A Study of the Performance of Knowledge of the Ministry of the Interior National Police Administration Poliec Intranet

Abstract The research model was evaluated police who use Knowledge of the Ministry of the Interior National Police Administration Police Intranet system. The survey data collected from 349 users. Then, TAM model was applied to conduct data analysis. The result supports our hypotheses and shows that female police perceived more bureaucracy than male. Female has more welling to use the system than male. The ages less than 35 years old are easier to learn how to use the system than age above 51. Hypotheses result shows that organizational culture has positive and significant influence on perceived useful, perceived easy of use, behavior intention, and performance. About organizational culture, police at high school education levels are more think their style is performance oriented than master education levels. Sum up, Knowledge of the Ministry of the Interior National Police Administration Police Intranet system is useful and helpful for the police.

When behavior consumer investigation is performed, the researchers had highlighted the attitude evaluation by PBT. This kind of theory was developed to explain the intention to perform a behavior based on little set of explanatory constructions - attitude, subjective NORMA, perceived control. The methodology was followed by the instruction proposed by Azen (1991). A qualitative research was performed with 219 high school subjects in two private schools, in Barreiras city, state of Bahia. Descriptive statistics was used (frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation) to characterize the sample and factorial analysis and confirmatory analysis. The SPSS (version 15.0) and AMOS (version 7.0) were used to data analysis. The family (subjective norm) is decisive to choice intention in college studies and the family considerer the college study a job security in the future. The college infrastructure and the courses offered are important in perception control. It is important that the college keeps projects to the community as traveling library, legal nucleus, nursing and physical therapy clinic (behavior intention). In conclusion, it is expected that the objectives of this dissertation have been achieved. It is showed a contribution to administration field, specially in marketing and social psychology, and the action theories that try to understand consumer behavior. / Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar o comportamento de compra dos estudantes de ensino médio à luz da Teoria do Comportamento Planejado (TCP) e sua relação com as ações de marketing relacionadas ao social para a escolha de ensino superior privado. Em se tratando de investigação em Comportamento do Consumidor, os pesquisadores têm se debruçado e dado destaque à avaliação de atitudes através da TCP que foi desenvolvida para explicar a intenção de realizar um comportamento, com base em um conjunto reduzido de construtos explicativos - atitude, norma subjetiva e controle percebido. Seguindo as instruções metodológicas propostas por Azen (1991) realizou-se uma pesquisa de caráter quantitativo com 219 estudantes de ensino médio, de duas escolas particulares, na cidade de Barreiras - Bahia. Foram utilizadas estatísticas descritivas (frequência, percentual, média e desvio-padrão) a fim de caracterizar a amostra estudada e análise fatorial e análise confirmatória na análise dos dados, sendo utilizado o software SPPS (versão 15,0) e o AMOS (versão 7,0) para a análise dos resultados obtidos com a pesquisa de campo. A família (norma subjetiva) é decisiva para a intenção de escolha de ensino superior, bem como fazer ensino superior é considerado como garantia de emprego no futuro pelos participantes (família). A infra-estupora que a instituição dispõem bem como a oferta de cursos é também importante nesta questão de escolha de ensino superior privado (controle percebido). É importante que a instituição de ensino superior mantenha projetos voltados para a comunidade, como biblioteca itinerante, núcleo jurídico, clínica escola de enfermagem e fisioterapia (intenção comportamental). Concluindo, espera-se que os objetivos propostos nesta dissertação tenham sido alcançados, apresentando-se nesta oportunidade uma contribuição para um campo de estudo escassamente considerado na Administração, em especial na área de Marketing, como também na Psicologia Social, em específico sobre as teorias da ação que buscam compreender o comportamento do consumidor.

Factors Influence Citizen Adoption for Government E-Tax Service

E-tax is an important function of e-government since it is highly related to the life of citizens (Wu & Chen, 2005). So in this paper I have discussed the factors influence the citizen adoption of government e-tax service. I have used the decomposed TPB model as my research model. This model integrated two important theories – TAM model and TPB model. The taxpayers were divided into adopters who have used the e-tax service and non-adopter who has used the conventional method to pay their tax. And the effect of these factors for adopters and non-adopters are different. Therefore, understand the factors’ effect can help governments formulate the corresponding measures to promote more citizens to use the e-tax service and lead to better planning and implementation of e-tax service.

多重通路互補與替代關係之探討-以台灣銀行業為例 / The Study of the Complementarity and Substitution Relationship of Multiple Channels-By Example of Taiwan Banking Industry

多重通路的經營型態於台灣已呈現穩定發展的狀態。然而,在過往研究中多重通路之間的關係較多從廠商的角度探討通路衝突與互補的情形,忽略了學者Stewart 與 Pavlou (2002)所強調:「多重通路間彼此互補或替代的關係,應由消費者的觀點來加以檢視」。本研究從消費者的角度,檢視在消費者心中不同通路之間呈現出替代亦或是互補的關係。以銀行業為研究背景,並以近半年內曾使用多重通路辦理銀行相關業務的民眾為抽樣對象,同時採用網路問卷以及人員訪問的方式,收回有效問卷共365份。藉由多元迴歸分析,針對銀行所提供之廣泛性決策與非廣泛性決策型業務,從服務品質的角度,探討消費者在實體通路與網路通路中的顧客滿意度對消費者未來持續與該銀行往來意願之影響。並藉由消費者對不同通路之顧客滿意度的交互作用分析,推論在消費者心中多重通路彼此間的互補或替代關係。 研究結果顯示,針對廣泛性決策型業務: 1. 消費者「對實體銀行服務人員相關的滿意度」以及「對網路銀行的整體滿意度」,皆對未來持續往來意圖有顯著的正向影響。 2. 網路銀行整體價值與實體銀行中的環境及便利性間呈現出互補的效果。 針對非廣泛性決策型業務: 1. 消費者「對實體銀行服務人員相關的滿意度」以及「對網路銀行的資訊提供滿意度」,皆對未來持續往來意圖有顯著的正向影響。 2. 網路銀行交易價值與實體銀行中的服務人員間呈現出互補的效果。 3. 網路銀行交易價值與實體銀行中的環境及便利性間呈現出替代的效果。 / The multi-channel business model has been stable development in Taiwan. However, most of the researches toward the channel relationship within the multi-channel environment focused on the corporation perspective in the past research, but ignored what Stewart and Pavlou (2002) have stressed that substitution and complementarity of different channels should be examined from a customer perspective. This research surveyed the channel relationship from the perspective of the consumer. The research chose the banking industry environment, and targeted the consumer who has applied multiple channels in dealing with banking related service in the last 6 months. The survey collected 365 valid questionnaires by adopting internet survey and people interview. By using multiple regression analysis, the research differentiated the extensive and non-extensive decision making services and probed the impact of the satisfaction in brick-and-motar (B&M) channel and internet channel toward the intention to continuous dealing with the bank company with the view of service quality. By adopting interactive analysis of customer satisfaction in different channels, the research deduced the relationship of multiple channels. The research concludes that for the extensive decision making services: 1. The satisfaction of the employee in the B&M bank and the satisfaction of the internet bank both have significant positive impact toward the intention to continuous dealing with the bank company. 2. There is complementarity effect between the overall value of the internet bank and the environment and convenience of the B&M bank. For the non-extensive decision making services: 1. The satisfaction of the employee in the B&M bank and the satisfaction of the information providing in the internet bank both have significant positive impact toward the intention to continuous dealing with the bank company. 2. There is complementarity effect between the trading value of the internet bank and the employee of the B&M bank. For the non-extensive decision making services: 3. There is substitution effect between the trading value of the internet bank and the environment and convenience of the B&M bank.

本研究在探討資訊科技所創造出的虛擬化體驗,是否影響顧客在虛擬旅遊的體驗價值,並進而影響顧客對實體旅遊的消費意願,最後來探討虛擬化體驗系統的複雜性對消費意願的影響程度。我們以虛擬紫禁城和虛擬武漢線上景點導覽系統為研究案例,分兩階段模式來分析使用者消費意願.系統使用前,採用計畫行為理論及涉入程度的構面來衡量觀光旅遊之消費意願;系統使用過後,用互動性和生動性來探討虛擬觀光景點之體驗價值的關係,研究結果顯示虛擬紫禁城及虛擬武漢的虛擬體驗皆對實體旅遊之消費意願有所影響。 / This paper aims to study how the experience of tourism virtualization derived from information technology affects not only the customer’s experiential value of virtual tourism, but also intention of traveling in the future. Moreover, we discuss how the complexity of virtual experience systems impacts customer intention. Two on-line tour systems, the virtual Forbidden City and the virtual Wuhan, are utilized in a sequence of experiments for tourism experience. Before using the system, the constructs of Theory of Planned Behavior and Involvement Theory are employed to measure the intention of traveling. After then, two constructs, interactivity and vividness, are adopted to explore how the experiential value of virtual tourism impacts the intention of travelling. Our research results show that experiential values of the virtual Forbidden City and the virtual Wuhan both have impacted the intention of travelling.

Teorie plánovaného chování a kontraproduktivní chování na pracovišti / Theory of Planned Behavior and Counterproductive Work Behavior

This master thesis aims to explore and predict counterproductive work behavior (CWB) targeted to the employer within a framework of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The question is examined by quantitative questionnaire survey, assessing attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, intention and actual behavior. The aim of this study is to verify the psychometric properties of a non-standardized questionnaire designed in the theoretical framework of the Theory of Planned Behavior, analysis of functionality of the proposed model and the proposal of its possible improvements to be given. Unrepresentative sample (n = 71 in the first phase of research, n = 41 in the second phase) consists of working adults with a work history of at least one year. The proposed model of the Theory of Planned Behavior is analyzed using the method of multiple linear regression analysis, which shows a statistically significant relationship between the dependent variable and some of the independent variables in the first phase of the research. In the second phase, no significant relationships between variables are found. 近年來,由於網路科技與相關基礎建設的日趨成熟,讓網路廣被接受與使用,也對網路教學產生推波助瀾的效應,使網路教學成為全球一日千里,發展迅速的產業之一。   由於網路教學產業發展的前景可期,近年來許多大學院校及私人企業也都紛紛投入開發;但值得我們關心的是,傳統教育與新興的網路教育,到底有何差異?網路教學如何在提供教育的同時,也兼顧到顧客 (學習者)的滿意度呢?   本研究藉由文獻回顧以及與相關人員的深入訪談中找出學員在網路學習上所注重的因素,其中包括網路教學品質(包括:資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質)、教學互動以及品牌形象;除了針對這五個構面的品質表現進行敘述分析,本研究並使用LISREL進行驗證性的研究,瞭解此五構面是否分別和顧客滿意與行為意向有著正向關係,以提供網路教育者設計出更符合顧客需求的課程。   未來,網際網路科技將更加地進步,透過網路的學習也勢必更廣為普及,因此如何提供更優質、更具效率的網路學習環境,來吸引顧客,並建立起長期關係,對網路教育提供者將是很值得研究的議題。 / In less than two decades, the expansion of internet technology and relevant infrastructure are getting ripe to yield many positive results, such as the varied way people communicate and the daily information convey by media has shifted from papers to electronic. Moreover, one of the most noticeable outcomes is the development of learning through internet, the so-called E-teaching, which is undoubtedly becoming a rising industry. E-teaching industry now has been mushrooming and there have been plenty of universities, colleges and individual enterprises joining this trend. Therefore, it is also the time to think about some elementary but crucial tasks of E-teaching. What’ the difference between traditional and such state-of-the-art style of learning, for example, and how to take care of customers' (or E-learners') satisfaction with E-service? By interview with relevant personnel and retrospect with historical references, the research attempts to indicate five important factors that E-learners concern most during their learning process, covering from the internet teaching quality (includes: information quality, system quality, service quality), teaching interaction and brand image. In order to provide E-teaching designers with more practical guiding principles, to build up better courses to meet customers' need, the research tries to figure out the relation between these five factors and customer satisfaction and the behavior intention through the narrative analysis and LISREL based on E-College of National ChenChi University case. In the near future, the internet technology will be more universal, while learning through internet will be accepted more extensively. Meanwhile, how to offer higher quality, better benefit, and attractive elements to catch customers’ eyes and keep long-term relationship with E-learners will be the topic worthy for an advanced study.
