Psicoterapia psicanalítica da fobia: o uso de imagens em um estudo de caso / Psychoanalytic psychotherapy of phobias: the use of images in a case studyGranado, Laura Carmilo 13 April 2011 (has links)
Novas investigações nessa área poderão responder quanto à questão das possibilidades de generalização desta experiência / This paper aims to describe the attendance of a patient by using images related to her phobia in the clinical context. It is a proposal for a differentiated framing in psychoanalytic psychotherapy based on the theory of objects and transitional phenomena by Winnicott, which refers to an area where realities, both internal subjective and external objective contribute and constitute the area of play. The Freudian theory about anguish is reviewed from the very beginning when the phobia was considered a symptom which could appear in diverse mental disorders. The term anguish hysteria was proposed by Freud in 1909 to describe the nosological entity in which the phobia is the central question and whose mechanism is similar to that of hysteria. This work was developed by using the clinical method and a presentation of a detailed case study. A 37-year-old female patient sought treatment for arachnophobia. In her psychodiagnosis, the Drawing-and-Story Procedure by Walter Trinca was applied. Her psychotherapy was conducted in 19 attendances, for which two folders were arranged with the help of the patient, one with photographs that reminded of spiders and another with pictures of real spiders and webs. The case was understood as anguish hysteria and treated in a rapid and intense psychotherapeutic process. It is discussed that the imagery established an oniric language in the sessions and the oniric context is a field of symbolization, just like the area of play. The associations made with the use of images were predominantly around the spider theme; such associations were compared to the role played by fantasies in the dreaming activity, which is carried out by the waking consciousness, in relation to the latent content of dreams. It is discussed that the transitionality provided by the imagery allowed an activity of figurability and at the same time it would have allowed a process of thinkingby images, having images associated with words all along the way. The patient achieved her inner transformation, a re-creation of herself in which her sexual pulsion of death (in Laplanche\'s conception) was transformed from an objectalizing function (Green) into a sexual pulsion of life, with its processes of integration and synthesis, enabling the constitution of units and links. It can be considered that healing did take place, as proposed by Herrmann. It is concluded that the presentcase study demonstrated the potentiality of using images to favor symbolizations and elaborations within the psychoanalytic psychotherapy of phobias. Further investigations in this area may respond to the question of possibilities towards generalizing the experience reported herein

[en] THE PSYCHIATRIC INTERVIEW: THE DOCTOR´S ROUTINE, HIS CLINICAL PRACTICE AND HIS REPRESENTATIONS / [pt] A ENTREVISTA PSIQUIÁTRICA: A ROTINA, O FAZER CLÍNICO E AS REPRESENTAÇÕESTANIA CONCEICAO PEREIRA 11 October 2005 (has links)
orientam a prática clínica;
As bases
teóricas do trabalho
fundamentam-se na Sociolingüística Interacional, na
Pesquisa Etnográfica e na
Psicologia Social.
facilitando a representação
entrevista, o
médico estabelece um meta-enquadre de controle das
informações, gerenciando as
[en] The purpose of this study consists of an accurate analysis
of the
psychiatric interview, by combining three perspectives:
analysis of the doctor´s
routine or interview agenda, which has a standard format
and guides the doctor
throughout his clinical practice; frame analysis of the
doctor´s clinical practice
with a focus on the here and now in doctor-patient
interviews; and analysis of
the doctor´s representations regarding his practice,
revealed during interviews
with the researcher. Interactional Sociolinguistics,
Ethnographic Research and
Social Psychology provide the theoretical framework for
this study. Hence, a
distinction was made between doctor-centered interviews,
denoting the voice of
medicine, and patient-centered interviews, denoting the
patient´s account of his
world of experience.
The results showed that there are two kinds of interview
agendas: those
which tend to control the course of the interview, and
others which tend to set a
high value on the patient´s stories and experiences,
providing more spontaneous
interactions.
During doctor-patient interviews, the doctor introduces
framings, which
shift from the investigatory/exploratory to the co-
construction of the patient´s
world of experience, provoking changes in the asymmetrical
relationship.
Therefore, the doctor adopts a hybrid discourse behavior,
that is, on the one hand
he controls the patients´ flow of talk in the encounter,
and on the other, he fosters
a state of talk where patients may express how they
represent their world of
experience.
As the doctor-researcher interviews were analysed, it
became clear that the
doctor valued patient-centered interviews, moving away
from the procedures in
the pre-established agenda.
The results suggest, however, that+ the doctor establishes
an informationcontrolled
meta-frame during the here and now in the interview. He
manages
the information by controlling the turn structure and
summing up the patient´s
talk, ignoring, many times, the patients´ contributions.
In doing so, the doctor
ends up using a legitimated institutional power.

As
atendimento a clientes. / [en] This study analyzes service encounters held through the
telephone in the reservation center of a Brazilian airline
company. The analysis was conducted based on the
Interactional Sociolinguistics framework interfaced with
Conversational Analysis and the data collection was
ethnographically oriented. Different dynamics of frames and
footings are looked at, as well as the variation in
organizational patterns and construction of discourse
turns. This study aims to show that these aspects (i) are
related to different kinds of attendance, (ii) reflect a
complex interactional reality within the reservation
center. Thus, these aspects make difficult the management
process and as well as the previous control of sequences of
linguistic behavior suggested by attendance scripts to

A partir
[en] This work is mainly aimed to discuss the various listening modes and communication present in the current psychoanalytical clinic. Supported in the Thomas Ogden s concepts of intersubjective analytic third and autistic-contiguous position, we will seek to present the transformations of psychoanalytic technique over the years and the consequent emergence of the relevance of analytical field as an essential dimension of the relationship between analyst and analysand, especially as regards the severely traumatized patients. From the contributions of Melanie Klein, Donald Winnicott and Wilfred Bion, we will see the inauguration of a psychic constitution model guided by the intersubjective and in primitive experience regulated by the non-verbal language.

Encontrando a mulher: a psicanálise do self na abordagem de um singular plural / Meeting the woman: the psychoanalysis of the self to approach a singular pluralFerreira, Jacirema Cléia 31 May 2004 (has links)
The object of the current work is the psychoanalytic study of the feminine loving experience held within the imagery of contemporary women. It methodologically establishes a differentiated investigative setting from the paradigmatic use of the Squiggle Game by D. W. Winnicott, which allows the making of a set of cards depicting daily life situations. The dialogue between the researcher and the persona of the collective Woman is developed along two separate interviews. The emerging narratives, where made up stories and personal memories are entwined, favored the creation/encounter of a non-conscious psychological field. This field made it clear that in some kinds of links, regressed ways of emotional dependence are masked by loving and erotic demonstrations. In terms of the collective imagery of the present days, this point of view makes it possible to understand that the exaltation of womens love related suffering, covers up the not acknowledged existential difficulties related to aspects of the self which have not been totally fulfilled.

Adolescentes com síndrome de Down e cães: compreensão e possibilidades de intervenção / Adolescents with Down syndrome and dogs: understanding and possibilities of interventionAlthausen, Sabine 18 August 2006 (has links)
Studies that have been published since the 1960s suggest the therapeutical potential of the use of pets in clinical situations. The research on and the practice of the called Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) and Animal Assisted Activity (AAA) have become more and more popular ever since. The present research analyses 12 filmed meetings that aim at promoting such interaction between dogs and four adolescents with Down Syndrome, carried out by a special education school and a kennel. These weekly meetings took place in a small farm and had been previously scheduled, always at the same time. The description of these meetings between the adolescents and the dogs in an arranged situation aims at elaborating a theoretical reflection which has the objective of taking into account the use of a differentiated setting that involves the presence of the dog as a resource. The lens under which such phenomena are analysed and understood is the W.D.Winnicott psychoanalysis. The psychological investigation of the meetings explicits the need to take the human context offered by the professionals and the interpersonal relationships that take place into account. It is clear to notice that the way the adolescents relate to the animals is qualitatively different from the way they do in exclusively human relationships or even in their relationships with inanimate objects. Its important to highlight that, among other complex phenomena that we observe in the relationship between people and animals, the communication between them is non-verbal: the dogs react to the human behaviour and not to their intentions, feelings or discourse. Also, the dogs have an important role in awakening different aspects of the self, acted out by the adolescents in their attitudes and speech, which makes the expression of their feelings easier. The analysis also shows that the dogs behaviour whether or not responding to the commands of the adolescents, permitting or not being handled by them, of being a constant and safe presence, as well as its wholeness and continuity of being - suggests the emergence of more room for the adolescents spontaneity. Finally, some reflections that support the possibility of a winnicottian clinic with a differentiated setting that have the dog as a resource are presented.

fundamentação teórica se baseia nos pressupostos da
Sociolingüística Interacional para análise do discurso
oral. Realizou-se uma triangulação metodológica que incluiu
o método de observação participante, gravações em
vídeo/áudio e entrevistas. Os resultados mostram que os
conflitos entre os participantes decorrem de: relações
paradoxais criadas por alinhamentos contraditórios;
membros do grupo.
[en] This micro-analytical research, conducted in a formal
course at a graduate
school of computer science in Rio de Janeiro, describes and
analyzes the
appearance and management of conflicts between participants
in the classroom.
An Interactional Sociolinguistic theoretical perspective is
taken up to analyze oral
discourse. Methodological triangulation, which included
participant-observation,
video/audio recording, and interviewing, was carried out.
Results show that
conflicts between participants are brought about by:
paradoxical relationships due
to contradictory alignments; different expectations
associated to the course and its
agenda; different interpretations related to alignment
functions, and mitigated
asymmetrical relationships allowing humorous and aggressive
alignments to
become evident. Other results reveal how conflicts can be
important movements
in the construction of new relationships with other members
of the group. This
study is a reflection about conflict frames, which can
contribute to the teacher`s
practice as an educator.
