O processo de inserção escolar precoce: a funcionalidade das relações coparentais

Devido às características de duplo-trabalho de um número cada vez maior de genitores, e a escassez de rede social de apoio, esse período tem sido adiantado cronologicamente, uma vez que as crianças estão ingressando logo após o término da licença maternidade às escolas. Os genitores precisam então, fazer frente a uma sobreposição de duas etapas do ciclo evolutivo familiar, que são a transição da conjugalidade à parentalidade e a coparentalidade e o ingresso dos filhos à escola de educação infantil. Portanto, a articulação entre estas relações pode se expressar em dificuldades dos filhos neste momento. Neste sentido, o objetivo desta dissertação foi o de compreender como se dá a coparentalidade em casais que os filhos ingressaram à escola de educação infantil, logo após o término da licença maternidade. Essa dissertação é composta por dois artigos empíricos, o primeiro intitulado ?A transição para a coparentalidade: casais que os filhos ingressaram à escola ao término da licença-maternidade? e o segundo ?A coparentalidade em famílias com bebês com indicativos de dificuldades de inserção escolar precoce?. Foi realizado um estudo exploratório descritivo, com quatro famílias nucleares, residentes em Erechim/RS, com idades entre 26 e 40 anos, e que os filhos haviam ingressado na escola de educação infantil, logo após o término da licença maternidade. Os instrumentos utilizados foram: questionário de dados sociodemográficos, roteiro e entrevista semiestruturada sobre coparentalidade. Os resultados deste estudo mostraram importantes aspectos da dinâmica familiar destes casais durante o período de inserção escolar precoce dos filhos. Algumas mudanças da atualidade têm reflexos neste momento, como o fato da família ter dificuldades para encontrar uma rede de apoio, e a valorização dos ingressos financeiros das mulheres, por isso inserem precocemente os filhos à escola. Estas características se expressam no fato da coparentalidade estar sendo desempenhada de forma mais igualitária pelos casais deste estudo, uma vez que o duplo-trabalho e a inserção escolar precoce dos filhos impõem essa dinâmica. Entretanto, no processo de inserção escolar, ainda são as mães as principais participantes, apontando uma heterogeneidade nestas dinâmicas. Assim como as tarefas domésticas ainda não são divididas igualitariamente, estando estas associadas aos papéis de gênero. / Nowadays, the entry of children in preschool involves numerous challenges. Due to the characteristics of double-work of a growing number of genitors, and the shortage of social support network, this period has was reduced, since children are going to schools right after the end of maternity leave. The parents need to tackle this overlapping of two stages of family life cycle, which are the transition from conjugality to parenting, and coparenting and children entering the kindergarten. Given that the articulation of these relationships might be expressed in difficulties for the children at this time. In this regard, the aim of this dissertation was to comprehend how the coparenting sets up in couples where the children were enrolled to the childhood education, right after the end of maternity leave. This dissertation is composed of 6 two empirical articles, the first titled "The transition to coparenting: couples where their children were enrolled to the school at the end of maternity leave " and the second "The coparenting in families with babies who have indicatives of early school insertion difficulties". An exploratory and descriptive study was made, with four nuclear families, living in Erechim / RS, aged between 26 and 40 years, and where the children had entered the kindergarten soon after the end of maternity leave. The instruments used were: sociodemographic questionnaire, semistructured script and interview about coparenting. The results of this study show important aspects in the family dynamics of these couples during the early school insertion of its children. The findings show changes of the present time that have an impact in this moment, such as the difficulty for the family to find a support network, the valuation of financial income of women, and for this reason enroll children to school earlier. These characteristics are expressed in the fact of the coparenting is performed more equally by the couples of this study, since double-work and the inclusion of children prematurely in school impose that dynamic. However, in the process of school integration, mothers are still the main participants, pointing a heterogeneity in these dynamics. Just as household tasks are not equally divided, and are associated with gender roles.

Tidseffektivisering av inköpsprocessen på Mape Sweden AB / Time-efficiency in the purchasing process at Mape Sweden AB

Detta examensarbete har genomförts på Mape Sweden AB med syfte att eliminera eller minska icke värdeskapande aktiviteter inom inköpsprocessen. Genom att undersöka hur fö-retaget arbetar med inköp och dess inköpsaktiviteter för verktyg och reservdelar är målet att hitta lösningar som innebär en tidseffektivisering av inköpsprocessen. Arbetet är av kvalitativ karaktär. Denna ansats valdes då gruppen ville få en förståelse över nuläget genom kvalitativa metoder. Metoderna som använts för att samla in data till arbetet var observationer och intervjuer, en litteraturstudie samt benchmarking på ett annat tillver-kande företag. För att ta fram förbättringsförslag till företaget utfördes ett spagettidiagram över förflyttningar. En tidsstudie genomfördes för att kunna jämföra tiderna innan och efter implementering av förbättringsförslagen. Vid analysen av nuläget framkom att olika typer av inköp görs av olika personer på företaget, vilket resulterar i att det inte finns ett standardiserat arbetssätt. Spagettidiagrammet över för-flyttningar vid godsuttag och godsmottagning visade att många förflyttningar görs och att ett stort antal av dem är onödiga. Genom denna information samt den information som erhållits från benchmarkingen tog gruppen fram förbättringsförslag. Förbättringsförslaget innebär för godsuttag att operatörerna själva skriver in sina uttag i affärssystemet SAP. För godsmottag-ningen var förbättringsförslagen att endast göra godsmottagning en gång per dag, att placera en hylla för ej lagerlagda verktyg och en hylla för förnödenheter i verktygsboden samt att ställa krav på leverantörerna att alltid ha med artikelnummer och lagerplats på följesedeln som medföljer alla leveranser. Vid införande av förbättringsförslagen kommer den totala tiden som läggs på godsuttag och godsmottagning minska från 6 timmar, 40 minuter och 23 sekunder till 1 timma och 58 mi-nuter, vilket motsvarar en minskning av tiden på 70 %. I framtiden rekommenderas att förbättringsförslagen även implementeras på andra typer av inköp inom företaget samt att företaget vidare undersöker fördelarna med verktygsskåp och skanningssystem. / This Bachelor's Thesis has been performed at Mape Sweden AB with the purpose of elimi-nate or reduce the non-value adding activities within the purchasing process. By examining the company's purchasing process for tools and spare parts, the goal is to find solutions that will entail time-efficiency in the purchasing process. The work in this thesis is of qualitative nature. This approach was chosen to obtain an un-derstanding of the current situation with qualitative methods. To collect data the group per-formed several observations and interviews, literature reviews and a benchmarking at a dif-ferent manufacturing company. To develop proposals for improvements to the company, a spaghetti diagram was conducted tracking all movements at goods-withdrawal and goods-receipt. A time study was conducted to compare the times before and after implementation of improvement proposals. The current situation analysis showed that purchases are made by different people resulting in that there is not a standardized approach. Spaghetti diagram of movements in goods-withdrawal and goods-receipt showed that there is numerous movements and some of them are unnecessary. Proposals for improvements was conducted based on the information from current situation analysis together with information obtained from benchmarking. The pro-posal for goods-withdrawal was that the workers themselves enter goods-withdrawal in the SAP-system. The proposals for goods-reception was to receive the goods once a day, place a shelf for non-stocked tools and a shelf for supplies in the tool shed as well as making demands on suppliers to always have the part number and stock location on the packing slip included with all deliveries. .When implementing the groups proposed improvements, the total time spent on goods-receiving and goods-withdrawal was reduced from 6 hours, 40 minutes and 23 seconds to 1 hour and 58 minutes, which represents a decrease of 70%. For future work the group recommend that the improvement proposals also be implemented on other types of purchases within the company and that the company further investigate the benefits of tool cabinet and scan-ning systems.

O principal objetivo deste estudo foi verificar a associação entre a dupla jornada de trabalho, definida como múltiplas atividades de trabalho, i.e., trabalho pago e trabalho não pago para a família, assim como a duração da jornada semanal de trabalho, sobrecarga, com queixas de sonolência, em estudantes. A população deste estudo provém da etapa basal de um estudo de coorte conduzido com 2512 famílias aleatoriamente selecionadas na cidade de Salvador, Bahia, 2000. Dos 1145 adolescentes inicialmente identificados, a população de estudo é composta de 459 estudantes de 16 a 21 anos, que têm trabalho pago ou trabalho doméstico não pago para a própria família. Os dados foram obtidos através de aplicação de questionários. Adolescentes trabalhadores que informaram ter trabalho pago e não pago não apresentaram maior prevalência de queixas de sonolência quando comparados com aqueles que apenas realizam trabalho doméstico não pago. Entre os negros, encontrou-se uma associação positiva e estatisticamente significante entre a jornada semanal de trabalho e a sonolência, tanto para jornada de 20 a 40 h/sem [RP=2,85; IC a 95% (1,16 – 6,96)], quanto para mais de 40 h/sem [RP=4,36; IC a 95% (1,70 – 10,66)], quando comparados com a jornada de até 20 h/sem, ajustados pelo turno de estudo, idade e sexo. Esses achados podem indicar que os adolescentes negros executam atividades que podem comprometer a duração do sono, quando comparados com os estudantes não negros, e sugere uma discriminação racial no trabalho, que precisa ser investigada em futuras pesquisas. A jornada de trabalho exerce um papel importante na medida em que afeta o sono dos adolescentes e precisa ser levada em consideração nas normas que regulam o trabalho realizado pelos mesmos. / Salvador

This thesis focuses on harmonisation of work and family life of female university graduates at beginning of their careers and at the time when they were taking care of babies up to five years of age. I have chosen this topic not only because it is rather an actual topic but also because I'm personally attached to it. My feminist research analysis is based on the theory of power and knowledge as is it described by Foucault and Butler. I was interested in original families of my communication partners where they grew up and where they adopted their social habits and behaviour. In the light of this social process, I have analysed what powers they had to face in their original families in terms of usage of gender stereotypes based on patriarchal layout of our society and preferential existence of one gender over the other. I have also focused on current families of my communication partners and on power relationships on the basis of which the process of harmonisation of professional and family life of my communication partners takes place, both in their private and public space. I have also analysed how social habits and behaviour gained during their childhood are implemented. Zusammenfassung Diese Untersuchung besteht aus sechs Hauptpunkten. Nach der Einleitung (I.) zum Thema, werden unter II. verschiedene Begriffe definiert und die Inhalte gegenüber verwandten Gebieten abgegrenzt. Als dritter Hauptpunkt (III.) folgt eine Untersuchung zu den klassischen Typologien der Pflichtenkollisionen. Dieses Thema wurde in der Vergangenheit in der Theologie und Philosophie immer wieder breit diskutiert. Unter IV. werden die Pflichtenkollisionen im lukanischen Doppelwerk untersucht. Diese exegetische Analyse soll aufzeigen, wie Jesus und die Apostel solchen Situationen begegnen und damit umgegangen sind. In diesem Zusammenhang wird auch die Frage nach möglicher Schuld, als Konsequenz, untersucht. Der fünfte Hauptpunkt (V.) beschäftigt sich mit dem richtigen Verhalten in Pflichtenkollisionen. Einerseits wird die Position des Autors näher begründet und andererseits ein Vorschlag für eine Wertreihenfolge als Richtschnur im Konfliktfall angeboten. Im letzten Teil (VI.) werden die Erkenntnisse der Untersuchung auf sieben konkreten Fälle von Pflichtenkollisionen aus der Gemeinde und der Geschäftswelt praktisch angewendet. / This analysis consists of six main sections. Following the introduction of the theme (I), various terms are defined (II), and the contents are distinguished from related topics, with pertinent reasons given. The third (III) section consists of the results of my research on the classic typologies of conflicting duties. In the past, this subject has been widely discussed in the theological and philosophical circles. In the fourth (IV) section, conflicting duties are examined in light of Luke's writings. The goal of this exegetic analysis is to show how Jesus and the apostles met such situations, and how they dealt with them.
