Com o desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias, os instrumentos utilizados para levantamentos na Mensuração sofreram profundas modificações. Muitos equipamentos e técnicas foram substituídos e outros até se tornaram obsoletos. O aparecimento de novas opções e técnicas de medições criam sempre dificuldades na vinculação entre levantamentos. Atualmente se utilizam as estações totais e o GPS (global positioning system) para levantamentos de pontos e áreas criando diferentes superfícies de referência e de projeção, tornando difícil a análise dos dados observados em conjunto das diferentes técnicas. Para tanto é necessário transformar as observações de um sistema de referência para outro, tornando-as compatíveis. Como não se tem uma descrição da maneira de proceder ao ajustamento dos dados das diferentes técnicas, este trabalho tem por objetivo o ajustamento destas observações (GPS e estação total) combinados e em separado e comparar os resultados das coordenadas e precisões com as precisões estabelecidas pela NBR 13.133 de 1994. / The development of new tecnologies brought deep modifications in the instruments used for surveying in the measuration. Many equipaments and techinics were substituted and others became obsolete. The new options and technics of measuring always bring dificulties in the link among surveying nowadays it is used Total Stations and GPS (global positioning system) to surveying of points and areas creating different surface of reference and projections; making the analyse of observed data difficult considering the set of different technics. For this, it is necessary to change the observations of a system to another, making them compatible. As we do not have a detailed descriptions of the way to proceed the adjustament of the data from different technics, the aim of this work is to adjust these aobservations (GPS and total station) combined and apart to comper the results of the coordinates and precisions stablished by NBR13.133 of 1994.

[pt] Durante a pandemia, em que grande parte das pessoas ficou isolada em suas casas, a troca de mensagens por WhatsApp e o uso das mídias sociais foi fundamental para que muitos se mantivessem informados sobre o tema. Nesse cenário, o influenciador digital foi uma figura que contribuiu significativamente para que as mensagens fossem tivessem maior alcance. Assim, eles passaram a contribuir para o debate público e ter um papel político. Nesse sentido, este trabalho busca, por meio de uma análise de redes e também comparando os enquadramentos dos tuítes publicados por influenciadores, políticos e jornais de referência, contribuir para o entendimento de como essas figuras têm ganhado cada vez mais relevância no debate político. / [en] During the pandemic, when most people were isolated in their homes, exchanging messages via WhatsApp and using social media was essential to stay informed. In this scenario, the digital influencer had a significant contribution to ensure that messages had better reach. Thus, they had great participation in the public debate and in the political role. In this sense, this work seeks, through network analysis and comparing the framing of tweets published by influencers, politicians, and newspapers, to contribute to the understanding of how these influencers have gained increasingly more relevance in the political debate.

[pt] Pretende-se, nesta dissertação, analisar o tipo de enquadramento noticioso utilizado pela imprensa na cobertura do impeachment de Dilma Rousseff. O estudo tem como base as teorias de agendamento e enquadramento na mídia impressa, particularmente no jornalismo de revista, além dos estudos sobre o papel da mulher na sociedade, em especial na política. A pesquisa quantitativa e qualitativa utiliza reportagens das revistas Veja e IstoÉ, nas quais Dilma foi citada nas matérias de capa. A partir dos dados colhidos, a análise foca no possível enquadramento machista usado pela imprensa para se referir à primeira mulher na presidência da República. / [en] This thesis aims to analyze the news framing used by the press during the coverage of Dilma Rousseff s impeachment. The study is based on agenda-setting and news framing theories by the press, particularly in magazines, as well as feminist studies on the role of women in society, especially in politics. The quantitative and qualitative researches uses articles from Veja and IstoÉ magazines, in which Dilma was cited in the cover stories. After data collection, the analysis focuses on the possible sexist news framing used by the press to refer to the first female president in Brazil.

[pt] A discussão sobre mobilidade urbana foi crescentemente alargada frente às necessidades populacionais e econômicas das metrópoles, sendo um tema essencial quando se discute direito à cidade. Considerando o aspecto constitutivo e inescapável dos deslocamentos diários e as múltiplas experiências deste trânsito, a mobilidade não se confunde com o direito social ao transporte, mas se configura como um direito em si. Contudo, não é a mesma para todos os corpos que transitam pelas vias urbanas, sendo indissociável dos marcadores que atravessam e constituem estes corpos. Quem chega, onde chega e como chega são questões fundamentais na alocação diferenciada das condições de precariedade tanto espacial quanto subjetivamente. A mobilidade de mulheres, subconsiderada no planejamento urbano patriarcal, permite entrever outros percursos e desenhos de cidade. Ainda, perceber como estas mulheres são igualmente atravessadas por estruturas de poder – tais quais raça e classe- que tanto as forjam quanto delineiam qual enquadramento de cidade se configurará nos seus movimentos, torna visíveis as fronteiras e fraturas que desenham a urbe. Este trabalho insere-se, assim, nas propostas de um feminismo intersecional corporificado para delinear o que seria um direito fundamental à mobilidade. Construído com uma pesquisa etnográfica do/em movimento, o direito à mobilidade tem como espectros incontornáveis a mobilidade como um lugar, a gestão do tempo, a eleição de modais e o reconhecimento dos níveis de mobilidade, constituindo continuamente formas de ser e estar nos quadros de cidade. / [en] Given the populational and economical needs of the metropolises, the discussion on urban mobility has largely grown into an essential subject on the debates pertaining the right to the city. Considering the constitutive and inescapable aspect of the daily commutes and the multiple experiences of this flow, mobility cannot be mistaken for the social right to transportation, thus shaping into a right of its own. However, this mobility is not the same to all the bodies moving through the urban paths, being indissociable from the markers which cross and constitute these bodies. Who reaches , where they reach and how they reach there are fundamental questions on the distinct arrangement of the conditions of precarity, both spatially and subjectively. The mobility of women, underconsidered by the patriarchal urban planning, allows us to perceive other paths and drawings of city. Moreover, realizing how these women are equally affected by power structures – such as race and class – which carve them as much as shape the frame of city that will appear on their movements, make visible the fractures and frontiers that design the borough. Therefore, this work is inserted on the proposals of a corporified intersectional feminism aiming to delineate what would be a fundamental right to mobility. Built upon an ethnographic research of/in movement, the right to mobility has as indispensable specters the mobility as a place, time management, the election of modes and the acknowledgement of mobility levels, continually composing ways of being and passing through the frames of city/ being in the frames of city.

[pt] Os debates acerca de questões relativas à orientação sexual e identidade de gênero têm sido colocados na arena pública para compreender comportamentos, a relação com o corpo, os anseios e as dificuldades enfrentados por gays, lésbicas, travestis, transexuais e transgêneros (LGBT) na sociedade brasileira. São indivíduos que desafiam e desestabilizam a ordem vigente assentada na heteronormatividade e no binômio masculino e feminino e, a partir disso, buscam reconhecimento para garantir direitos e o fim de inúmeras violações. Em decorrência disso, as narrativas jornalísticas buscam captar com mais amplitude e empatia o caráter político e público de temas ligados à diversidade sexual e de gênero. Esta dissertação se debruça sobre a seção Deu na semana, abrigada no canal do YouTube Põe na Roda, que trata-se de um noticiário na plataforma de vídeos que reúne notícias sobre a população LGBT. Nesse sentido, busca-se compreender como a internet e as redes sociais reconfiguraram os modos de produção, circulação e recirculação de notícias trazendo novos atores em um contexto de jornalismo participativo e ativista. E, sob a luz de teorias do jornalismo, como a do Gatekeeping (WHITE, 1950) e do Newsmaking (TUCHMAN, 1978), investiga-se como a seleção de notícias, articulada à apreensão de critérios de noticiabilidade da grande imprensa, ajuda a construir uma nova realidade da população LGBT a partir de novos enquadramentos e recortes de temas ligados à conquista de direitos, representatividade, luta contra homofobia e apoio à causa LGBT. / [en] Discussions on issues of sexual orientation and gender identity have been put in the public arena to understand behaviors, the relationship with the body, the yearnings and the difficulties faced by gays, lesbians, transvestites, transsexuals and transgender (LGBT) people in society Brazilian. They are individuals who challenge and destabilize the prevailing order based on heteronormativity and the male and female binomial, and, from this, seek recognition to guarantee rights and the end of numerous violations. As a result, the journalistic narratives seek to capture with greater amplitude and empathy the human, political and public character of themes related to sexual and gender diversity. This dissertation looks at the Deu na Semana section, housed in the YouTube channel Põe na Roda. This is a news video on the video platform that gathers news about the LGBT population. In this sense, we seek to understand how the internet and social networks have reconfigured the ways of production, circulation and recirculation of news bringing new actors in a context of participatory and activist journalism. And, under the light of journalism theories, such as Gatekeeping (WHITE, 1950) and Newsmaking (TUCHMAN, 1978), one investigates how news selection, articulated to the seizure of noticiability criteria of the major press, helps to build a new reality of the LGBT population from the frameworks and cuts of themes related to the conquest of rights, representativeness, fight against homophobia and support for the LGBT cause.
