[pt] A modernidade surge no Brasil, na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, pelas mãos de um pequeno grupo de arquitetos e transforma a cidade em alvo de reportagens nas mais importantes revistas de arquitetura do mundo. A Europa e os Estados unidos acompanham, entre perplexos e estupefatos, a adesão de um país com um governo autoritário e de tradição conservadora, na longínqua América do Sul, a propostas tão inovadoras. Dentre esses pioneiros estão os Roberto, três irmãos arquitetos, que, a partir de um entendimento de que a arquitetura moderna teria de ter os processos industriais incorporados aos seus métodos projetivos e construtivos, desenvolvem uma obra bastante diversificada com foco, principalmente, no mercado privado da construção civil. Na fase inicial da arquitetura moderna brasileira, da década de trinta à década de cinqüenta, apoiados na crença do poder transformador da forma moderna, articulam, com ampla liberdade formal e apurado controle sobre todos os componentes de suas edificações, uma poética que contrapõe a padronização, exigida pelos procedimentos industriais, à singularidade, numa operação que parece acusar o descompasso entre a realidade social do Brasil e a modernidade pretendida pela elite intelectual, política e financeira da época. / [en] Modernity appears in Brazil, in Rio de Janeiro, through the hands of a small group of architects and transforms the city into the target of the most important Architecture Magazines worldwide. Europe and The US watch, both perplexed and surprised, a country commanded by an authoritarian government and marked by a conservative tradition adhere to such innovative proposals. Among those pioneers are The Roberto Brothers, three architects and brothers who, believing that modern architecture must have its projective and constructive methods within industrial process, they develop a diversified work structured, mainly, in the civil construction private market. From the 30´s to the 50´s, during the initial phase of the Modern Brazilian Architecture, The Robertos, based on the belief of the transforming power of the modern shape and using the freedom of shape and wise control upon all the components of their constructions, articulate a measure which opposes standardization, demanded by industrial procedures, to singularity - in an operation that seems to show the abyss between the social reality of the country and the modernity sought by the intellectual, political and economic elite at the

[pt] Neste texto estudamos diversos aspectos de singularidades de campos vetoriais holomorfos em dimensão 2. Discutimos detalhadamente o caso particular de uma singularidade sela-nó e o papel desempenhado pelas normalizações setoriais. Isto nos conduz à classificação analítica de difeomorfismos tangentes à identidade. seguir abordamos o Teorema de Seidenberg, tratando da redução de singularidades degeneradas em singularidades simples, através do procedimento de blow-up. Por fim, estudamos a demonstração do Teorema de Mattei-Moussu, acerca da existência de integrais primeiras para folheações holomorfas. / [en] In the present text, we study the different aspects of singularities of holomorphic vector fields in dimension 2. We discuss in detail the particular case of a saddle-node singularity and the role of the sectorial normalizations. This leads us to the analytic classiffication of diffeomorphisms which are tangent to the identity. Next, we approach the Seidenberg Theorem, dealing with the reduction of degenerated singularities into simple ones, by means of the blow-up procedure. Finally, we study the proof of the well-known Mattei-Moussu Theorem concerning the existence of first integrals to holomorphic foliations.

Neste trabalho investigamos o tunelamento ressonante em estruturas de dupla barreira GaAs/(AlGa)As que foram fabricadas em mesas quadradas de tamanho lateral mesoscópico e macroscópico (&#8764 10&#956m &#215 10&#956m). Uma camada tipo &#948 com diferentes concentrações de Silício foi incorporada no centro do poço quântico. As características I(V) mostram algumas estruturas em posição de voltagem abaixo do pico de ressonância principal que são atribuídas a estados relacionados a impurezas. Tais estados localizados estão presentes no poço quântico com energias de ligação bem maiores do que um doador de Silício isolado. Estes estados de maior energia de ligação são atribuídos a pares de doadores distribuídos aleatoriamente. Em alguns dispositivos onde estados relacionados a impurezas podem ser identificados isoladamente na característica I(V), um efeito destacável pode ser observado. Um pica na característica I(V) aparece nas mais baixas temperaturas medidas (abaixo de 1K) quando o nível de Fermi no emissor se alinha com o estado localizado relacionado a impureza. Tal pico e atribuído a interação Coulombiana entre o elétron no sitio localizado e os elétrons no gás bidimensional (emissor). / We have investigated resonant tunneling in GaAs/(AlGa)As double barrier structures which have been fabricated into square mesoscopic and macroscopic size mesas (&#8764 10&#956m &#215 10&#956m) A &#948 layer with different concentrations of Silicon donors was incorporated at the centre of the quantum well. The I(V) characteristics show some features below the threshold for the main resonance that are due to impurity related state. Such localized states are found to be related to the presence of donor impurities in the vicinity of the quantum well with binding energies much higher than the single isolated hydrogen donor. These higher binding energy states are identified as being due to random pairs of shallow donors. In some devices where an isolated impurity related state can be identified in the 1(V characteristics a remarkable effect is observed. A peak appears at low temperatures (below 1K) in the 1(V) characteristics when the emitter Fermi level matches the localized state. Such feature is attributed to the Coulomb interaction between the electron on the localized site and the electrons in the Fermi sea of the 2DEG.

A Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) nem sempre contempla a integralidade, apesar deste ser um princípio estruturante do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), nas definições da Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) e da legislação brasileira que ampliam o conceito de saúde, atribuindo ao processo saúde/doença as influências das determinações sociais. As profissões da saúde ainda funcionam com abordagem reducionista. Infelizmente, conceitos, definições e legislação não são suficientes para conscientizar e tão pouco transformar as práticas de saúde. Esse trabalho propõe a elaboração de um questionário anamnetico ampliado focada em pacientes poliqueixosos, baseada na teoria de Fernando González Rey o que significa trabalhar com o enfoque histórico-cultural e subjetividade, portanto mais humanizado, a fim de experimentar outros modos de intervir no processo saúde/doença e romper sua abordagem fragmentada positivista visando contribuir para uma melhora na relação profissional/usuário na ESF. Para testar a efetividade do questionário, foi realizado um piloto que indicou ser importante para se alcançar os objetivos esperados, a necessidade da capacitação da equipe e a alteração nos processos de trabalho encontrados atualmente na ESF. / The Family Health Strategy (FHS) does not always include comprehensiveness, although this is a structuring principle of the Unified Health System (SUS), the definitions of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Brazilian law that expand the concept of health, assigning the health / disease process influences the social determinants. The health professions still work with reductionist approach. Unfortunately, concepts, definitions and laws are not enough to raise awareness and so little change health practices. This paper proposes development of an expanded Anamnesis questionnaire focused on many complaints patients, based on Fernando González Rey theory which means working with the historical-cultural approach and subjectivity therefore more human, in order to experience other ways of intervening in the health / disease and break its positivist piecemeal approach to contribute to an improvement in the professional / user in the FHS. To test the effectiveness of the questionnaire, a pilot test was performed which indicated it is important to train the staff in order to achieve the expected goals, as well as a transformation in the work processes found in the FHS.

Cremos poder propor algumas articulações no campo político da filosofia espinosana a partir de uma análise aprofundada do conceito de indivíduo e de sua realidade nesta filosofia. Salientaremos o papel fulcral desse conceito na compreensão da natureza necessária da totalidade, enquanto produção pela substância de infinitas coisas que expressam de infinitos modos a sua potência infinita. Nessa articulação, enfrentaremos problemas referentes à real unidade do indivíduo, da perspectiva de sua natureza relacional, natureza esta que nos permite compreender melhor a formação do campo político em Espinosa e porque a realidade individual neste campo possibilita a ele superar algumas análises que afirmam, explicíta ou implicitamente, alguma ruptura intrínseca à formação social e a descontinuidade da causalidade eficiente individual, justamente por tais análises não levarem tão longe a realidade do indivíduo. / We believe we can propose some joints in the political philosophy Espinoza from a thorough analysis of the concept of the individual and their reality in this philosophy. Salientaremos the central role of this concept in understanding the nature of the required total, while production of the substance of infinite things in infinite ways to express their infinite power. In this connection, we face problems relating to the real unity of the individual, the prospect of its relational nature, nature that allows us to better understand the formation of the political field in Spinoza and because the individual reality in this field enables him to overcome some analyzes that claim, the explicit or implicitly, some disruption to the social formation and the intrinsic discontinuity of efficient causality individual, precisely because such analyzes do not take so far the reality of the individual.

[pt] O que (também) se pode esperar de nossas favelas, se desrespeitadas em suas particularidades elas têm sido vistas sob um único prisma: território de aglomeração de camadas pobres? Esse modelo hegemonicamente construído de olhar a favela surge identificando seus moradores como classes perigosas, a por em risco nosso mundo ilusoriamente portador de uma realidade coerente. No universo acadêmico, nosso discurso especializado costuma remeter nossas ações mais para a situação de risco da comunidade assistida do que para suas capacidades e seu potencial. O objetivo deste trabalho é compreender o morador da favela como quem, ao olhar a cidade, pode se inserir na construção de uma proposta coletiva para o viver em sociedade e pode elaborar criativamente para si sua experiência de pertencimento. Metodologicamente, foi tomada por base a pesquisa-ação. A partir das categorias centrais evidenciadas na prévia leitura bibliográfica e das que emergiram do material empírico, procedeu-se um exame qualitativo dos discursos e das informações recolhidas através de diário de campo. Foi escolhido o Grupo Eco/adolescente, formado por jovens moradores da favela de Santa Marta, em Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro. A dissertação discute como esse espaço contribui na busca pele realização do ideal da cidade cerzida e no resgate da singularidade dos atores envolvidos. / [en] What can we (also) get from our slums, if they are not respected in their singularities? They had been contemplated under only one aspect: poor classes territory of agglomeration. This hegemonic approach about the slums emerges classifying their people as dangerous classes, which bring a risk to our world that is an illusory way to possess a coherent reality. In the academical universe, our specialized speeches use to focus our actions on the risk situation of the helped people instead of doing so on their capacities and their potential. The aim of this work is to understand - by the whole city point of view - the slum inhabitant as someone who can be part of the construction of a collective proposal of living in a single society and who can develop for himself, in a creative way, his own experience of taking part of it. The methodology applied here was the research-action approach (field trip). From the central categories that were taken as relevant in the previous bibliography reading material and from which the empirical material was collected, we proceeded into a qualitative examination of the speeches and information we got from a campfield diary work. The ECO/adolescents Group, composed of young inhabitants from Santa Marta slum, in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro, was chosen as this field for our investigation. This work analyses how the mentioned group contributes to make real the ideal of the darned city and to rescue the identity of the actors involved on this.

[pt] O objetivo desta pesquisa é investigar se a introdução do tempo no pensamento é o que permite Gilles Deleuze afirmar que o pensamento produz o novo. Tal empreendimento envolve a constituição do tempo a partir de sínteses passivas que Deleuze, em Diferença e repetição, agencia com as noções de hábito em Hume, de memória pura em Bergson e com o pensamento do eterno retorno em Nietzsche. A primeira síntese do tempo, Habitus ou presente vivo, se refere a contemplações contraentes, constituindo a fundação do tempo. Mnemósina ou passado puro é a segunda síntese que se instaura como fundamento que permite a passagem dos presentes. Mas as repetições do Hábito e da Memória somente chegam ao seu acabamento em uma terceira síntese, única capaz de afetar o absolutamente novo, expressa pela intrigante concepção deleuziana do eterno retorno como repetição do futuro. Tendo a interpretação de Klossowski como aporte, Deleuze entende que há no eterno retorno um aspecto seletivo que deixa apenas a Diferença voltar. Tal é, conforme Deleuze lê (seguindo Hölderlin), o que sucede na tragédia de Sófocles: por ocasião da morte do herói, o presente como agente e o passado como condição desaparecem e o futuro se abre como forma pura e vazia no qual o eterno retorno produz somente o novo e o singular. Em outras palavras, Deleuze afirma que o que está em jogo no pensamento são as diferenças intensivas ou, como ele designa em Lógica do sentido, inspirado no antigo estoicismo, acontecimentos e não as essências ou as coisas. Estes se efetuam nas coisas, bem como se exprimem nas proposições. Porém tal efetuação não ocorre por semelhança, isto é, o Acontecimento puro ou Ideia jamais se reduz às coisas ou às proposições. Portanto, é impessoal, neutro, nem geral e nem particular, mas produtivo e genético. Um devir: sempre já passado e eternamente ainda por vir. / [en] The objective of this research is to investigate whether the introduction of time into thinking is what allows Gilles Deleuze to affirm that thought produces the new. Such a task involves the constitution of time from passive synthesis, which Deleuze, in Difference and Repetition, associates with the notions of habit in Hume, of pure memory in Bergson and the thought of eternal return in Nietzsche. The first synthesis of time, Habitus, or living present, refers to contemplations and contractions, constituting the foundation of time. Mnemosyne or pure past is the second synthesis that establishes itself as basis that allows for the passing of the present. However, the repetitions of Habit and Memory only reach their end in a third synthesis, unique in its capacity to affect the absolute new, expressed by the intriguing Deleuzian conception of eternal return as repeat of the future. With the interpretation of Klossowski as support, Deleuze understands that there is in the eternal return a selective aspect that allows only the Difference to return. So much, according to how Deleuze reads (following Hölderlin), that it happens in Sophocles tragedy: by the death of the hero, the present as an agent and the past as a condition disappear and the future opens up as a pure and empty form in which the eternal return produces only the new and singular. In other words, Deleuze states that what is in play in thought are the intensive differences or, as he says in The Logic of Sense, inspired by the ancient Stoicism, events and not the essences or things. These are conveyed in things and express themselves as well in the propositions. But such effectuation does not happen by mere similarity, i.e., pure Event or Idea is never reduced to things or propositions. Therefore, it is impersonal, neutral, neither general nor particular, but productive and genetic. A becoming: always already past and eternally yet to come.

The contemporary work is rhizomatic, desiring machine, boddy whithout organs, deterritoriality in flux. As this machine‟s assumptions, we have the decentralization, the desubjectivity, the dereference and the nonsense. In this work, nothing else will hold us back to the meaning and significant‟s meshes.Knowledge known only by those who mobilize affections and who vibrate through madness, from emptiness and animality: the art‟s signs. The work of art here is an uniqueness instance and repetition; subjectivation artifice. Uniqueness is an affirmative because it is also becoming (devir); Becoming (Devir) as a process connected to repetition that decentralizes the being, through a disjunctive synthesis, in a way that it will not be spoken about the totality of the being and the work, but in totalities. There is no more paternity, neither origin, nor destiny because in this work, the sign-art becomes a nomad in the desert. Cartographing this nomadism in the Kalahari‟s autopoiesis is to walk as a wanderer, by Blanchotiano‟s „outside‟, being deterritorialized and reterritorialized; becoming a writer-reader for himself, for the world, for life. / O presente trabalho tem por objeto analisar a obra Kalahari, do poeta português Luis Serguilha, observando aspectos relacionados à repetição e à singularidade como parte da performance autopoiética; sabendo que a obra se situa numa zona de deslimites do pósmoderno ou contemporâneo, buscamos examinar os procedimentos de composição literária e da escritura que a tornam uma máquina de guerra nos dizeres deleuze-guattarianos. A obra contemporânea é rizomática, máquina desejante, corpo sem órgãos, desterritorialidade em fluxo. Como pressupostos dessa máquina, temos o descentramento, a dessubjetividade, a desreferencialização e o nonsense. Nela, nada mais nos prenderá às malhas do significado ou significante. Saberes somente aqueles que mobilizem os afectos e que fazem vibrar por meio da loucura, do vazio e da animalidade: os signos da arte. A obra de arte aqui é uma instância de singularidade e de repetição; artifício de subjetivações. Singularidade é uma afirmatividade porque é também devir; devir como processo ligado à repetição que descentraliza o ser, por meio de uma síntese disjuntiva, de maneira que não se falará mais em totalidade do ser e da obra, e sim, em totalidades. Não há mais paternidade, nem origem, nem destino porque nela (obra) o signo-arte torna-se um nômade no deserto. Cartografar este nomadismo na autopoiese Kalahari é caminhar como errante, pelo ―fora‖ blanchotiano, sendo desterritorializado e se reterriorializando; tornando-se um excri-leitor para si, para o mundo, para vida.

Devido à atual crise da biodiversidade e à falta de recursos destinados à conservação, as espécies ameaçadas devem ser diferenciadas umas das outras para que aquelas sob maior risco possam receber atenção antes. Dentro de uma mesma linhagem, as espécies terão diferentes importâncias relativas para a conservação da diversidade evolutiva e ecológica, atual e passada. Propomos aqui uma nova abordagem ao criar um índice de priorização (PI) que possa ser utilizado em grupos monofiléticos, e que considere conjuntamente características de história de vida, singularidade ecológica e grau de distinção filogenética. Nossa linhagem modelo foi a tribo Pseudoboini, um grupo de serpentes neotropicais para o qual compilamos informações disponíveis na literatura, informações fornecidas por outros pesquisadores e dados originais coletados em coleções científicas. Para criar o PI combinamos três diferentes índices: vulnerabilidade à extinção (IVE), singularidade ecológica (EO) e grau de distinção filogenética (PD). O IVE foi calculado a partir da média do ranqueamento das espécies de acordo com sete fatores que afetam a sobrevivência das populações de serpentes (tamanho corporal, fecundidade média, amplitude alimentar, distribuição geográfica, amplitude de utilização de habitats, amplitude altitudinal e habilidade de persistir em ambientes alterados). O EO considera a distância absoluta do fenótipo de uma determinada espécie em relação ao fenótipo mais comum na linhagem (calculado para tamanho corporal, fecundidade média, amplitude alimentar e amplitude de utilização de habitats). Já o PD considera o quão relictual uma determinada espécie é. Houve uma grande variação em relação aos dados biológicos dos pseudoboine. O IVE foi uniformemente distribuído por toda a Tribo e Oxyrhopus petola apresentou o menor IVE. As espécies com maior IVE foram: Clelia langeri, Pseudoboa martinsi, Siphlophis compressus, Clelia hussami e Clelia scytalina. Phimophis iglesiasi, que parece ser a espécie irmã de todos os pseuboíneos, apresentou o maior PD. Exceto por Clelia errabunda, Oxyrhopus doliatus, e Phimophis chui, a maior parte das espécies apresentou valores baixos de EO. O menor PI foi apresentado pela espécie Oxyrhopus melanogenys e encontramos os maiores valores de PI para as espécies Phimophis iglesiasi, Clelia hussami, P. chui, C. langeri, e C. scytalina. Apenas duas espécies que apresentaram altos valores de IVE neste estudo estão presentes em listas vermelhas (Clelia langeri e Siphlophis longicaudatus), além de outras cinco espécies de pseudoboíneos. Desta forma, futuras avaliações de risco de extinção devem prestar especial atenção a todas estas espécies. Além disso, espécies que apresentaram altos valores de IVE também apresentaram alto grau de distinção filogenética, o que reforça a necessidade de conservação de espécies mais relictuais. Representantes de quase todos os clados dos pseudoboíneos estão presentes entre as 10 espécies com maiores valores de PI, maximizando a diversidade filogenética dos táxons priorizados. Apesar de não ser possível comparar valores obtidos em estudos com diferentes linhagens (os índices gerados são clado-específicos), quando esta abordagem for aplicada a grupos mais inclusivos de organismos (e.g., famílias e subfamílias), poderá haver uma melhora na qualidade dos processos de priorização. / Given the present biodiversity crisis and the lack of available resources, threatened species must be differentiated from each other so that those at higher risk can be attended first. Within lineages, species differ in their need for conservation action and in their relative importance for conserving current and ancient ecological and evolutionary diversity. We here propose a new approach to create a priority index (PI) for species within monophyletic groups, by combining life history traits, ecological singularity, and phylogenetic distinctness. Our model lineage was the tribe Pseudoboini, a group of Neotropical snakes for which we gathered literature data, unpublished observations provided by other researchers, as well as original data from museums specimens. To create the PI, we combined three different indices: vulnerability to extinction (IVE), ecological oddity (EO) and phylogenetic distinctness (PD). IVE was calculated by ranking species according to a combination of six factors known to affect snake population survival (body size, mean fecundity, dietary breadth, geographic distribution, altitudinal range, and ability to persist in altered habitats). Ecological oddity, which takes into account the distance of a given trait of a given species in relation to the lineage mean for that trait, was calculated for four characters (body size, mean fecundity, habitat breadth, and dietary breadth), and PD takes into account how relictual a given species is. There was a great amount of variation in the biological variables among pseudoboines. IVE was evenly distributed across the Tribe. Oxyrhopus petola presented the lowest IVE and Clelia langeri the highest. Besides the latter, five additional species showed high IVEs: Pseudoboa serrana, Clelia scytalina, Clelia hussami, Siphlophis compressus, and Pseudoboa martinsi. Phimophis iglesiasi, which seems to be the sister species of all pseudoboines, showed the highest PD. Except for Clelia errabunda, Oxyrhopus doliatus, and Phimophis chui, most species presented low EO values. The lowest PI was obtained for Oxyrhopus melanogenys and the highest for Phimophis iglesiasi. Besides the latter, Clelia hussami, P. chui, C. langeri, and C. scytalina also presented high PIs. Only two species with high IVE in our study are included in red lists (Clelia langeri and Siphlophis longicaudatus), and five additional species appeared with high IVEs; thus, all these species should receive special attention in future assessments of extinction risk. Species with higher vulnerability to extinction were also those with higher phylogenetic distinctness, reinforcing the importance of conserving relictual species. Representatives from almost all clades within the pseudoboines are listed amongst the ten higher PI values, what maximizes the phylogenetic diversity of the prioritized taxa. Although it is not possible to compare values obtained in studies with different lineages (the indices generated are cladespecific), when extended to more inclusive lineages within a group of organisms (e.g., subfamilies, families) this approach might enhance the quality of future prioritization processes.

Esta pesquisa oferece ao leitor uma impressão das produções universitárias. Considera impressão como vestígio resultante de pressão sobre um objeto, alguma marca, sinal, efeito produzido, sensação diante do que foi possível tecer sob este olhar específico, na relação linguagem e educação, o que possibilitou descolar texto de escrita pelo viés filosófico, discursivo e psicanalítico. As produções universitárias foram abstraídas a partir do conceito ontológico de trabalho, considerado filosoficamente como o momento fundante da reprodução social, espaço onde é possível pôr o novo resultante da singularidade. Este objeto está construído sob conceitos fundamentais como Reflexo (LUCKÁCS, 1981), Real (LACAN, 1964), Discurso (PÊCHEUX, 1997) e Ciência Normal (KUHN, 2007), entre outros. Essa impressão resulta da investigação que analisa se essas produções põem o novo ou o mesmo, a partir da interferência da exterioridade. Resulta dessa pesquisa que as produções universitárias estão analisadas a partir de dois conceitos criados para esta tese: o de Escrita Normal e o de Escrita Laborativa, que podem se manifestar tanto no discurso não qualificado da graduação, quanto no qualificado da pós-graduação (mestrado e doutorado). Pelo primeiro, a escrita se exime de qualquer confronto, assumindo a posição confortável de pôr o mesmo e, pelo segundo, ela exige do pesquisador o inferno necessário para construir o objeto e, em conseqüência, produzir conhecimento. / This research offers the reader an impression on university productions. Meaning by impression a resulting vestige of pressure upon an object, a mark, signal, produced effect, possible sensation weaved under this particular view, in the educational and linguistic relationship, which made it possible to detach written text by the philosophical, discursive, and psychoanalytical means. The university productions were chosen based on the ontological concept of work, philosophically considered as the founding moment of social reproduction, a space where it is possible to place the new results of singularity. This object will be constructed under fundamental concepts such as Reflex (LUCKACS, 1981), Real (LACAN, 1964) Discourse (PECHEUX, 1997), and Normal Science (KUHN, 2007), among others. This impression results from the investigation that analyzes if these productions state the new or the old, beginning with the exteriority inference. Results from this research that the university productions are analyzed by two concepts created for this thesis: The Normal Writing, and the Labor Writing, which can be manifested either in the non-qualified/graduate discourse or in the qualified/post-graduate discourse (masters and doctorate). In the first, the writing lacks any confrontation, taking the comfortable position of stating what is already known, while the latter requires from the researcher the necessary torment to attain the creation of an object, consequently producing knowledge.
