The reflection is sustained by the work of the German theologian of Lutheran confession, J?rgen Moltmann. Starting from a bibliographical search the work consists of three parts, beginning by exploring the process of urbanization set in motion by the industrial revolution which, on the one hand destructured the life of masses of humanity and, on the other, gave life to the contemporary technological-scientific world. The second part analyzes this reality starting from that which highlights human fragility and distress, and from the evils caused by the misuse of freedom and the destructive relationship with the environment; in order to reconcile humankind with itself, with the world and with the Creator. Finally, the notion of time and life space in Moltmann is examined in relation to sacred space, a place of beauty, goodness and divine grace; a space of transcendence and sense for modern humankind, in the multiplicity of spaces of the present urban world. / A disserta??o analisa o tempo e o espa?o sagrado no atual contexto cultural, marcado pelo relativismo e pelo consumismo e no qual, concomitantemente a uma nova efervesc?ncia espiritual, um n?mero sempre maior de pessoas se afasta das express?es religiosas tradicionais. J?rgen Moltmann, te?logo alem?o de confiss?o luterana, ? quem sustenta toda a reflex?o, elaborada a partir da pesquisa bibliogr?fica e em tr?s partes. Inicialmente se exp?e o processo de urbaniza??o desencadeado pela revolu??o industrial que, por um lado, desestruturou a vida de grandes massas humanas e, por outro, gerou o mundo t?cnicocient?fico contempor?neo. Em seguida se analisa essa realidade a partir da fragilidade e da dor humanas e a partir dos males causados pelo mau uso da liberdade e pela rela??o destruidora com o meio ambiente; visa-se a reconcilia??o do ser humano consigo mesmo, com o mundo e com o Criador. The combination formed by the loss of credibility of the public authorities in the management of collective life and the diffused social representations regarding the fear of violence can lead to a generalized feeling of insecurity, resulting in political alienation, spatial segregation, and the utilization of private resources for self-protection and self-restraint. What can be seen, therefore, is the lack of structure of the urban society by the reduction of spontaneous traffic in urban spaces and the possibilities of the encounter with the difference that, ultimately, enhances the risk scales. Therefore, through a case study in the Floresta neighborhood, in Porto Alegre/RS, in which proposes the tension of the relation between space, sociability, and safety, questioning the local social dynamics in its potential capability of producing cracks in the homogeneous and hegemonic tissue of the individual isolation, formulating an emancipatory rapture with the urban experience grounded in fear and a redefinition of social-spatial experience. Assim, a trajet?ria do grupo de vendedores ambulantes da cidade de Feira de Santana, BA, no per?odo de 1970-2012, torna-se pe?a-chave desta pesquisa, uma vez que o com?rcio formalizado de produtos importados redesenha o tecido urbano e reinventa a cidade. O ?Feiraguay?, objeto de estudo desta pesquisa, traz em si elementos capazes de identificar o processo de mudan?a da imagem de com?rcio de feira livre para a de shopping popular, resultando na nova imagem e identidade do grupo, que de vendedores ambulantes passam a ser micro e pequenos empres?rios. A pesquisa busca analisar fenomenologicamente o espa?o urbano do ?Feiraguay? e os novos ambientes de qualidade gerados por este fen?meno urbano e social, na contemporaneidade feirense. The thesis that we try to demonstrate is that the social spaces were increased with the historical transformations which happened throughout last half century, amid the analysis of the passage of the national development to the local development and also the analyses of the development representations in the local plan. That expansion of the social spaces caused two effects: it exposed the readings of the history which supplied subsidies for the conception of the development strategies; and it turned the local spaces into privileged spaces to think about development. Throughout that period, the analyses start to punctuate the local attributes, the actors, their institutions and social relationships as a form to trigger local development. In doing that, these analyses emphasize the families, the communities, production forms which are not aimed at the market, forms of regulation of the social conflicts that are not embraced by the rules originated from the Territorial State and international relationships that are not limited to those established among National States and to the traditional flow of capitals and of international trade, either. To be able to deal with such complexity and to demonstrate, first, that the social spaces were increased and, then, that it is important to consider and that it is possible to detect an space for the subject and an space for the social groups, amid the expansion of those spaces, and that the perception of both it is important for the analysis of the local historical processes, we opted for developing an argument that can be divided into five parts: 1) to give evidence to the recent historical transformations that seem to us important to the discussion here established; 2) to demonstrate how those historical transformations exposed the reading of the inherent history to the theories of the development; 3) starting from those same theories, how to notice the social spaces increasing; 4) to approach the problem of the local development starting from some theoretical contributions that are devoted to the theme, in order to know if the increased social spaces have some relevance and, if they do, how they are being dealt; and 5) to propose the inclusion of the subject s space and of the group s space in the Map of Boaventura Santos' Structure-action. The importance of the consideration of those two structural spaces for the discussions on local development is due to the fact that: a) the subject was in evidence with the recent transformations, in view of the individualization process in progress nowadays; and b) there is no possibility of considering creativity of the social life without considering the subjective aspects and inter-subjective that permeate people's relationships with themselves and the relationships that they establish in the formation of the social groups. For this reason, to focus only on the objective limits of the development may not be enough to provoke the triggering of processes of local development, which should consider the inherent uncertainty to the historical processes, as well as the plurality of roads. / O estudo objetiva contribuir para a compreens?o dos processos hist?ricos e para a formula??o de estrat?gias de promo??o do desenvolvimento local propondo a inclus?o, no Mapa da Estrutura-A??o das Sociedades Capitalistas no Espa?o Mundial, de Boaventura Santos, do Espa?o do Sujeito e do Espa?o Grupal. A tese que procuramos demonstrar, em meio ? an?lise da passagem do desenvolvimento nacional para o desenvolvimento local e das representa??es do desenvolvimento no plano local, ? que os espa?os sociais se ampliaram com as transforma??es hist?ricas ocorridas ao longo do ?ltimo meio s?culo. Essa amplia??o dos espa?os sociais provocou dois efeitos: comprometeu as leituras da hist?ria que forneciam subs?dios para a constru??o de estrat?gias de promo??o do desenvolvimento; e tornou os espa?os locais espa?os privilegiados para se pensar o desenvolvimento. As an?lises, ao longo desse per?odo, passaram a pontuar os atributos locais, os atores, suas institui??es e rela??es sociais como forma de alavancar o desenvolvimento local. Ao caminharem nesse sentido, enfatizam as fam?lias, as comunidades, formas de produ??o que n?o se encontram direcionadas para o mercado, formas de regula??o dos conflitos sociais que n?o s?o abarcadas pelas regras emanadas do Estado Territorial e rela??es internacionais que n?o se encontram limitadas ?quelas estabelecidas entre os Estados Nacionais e nem pelo fluxo tradicional de capitais e de com?rcio internacional. Para dar conta dessa complexidade e demonstrar, primeiro, que os espa?os sociais se ampliaram e, depois, que ? importante considerar e que ? poss?vel detectar, em meio ? amplia??o desses espa?os, um espa?o pr?prio do sujeito e um espa?o pr?prio dos grupos sociais e que a percep??o de ambos ? importante para a an?lise dos processos hist?ricos locais, optamos por desenvolver um argumento que pode ser dividido em cinco partes: 1) evidenciar as transforma??es hist?ricas recentes que nos parecem relevantes para a discuss?o aqui realizada; 2) demonstrar como essas transforma??es hist?ricas comprometeram a leitura da hist?ria inerentes ?s teorias do desenvolvimento; 3) como, a partir dessas mesmas teorias, podemos perceber os espa?os sociais se ampliando; 4) abordar o problema do desenvolvimento local a partir de algumas contribui??es te?ricas que se dedicam ao tema, para saber se os espa?os sociais ampliados v?m tendo alguma relev?ncia e, se sim, como eles v?m sendo tratados; e 5) propor a inclus?o, no Mapa da Estrutura-A??o de Boaventura Santos, do espa?o do sujeito e do espa?o grupal. For that, the study was divided in two chapters, structured in the shape of a scientific paper. The first is a theoretical proposition on the occupation of the APPs in light of the discussion of the geographic space and the sustainability of the development, where a bibliographical review was made emphasizing the production of the geographic space, the sustainability of the development and the permanent preservation areas. In the second chapter, from a systemic approach, geoprocessing techniques and the adaptation of the Pressure-State- Response Indicators System were used, the latter being developed by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development OECD. Therefore, from the methodological approaches used, it's been observed that the use of permanent preservation areas for purposes other than those determined in the legislation and, mainly guided by capitalist interests, leads to the environmental degradation of these areas, fact which has been confirmed in the empiric study conducted in the second chapter, where it was possible to identify a series of environmental impacts such as: deforestation of mangrove and riparian vegetation for carciniculture implantation, the devastation of dune areas caused by the urban expansion in the coastal stretch and siltation of fluvial channel / O objetivo desta disserta??o ? identificar e analisar os principais impactos ambientais ocorrentes nas ?reas de preserva??o permanente localizadas no estu?rio do Rio Cear?-Mirim/RN e suas ?reas adjacentes. Para isto, o estudo foi dividido em dois cap?tulos estruturados em forma de artigo cient?fico. O primeiro ? uma proposi??o te?rica sobre a ocupa??o das APPs a luz da discuss?o do espa?o geogr?fico e da sustentabilidade do desenvolvimento, onde foi feita uma revis?o bibliogr?fica enfatizando a produ??o do espa?o geogr?fico, a sustentabilidade do desenvolvimento e as ?reas de preserva??o permanente. Eduardo Agualusa, a presen?a de vetores espaciais por diferentes abordagens. Como introduz Brand?o (2013), o conceito apresenta uma adaptabilidade particular na teoria liter?ria, por isso objetivamos tra?ar um recorte que envolva a an?lise fenomenol?gica (BACHELARD, 2008), a semi?tica (BARTHES, 2003a), a da geografia humanista (HOLZER, 2008), entre outras. Como ponto rotacional prenhe de elucubra??es sobre o espa?o, tamb?m investigamos uma conversa??o entre outras formas de arte, como a fotografia (BARTHES, 2012). Nessa t?nica, a literatura possibilita o que Jacques Ranci?re denomina ?partilha do sens?vel? (RANCI?RE, 2005): a refra??o das sensibilidades que, pela diversidade, fundam uma est?tica democr?tica, pois estes espa?os perfuram o ?lugar-comum? fazendo circular heterogeneidades inerentes ?s rela??es sociais, ou seja, s?o espa?o de ressignifica??o (FOUCAULT, 2009). Portanto, enquanto a escrita liter?ria provoca fissuras pelo poder alqu?mico, as figura??es espaciais questionam territ?rios simb?licos e identit?rios no romance. / Considering the spatial representation emerges like a politic act of interference, dynamisation, provocation and destabilization, in the present work we pursue investigate in the book O vendedor de passados (2004), from Jos? Eduardo Agualusa, the presence of spatial vectors in different approaches. The kitchen is a creative space of social relationships. There the families exchange daily interaction with the neighbors, in a collective of the space reserved to the making of food. Our empiric research was in the Mutamba da Caieira community, located in the county of Assu (RN). The data was collected through the etnographic method aided by the photographic resources. In the discussion, we delimitated at the house three types of kitchens: one reserved to the family, another kitchen in the terrace and yet another kitchen in the yard. They are kitchens that link amongst themselves with activities and differentiated temporalities. In the daily social exchange, the kitchen imposes itself as a social space through the conditions that it offers for the production of the foods, the circulation of domestic objects, the communication of knowledge around the cookery, operating a group of symbolic and ritual actions combined with appropriate techniques for the transformation of the foods. The study reveals that the domestic chores accomplished amon relatives and friends form webs of intracommunitary relationships in the use of the three kitchens, and that the social network is updated in a singular moment that usually happens in the community, the Game of Pacar? / Neste trabalho refletimos sobre o uso social do espa?o dom?stico e, em particular, aquele reservado ? prepara??o de alimentos. A cozinha ? um espa?o criador de rela??es sociais. Nela as fam?lias travam rela??es cotidianas com os vizinhos, num uso coletivo do espa?o reservado ? alimenta??o. Realizamos a nossa pesquisa emp?rica na Comunidade Mutamba da Caieira, localizada no munic?pio de Assu (RN). Para a coleta de dados fizemos uso do m?todo etnogr?fico auxiliado pelo recuso fotogr?fico. Na discuss?o, demarcamos na casa tr?s tipos de cozinhas: aquela reservada ? fam?lia, a cozinha do terra?o e a cozinha do terreiro. S?o cozinhas que se relacionam entre si com atividades e temporalidades diferenciadas. Nas rela??es travadas no cotidiano, a cozinha imp?e-se como espa?o social por meio das condi??es que oferece para a produ??o dos alimentos, a circula??o de objetos dom?sticos, a comunica??o de saberes em torno da culin?ria, operando um conjunto de atos simb?licos e rituais combinados com t?cnicas adequadas para a transforma??o dos alimentos. O estudo revela que o fazer dom?stico realizado entre parentes e amigos forma teias de rela??es intracomunit?rias no uso das tr?s cozinhas.
