theses, dissertations, term papers, interviews, newspapers, magazines, audio and videotapes, and electronic documents. The idea of connectivity is associated with the notion of infancy. The hybridism of these categories is the origin of the construction of a metaphor that materialized in the connective boy archetype, the educator?s selfimage, which serves us as an interpretive instrument in this work. Besides the references to Paulo Freire, our analyses are nourished by authors whose ideas develop in the field of dialectical thinking, either from a Marxist perspective or from the perspective of critical post-modernism. The present study reveals that connectivity is a master-category that Paulo Freire uses to agglutinate and tie together a group of other founding categories as a way of constructing social knowledge, values and practices. This work is also consolidated by its attempt to consider the meaning of this category as an epochal theme and its possible implications in organizing life in favor of the construction of planetary culture and of sustainable existence, in opposition to the dehumanizing logic of a world-system founded on the paradigm of predatory globalization that is, by its very nature, oppressive.

Games científicos: bases epistemológicas e princípios de design didático / Scientific games: epistemological bases and didactic design principlesTiago Bodê 06 September 2017 (has links)
The traditional Teaching model is based on a banking education, primarily informative, discouraging and decontextualized of its historical moment, which is characterized by information of easy access and communication in global sphere. In this panorama, research shows that students have been performing poorly in science. Therefore, there is a need for studies that take into account this educational reality in order to propose innovative teaching strategies. In this scenario, digital games present great potentiality, as they are attractive, contribute to cognitive development and can foster the development of scientific precepts. The big problem is that, despite attracting legions of players, commercial digital games generally do not present major pedagogical concerns as they are not developed for this purpose. Although digital educational games are thought of, they present characteristics antagonistic to the commercial ones, since they are usually constituted of an excessive information framework, without much concern with immersive aspects. Thus, in an attempt to correlate science with the epistemological aspects present in digital educational games and with the immersive aspects present in commercial digital games, The objective of this work is the development of a typology and the creation of an analysis matrix for games with potential for educational use. In the theoretical stage of the project, we developed the foundation of the matrix, based on three constituent elements: Educational Reference, based on the Didactic Anthropological Theory (TAD); Immersion, based on Flow Theory; And playful Mechanics. Subsequently, we verified the applicability of typology and matrix in game analysis and interactions between players and game situations. It is important to highlight that the research was developed with high school students of a Public School of the State of São Paulo. Among the results obtained, there is a correlation between immersive and praxeological aspects of gaming platforms.

This work is the result of the research about the mathematic praxeologies made by students the middle education about the mathematic concept of exponential function, in the Technical Educational Institution from Tunia located in the department of Cauca. On this document the considerations were directed to colombians youngers on the middle education in Colombia and the proposal is to research which types of punctual praxeologies arise in the moment of effect questions about of exponential fuction. In order to answer this question, we focused this dissertation through the methodology of didactic engineering, with the intention of focussed of work de researcher. also included the methodological procedures, which allowed to assess whether, based on the intention to know and identify the potential of specific praxeologies in order to turn them into praxeologies contextualized in an educational institution I and developed by the main professor and as a consequence, that praxeology turn into an educational concept, about the form and construction itself of what we teach, in particular, the concept of exponential fuction. The construction of the puctual praxeologies as their formulation, will be focused by through the anthropological theory of didactic. That in addition to identifying, will help to guide the construction of teaching sequences relating with the exponential fuction that will take part on the educational product of this dissertation and in special the contribution of new researches.

What knowledge does a class refer to? Beyond the official one, students and teachers involve theirs and thus deeply root the courses in everyday life, society, cultures and civilizations. In this thesis, an overview of the praxeological references' sources used in classes or suggested by scholar institutions is proposed. The concept of reference itself is derived from the theorical frameworks provided by the Anthropological Theory of Didactic and the Theory of Joint Action in Teaching. Extending the question to the one of the possible ecological openings of classes, we then integrate the paradigms of world's questionning and active learning. Several teaching schemes are finally described and implemented in order to diversificate the references' sources and to increase students' roles.

L'incidence de l'épistémologie pratique des professeurs sur les savoirs co-construits en danse contemporaine : analyse comparative de trois cas contrastés à l'école élémentaire / The incidence of teachers' practical epistemology on co-constructed "contemporary dance knowledge" : comparative analysis of three contrasted cases in primary schoolArnaud-Bestieu, Alexandra 10 May 2011 (has links)
This thesis attempts to report processes of construction of a contemporary dance reference at primary school. This research is based on observation three teachers having contrasted training in dance : observation during three teaching units in the 3rd, 4th and 5th years (French education system). A comparative perspective is chosen to conduct research – in situ data collection -, through two theories, the Joint Action Theory in didactics (Sensevy and Mercier, 2007 ; Schubauer-Leoni and Leutenegger, 2008) and the Anthropological Theory of Didactics (Chevallard, 1999, 2007). This theorectical position brings into light relations between knowledge coconstrution phenomena during the class and practical epistemology of these teachers. Moreover, the Dance Movement Theory of Laban (1947/2003, 1949/2007) is mobilized, offering an effective framework to analyse «Dance Knowledge» and to define this specific practical epistemology. The choice of the so-called «clinical/experimental» method (Leutenegger, 2009) abled to create conditions of a cross-case comparison and makes possible observations of Ordinary teaching process. The confrontation of these three cases brings into light incidence of «teachers' relations to knowledge» on co-construction of the dance reference in class. The main results give also evidence of a strong incidence of «teachers' relations to knowledge» on the didactic and disciplinary epistemologies differently mobilized by teachers. This thesis reveals effects of this professional epistemology on particular «Dance Knowledge» and allows to extensively question the field of teachers' training.

The Omega publishing house began its activities in 2013, when it started publishing outdated translations of classic literature, especially those that were no longer protected by copyright. This thesis analyses its activities, mostly during the 2013-2018 period: it focuses on the range of published titles and changes in the editorial approach to texts, with emphasis on classic literature. The publishing houses' activities are examined within the field of Czech publishing landscape and compared to the methods recommended in specialised literature, as well as to other publishers's activites. The thesis then presents a translation and textual analysis of three works (R. Kipling's Selected Short Stories, E. Brontë's Wuthering Heights and C. Dickens's Little Dorrit) published by Omega. A hypothesis about the overall strategy of the publishing house is then formulated based on the findings. Key words: Omega publishing house, sociology of translation, praxeology of translation, publishing policy, editorial work, translator status

There is nothing fundamentally wrong with the premise that a pianist like Clara Wieck/Schumann ‘speaks’ in her song compositions. This, however, raises a number of epistemological questions that will be discussed in this article. First of all, an explicit distinction is made between the examination of the ‘technical’ aspects of her compositional practice – in German: Praktik – (which may allow conclusions to be drawn about the pianist’s implicit knowledge) on the one hand, and the social aspects of her discursive practice – in German: Praxis – on the other. Thus, it is also necessary to discuss the criteria that the structural-analytical methodology must satisfy, as well as to consider to whom the pianist is actually speaking: to us music researchers of the 21st century? Or should we ask ourselves whether our analysis is not rather a “reading of traces” in the sense of Sybille Krämer, through which we invent the ‘producer’ of the analyzed ‘trace’ in the first place? Or to put it another way epistemologically: how do we make the pianist speak? What function does our ‘speaking’ of her compositions – namely the piano parts in her songs – have in scholarly argumentations?
