Miščík, Lukáš January 2019 (has links)
Title: Comparison of annual training plans of floorball teams in the Czech and Slovak top league of men Objectives: This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of annual training plans in the top league of men in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic and on this basis compares the achieved scores in the 2017/2018 season in the highest league. Methods: The quantitative research was about the detection and comparison of a training capacity in the Czech and Slovak top league. To conclude the research aim a questionnaire with open-ended questions was used. The research was implemented in Czech and Slovak top league teams. The questionnaire was completed by 20 Czech and Slovak coaches. Results: Based on the comparison of the annual training plans teams in the Czech top league have 40 % more training lessons than in Slovakia. Teams which weekly dedicate one hour or more to the power play skills are more successful according to statistics in the Czech top league. This hypothesis has not been confirmed in the Slovak League. Hypotheses dealing with technique training and video analysis have also not been confirmed. Teams who prefer to practice individual gaming activities did not have a better percentage of shooting success. Goalies who are engaged in individual training are more successful in...

Made available in DSpace on 2016-04-27T14:48:50Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 1 Alcielle dos Santos.pdf: 1550527 bytes, checksum: 6dcde525b0c7bfdb5a0b3c9c52ae2573 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2016-03-11 / Teacher training appears as a fundamental task of the Pedagogical Coordinator (PC). However, the priority that will establish among the range of responsibilities absorbed such as its tasks and the organization of formative moments may be quite diverse. It is proposed, in this paper, identify the methodological itinerary of PC, as manager of the training process at school, in particular in relation to annual planning of teacher training. Thus, this research aims to defining how to consider the classroom practices in participatory construction of teacher training plan, in order to intervene in these same practices, implementing innovations. It also aims to examine to what extent the work of the group enables the professional development of the teacher. The construction of the school training plan was analyzed by observing how teachers participation spaces are created, in the PC agenda, as well as what are the interests and needs resulting from groups of each segment. The observation includes what types of knowledge are presented in the formative agenda. The research adopts the qualitative approach as the study of collaborative and participatory intervention. The subjects of the research are four coordinators of Elementary School and High School and 6 teachers of these segments at a private school in Santos, Sao Paulo. The processes of analysis of training plans, records made in pedagogical meetings and interviews, were conducted. As concepts and theoretical frameworks that supported this analysis, priority was: Beuret (participation), Dubar (identity and belonging), Freire (thematic research), Marcelo (teacher training), Placco and Placco & Souza (the role of the pedagogical coordinator and training of adult teacher), Tardif (teaching knowledge), among others. Data analysis in the light of theoretical references, runs through a concrete proposal for the teacher education planning process, coordinated by PC, to be a participatory event. As a result, it was observed there are different understandings about the concept of participation between coordinators and teachers of these segments - Elementary School and High School, and the applying of different strategies, when training proposals are set. It was observed that the methodological itinerary adopted by PCs allowed the training curriculum includes difficulties found by teachers in their classrooms and what changes and innovations started to be taken back to the same classrooms.Participatory methodology at management level enabled the implementation of an authoring cycle that also provided professional development for teachers and PCs, as trainers, as long as the participatory management training has brought an interactive environment, in a cycle that includes all subjects before the horizontalization of functions are maintained, but that arise in cooperation / A formação dos professores configura-se como tarefa fundamental do coordenador pedagógico (CP).

Comparison of Basic Fly Trainings: The Air Threat Introduced by People¡¦s Liberation Army to Our National Defense

Liu, Wen-shiang 19 July 2005 (has links)
After the end of Cold War, the US has involved in several battles such as two Golf Wars, Afghanistan War, and Kosovo War. With the integration of C4ISR system, the model of existing war has been redefined and changed from the traditional type of ¡§force to force¡¨ to the new type of ¡§hide and seek.¡¨ To integrate the new generation of technology in war has become the main objective of each national department of defense in the world. However if we take the lessons of war which mentioned above and think in the opposite direction from the classical theory of war, the basics of high military performance of the US force are not concluded only by the enhancement of high tech weapons. What else are the key issues which influence the consequence of war? Even the human society has evolved into the age of globalization and information. During the progress of economic integration between two sides of Taiwan Strait, the growing interactivity of economy does not have flow-out effect on the politics. Moreover the conflicts between two political powers become more and more apparent. Political conflicts also turn this area into the powder magazine of war in the world. The overall strength of China, the only imagined adversary of our country, has leapt forward since public revolution in 1978. For years, economic revolution has pushed the pace of China¡¦s military modernization faster and faster. For example, People¡¦s Republic Army has taken a great leap on the training exercise with the expansion of military exchange and with the equipment of new Soviet aircrafts. This new trend is taking away the advantage of quality of our Air Force. This brief takes the new trend in consideration and researches from the perspective of military operation. Questions are obtained from the basic fly training, the cornerstone of Air Force foundation. Taking the well-known strong force of US for example, this brief tries to realize the nature of Air Force through researching the ability of military personnel and to compare the difference of Air Force on basic fly training with other modern countries. The main objective of this brief tries to establish the basics of research and thesis using the research model concerning about subjects of constructing national defense. This brief uses the methods of analysis and comparison together to increase the precision of research theory as well. Even with the restrictions of flexibility and sampling, the first conclusion still shows there is no large difference on basic fly training between R.O.C and US. Cadets finished basic trainings have different fly abilities in R.O.C and US. The leading factors which conclude this difference are not only the training resources and environment but also the enforcement of training and the control of standards in US. Therefore, even the modernization of weapon gets faster and faster, the national force still has the great responsibility of defending national security. Bedsides expending more on military purchase, finding a way to strengthen the basic training which benefits the overall military power is not the one we can throw away.

West Coast aerodromes: the impact of the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan on Delta and Abbotsford, British Columbia.

Richdale, Ryan 16 April 2012 (has links)
The plan to train Commonwealth pilots and aircrew on Canadian soil from 1939-1945 was a critical component to the Allied victory in the Second World War. As part of the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan (BCATP), Canada graduated 131,553 men from training stations across the country. This thesis examines the experience of two British Columbia communities, Delta and Abbotsford, as hosts to BCATP stations. It concludes that both sites experienced a profound social and economic impact as a result of their role in training pilots and aircrew. Hosting a training station meant an immediate influx of jobs, infrastructure, money and excitement. In addition, the airfields left behind after the war ended still exist today as viable economic entities in their communities and as valuable hubs in Canada’s aviation network. / Graduate

Kommunal krisberedskap : Hur övar kommunerna krisberedskap? / Local government crisis management in Sweden : How is crisis management put into action by Swedish local government?

Thörn, Anders, Johansson, Björn January 2019 (has links)
Risk and Vulnerability Analysis (RSA) is a tool that municipalities and county councils must do according to law. The RSA will then form the basis of a training and exercise plan. In this way, the exercises that are carried out at municipal and county level will be focused on dealing with these risks and vulnerabilities. The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency, the MSB, made an evaluation in 2018 and found that not all were practising risks and vulnerabilities, but it was unclear how many they were. This study gives a picture of what municipalities choose to practice in their annual emergency preparedness exercises if they do not practice managing risks and vulnerabilities. In order to answer the question, legal documents have been analyzed and interviews have been conducted with representatives of the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency and the security managers at two municipalities. The study's conclusion is that the municipalities take the emergency preparedness work very seriously, but that deficiencies in traceability between the RSA and the education and training plan mean that they do not practice risks and vulnerabilities. The study's results are five hypotheses that could be used in subsequent research.

Monitoring en temps réel de la vitesse de déplacement sur dispositif connecté : modélisation mathématique sur plateforme mobile interfacée avec une base de données d'entraînement et d'audit physiologique / Real-time motion tracking via a portable (wearable) device : data analytics on a portable platform synched with a training and physiological database

Carbillet, Thomas 12 April 2019 (has links)
The improvement running performance has become a major topic lately. We are getting closer to running a marathon in under 2 hours. However, there are not so many professionals working transversally regarding pre-race and in-race preparation concerning the general public. Training plans are based on trainers' experience and are often not custom-made. This exposes the runners to injury risk and motivation loss. It seems that the current analysis of training plans has reached a limit. The aim for BillaTraining® is to go beyond this limit by connecting the research with the general public of runners. This PhD has two main goals. The first one is trying to contribute to the research about running. After gathering and formatting trainings and races data from different origins, we tried to isolate and describe how humans run marathons including 2.5 to 4-hour performances. We studied acceleration, speed and heart rate time series among other things, with the idea of understanding the different running strategies. The second one is the development of a web application embracing the three steps of the BillaTraining® method. The first step is an energetic audit which is a 30-minute running session guided by the runner's sensations. The second step is the energetic radar which is the results of the audit. The last step is a tailor-made training plan built depending on the runner's objectives. In order to come up with a solution, we had to bring together Physiology, Mathematics and Computer Science. The knowledge we had in Physiology was based on professor Véronique Billat's past and current researches. These researches are now part of BillaTraining® and are central for the growth of the company. We used Mathematics to try to describe physiological phenomenons thanks to Statistics. By applying the Ornstein-Uhlenbeck model, we found that humans are able to run at an even acceleration. By using the PELT (Pruned Exact Linear Time) method we automated changepoints detection in time series. Finally, Computer Science allowed a communication between Physiology and Mathematics for research, as well as marketing training tools at the forefront of innovation.

Ověření funkčnosti tréninkového plánu v silovém trojboji pro zlepšení benchpressu / Verification of functionality of the training plan in powerlifting to improve benchpress

Štěpánek, Michael January 2021 (has links)
In my thesis I'll focus on one of three disciplines in powerlifting. Specifically bench press. Aim of this thesis is confirmation of Smolov jr. training plan. Which is different from other training plans thanks to it's short term. Lasting only three weeks. Despite that I was able to find multiple articles, in which the author describes his own experience, introduces reader with the training plan and reports progress up to 10 Kg in the discipline. The research will be conducted by direct testing of the plan on a group of probands, including me. The resoult of which will be comparing of input and output values - like bodyweight, chest and arms circumference and of course maximal bench press performance per one repetition. The thesis will also include important information about bench-press as a sport, informations about diet, food supplements, regeneration and anatomy. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Zetterström, Wilma, Stenhede, Isabelle January 2024 (has links)
Resultat Totalt samlades 73 enkäter in varvid 66 inkluderades i studiens slutgiltiga analys. / Aim  The aim of this study was to research the relationship between training load and performance for Swedish figure skaters in the A- and National series within the junior and senior category. The study aims to research the following questions:  Is there any relationship between the total amount of training hours per week and achieved score at competition?  Is there any relationship between the amount of training hours on ice per week and achieved score at competition?  Is there any relationship between the amount of training hours off ice per week and achieved score at competition?  How well can the total training load explain the achieved score at competition? Method  Data was collected using a web survey created in Sunet Survey. The questions in the survey focused on competition level, total training hours per week, total training hours on ice per week, total training hours off-ice per week, other sports and possible injury. The surveys were emailed to 120 clubs in Sweden with skaters in the sample group. The statistical tests were completed in the program Jamovi and Person’s correlation analysis was used to study the relationships. Based on the r-value the coefficient of determination (r2) could be calculated by taking the square root of the correlation coefficient (r). The chosen significance level for the analysis was 0,05.  Results  In total 73 surveys were collected and 66 of them was included in the study’s final analysis. The results from the statistical tests showed no relationship between total training load and achieved score at competition (p=0,097), the amount of ice training and achieved score at competition (p=0,094) or the amount of off-ice training and achieved score at competition (p=0,088). 4,2 percent of the achieved score at competition could be explained by the total training load (r2 = 0,042).  Conclusion  The results from this study shows that there is no relationship between total training load and achieved score at competition. Coaches aiming to enhance performance for their skaters should consider reducing the training load considering the risk of injury and instead focus on the training content. It seems to be other factors than training load that are crucial for performance for figure skaters at A- and National series level.
