Previous issue date: 2001-08-09 / This dissertation is the result of research, in which the profile of the gender
relationships within the Conselho Nacional de Leigos e Leigas Católicos do Brasil
was examined. To produce this profile we resorted to the theory of philosophy,
linguistics, anthropology, history of sociology, psychology and psychoanalyses which
forms the interdisciplinary methodological background of this dissertation.
We argue that men and women, daily and historically are the product of
singular and plural relationships. Some live in permanent relationships that imply both
the search for differences as well as similarities, in their complex socio-cultural
interaction.
As all human relationship occur within history, we contextualised the group
and synthesized their history. In the synthesis, it is sustained that the foundation of
the group occurred during the military dictatorship and the their history has been
marked by intense creativity in living their daily human relationships.
The profile of gender is painted by means of careful interpretation of twelve
variables. An analyses of these variables was demanded due to complex gender
relationship experienced. With this the leadership of the CNL was able to live
positively new gender relationships, seeking community, communion and autonomy.
Based on this profile future actions amongst the leadership of the group is proposed
and analysed.
do Brasil.
Perpassa as

Previous issue date: 2011-02-16 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / The process of concentration of wealth has created a division between the world of the rich and the poor, further increasing the distances between individuals / consumers and those who are not considered by the capitalist economic system because they have no purchasing power, are outside the globalization processes and are relegated to large clusters of poverty and violence in most cases. The formation of social networks as a possibility for coping with poverty will be addressed in this dissertation through the proposal of the Economy of Communion, which brings as innovative precisely the sharing of profits made by entrepreneurs. Was used in the construction of this path the theory of social networks and, as supporting references, social capital and donation, which will help us follow its development and discoveries during the research. It starts from the assumption that the formation of networks through shared values around a common goal, a culture of sharing, through the donation, which puts into practice reciprocity relations as opposed to utilitarist view, capable of supporting the interpersonal and interorganizational social relations. The research methodology is qualitative and quantitative, carried out through participant observation, interviews and questionnaires with the Business Pole Spartaco, and it was possible to identify the existing relationships within the project scope of Economy of Communion. Besides identifying the relationships, it was also possible to identify the intensity of those relations and the perception they have on their ability to accomplish the propagation of the culture of sharing.

Previous issue date: 2014-08-01 / In this thesis it is observed that the Economy of Communion (EoC)2 has the possibility to expand beyond itself as well as to become widespread in economic system. Three hypotheses are raised: first, Agape can be understood as the symbolically generalised communication media (SGCM); second, the EoC can be considered as a system of border thinking; third, the possibility of expansion of EoC is directly related with the spread and assimilation of the SGCM inserted by the EoC in the economic system, in particular through the mediation of Agape. In order to verify these hypotheses, Agape is considered as the possibility of expansion of EoC, according to Social Systems Theory of Niklas Luhmann, understood as the SGCM. In addition, the EoC is verified as border thinking, on optics of Walter Mignolo, i.e. as marginal thinking that emerges on the edges of the hegemonic thinking, with ability to open cracks and operate transformations in dominant system. Our hypotheses are corroborated in two dimensions: first, empirically, through half-open interviews directed, mainly, to entrepreneurs and employees of EoC companies, using the method of content analysis, and, in a second moment, examining the EoC as a system of thought. The importance of this study can be justified by the fact that the relationship between religion and society is treated from a pluritopic approach, which may contribute to a reading of social reality from a border subaltern perspective. In conclusion, at the current stage of development of the EoC is possible to think that Agape acts as the SGCM and which has in itself the strength to provide EoC expansion beyond its borders, introducing innovations in the economic system / Na presente tese verificamos a possibilidade de a Economia de Comunhão (EdC)1, expandir-se para além dela mesma e generalizar-se no sistema econômico.

Previous issue date: 2012-05-22 / The property regime chosen to apply between spouses implies
several consequences in the administration of property and family
relations ships. This study is primarily designed to evaluate the elements
and conjecture economic, legal and social legislation that led to the
country to choose the regime of partial community property as statutory
or supplementary, applied to situations where the spouses do not realize
deed of prenuptial agreement with arrangements other than marriage set
to take effect.
The agreament of comparative law, in this narrow way, appears as
a necessary tool for understanding the legislative option. Reflections on
the historical evolution of the institute and the intense debates taking
place in the doctrine and case law after the enactment of Law 6515 of
December 26, 1977, also assist in the task of making more effective the
analysis desired.
The study of property regime is a tool to solve increasingly
intricate issues, raised by the continuous evolution of the world and
familiares do casal.

The purpose of this study is to analyze forms and relations of integrated organizational communication into the Economy of Communion perspective, in a Brazilian organization. The Economy of Communion (EoC) consists into a socio-economic project that had birth from the experience of Focolare Movement, a civil and ecclesiastic movement. Nowadays, EoC is dispersing around 40 countries, involving almost 800 companies. The organizational communication integrated in the Economy of Communion context presents peculiar characteristics. Analyzing the communications forms and relations developed in practice allow us to realize the importance of this new way of acting in the social and economic field. Adopting the phenomenological method and case study we entered the organization reality using this philosophy to find, in practice, what is presented in the ideological conception of this proposal. This study involves concepts not much adopted in the academy, such as Culture of Giving, new man and others, that when deeply searched reveal us a communicational praxis based on sharing.

In the history of the Reformed Churches of South Africa (RCSA) great emphisis was placed
on the notion to make decisions on the basis, and in accordance to the Scriptures. In spite of
this notion, the church community of the RCSA stand in the midst of great tension regarding
some decisions. In the fifty year period from the centenary festival in 1959 to the 150 year
festival in 2009, assemblies of the church community were confronted with many objections
to decisions regarding racial relations, the acceptance of the 1983-translation of the Bible in
Afrikaans, the acceptance of the 2001-Psalter, the use of small cups in the Holy Communion
and the role of women in the offices of deacon, elder and minister. The question that’s being
addressed in this study is, if a shift in the RCSA’s view of Scripture took place.
Chapter 2 gives an historical overview of the decisions that gave way to to the differences
mentioned above. From the historical overview the aspects regarding the view of Scripture
can be formulated.
In chapter 3 the relation between the differences and the view of Scripture are examined. At
first a short definition of the reformed view of Scripture are formulated. Hermeneutical and
view of Scripture aspects of the raports of deputies and decisions of assemblies are tested
according to the formulated definition of a reformed view of Scripture.
Chapter 4 examines the influence that paradigm shifts had on the differences in the RCSA.
Focus is placed on the influence of postmodernism on the one hand and fundamentalism on
the other. Attention is also given to the stance of the RCSA on these two paradigms of
thought with relation to the view of Scripture. In light of the reformed view of Scripture the
postmodern approach to hermeneutics is discarded as well as the the fundamentalist view of
Scripture. In spite of the reality of paradigmshifts, the raports of deputies and the decisions of
assemblies does not reflect this reality.
Chapter 5 tries to point a way out to handle the differences in the ligt of the Reformed view of
Scripture. Focus is placed on the place the sociohistorical context holds in the revelationhistorical
exegetical process. The chapter further investigates the relation between desicions
on Scriptural grounds and the right to protest according to artical 31 of the Reformed
Chrurchorder. Attention in given to so called ordinary cases ans essential cases. The notion
that differences can be solved when dessicions is based on Scripture alone is put forward in
this chapter. / Thesis (M.Th. (Church and Dogma History))--North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus, 2011

Remnant in koinonia : towards an Adventist version of communio ecclesiologyLazic, Tihomir January 2016 (has links)
In the last two decades, Seventh-day Adventist scholars have been attempting to articulate a balanced and distinct ecclesiology, aimed at helping the denomination to retain its global unity, maintain its relevance and enable a more fruitful and meaningful interaction with others. No comprehensive account of the church has been developed yet, however. This thesis is intended to facilitate a more rounded and systematically articulated concept of church from an Adventist perspective. Part I presents a thumbnail history of the denomination and considers the advantages and limitations of its standard claim to be the 'remnant', awaiting a pre-millennial parousia. Part II engages with the ideas of some of the ablest communio ecclesiologists of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries and considers their ecclesiological system, built around the concept of koinonia, while Part III examines ways in which their theoretical framework can assist the Adventist community to deal with practical ecclesial issues. Four major proposals are made for deepening Adventist understanding of the nature of church. Whereas the formal structure of communio framework can help Adventists move beyond one-sided, single-metaphor communal self-descriptions, the idea of the church as essentially a koinonia of believers in God can supplement their predominantly functionalist portrayal of the church as herald or messenger. Thirdly, the Adventist notion of truth can be enriched by viewing the community of believers not only as a messenger, but also as an organic part of divine revelation. This makes ecclesiology central to the theological enterprise, intrinsic to the grounding of theological claims and the interpretation of biblical texts. Finally, the development of a richer interpretation of the Spirit's activity in the church is seen as one of the key prerequisites for a fuller, more nuanced account of the church's participation in the life of the triune God. The highlighting of these four aspects, hitherto neglected or underdeveloped in Adventism, and the presentation of tentative solutions to its ongoing ecclesiological problems, form the principal contribution of this monograph.

The present study‟s research object is to discuss, from the experience acquired with the Harm Reduction Program, new understandings of life and care from the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Starting with this, it proposes in the interface with Theology, pastoral action alternatives that rescue and promote respect for human dignity not only for people living with HIV/AIDS and/or living together with people living with HIV/AIDS, but all who for one reason or another are vulnerable and/or have their rights violated, no matter which sphere of society they are part of. The goals of this research are to present the proposals of the Harm Reduction Program, as well as see the way it constructed the concept of human dignity from this proposals together with Theology and pastoral work by ministers of the Igreja Evangélica de Confissão Luterana no Brasil (IECLB) who worked in the Harm Reduction Program. After presenting the experiences of those ministers, an experience of table communion in the model of Jesus Christ, with a person with Aids attended by the Harm Reduction Program is presented and reflected upon. At last, contributions are constructed and proposed as a result of the Harm Reduction Program in dialogue with Theology, contributing to the construction of new understandings of life and care from the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Concerning methodology, the research took place in two moments. The first one is bibliographic, dealing with works that discuss the issues of drugs in relation to the Aids epidemic and describe the context in which the Harm Reduction emerges, works that discuss contemporary table communions, works that discuss a possible Theology of Aids. In a second moment, a field research was accomplished, presenting interviews with four pastors from the IECLB to understand the meanings the harm reduction proposals offered them, for their private lives as well as for the pastoral work accomplished in their congregations. In conclusion, from the empirical knowledge of harm reduction in face of the theme of HIV/AIDS, new proposals for life and care are presented so that contemporary churches may, from the reality of their congregations, promote life and human dignity.
