This master’s thesis deals with an evaluation of the financial situation of the company Unistav a.s. in the years 2003 – 2006, using selected methods of financial analysis. It also contains proposals of solutions which lead to improve the company’s situation and secure its financial stability.

The aim of my diploma thesis is analysis of contemporary marketing mix and a suggestion of a new mix for building company. This thesis is worked out in conditions of a middle sized company The theoretical part is base on marketing mix creation – particular methods used for situation analysis processing and detailed elaboration of fundamental parts in marketing mix. In the practical part, I describe the company and analyze present structure of its marketing mix.

The subject of this diploma thesis named “Proposal of the investment opportunities in commercial real estates at Brno´s region” is to work out complex analyse of the current situation at the market in real estate development and potential investment for company CTP Invest spol. s.r.o. The first part of this thesis deals with exploring the current situation of the real estate market in Brno and its surroundings. At the same time, compare the market with other markets in the region of Central Europe. The second part of the thesis deals with suitable analytical tools, utilize by specialized literature and work experience, and mainly the application of these tools. The main aim of this thesis is to work out document, which will be used for company´s future strategic decisions making and at the same time to help region´s expansion.

Diploma theses represents project of marketing a communication strategy of manufacturing company. This work includes situation analysis of present situation including evaluation of weaknesses and streghts of the company, opportunities and threaths and on the basis of this analysis particular marketing and communication strategy, budget and timing has been designed.

In my master’s thesis I will deal with theme marketing for e-business. In theoretic part I focus on finding useful instruments for marketing subvention. In practical part especially on analysis current situation in concrete company and own project of marketing campaign for the existent e-shop.

Content of this master´s thesis is to develop a business activities in Centrum dopravního výzkumu v.v.i.. The work is divided into 4 parts. The first part deals with the definition of the problem and main and side target. The second part shows theory under which it is based on the practical part. The third chapter focuses on the introduction a company and analysis of the problem and the performance of the company and its current situation. And the last chapter is based on the introduction own proposals to develop a business activities in CDV v.v.i..

The designed pension for elderly with care servise is situated in Měřín locality. It is the a bricked two-floor object with no cellars, made of POROTHERM system. The base zones are made of the plain concrete. Roof construction is solved by one-shell roof. The dimensions of the building are 41,35 x 33,15 meters.

Bakgrund: Barnafödsel är en naturlig livshändelse som symboliserar en viktig del i livet för många kvinnor. Förlossningsupplevelsen är för många föräldrar en stor upplevelse som kvarstår under lång tid. Det bemötande och stöd som ges av barnmorskan och undersköterskan under förlossningen har en betydande roll för kvinnan och dennes partners upplevelse av förlossningen. Barnmorskan och undersköterskan har olika arbetsuppgifter men strävar efter samma mål. Syfte: Var att beskriva hur barnmorskor och undersköterskor upplever sin arbetssituation i samband med barnafödsel. Metod: Studien genomfördes med en kvalitativ design med fyra fokusgruppsintervjuer, två med undersköterskor och två med barnmorskor. Datamaterialet analyserades systematiskt med en modell av Dahlin-Ivanoff och Holmgren. Resultat: Resultatet av analysen sammanställdes till två kategorier. Första kategorin är Ömsesidigt förtroende, vilket har tre tillhörande teman. Kommunikation, Samarbete och Teamarbete. Andra kategorin är Ohållbar arbetsmiljö, vilket har tre tillhörande teman. Stress, Känslomässig berg- och dalbana samt Ansvar. Resultatet visade på att barnmorskor och undersköterskor upplever sin arbetssituation stressig men fantastisk. De slits mellan sina känslor men älskar sitt yrke. Slutsats: Samspelet mellan barnmorska och undersköterska på en förlossningssal i samband med barnafödsel anses av personalen ha betydelse för kvinnan och hennes partners förlossningsupplevelse. / Background: Childbirth is a natural life event that symbolizes an important part of many women's lives. The birth experience is, for many parents, a great experience that lasts for a long time. The care and support provided by the midwife and the auxiliary nurse during childbirth has a significant role for the woman and her partner' s experience of childbirth. The midwife and the nurse have different tasks but strive for the same goals. Aim: To describe how midwives and auxiliary nurses experience their work situation during childbirth. Method: The study was conducted with a qualitative design with four focus group interviews, two with auxiliary nurses and two with midwives. The data was systematically analyzed with a model by Dahlin-Ivanoff and Holmgren. Results: The results of the analysis were compiled into two categories. The first category is Mutual trust, which has three related themes. Communication, Collaboration and Teamwork. The second category is Unsustainable working environment, which has three related themes. Stress, Emotional roller coaster and Responsibility. The result showed that midwives and auxiliary nurses experience their work situation stressful but fantastic. They are torn between their emotions but love their profession. Conclusion: The staff consider the interactions between the midwife and the auxiliary nurse in the delivery room during childbirth to have a significant role for the woman and her partner's birth experience.

Deficiency in the nurse's communication when transferring information can lead to serious consequences for the patient. It is often in transition between different teams or nursing units that deficiencies arise in the transfer of information, but the results of deficiencies can also arise throughout the care chain. The aim of this study was to elucidate the way in which SBAR facilitates nurse communication when transferring a patient within the health care system. This literature study was based on analysis of quantitative research. Seven quantitative articles were analysed using five step model by Friberg. The results of this study showed that SBAR helps the nurse to focus, prepare and structure the documentation and contributes to safer patient assessments. The use of SBAR leads to efficient reporting that promotes collaboration with other professions by making the message clear and structured. The conclusion was that by using SBAR as a communication tool for the nurse, patient safety increases.

Die Bewohner von sechs Dörfern der LEADER-Region »Elbe-Röder-Dreieck« wurden zur Versorgungssituation befragt. Im Ergebnis der geführten Interviews wird die jeweilige Versorgung mit Waren des täglichen Bedarfs, die medizinische Versorgung, das Dienstleistungsangebot und die Erreichbarkeit von Versorgungsangeboten außerhalb des Ortes unterschiedlich bewertet. In fünf Dörfern wird Verbesserungsbedarf bei der medizinischen Versorgung und beim Post- und Bankdienstleistungsangebot gesehen. Hingegen ist eine mobile und stationäre Versorgung mit Waren des täglichen Bedarfs in vier Dörfern, in zwei Dörfern aber nur in Form einer mobilen Versorgung derzeit gegeben. In allen Dörfern werden mobile Dienstleistungen mit Haustürservice wie Lieferdienste, Physiotherapie oder Frisör angeboten. Die Befragung ergab zahlreiche Beispiele wie private, gewerbliche und kommunale Initiativen zur Verbesserung der Versorgungslage beitragen können. In unterversorgten ländlichen Regionen ist jedoch eine kleinräumige Nahversorgungsstrategie nötig, um die Grundversorgung zu sichern.
