Was employed research descriptive, explanatory literature and content analysis focused on a qualitative approach, which led to the interpretation of elements detected in field research, aligning them with researched theoretical material . The survey results indicate that the municipal administrators in their departments work of non-integrated form, complicating and compromising the execution of agreements and contracts and causing delays in the progress of processes. It was found that it is necessary investment in technical training, preventive actions and daily monitoring, targeting the correct fulfillment of the requirements for capturing public resources. It is essential to adopt the merit of legitimacy organizational as a mechanism to be able to retain, develop, attract and motivate city officials to work in Project Teams. The main contributions of this study are to provoke reflections on the dynamics of raising public resources for development projects and programs. Was identified a lack of trained technicians and municipal managers to present suitable projects, to identify problems in the implementation of agreements and correct irregularities pointed out in the Ancillary Service Information for Voluntary Transfers - Cauc. It was found that managerial failure causes impacts both in teams of job, as in the progress of the municipality. Keywords: work teams, fundraising, projects. / Esta dissertação tem como objetivo identificar como as equipes de trabalho no município de Natividade/RJ influenciam na captação de recursos por meio de projetos . Foi empregada pesquisa descritiva, explicativa, bibliográfica e a análise de conteúdo, focada em uma abordagem qualitativa, que levou à interpretação de elementos detectados na pesquisa de campo, alinhando-os ao material teórico pesquisado. Os resultados da pesquisa indicam que os gestores públicos municipais em suas secretarias trabalham de forma não integrada, dificultando e comprometendo a execução de convênios e ocasionando atrasos nos contratos e no andamento dos processos. Verificou-se que é necessário investimento em capacitação técnica, ações preventivas e monitoramento diário, visando ao correto preenchimento dos requisitos para captação de recursos públicos. É imprescindível adotar o mérito como mecanismo de legitimação organizacional para poder reter, desenvolver, atrair e motivar os servidores municipais para atuarem em Equipes de Projetos. As principais contribuições deste estudo estão em provocar reflexões sobre a dinâmica de captação de recursos públicos para o desenvolvimento de projetos e programas. Identificou-se uma carência de técnicos e gestores municipais capacitados para apresentar projetos adequados, para identificar problemas na execução de convênios e corrigir irregularidades apontadas no Serviço Auxiliar de Informações para Transferências Voluntárias – CAUC. Constatou-se que a incapacidade gerencial provoca impactos tanto nas equipes de trabalho, quanto no progresso do município.

O objetivo deste trabalho é adaptar uma metodologia que permita delegar o gerenciamento das atividades-padrão aos trabalhadores, organizados em células de manufatura, identificando os requisitos para aplicação e avaliação do conceito de autogestão em células. A contribuição desta pesquisa foi uma proposta de auditoria que formula o estado de autogestão da célula, identificando as oportunidades de melhoria necessárias para a correção de problemas. Como resultados houve mudanças de comportamento dos funcionários, aquisição de conhecimento e melhorias na motivação e interesse. Obteve-se melhorias na logística e redução de inventário de peças e de ferramentas de usinagem. O resultado financeiro das melhorias mostrou um retorno sobre o investimento em 8 meses. O monitoramento da implantação incluiu uma auditoria, feita após dois anos de implantação da célula autogerenciável. A metodologia foi implementada em uma empresa de autopeças. Isso ocorreu através da aplicação prática, de modo experimental em uma célula piloto, que foi validada e teve sua eficácia comprovada / Abstract: This work developed a methodology to implement self-management manufacturing cells that are a type of organization where employee groups are in charge of a complete sequence of work in the production process of goods and service intended for internal and external clients. The objective of this work is to adapt a methodology to allow the empowerment of the manufacturing cells workers, identifying the requirements for implementation and assessment of the self-management concept. The contribution of this search consisted in an audit proposal that formulates whether the cell is self-managed or not. Furthermore, the opportunities of necessary improvements for correction purposes are pointed out. The company achieved improvements in logistics and inventory reduction, both of parts and of machining tools. The financial consequences of these improvements showed a break-even of the invested amount within 8 months. The monitoring of the implementation included an audit that was held after about two years after the implementation of the pilot cell. The methodology was implemented in an automotive supplier company. The objective of this thesis is to provide theoretical and empirical insights on the subject of group communication and perceived performance within work teams. The theoretical section provides a definition and outlines the importance of work teams, it references selected psychological aspects and factors. This study details aspects of communication and performance in the context of work teams. It reveals opportunities to increase performance in the subject of learning teams, especially, where communication is its foundation. In addition, this thesis describes and interconnects new knowledge regarding the possibilities of improving performance, whilst exploring the relationship between communication and performance. At the same time, it presents an overview of the approaches and methods of measuring these aspects. The empirical section details the various the relationships of various communication parameters and the perceived performance within teams. The empirical section is devoted to the study of relations of communication parameters and perceived performance in teams. The main subject of the diploma thesis is analysis and an analysis of management styles and an impact on a working environment, interpersonal relationships and a work activities performance of employees at the Human Resources Agency of the Army of the Czech Republic. The first part of the diploma thesis is focused on theoretical aspects of the issue. It defines the basic concepts of management theory, concepts related to employee leadership and provides an overview of approaches to employees based on leadership styles. At the same time, within the psychology of work, the area of employee motivation, their evaluation and remuneration is presented. Theoretical part of the diploma thesis is at the same time defines the concept of work environment, during which interpersonal relationships at the workplace are further defined. This inquiry is based on qualita-tive interviews with teachers and work team leaders, and is aiming to answer how teachers co-operate during the reorganization process, to find the factors that affect co-operation. Our results show that the two teams practice communication, leadership and participation very differently. Currently there are clear differences in the work team’s tendency to develop and to work with the reorganization process, pedagogic methods, social and emotional awareness and ideological beliefs. Can these two work teams meet despite their differences? Alla ska va med... : En essä om storarbetslag, modularbete och dess förutsättningar och konsekvenser

I begin my essay with a story that illustrates how a preschool activity organized on a modular work can be perceived. I describe how the environment has been rebuilt and modified to accommodate one large group of children instead of two smaller groups as before. Management´s justification for the change is that it is carried out to give the children better conditions for their learning, but my understanding is that it also hampers preschool-teachers´ abilities to implement their assignment. I try to understand what benefits module work by examining what well-known researchers believe is important for children´s learning in environmental and preschool teacher´s importance. When I use what I have learned to analyze my story, my opinion is that the change of the preschool activity not have just a positive impact but also entails that preschool teachers find it difficult to be present and in interaction with the children as several well-known researchers notes is important for children´s learning. I discuss how a large and rich environment at the same time can be perceived as incalculable for teachers, which can result in not all of the children being paid attention to in the preschool activity. I also reflect on difficulties that can appear when the environment is not conductive to preschool teachers work with children in small groups. Despite the consequences my opinion is that large teams and module work is perceived as a current way for many preschools to change their activity for the better. My opinion is still that this form of organization is not considered from different perspectives, and I am therefore puzzled why such large changes which are not scientifically valid in its entirety, yet are implemented? The essay therefore concludes with thoughts about how power creates discourses, which are not always carried out for the individual best. Is there a purpose other than improving learning possibilities for children, behind the change process? / Jag inleder min essä med en berättelse som tydliggör hur en förskoleverksamhet som organiserats om till ett modularbete kan uppfattas. Jag beskriver hur miljön byggts om och anpassats för att rymma en stor barngrupp istället för två mindre som innan. Ledningens motivering till förändringen är att den genomförs för att ge barnen bättre förutsättningar för deras lärande, men min uppfattning är det även försvårar pedagogernas möjligheter att genomföra sitt uppdrag. Jag försöker förstå vilka fördelar modularbetet för med sig genom att undersöka vad kända forskare anser är viktigt för barns lärande vad gäller miljö och pedagogernas betydelse. När jag sedan använder det jag lärt mig för att analysera min berättelse, är min uppfattning att verksamhetens förändring inte bara får positiva följder utan medför samtidigt att pedagogerna får svårt att vara närvarande och i samspel med barnen på det sätt flera kända forskare konstaterar är viktigt för barns lärande. Jag diskuterar hur en stor och rik miljö samtidigt kan uppfattas som oöverskådlig för pedagoger, vilket kan resultera i att alla barn inte blir uppmärksammade i verksamheten. Jag reflekterar också över svårigheter som kan uppstå när miljön inte främjar förskollärarnas arbete med barn i små grupper. Trots dessa konsekvenser är min uppfattning att storarbetslag och modularbete uppfattas vara ett aktuellt sätt för många förskolor att förändra verksamheten till det bättre. Jag upplever det ändå som att organisationsformen inte är ifrågasatt ur olika perspektiv och jag ställer mig därför frågande till varför så stora förändringar, som inte är vetenskapligt grundade i sin helhet, ändå genomförs. Essän avslutas därför med tankar kring hur makt skapar diskurser, som inte alltid genomförs för den enskilda individens bästa. Kan det föreligga ett annat syfte än förbättrade möjligheter för barns lärande bakom förändringsarbetet?
