Les anciens de Weimar à Bonn. Itinéraires de 34 doyens et doyennes de la seconde démocratie parlementaire allemande / The “Weimarian” in Bonn : exploring the Political Trajectories of 34 Representatives from the Weimar Reichstag to the Bundestag in Bonn / Die Weimaraner in Bonn : lebensläufe 34 erfahrenen Parlamentarier der zweiten Deutschen parlamentarischen DemokratieBernier-Monod, Agathe 21 November 2017 (has links)
This PhD thesis studies the continuity between the Weimar Reichstag and the Bundestag in Bonn from the perspective of 34 representatives who were elected in both chambers. Constructing the socio-political portrait of this group reveals an essential diversity while at the same time leading to the identification of the socio-moral backgrounds that structured political life in imperial Germany. These men and women experienced their time in the Reichstag differently, depending on their party, gender, constituency, the period in question, and the place they occupied in parliament. The neutralisation of the Reichstag and the fall of the Republic marked a turning point in their lives. The question of why the Weimar Republic had failed would follow them for the rest of their lives. The members of this group reacted differently to the Nazi dictatorship. If their situations varied considerably between 1933 and 1945, the period was generally marked by the experience of loss. The former members of the Reichstag were the main targets of Nazi persecutions aimed at opponents of the regime. Living through oppression turned them into considerate democrats and encouraged their return to politics. Most took part in the institutional reconstruction of West Germany between 1945 and 1949. Their reunion with the parliament from 1949 onward was difficult, since they perceived the Bundestag through the prism of their past experience in the Reichstag. In the Bundestag, they built on their knowledge of parliamentary work, thereby contributing to stabilising the new state. Some of them perpetuated a political culture that had been shaped before 1933 and which can be described as “the Weimar spirit”.

On the Bottom-up Foundations of the Banking-Macro NexusWäckerle, Manuel 06 November 2013 (has links) (PDF)
The complexity of credit-money is conceived as the central issue in the banking-macro nexus, which the author considers as a structural as well as process component of the evolving economy. This nexus is significant for the stability as well as the fragility of the economic system, because it connects the monetary with the real domain of economic production and consumption. The evolution of credit rules shapes economic networks between households, firms, banks, governments and central banks in space and time. The properties and characteristics of this evolutionary process are discussed in three sections. First, the author looks into the origins of the theory of money and its role for contemporary monetary economics. Second, he briefly discusses current theoretical foundations of top-down as well as bottom-up approaches to the banking-macro nexus, such as dynamic stochastic general equilibrium and agent-based models. In the third part he suggests an evolutionary framework, building on a generic rule-based approach, to arrive at standards for bottom-up foundations in agent-based macroeconomic models with a banking sector. / Devotion to St. Benedict in Mato Grosso came while the city of Cuiabá in the eighteenth century with the arrival of the Portuguese and African slaves, who found this village all sorts of difficulties and " joined " to promote moments of religiosity and party in honor of the black saint. The first builders of this devotion found in Mato Grosso, favorable conditions for its spread, and throughout its history the party participated in the changes that have occurred in the urban life. This study aims to present a part of the "religious do" in Cuiaba, capital of Mato Grosso, through the feast of St. Benedict, reflecting on the role of this feast of cultural events in the city scenario, thus providing some contributions on the historiography of the Catholic Church and the feast of St. Benedict in Mato Grosso with a new look at the role of history, culture and religion . Considered by cuiabanos – Catholic confession – as a holy strong and doing miracles, St. Benedict is now the holy community, a party is held in July each year and is divided into two parts – the religious ceremony and the party , and Church participates in the organization, but are the devotees who keep the tradition of worshiping St. Benedict.

Gramáticas pós-NGB: do discurso oficial a outros discursos (im)possíveis / Grammars after NGB: from the official discourse to other (im)possible discourseThaís de Araujo da Costa 23 March 2010 (has links)
The Implementation of Brazilian Grammatical Nomenclature (NGB) in 1959 and the assumption of science Linguistics in Brazil in the 60 are events that caused profound changes to the grammar. The NGB as a discursive event, highlighting certain terms and silencing others, restructured the memory of Brazilian speech grammar, regulating the relationship between subject and utterable and establishing a new dominant discursive formation, which overlapped the previous discursive formations. In this paper, we assume that, despite the effect of the censure imposed by the official terminology, the grammatical discourse produced after its establishment is constitutively of the order of the heterogeneous. Therefore, based on the Theoretical Analysis of Discourse of Pêcheux Orlandi and on studies about project História das Ideias Linguísticas (Linguistic History of Ideas), we investigated the functioning of discourse legitimized by NGB in grammars which followed publication, specifically in seven grammars published between 1959 and 1969. Then we are interested in, in order to show the embodiment of the tension between the senses and the senses official censored, deconstruct the process of (re) signification of the terms accepted by the NGB, deducing, how the silenced senses got a meaning by themselves in the linguistic materiality of the grammars

Ironie et communication littéraire, à partir des fictions d’André Gide / Irony and litterary communication, in André Gide’s fictional worksBompaire, François 19 June 2018 (has links)
Faced with the apparent inconsistency of the notion of irony, this PhD does not suggest to enhance the impossibility of defining the notion or its proteism, but to build a definition on alternative principles: the focus on common features instead of variations, on long term processes instead of the succession of meanings and the definition of irony as an act of communication rather than as a formal mechanic. Irony, ever since the Greek world, appears as an act of communication which cannot be reduced to pragmatic linguistics: how to control socialisation in a dangerous context, in staying as close to the enemy as possible? Solving this problem by exchanging supposes the invention of forms, some of which – first and foremost the antiphrasis – get autonomous and are fixed forms – but among others – of the irony. I then strive to follow the way in with this non formal definition is maintained by paying attention – until Jena romanticism – to the analysis of the communication at work in the reflexions on irony. André Gide’s fictional work displaying a great variety of forms of irony and being imbued with secret, both biographical and sexual, is read as questioning this control of dangerous socialisation and as laying out, beneath the notion of collaboration, a reflexion on literary communication. On the other hand André Gide’s work is reinterpreted in the perspective of a history of irony in the nineteenth century. The antiphrasis is the centre of perception of irony: to the figure of Voltaire is attached to the idea of taunting the ideal, which constitutes a semantic weight conditioning the adaptation of different ironic traditions to the French framework.
