This work is an information system of progress and attendance at Kedainiai Sviesioji gymnasium. This information system will store data – grades and absences from school. It will also include information about schoolchildren and teachers. One of the aims of the informative society development nowadays is to reduce time expenditures. Thus the users of IS would be able to spend more time familiarizing with latest technologies and its perspectives as well as analysing the activity of rivals as in the times of market economy one of the main criteria of prosperous activity is to keep in step with modern technologies. The aim - to project and introduce the information system of progress and attendance. Problems solved: • The problem of progress and attendance record – therefore the grades and absences from school will be entered up. • The function of control – it will enable to control the grades and absences from school. • The function of information storage – it will enable to collect information about schoolchildren (information is constantly renewed and sorted according to particular criteria) and give the accounts that can be viewed or/and printed (the information in database can be also viewed or printed).

One of IS engineering problems – are analyses and simulation, in order to define users informative needs. Activity knowledge accumulation method and part of the system has been realized grounded on workflow models. System prototype has been created to extend CASE environment activity knowledge basis. The part of the system will be directly used by analysts, who will simulate the activity of computerized organization, trying to collect and analyze users information requirements. Information systems engineering is started by the analyses of activity area – workflow model sequences of analyzed processes are made. Workflow model sequences transforming method has been created, that checks completeness and sequence of the data collected. Such checked by created methods and located in CASE system knowledge basis activity model will be called activity knowledge structure. The aim of this master work is to create flexible information system, based on the up-to-date technologies and tailored to the users’ needs. The information system aims to facilitate work, presentation of the information and customers’ service. Joint-stock company “Švaros komanda“ offers waste disposal facilities for citizens and companies. The main goal of this project is to computerize workplace of manager. The data will be stored in the database, created by using Access 2002. The information system helps to solve these goals: • To make contracts with customers; • To create the timetables; • To fix services; • To collect the data from posts ant banks and to import into data base; • Accounts control. The usage of system will simplify system administrator functions and will reduce level of mistakes.

The sphere of paper research is the management of personnel hiring service and providing of tasks execution services in UAB DARBO SPRENDIMAI. According to company demands there has been created new information system of providing services for tasks execution, which integrates all till now collected data and computerizes the workplace and functions of UAB DARBO SPRENDIMAI office. The composed program matches indicated specific and not specific requirements and criterion of functionality. It has been tested and, in sequences, the possibilities and variations of program improvement have been foreseen. The consumer interaction documentation, explaining the principles of program running and its usage, has been prepared as well.

Sprendžiami, veiklos taisyklių specifikavimas ir klasifikavimas manipuliavimo mechanizmais. Tiriama, kaip, duomenų bazės struktūra transformuojama į veiklos taisyklių kūrimo aplinką, neprarandant duomenų struktūros elementų, ir užtikrinant pilną sąveika su duomenų baze.Išanalizuota veiklos taisyklės sąvoka ir jos pritaikymo galimybės veiklos procesų architektūroje. Apžvelgtos šiuolaikinės veiklos taisyklių manipuliavimo mechanizmų architektūros. Plačiau išnagrinėtos Blaze Advisor sistemos galimybės, kaip veiklos taisyklių valdymo sistema. Išnagrinėta 18 literatūros šaltinių. Sudaryta projektavimo metodika. Kurioje atsispindi pagrindiniai principai kaip transformuojama duomenų bazės struktūrą į veiklos taisyklių valdymo sistemos duomenų struktūrą. Laikantis metodikos atliktas eksperimentas tarp Blaze Advisor sistemos ir duomenų bazės. Sudarytos konceptualios schemos vaizduojančios duomenų srautus vykdymo metu informacinėje sistemoje: nuo duomenų bazės iki sprendimo. Suformuota metodika yra skirta praktiniam panaudojimui; ją taikant užtikrinamas sklandus veiklos taisyklių susiejimas su duomenų bazėje saugomais duomenimis sistemos projektavimo ir realizavimo etapuose. / Nowadays, nearly all of the commercial and government organizations are highly dependent on software system. Due to the inherent dynamic nature of their business environment, software evolution is inevitable. The growing of needs in management of global organizations similarly is growing the expert systems designing companies, which offer their own organizations management systems. This paper substance is how to transform the data structures to the business rules management systems, without losing the database structure elements, and ensuring fully interaction with the database. Representing the concept of business rules, analyzing architecture of business rules manipulation mechanisms. Exploring the Blaze Advisor as tool of business rule management system, which is implement of components such as: rule sets, decision trees, decision tables, and etc. These components are developing the processes of organization, which helps to efficient maintain and control the operations of internal logic. A study carried out between the Blaze Advisor tool and database, and established how to filtering the data from database, and then a data are transformed into information, and under information using the components to get the solution. To give spirit of this work was formulated a method of transforming data structures into development environment of business rules.

Historically the period of 1918-1940 is not long but very complicated and important period of education development in our country. The gymnasium system of those times was created in very complicated circumstances. The peculiarities of Lithuanian and national minority gymnasiums in the independent Lithuania are being analyzed in this work. Chronological limit is year 1918-1940. The purpose of this work is realized by the following tasks: • To reveal the developmental changes of Lithuanian and national minority gymnasiums in 1918-1940; • To analyze the results of education, pupils’ crop changes and the reasons for that; • To reveal the teaching programs in Lithuanian and national minority gymnasiums; • To analyze the gymnasium extracurricular activities, festivities celebrated in gymnasiums and commemorations; • To discuss the qualification of gymnasium teachers. After the First World War the revived Lithuania as a national state did not have a properly organized school system. That’s why school establishment was taken into consideration. The educated people of Lithuania were the first to start this work as they understood that establishing a national school is a very important condition for survival of a free state. ITIL tai eilė dokumentų, kurie naudojami siekiant padėti įdiegti IT paslaugų valdymo struktūrą. Ši individualiai pagal įmonės poreikius pritaikoma struktūra nustato, kaip paslaugų valdymas vykdomas konkrečioje įmonėje arba verslo teorija, orientuota į darbo optimizavimą bei kokybės užtikrinimą IT kompanijose. Mūsų darbo tyrimo sritis buvo modifikuoto incidentų eskalavimo algoritmas, jo modifikacija ir pritaikymas sistemoje. Bei rezultatų palyginimas su ITIL metodologija paremtu algoritmu. Tikslas – susisteminti IT ūkio sprendžiamas problemas. / The Information Technology Infrastructure Library is a framework of best practice approaches intended to facilitate the delivery of high quality information technology services. ITIL outlines an extensive set of management procedures that are intended to support businesses in achieving both high financial quality and value in IT operations. Our made-up computer technology and software failure system is based on ITIL methodology. We suggested modified incidents priority lifting algorithm, which presents better row of troubles.

Magistro darbo objektas - elektroninio verslo rinka ir elektroninį verslą reglamentuojanti teisinė bazė. Darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti elektroninio verslo rinką ir elektroninį verslą reglamentuojančią teisinę bazę užsienio šalių kontekste. Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai: apžvelgti E-verslo ypatumus pasaulyje informacinių technologijų aspektu; išanalizuoti kaip elektroninio verslo plėtrą įtakoja pasiūlos ir poreikių suderinamumas rinkoje; pateikti elektroninio verslo analizę Lietuvoje teisinių dokumentų kontekste; palyginti elektroninio verslo teisinę bazę ir užsienio šalių teisinę bazę. Naudojantis įvairiais šaltinių ir dokumentų analizės, bibliografiniu ir lyginamuoju metodais bei kiekybine mokslinių publikacijų analize, prieita prie išvados, kad elektroninio verslo plėtrą Lietuvoje stabdo nepakankamos komunikavimo galimybės, neišspręsti vartotojų teisių apsaugos, elektroninių procedūrų autentiškumo, vientisumo ir informacijos apsaugos užtikrinimo klausimai. Teisinė sistema elektroninio verslo srityje taip pat teikai tam tikrų trūkumų elektronino verslo plėtojimui. New information technologies solutions are implemented in business everyday worldwide. Lithuania is also actively taking part in these processes. However there are some factors which make this expansion insufficient, these are deficient level of knowledge in IT sphere and incomplete and uncoordinated juridical basis. In this paper work analysis is made on processes related with development and application of e-business in EU and in Lithuania. Object of this research is market of e-business and juridical basis thta regulate this particular market. Target of this research is to analyse e-business market and juridical basis in the context of foreign countries. Main objectives are: review e-business peculiarities in the context of information technologies worldwide; analyse how compatibility of demand and supply in the market influence e-business expansion; introduce the analysis e-business regulating law documents; compare e-business juridical basis with foreign juridical basis. Darbo esmė – išanalizuoti naujausius galimus literatūros šaltinius, įgalinančius kurti galimus problemos sprendimus. Spręsti problemą. Pateikti gautus teorinius ir eksperimentinius rezultatus. Suformuluoti išvadas. Darbo tikslas – suformuluoti magistrinio darbo problemą, parengti teorinę bazę, atlikti praktinius eksperimentus bei juos pagrįsti. Pasiekti rezultatai: išanalizavus turimą literatūrą, paskaitinėjus kelis internetinius forumus buvo pastebėta, kad daugiausia dėmesio skiriama greičiui. T.y. dažniausiai norima pasiekti, kad konkreti interneto svetainė kuo greičiau pasiektų vartotoją. Tad pagrindinis galutinio magistrinio darbo akcentas ir buvo maksimalaus greičio pasiekimas, panaudojant kuo mažiau resursų. Buvo tiriami šie dalykai: duomenų bazė, programavimas, bendravimas su duomenų baze. Tyrimo objektas – tai bakalaurinio darbo metu sukurta duomenų bazė ir interneto svetainė http://www.mii.lt/lmrj. Dažnai pasitaiko toki atvejai, kai vienai problemai išspręsti teoriškai egzistuoja keli variantai. Tačiau tik praktiškai viską patikrinus išaiškėjo, kuris iš tų galimų variantų yra tinkamiausias. Nuspręsta apsistoti ties labiausiai tinkančiomis priemonėmis tiriamam objektui. Pasiekta tris kartus didesnė sparta. / The title of thesis: Journal „Lietuvos Matematikos Rinkinys“ database creation and realization. Main goals of work were to formulate purposes and researches for a master‘s work, to prepare pure base, to make and to prove experimental jobs. During my work I analyzed all possible literature, read some internet forums, where I find out that mostly attention is pointed to overall speed. Videlicet commonly developers want to achieve, that their internet pages could reach final destination as quickly as possible. So the main accent of the master‘s work was to reach maximum speed with least resources. Researches were made on these objects: database, programming, communication with database. The most important object of researches was database and internet site http://www.mii.lt/lmrj, which I created in my bachelor‘s work. I find out that often occurs such situations, when in theory exists few solutions for one problem. But only in practice I got some answers, and now I know, which variant is the best. I decided to stay on mostly fittable possibilities for the research object. And in final version performance increased around three times.
