Para tanto, foram criadas 5 categorias de análise: 1. Política e Participação; 2. Manifestações, Mobilizações e Movimentos; 3. Ocupa Câmara; 4. CPI dos Ônibus e Plano de Cargos e Salários dos Professores; 5. Diálogos. O trabalho também apresenta recomendações que visam a elaboração de um plano de trabalho para o exercício de mandato parlamentar que aperfeiçoe os mecanismos de participação, transparência, democracia direta e interativa na Câmara Municipal do Rio de Janeiro e, desta forma, conecte. / The research aims to evaluate the relationship between the July 2013 social movements and the Rio de Janeiro City Council, by the time of dialogue breakdown and the Council's ocupation at two different moments: the discussion and vote on the positions, pay and career plans of municipal teachers, and the composition and installation of the Bus Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry. Thus, we created five categories of analysis: 1. Policy and Participation; 2. Mobilizations and Movements; 3. The Chamber Occupation; 4. The Bus Parliamentary Comission of Inquiry and Jobs and Salaries of Teachers Plan; 5. Dialogues. This paper also presents recommendations to the development of a work plan for a parliamentary term of office able to refine the mechanisms of participation, transparency, direct and interactive democracy in the Rio de Janeiro City Council and thus connect it with network society.

Come hence the relevance of the theme and its constant presence in discussions on the fruits of public policies, institutional structure and economic development which are the guiding elements of this work, and noted that seeks to highlight the social demographics and most important, the most significant trends and issues pertaining to her. The assessment was initially made in all the municipalities of Rio Grande do Norte doing a verticalilza??o to the municipalities Caic?, Pau dos Ferros, Ipueira and Taboleiro Grande. Highlighting the role of a social policy through government programs, such as the Bolsa Familia Program (PBF), which creates the possibility of changes in the socio demographic profile given the importance that the action of this public policy has in shaping the regional economic reality As well as social programs and actions of the government here reported that generate mobility of people and new social demands, such as rural retirements, the benefit of continuing provision (BPC), the Program for the Eradication of Child Labor (PETI) that put on the market of population living on the margins of various forms of consumption. Accordingly, the socio economic profile of the state shows a significant improvement in their social indicators, vital education and redistribution of income, due to the significant improvement in life expectancy in the fall of school drop-out rate and the drop in indicators of Proportion Poor and destitute of the state. Where the fall in the proportion of poor and indigent is strongly associated with an increase in income, from social programs. With this transfer and redistribution of income can be gauged that occurs a strengthening of local economies and an engagement of families with the conditionalities of social programs and PETI Bolsa Familia. Our research concludes that simply raising the rents caused by transfers, presents relevant impacts on the education of young people in beneficiary families. There is no doubt that the programs of transfer income, no facing the social field, representing a mechanism to decrease the most perverse ills of poverty, social and economic inequality that is hungry. For a significant portion of the Brazilian population living below the poverty line, programs for the transfer of income are expressed directly in improving the material conditions of life and indirectly in improving self-esteem of women and all family members receiving encouraging yet the integration family. Experiments have shown that improvements in health and nutrition can be obtained through the implementation of adequate social policies like the programs of transfer income, while social inclusion and economic does not become full / A quest?o da avalia??o do combate ? pobreza de uma determinada sociedade ? tarefa bastante complexa, considerando-se a gama de fatores que a permeiam, tais como a educa??o, a cultura e a economia, propriamente dita. Com esta transfer?ncia e redistribui??o de renda pode se aferir que ocorre um fortalecimento das economias locais e um engajamento das fam?lias com as condicionalidades dos programas sociais PETI e Bolsa Fam?lia. A nossa pesquisa conclui que a simples eleva??o das rendas causadas pelas transfer?ncias, apresenta impactos relevantes sobre a escolariza??o dos jovens nas fam?lias benefici?rias. The effects of the correlation (C) and variance ratio (R) were significant on the estimate of direct genetic variance ( ) (P<0,05, P<0,001, respectively), maternal genetic variance ( ) (P<0,001) and direct-maternal genetic covariance ( ) (P<0,001). The year influenced significantly (P<0,01) the estimates of and was not significant on and . The effect of the mother-offspring link proportion (E) was significant (P<0,0001) on the estimate of , , , and , being not significant on . In the model with zero direct-maternal covariance, and were underestimated when the direct-maternal correlation was negative, and overestimated when it was positive. Accurate and precise estimates of genetic variances and covariances of traits under maternal effect deserve detailed study and intensified, since these estimates may be influenced by the nature and composition of data, direct-maternal genetic correlation model used and applied. However, these facts may contribute to mistaken conclusions that are not referenced. These results are indicatives of the potential reliability and accuracy of the estimates on real data, although it is known that its magnitudes may differ, due to additional bias, like inherent errors of data gathering process and information flow from the herds. / Objetivou-se avaliar os efeitos do ano (tamanho amostral, genealogia e estrutura dos dados), da proporção de elos mãe-progênie (pares mãe-filho ambos com registro), da inclusão (M2) ou não (M1) da covariância genética direta-maternal no modelo, da magnitude da correlação genética direta-maternal (C) e da razão entre as variâncias genéticas direta e maternal (R) sobre as estimativas para peso à desmama em bovinos de corte. Os efeitos da correlação (C) e razão entre variâncias (R) resultaram significativos sobre as estimativas da variância genética direta (P<0,05, P<0,001, respectivamente), maternal ( ) (P<0,001) e da covariância genética direta-maternal ( ) (P<0,001). O ano influenciou significativamente (P<0,01) as estimativas de , e não foi significativo sobre e . O efeito da proporção de elos mãe-progênie (E) foi significativo (P<0,0001) sobre as estimativas de , , , e , não sendo significativo sobre . Its validity is incontestable for both the contract and the free initiative, but the risk of giving value to that principle without restrictions has already been dangerous and prejudicial. This work seeks the real and current situation of the mentioned principle and above all tries to match it with the constitutional rules in order to learn how they were decisive for the autonomy of will conjuncture and also to know the relation of these rules with the autonomy of will at present time. Furthermore, this work shows some situations to exemplify where the Constitutional Principles act straightly in the civil relations molding the autonomy of will. / A Autonomia da Vontade tem sido alvo de críticas e exaltações ao longo da história,sendo ainda hoje um dos princípios mais importantes e mais controversos. A sua validade é incontestável, tanto para o contrato quanto para a livre iniciativa, mas os riscos de se valorizar esse princípio sem restrições já se mostrou perigoso e por diversas vezes danoso. Este trabalho tende a procurar a real situação atual do princípio citado, mas sobretudo tende a relacioná-lo com os Princípios Constitucionais, de forma a verificar como estes princípios foram determinantes para a atual conjuntura da Autonomia da Vontade, bem como qual é a relação destes princípios com a Autonomia da Vontade na atualidade.

Atualmente, aplicações de nanopartículas de magnetita (NPs-Fe3O4) têm sido comumente reportadas em inúmeros trabalhos descritos na literatura. Catálise, ferrofluidos e dispositivos de armazenamento de dados são algumas delas. Além disso, aplicações biomédicas têm sido demonstradas. Para esse último, têm-se os exemplos de magneto-hipertermia, liberação controlada de fármacos, agente de contraste em imagens de ressonância magnética e o controle de reações bioeletrocatalíticas envolvendo enzimas redox. Nesta tese, NPs-Fe3O4 foram aplicadas em duas vertentes inéditas. Dessa forma, tendo em vista uma melhor compreensão, a sua escrita foi dividida em dois capítulos, nos quais abordam separadamente cada uma dessas vertentes. O primeiro capítulo descreve a obtenção, modificação e funcionalização de NPs-Fe3O4 a afim de usá-las como uma plataforma para a imobilização do citocromo c (Cyt c); uma proteína redox de comportamento modelo dotada de um grupo prostético heme em sua estrutura terciária. Em seguida, após um efetivo processo de imobilização do Cyt c sobre as NPs-Fe3O4 com superfície modificada, o uso de um campo magnético externo possibilitou a deposição do mesmo na interface eletródica, estabelecendo a reação de transferência direta de elétrons entre o grupo heme e a superfície metálica do eletrodo de trabalho. Além disso, por meio da permuta entre os estados comutáveis switch on e switch off, obteve-se o controle magnético comutável da reação de transferência direta de elétrons do Cyt c quando imobilizado na superfície das NPs-Fe3O4 com superfície modificada. Já para o segundo capítulo, NPs-Fe3O4 foram utilizadas como adesivo magnético a fim de capturar nanoestruturas metálicas hollow (nanocages bimetálicos de Au/Ag) dispersas em suspensão aquosa. Dessa forma, por meio da influência de um campo magnético constante, os aglomerados formados entre esses dois nanomateriais foram depositados sobre uma máscara litográfica, levando a formação de padrões de litografia magnética dispostos sobre a superfície de um substrato de ITO (vidro recoberto com óxido de estanho dopado com índio). Imagens de microscopia eletrônica de varredura (MEV) comprovaram que a metodologia utilizada para o preparo dos padrões litográficos foi eficaz, apresentando um alto rendimento na obtenção dos mesmos. Além disso, realizou-se com sucesso o mapeamento químico de infravermelho dos padrões litográficos dispostos sobre o ITO. Para isso, empregou-se como alvo os modos vibracionais do polímero polivinilpirrolidona (PVP) utilizado na funcionalização dos nanocages bimetálicos de Au/Ag. Por fim, acredita-se que os padrões litográficos arranjados em macroescala, juntamente com os aglomerados de nanocages bimetálicos alinhados na forma de microfios, possuem potencial aplicação em estudos de espectroscopia de absorção no infravermelho intensificado por superfície (SEIRA). / Currently, applications of magnetite nanoparticles (Fe3O4-NPs) have been commonly reported in many studies in the literature. Catalysis, ferrofluids and data storage devices are some of them. Moreover, biomedical applications have been demonstrated. For the latter, there are the following examples, such as magneto-hyperthermia, controlled release of drugs and the control of bioelectrocatalysis of the enzymatic reactions. In this thesis, Fe3O4-NPs were used in two new applications. Therefore, towards a better understanding its writing was divided into two chapters, which each one of them reports separately these two applications. The first chapter describes the synthesis, modification and functionalization of Fe3O4-NPs in order to use them as a platform for the immobilization of cytochrome c (Cyt c); model redox protein which possess a heme prosthetic group in its tertiary structure. Then, after an effective immobilization of Cyt c on surface-modified Fe3O4-NPs, the use of an external magnetic field permitted the deposition of this redox protein on the electrode interface, establishing the reaction of direct electron transfer between heme prosthetic group and the metallic surface of the working electrode. Furthermore, by the exchange between ON and OFF switch modes was obtained the magnetic control of the direct electron transfer of Cyt c when immobilized on the surface-modified Fe3O4-NPs. For the second chapter, Fe3O4-NPs were used as magnetic adhesive to capture hollow metallic nanostructures (Au-Ag bimetallic nanocages) dispersed in aqueous suspension. Thus, by use of a constant magnetic field, the agglomerates formed between these two nanomaterials were deposited on a lithographic mask, leading to formation of magnetolithograph patterns on the surface of ITO substrate (glass coated with oxide tin-doped indium). Scanning electron microscopy images (SEM) showed that the methodology used for the high-yield preparation of lithographicpatterns was effective. Furthermore, the FTIR chemical mapping of the lithographic patterns arranged on the ITO\'s surface was successfully performed. For this, the CH2 and C-N, C=O vibrational modes of the polyvinylpyrrolidone polymer (PVP) used for the functionalization of Au-Ag bimetallic nanocages were employed as target. Finally, we believed that magnetolithograph patterns arranged in microscale on the ITO surface, and also the clusters of the bimetallic nanocages aligned as micro-wires show potential application in surface-enhanced infrared absorption (SEIRA).

O ESPAÇO COMO OBRA: Ações, Coletivos Artísticos e Cidade é uma reflexão a respeito dos processos de criação e impacto social das ações dos coletivos artísticos Contrafilé, Frente 3 de Fevereiro e Política do Impossível de São Paulo e GAC de Buenos Aires, que começaram a atuar em meados dos anos 1990. A dissertação foi desenvolvida a partir de diversas vozes, que se complementam e entrecruzam: uma voz narrativa, que vai apresentando descobertas feitas em minha atuação como artista no espaço urbano e que surge de uma dimensão local, inclusive íntima, chegando a uma voz mais \"reflexiva e acadêmica\"; vozes da grande mídia; as vozes dos próprios trabalhos artísticos apresentados; vozes dos coletivos, quando são utilizados como referências teóricas; e, por último, vozes de pensadores que de alguma forma influenciam o meu pensamento e o do movimento cultural do qual fazem parte as práticas urbanas aqui analisadas. O intuito é compreender como as intervenções urbanas, ao mesmo tempo, resultam e geram uma rede de afetos e significados e evidenciam a emergência de uma subjetividade política contemporânea que passa, necessariamente, por discutir e concretizar políticas de representação, relação, subjetivação e modos de vida alternativos aos impostos pelo neoliberalismo. Interessa, portanto, pensar como acontece e toma corpo a potência crítica situada deste tipo de resistência, configurando formas atuais do fazer político no contexto específico e complexo da cidade como escala e espaço referencial. The dissertation stems from multiple voices, which cross over and complement each other: a narrative voice that unravel discoveries made in my work as an artist in the urban space, emerging from a local and also intimate dimension, arriving at a \"more reflexive and academic\" voice; voices of the mainstream media; voices of the works studied; voices of the collectives, when they are mobilised as theoretical refeb rences and, lastly, voices of the thinkers who somehow influenced my thinking and voices of the cultural movement of which the urban practices under scrutiny are part of. The aim is to understand how the urban interventions at once result from and generate a network of affects and meanings, as they render evident the emergence of a contemporary political subjectivity. This subjectivity necessarily involves discussing and carrying out a politics of representation, relation, subjectivation and modes of life alternative to those imposed by neoliberalism. Under this light, the dissertation seeks to think how the critical potency situated in this kind of resistance can be embodied and takes place at all, configuring current forms of political making, in the specific and complex context of the city as scale and as referential space. This study developed as an active and participating investigation of several works carried out by the collectives. I seek to observe the actions/interventions in their disruptive power, i.e., in their capacity to render present events that somehow destabilise social representations and previous sensations. And which, as they evidence the possibility of being carried out, they bring to the surface a circulatory knowledge that diffuses the image produced in situation direct representation and the experience of the \"public\" as work.
