The collaboration of educational institutions and enterprises has already been a live topic for several years. One of best ways to ensure this mutual partnership is to encourage students to have their internships and bachelor (master) works at industrial enterprises. The main purpose of this project was to design a collaboration system model between enterprises and educational institutions and implement it. This model and system will facilitate collaboration between enterprises and educational institutions while students will find where to have their internships and bachelor (master) works at industrial enterprises.

Mokytojų ir mokinių tėvų bendradarbiavimas pradinėje mokykloje: situacija ir tobulinimo perspektyvos / The co-operation of teachers and pupils’ parens in the primary school: the present situation and posibilities of improvement

Magistro darbe, išnagrinėjus 69 edukacinius šaltinius siekiama įvertinti mokytojų ir mokinių tėvų bendradarbiavimo situaciją šiandieninėje pradinėje mokykloje ir sukurti bendradarbiavimo modelį, kuris padėtų tobulinti bendradarbiavimą. Atliktas tyrimas, kuriame dalyvavo 338 respondentai (8 mokyklų vadovai, 19 pradinių klasių mokytojų ir 311 mokinių tėvų) atskleidė, kad mokytojų ir mokinių tėvų bendradarbiavimą lemia vadovų, mokytojų, tėvų bendrų tikslų iškėlimas, strategijos formulavimas, mokytojų ir mokinių tėvų turinio ir formų organizavimo nustatymas, teorinis pasirengimas ir kt. Sukurtame bendradarbiavimo modelyje atsispindi pagrindiniai veiksniai, sąlygojantys vadovų, mokytojų bei mokinių tėvų glaudų bendradarbiavimą pradinėje mokykloje ir mokinių gerovės (pažangumo, negatyvaus elgesio prevencijos, saviraiškos ir t.t.) užtikrinimą. / The paper is concerned with the assessment of co – operation between parents and teachers in the primary school. The aim is to analise 69 educational sources, then, to assess the co – operation between parents and teachers in the primary school and to create the modern model of communication, which can help to improve the situation. The empirical research that was held comprised 338 respondents, 8 of who are principals, 19 respondents are primary school teachers and, finally, 311 parents. The respondents revealed the situation. The situation is, that the co – operation is influenced by principals, teachers, parents’s achievements of common goals, formation of strategy, teachers and pupils’s content and ways definition, theoretical knowledge etc. The created model of communication revealed the main actions, causing principals, teachers and parents‘ successful communication in the primary school. Moreover, it may make sure the welfare of pupils.

Motyvacija yra viena iš priežasčių, žadinančių mokinių poreikį mokytis, todėl siekiant palaikyti šį norą labai svarbu tinkamai juos skatinti. Motyvacijos mokytis priežasčių mastas yra labai platus ir įvairus. Darbe aptariami mokytojų, mokyklų vadovų bei tėvų naudojami būdai ir paskatos siekiant motyvuoti vaikus mokytis. Taip pat yra analizuojamas sėkmės ir gerų mokslo rezultatų poveikis motyvacijai. Pastebima, kad mokiniai yra skatinami mokytis padedant jiems planuoti ir pasirinkti mokymosi tikslus, taikant tinkamas mokymosi strategijas bei priemones, stiprinant pasitikėjimą savimi bei formuojant teigiamą požiūrį į darbą. Siekiant nustatyti mokymosi motyvų priežastis optimizuojant ugdymo procesą, darbe buvo nagrinėjamos mokyklų vadovų, mokytojų ir tėvų bendradarbiavimo tendencijos skatinant mokinių mokymosi motyvaciją. / Motivation is one of the reasons how students’ need to learn could be raised. Therefore it is very important to encourage the pupils in order to sustain their wish to study. The amount of reasons motivating learning varies and is very wide. This paper provides ways and means which headmasters, parents and teachers can use to stimulate their students to learn. The study also reveals the influence of success and academic results on motivation. The results show that students’ interest in learning could be raised by helping them to plan and choose the aims of learning, by applying proper learning strategies and means, by heightening self-confidence in students and by forming a right opinion about learning and working. The study also helped to ascertain the reasons of motivation to reinforce the process of education by analyzing the tendencies of cooperation among headmasters, parents and teachers in order to motivate students to learn.

Švietimo reformų etapiškas įgyvendinimas keičia mokyklinę organizaciją. Bendradarbiavimas tampa svarbiu veiksniu, kuris lemia ugdymo įstaigos darbo sėkmę, kelia pedagogų bendruomenės narių meistriškumą, skatina ugdymo įstaigą tobulėti. Bendradarbiavimas pedagoginiame darbe turi užimti svarbią vietą. Be bendradarbiavimo neįmanomas joks pedagoginis darbas nei mokykloje, nei už jos ribų. Tyrimo objektas - bendradarbiavimo kultūros kūrimas bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos pedagogų bendruomenėje. Tyrimo tikslas – teoriškai ir empiriškai pagrįsti bendradarbiavimo kultūros kūrimo strategiją bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos pedagogų bendruomenėje. Tyrimui atlikti buvo taikomi 2 metodai: anketinė apklausa raštu ir interviu. Kiekybinio tyrimo metu buvo apklausiami pagrindinių mokyklų pedagogai. Kokybiniam tyrimui atlikti buvo naudojamas interviu. Naudojant standartizuotą apklausą, interviu metu buvo apklausiami mokyklų vadovai Tyrimo metu apklausti 234 pagrindinių mokyklų pedagogai ir 8 pagrindinių mokyklų vadovai. Tyrimas atliktas Panevėžio apskrityje: Panevėžio, Pasvalio, Biržų ir Kupiškio pagrindinėse mokyklose. Išanalizavus tyrimo rezultatus paaiškėjo, kad ir vadovai, ir patys pedagogai bendradarbiavimą pedagogų bendruomenėje laiko svarbiu veiksniu, kuris lemia visos organizacijos veiklos kokybę. The aim of the study - theoretically and empirically based on the cultural strategy for the development of schools of general education teachers' community. Survey was applied 2 methods: a written questionnaire survey and interviews. The quantitative study surveyed primary schools teachers. Qualitative testing was used in the interview. Using a standardized survey interviews were interviewed school leaders The study surveyed 234 teachers of primary schools and 8 elementary schools leaders. The study was carried out in Panevėžys County: Panevėžys, Pasvalys, Biržai, and Kupiškis major schools. The analysis of survey results showed that both the leaders and teachers have the educational cooperation between the community as an important factor that determines the quality of the activities of all organizations. Real-time collaborative editing systems are groupware systems that allow members of a team to simultaneously edit shared documents from different sites. Shared objects involved in the team activity are subject to concurrent accesses and real-time constrains. Starting with the dOPT algorithm of Ellis and Gibbs various algorithms using operational transformation for maintaining consistency in collaborative systems have been proposed: adOPTed, GOT, GOTO and etc. All these algorithms are based on a linear representation of the document. In this work we discuses about algorithms based on a tree representation of the document. We propose several algorithms based on dOPT algorithms for operation transformations for XML based documents. Experimental development helps to evaluate and demonstrate practical application for algorithms testing. Detailed commented experiment supplements formal description with practical strategies and specifics.

Darbe nagrinėjami šalių bendradarbiavimo pareigos vykdant statybos rangos sutartį teoriniai ir praktiniai aspektai. Pirmoje darbo dalyje siūlomas šios pareigos apibrėžimas, klasifikuojami pareigą sudarantys elementai, aptariama pareigos apimtis, ribos, reikšmė. Bendradarbiavimo pareiga statybos rangos atžvilgiu suprantama labai plačiai, kaip apimanti įvairaus pobūdžio šalių veiksmus, būtinus, kad būtų pasiektas statybos rangos sutarties tikslas. Antroji darbo dalis skirta praktiniams aptariamos pareigos aspektams ir su jais susijusioms problemoms aptarti. Šioje dalyje nagrinėjami šalių bendradarbiavimo pareigos klausimai susiję su statybos leidimo pateikimu, statybvietės sąlygomis, darbų atlikimu su užsakovo medžiagomis, projektinės dokumentacijos pateikimu ir pranešimu apie jos klaidas, neatitikimus, darbų perdavimu – priėmimu, darbų pakeitimais ir t.t. Darbe kritiškai vertinamas kai kurių statybos rangos sutarties sričių teisinis reguliavimas Lietuvoje, t.y. atsakomybės neproporcingas paskirstymas tuo atveju, kai darbai atliekami su užsakovo pateiktomis netinkamomis medžiagomis, atliktų darbų perdavimo – priėmimo kriterijai ir t.t. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / This master thesis analyses practical and theoretical aspects concerning the parties’ obligation to cooperate in the performance of a construction contract. The first part of the work proposes the definition of such obligation, discuses the extent and limits of this obligation, also classifies its elements. The parties’ obligation to cooperate in the performance of a construction contract is understood very broadly and includes all reasonable actions of a party necessary to be taken in order to achieve the goals of the construction contract. The second part of the work analyses the practical aspects of the obligation and the problems that surround it. This part particularly deals with the questions of the cooperation concerning the delivery of the permission to build, the site conditions, delivery of the design projects and the contractor’s obligation to warn about any discrepancies therein, taking over of the works and so on. The work presents a critical approach to some spheres of legal regulation in Lithuania, i.e. disproportion of the liability concerning the work done with inappropriate materials presented by the employer, the criteria of the works that have to be taken over and so on. Šiuolaikiniame pasaulyje vis didesnę reikšmę tiek asmeniniame, tiek ir visuomeniniame gyvenime įgyja informacijos sklaida, bendravimas ir bendradarbiavimas, todėl įvairios valstybinės institucijos, nevyriausybinės organizacijos bei privačios įmonės daug dėmesio skiria viešiesiems ryšiams. Bendradarbiavimo santykių kūrimas su įvairiomis susijusiomis institucijomis užimą svarbią vietą kiekvienos organizacijos planuose, strategijose, nuostatuose, ir t.t. Socialinių klausimų nagrinėjimas rajoninėje spaudoje svarbesnis ir vaidina didesnį vaidmenį todėl, kad domina kiekvieną žmogų. Jis siejasi su labai konkrečiais savos aplinkos faktoriais, tai yra, tampa žinomas ir svarbus būtent toje sferoje, kuriai yra skirtas. Tačiau socialinės institucijos bendradarbiavimui su artimiausiomis pagal institucijos veiklos vietą žiniasklaidos priemonėmis dėmesio nepakanka. Bendradarbiavimo modelio konstravimas tenkinant specialiuosius ugdymosi poreikius / Construction of a collaboration model meeting special educational needs

The aim of the research is, having evaluated attitude peculiarities of the participants of the research, revealed real collaboration practices and applied action research, to construct methodology and a model of collaboration, meeting special educational needs. The research has been carried out in accordance with the principle of triangulation, combining quality and quantity methods (questionnaire method, individual semi-structured interview, action research using the focus group method). The results of the research revealed that children, having special educational needs and their parents often appear in the situation of isolation in comprehensive schools. teachers’ communication among themselves is more often oriented to individual conversations, consultations, individual perfection, but not to team work and collegial solution of problems. Students often feel teachers’ negative attitudes towards them, ignorance, rejection. Structure and expressiveness of parents’ and teachers’ attitudes towards special education and collaboration has been identified. Considering the collaborative situation (on a country scale) and concrete institutional context (on a school scale), collaboration methodology has been suggested, the basis of which is action research with focus group method applied. The results of the research revealed that children, having special educational needs and their parents often appear in the situation of isolation in comprehensive schools of Lithuania – SEN students lack communication, often there are no possibilities to involve and solve children’s educational problems together, their possibilities and needs are not evaluated enough. Parents’ and specialists’ interactions are especially limited. It was stated that teachers’ communication among themselves is more often oriented to individual conversations, consultations, individual perfection, but not to team work and collegial solution of problems. One way information provision dominates in communication with parents. Underefficient system of communication and information spread limits possible interactions, does not encourage complex interaction of all the participants of the process of education and common problem solution.
