Item's OAI Record identifier: oai:bdtd.ufpa.br:40 / This dissertation renders the searching about articles approved by the National Association of Post Graduation and Educational Research ANPEd, at the curriculum work group, from 2000 to 2005. Among 76 articles, written in Portuguese and easily found in the Institution site, they selected 14 they considered inserted in the Foucault post structuralist conception. The problem was constructed and delimitated from the following question : How the discourse and power concepts are involved through theory and methodology in the Foucault post structuralist texts, published by ANPEd from 2000 to 2005 ? The objective was getting the answers for these questions :a) What are the methodology strategies used in analysis that deal with the concepts above, from the Foucault used conception ? b) What is the curriculum and research production involved in that theory and method perspective ? c) What are the possible effects in actual curricula discussions ? The methodology was generated from Foucault contributions inside his works and discussions. They are in actual curriculum theories at the National scene. The theory was used as an exercise about discourse problems and construction, concepts and perspectives that build the curriculum and research at the actual curricula theories area. Among the most significant results we can find discussions about the difference of the curriculum inventivo (creative) feature and the post structuralist research as important events ; the post curriculum is possible to happen but it does not happen yet. It does not exist as an effective discourse practice or as an investigation object to post theories ; the post research, on the other hand, happens as knowledge in its acontecência (existance) and shows its effects : the construction of a repeating narrative about some dimensions, functions, and effects of power and discourse about the analysis of different curricula texts ; the existance of interditos in curricula discussions as the exclusion/substitution or shyness in the use of words that can lead to some form of prescription and, the desire for truth and power as discourse effects of post structuralist researches. Observing Foucault orientations, these interditos were analised in their discourse production and positive effects. / A presente Dissertação corporifica o trabalho de pesquisa sobre os artigos aprovados pela Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Educação ANPEd, no Grupo de Trabalho de Currículo, no período de 2000 a 2005. Dentre os setenta e seis artigos, escritos em Língua Portuguesa e disponíveis no site desta Instituição, foram selecionados quatorze que se explicitaram ou foram arrolados como inseridos na concepção pós-estruturalista-foucaultiana. O problema foi construído e delimitado a partir da seguinte questão: Como os conceitos de discurso e poder são imbricados teórica e metodologicamente nos textos pós-estruturalistasfoucaultianos publicados pela ANPEd, no período de 2000 a 2005? Objetivou-se saber quais as estratégias metodológicas utilizadas nas análises que operam com os conceitos supracitados, a partir da acepção utilizada por Foucault; qual a produtividade do currículo e da pesquisa inseridos ou vislumbrados a partir dessa perspectiva teórico-metodológica e quais os seus possíveis efeitos de conjunto nas discussões curriculares da atualidade. A metodologia foi engendrada a partir das contribuições foucaultianas contidas em obras e em discussões desse autor que permeiam a teorização curricular da atualidade no cenário nacional. A teoria foi utilizada como forma de exercício de problematização e desconstrução de discursos, conceitos e perspectivas que medeiam e fabricam o currículo e a pesquisa no campo das teorizações curriculares contemporâneas. Dentre os resultados mais significativos, apresentam-se as discussões em torno da diferença do caráter inventivo do currículo e da pesquisa pós-estruturalista como acontecimentos; o currículo pós ainda não teve a materialização de sua condição de possibilidade de existência, ou seja, o mesmo não existe como prática discursiva efetiva e nem como objeto de investigação das teorizações pós; a pesquisa pós, ao contrário, apresenta-se como conhecimento em sua acontecência e exibe seus efeitos: a construção de uma narrativa repetitiva sobre algumas dimensões, funções e efeitos do poder e do discurso acerca da análise dos diferentes textos curriculares; a presença de interditos nos discursos curriculares como a exclusão/substituição ou timidez no uso de palavras que possam remeter a alguma forma de prescrição e, a vontade de verdade e de poder como efeitos discursivos de conjunto das pesquisas pós-estruturalistas. Atentando para a orientação foucaultiana, esses interditos foram analisados em sua produtividade e positividade discursivas.

Discute o paradigma da inclusão e tensiona a trajetória histórica dos estudos sobre o corpo deficiente em sua relação/ conflito com a normalidade, tendo como pontos de interseção a genealogia foucaultiana e os estudos da diferença no campo educacional. Na construção teórico-metodológica busca subsídios no pensamento de Michel Foucault, Erving Goffman, Carlos Skliar, Jorge Larrosa, nos documentos legais que tratam dos direitos dos deficientes, além da análise de depoimentos de pessoas (deficientes e mães de deficientes) que contribuíram com suas histórias de vida. Nesta perspectiva, desenvolveu-se uma pesquisa de cunho bibliográfico, na intenção de mergulhar na complexidade da relação com o “outro” deficiente, utilizando como procedimento teórico-metodológico as noções de arqueologia e genealogia em Foucault, articuladamente aos campos da problematização da moral e da estética do corpo deficiente. Dentre os pontos de discussão, sobressai o questionamento de que atualmente se vive uma educação em defesa do paradigma da inclusão, sem, contudo, problematizar aspectos intocados nesse território de governo do outro. O texto se movimenta por três dimensões interligadas: do luto (interditos) do corpo deficiente nos meandros da normalidade histórica, da luta (resistências) por conquistas legais no cenário educacional, e de uma ética-estética (diferença) do corpo deficiente possível, um corpo que na visão de Larrosa “vai do impossível ao verdadeiro”, sendo vetor de sua própria experiência estética, um corpo inquiridor da moral, capaz de se reinventar e de recriar novos cenários da diferença na educação. / This dissertative study proposes to discuss, in Foucaultian Philosophy and Difference Thinking in Education, the perspective of a possible handicapped body thought as threshold of a new political body. It problematises the paradigm of handicapped body’s inclusion, describing and tensing the historical trajectory of studies about the handicapped body in its relation/conflict with normality, having as intersection points the foucaultian genealogy and the difference studies in educational field. In the theoretical-methodological construction it searches aids in the thinking of Michel Foucault, Erving Goffman, Carlos Skliar, Jorge Larrosa, in legal documents that deals with handicapped rights, as well as analysis of testimonials from people (handicapped and handicapped’s mothers) that contributed with their life stories. In this perspective, a bibliographical research has been developed, with the purpose of diving in the complexity of the relation with the handicapped “other”, using as theoretical-methodological procedure the notions of archeology and genealogy in Foucault, articulately to the fields of moral and aesthetical problematization of the handicapped body. Among the points of discussion, stands the questioning that nowadays one lives an education in support of the inclusion paradigm, without, however, problematizing untouched aspects in this territory under other’s government. The text moves itself through three interconnected dimensions: the “mourning” (interdiction) of the handicapped body in the intricacies of historical normality, the “fight” (resistences) for legal achievements in the educational setting and of the “ethical-aesthetic” (difference) of the possible handicapped body, a body that in Larrosa’s vision “goes from the impossible to the truthful”, being the vector of its own aesthetic experience, a moral inquisitor body, capable of reinventing itself and of recreating new settings of difference in education.

The aim of this paper is to extend the productive policies, its demands and effects on the post graduation teaching activities. Here, the core of Brazilian Education and the neoliberal model are questioning besides the current university and its demands on the post graduation course and also the academic productiveness and its developments in the researcher`s daily practice. The perspective of this work is the Michel Foucault`s Analytical and the three domains of his work (knowledge, power and achievement), together with other interpreter`s contributions and some authors having the same line of thoughts. The methodology was done after analyzing some professors`s speeches and documents provided by CAPES in which we find topics related to the post graduation course. In this regard, individual interviews were carried out and the interviewees have written a letter which has been published and the publications are relevant for this theme. The analysis were built from links between theoretical-perspectives and from Foucault`s concepts. The results demonstrate the devastating effects in the professor`s life caused by these policies. Therefore, the intention was to discuss the relations, here established, look for escape and find a different look and thought about the education and its post graduation model which massify the picture of professors and then understand its effects and reframe its process / Esta Tese vincula-se à linha de pesquisa Processos de Ensino e Aprendizagem do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal da Paraíba, e discute o produtivismo acadêmico que atravessa a pós-graduação brasileira e põe em funcionamento relações de saber-poder instituídas na contemporaneidade, produzindo efeitos nos professores pesquisadores. Meu objetivo é tensionar as políticas produtivistas, suas demandas e seus efeitos na atividade docente no âmbito da pós-graduação. Nesse sentido, busco problematizar: a educação brasileira e o modelo neoliberal que a constitui, a universidade contemporânea e as exigências do ensino na pós-graduação, e o produtivismo acadêmico e seus desdobramentos na prática diária dos professores pesquisadores. A perspectiva com a qual dialogo é a analítica de Michel Foucault e os três domínios de sua obra (ser-saber, ser-poder e ser-consigo), aliados às contribuições de outros intérpretes, assim como de autores que se associam à sua forma de pensar. Quanto à metodologia, trabalho com a análise dos discursos contidos nos documentos da Capes que tratam das prerrogativas da pós-graduação, e dos discursos produzidos pelos professores pesquisadores, tendo como materialidades uma carta escrita e publicada pelos sujeitos da pesquisa e entrevistas narrativas realizadas com os mesmos. As análises foram construídas a partir da imbricação da perspectiva teórica e do movimento empírico, e vice-versa, e a partir delas, resultaram como enunciados-chave algumas noções foucaultianas que atravessavam de forma contundente esses discursos. Os resultados encontrados demonstraram os efeitos, por vezes devastadores, destas políticas produtivistas na vida dos professores por elas afetados. Assim, procurei discutir essas relações, encontrar linhas de fuga, buscar outro jeito de olhar e pensar a educação e esse modelo de universidade e de pós-graduação que massifica a figura do professor, para entender seus efeitos e ressignificar seus processos

This study is based on a Foucauldian approach to discourse, inscribing itself in a philosophical position, much more than in a theory or method. At first, we try to think of transgression within the Foucauldian approach, from the crossings that the notions of event, truth, power, apparatus (dispositif) and certain practice of analysis of statements promote within the limits of an academic practice based on positivist procedures which upholds the notions of tradition, progress, exclusion from the heterogeneous, the ultimate truth, and finally, the homogenization of knowledge and practices. Simultaneously, I tried to highlight the points in which the Foucauldian notions contribute to illuminate conceptual and operational formulations of the idea of transgression. This research assumes an epistemological posture, because it aims to think the construction of a system of conceptual formation, however, because it is inscribed in the field of discursive studies, it sought to illustrate this construction from specific analysis of dictionary entries, journalistic news, the practice of pixação and two literary works by the Portuguese author José Saramago: The Gospel According to Jesus Christ and Cain. The analysis of these works sought to mark the singularity of the operation of transgression in literary discourse, considering the procedure of literary re-reading of history as a mechanism of transgression. Therefore, starting with Foucault's point of view on transgression in a text of 1963, we identify, based on the discursive analysis carried out, seven conceptual points for the idea of transgression, namely: (1) "transgression is a gesture concerning the limit "(FOUCAULT, 2006a); (2) transgression is of the order of the event; (3) transgression is a discussion about truth; (4) transgression is a discursive investment; (5) transgression is a discursive machine that moves the relevance of tradition; (6) transgression is a strategy of resistance; (7) transgression is one of constituents of an apparatus (dispositif). Finally, this research sought to cover some different fields of knowledge, discourse, and practices to reflect on transgression and viability, even the need for its operationalization to analyze discourses. / A hipótese geral desta pesquisa centra-se nas reflexões em torno da possibilidade de operacionalizar a ideia de transgressão como um conceito funcional para os estudos do discurso. Este estudo fundamenta-se em uma abordagem foucaultiana dos discursos, inscrevendo-se em uma postura filosófica, muito mais do que em uma teoria ou método. Procura-se, inicialmente, pensar a transgressão atuante no interior da abordagem foucaultiana, a partir dos atravessamentos que as noções de acontecimento, verdade,poder, dispositivo e de determinada prática de análise de enunciados promovem nos limites de um fazer acadêmico pautado nos procedimentos positivistas que sustentam a tradição, o progresso, a exclusão do heterogêneo, a verdade definitiva, enfim, a homogeneização dos saberes e das práticas. Simultaneamente, buscou-se evidenciar os pontos em que as noções foucaultianas contribuem para iluminar formulações conceituais e operacionais da ideia de transgressão. Esta pesquisa assume um caráter epistemológico, pois objetiva pensar a construção de um sistema de formação conceitual, entretanto, porque inscrita no campo dos estudos discursivos, procurou ilustrar essa construção a partir de análises pontuais de verbetes dicionarizados, de notícias jornalísticas, da prática de pixação e de duas obras literárias do autor português José Saramago: O evangelho segundo Jesus Cristo e Caim. A análise dessas obras procurou marcar a singularidade do funcionamento da transgressão no discurso literário, considerando o procedimento de releitura literária da história como um mecanismo transgressor. Portanto, partindo do apontamento de Foucault sobre a transgressão em um texto de 1963, identificamos, neste estudo a partir das análises discursivas realizadas, sete apontamentos conceituais para a ideia de transgressão, quais sejam: (1) “a transgressão é um gesto relativo ao limite” (FOUCAULT, 2006a); (2) a transgressão é da ordem do acontecimento; (3) a transgressão é uma discussão em torno da verdade; (4) a transgressão é um investimento discursivo; (5) a transgressão é uma máquina discursiva que move a pertinência da tradição; (6) a transgressão é estratégia de resistência; (7) a transgressão é uma das linhas de força constitutivas de um dispositivo. Enfim, essa pesquisa buscou percorrer alguns diferentes campos de saber, de discurso, de práticas para refletir em torno da transgressão, a viabilidade, e mesmo a necessidade de sua operacionalização para analisar discursos.

In organizations, has been discussed mainly in relations between companies and employees, but new studies support the expansion for relations with other stakeholders, including customers. Company-customer relations are based on business strategies and the resistance of customers to these strategies, setting the power relation between them. The study brings the following research question: how are the discourses of dignity presented in the power relations between customers and company? The thesis defended is that in a foucauldian perspective, the discourses of dignity underlie the discourses of refusal to be governed from customers, understanding them as a demand for rights. Developed under foucaldian power perspective, grounded at the critical paradigm of social research, it is a qualitative research that makes use of discourse analysis. The selection of the corpus occurred at a call center company, located in a city in the state of São Paulo. With eight visits to the company during four months, 396 recordings of service were selected and 27 interviews with 18 attendants and managers were made. The results suggest that the discourses of dignity of the clients, underlain by the discourses of refusal to be governed, appear when they realize the company s government, besides the limits that were previously dealt. They are discourses demanding the recognition of rights denied by the company, as well as the rights of not suffering the effect of being governed in other areas of their lives and social relations. One of the ways in which the effects are reduced refers to the client trying to govern the company. Suggestions for future research and practice are presented. / O estudo da dignidade está presente em várias áreas do conhecimento, como na Filosofia, Teologia, Direito, Medicina. Nas organizações, tem sido discutida principalmente nas relações entre empresas e empregados, mas novos estudos defendem a ampliação para as relações com os demais stakeholders, entre eles os clientes. As relações empresa-clientes são pautadas por estratégias de negócios das organizações e resistências dos clientes a estas estratégias, configurando relações de poder. O presente estudo traz a seguinte questão de pesquisa: como os discursos de dignidade se fazem presentes nas relações de poder entre clientes e empresa? A tese defendida é: em uma perspectiva foucaultiana, os discursos de dignidade estão subjacentes aos discursos de recusas a ser governado dos clientes, pela empresa, e os mesmos são aqui entendidos como exigências de direitos. Desenvolvida sob uma perspectiva foucaultiana de poder, alicerçada no paradigma crítico de pesquisa social, trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa que faz uso da análise do discurso. A seleção do corpus ocorreu em uma empresa de call center, situada em uma cidade do Estado de São Paulo. Com oito visitas à empresa, durante quatro meses, foram selecionadas 396 gravações de atendimento e realizadas 27 entrevistas com 18 atendentes e gestores. Os resultados sugerem que os discursos de dignidade dos clientes, subjacentes aos discursos de recusa a ser governado, se fazem presentes à medida que percebem o governo da empresa, além dos limites previamente acordados. São discursos de exigência de reconhecimentos de direitos negados pela empresa, bem como de direito a não sofrer os efeitos do governo em outras áreas da suas vidas e relações sociais. Uma das formas em que os efeitos são reduzidos diz respeito às tentativas de governo do cliente sobre a empresa. Sugestões para pesquisas futuras e para a prática são apresentadas.

Noção essa que, segundo Pierre Hadot, teria sido atraída por alguns aspectos de sua abordagem em relação a filosofia antiga como exercícios espirituais. A partir dessa nova perspectiva Foucault pensa o sujeito que constrói a si mesmo a partir de exercícios, práticas e técnicas de si. Consecutivamente, esta dissertação tem como objetivo analisar a “Cultura de Si” que é amplamente trabalhada e pesquisada por Foucault, em seus últimos trabalhos, e principalmente a partir da Hermenêutica do Sujeito, curso de 1982; além da História da Sexualidade II e III e outros textos correlatos de aspectos da ética antiga. Portanto partimos da análise da cultura de si feita por Foucault até as convergências e divergências criticamente empreendidas por Hadot. Para finalmente chegarmos, no capitulo III de nossa dissertação, para compreendermos como Foucault analisa a cultura de si após o curso de 1982. O que muda nos cursos posteriores. O que muda nos dois últimos volumes da História da sexualidade em relação à Hermenêutica do Sujeito. Também, a questão da atualidade da cultura de si e sua relação com as práticas sociais atuais para a possibilidade de uma estética da existência será objeto de investigação. Voltamo-nos então a questão de se haveria ou não em Foucault esta proposta de reatualização de uma ética antiga, buscando refletir sobre as maneiras em que seja possível entender, através do olhar que ele dirigiu a antiguidade, uma arte de viver. / Based on the recent works of Michel Foucault, we face a significant turning point in his philosophy, through the study of the Greek notion of care of the self. That notion, according to Pierre Hadot, would have been attracted by some aspects of his approach to ancient philosophy as spiritual exercises. From this new perspective Foucault thinks the subject who builds himself with exercises, practices and techniques of himself. Consequently, this dissertation aims to analyze “The Culture of the Self”, that is extensively worked and researched by Foucault, in his last works and mainly from The Hermeneutics of The Subject, a 1982 course; besides the History of Sexuality II and III, and other related texts to the aspects of old ethics. Thus, we start from the Foucault’s analysis of The Culture of the Self to the convergences and divergences critically undertaken by Hadot. Finally, we can arrive in chapter III of our dissertation, to understand how Foucault analyzes The Culture of the Self after the course of 1982. What changes in the later courses. What changes in the last two volumes of the History of Sexuality in relation to the Hermeneutics of the Subject. Also, the question of the actuality of The Culture of the Self and its relation to the current social practices for the possibility of an aesthetic of existence is another object of investigation. We then turn to the question of whether or not Foucault would propose to re-evaluate an ancient ethic, in order to reflect about the ways in which is possible to understand, through the look he has given to antiquity, an art of living.

From a post-modern epistemological perspective (Weltanshauung), the research focused on the issues concerning the production of subjectivities in the existing organizational society beyond the traditional theoretical standpoints whose common assumptions are due to the modernist approaches of organizational analysis. A deconstructive theoretical approach was emphasized across the whole text and it was mainly inspired and intellectually based upon Michel Foucault's genealogical démarche. His original conceptualization of power-knowledge relations informed the development of a methodology so as to analyse the discursive practices which determine many of the human resources policies concerning employability. The main thesis presented employability as a grand-device of micropolitical control towards the production of subjectivities whose main operation technologies are: an economic modernizing rhetoric, a moralistic dietetics and an instrumental education. Several discursive fragments from different academicists, journalists and some authors from the managerial litterature were taken into account so as to carefully deconstruct their speeches. This analysis revealed the mechanisms of production of pasteurized, mercantile and erratic subjectivities. Some inquietudes of heuristic nature are featured in the domain of organizational, psychological, sociological and political perspectives heading for new studies. / A pesquisa teve como objetivo fundamental analisar as práticas discursivas e políticas da narrativa da empregabilidade na seara organizacional contemporânea rumo à compreensão dos dispositivos de produção de subjetividades nas organizações. A partir de uma perspectiva epistemológica pós-moderna, buscou-se recolocar a questão da produção de subjetividades na sociedade hodierna para além dos marcos teóricos tradicionais, comuns às abordagens modernistas da análise organizacional. O referencial teórico encontra na genealogia de Michel Foucault sua inspiração fundamental para a construção da metodologia empregada na análise das práticas discursivas que informam muitas das políticas de gestão de recursos humanos praticadas nas organizações atuais. A tese defendida é a de que a empregabilidade constitui-se em um macrodispositivo de controle micropolítico na produção de subjetividades, operando mediante três tecnologias fundamentais: uma retórica modernizadora e economicista, uma dietética moralizadora e uma andragogia instrumental. A desconstrução de diversos fragmentos discursivos, tanto acadêmicos quanto jornalísticos e de autores da literatura gerencial, enseja um conjunto de conclusões, de metamorfoses, rumo a compreensão de subjetividades pasteurizadas, mercantis e erráticas. Algumas inquietações de natureza heurística são levantadas no âmbito das epistemes organizacional, psicológica, sociológica e política rumo a novos estudos.

(2011), destinado ao Ensino M?dio em Tempo Integral do Estado de Santa Catarina. Esta pesquisa busca compreender discursividades sobre o sujeito-aluno que o documento produz. Sendo assim, formulamos a hip?tese de que o documento, ao apresentar o discurso de uma ?nova? Proposta Curricular, produz o imagin?rio do sujeito-aluno logoc?ntrico, centrado, que busca a perfei??o e a completude, de acordo com a vontade de verdade do contexto hist?rico. Entendemos ainda que, ao propor uma forma de educa??o diferenciada, o documento apresenta o discurso do ?novo? como dispositivo de produ??o de sujeito-aluno para atuar nesse espa?o. Diante dessa hip?tese, os seguintes questionamentos foram retomados ao longo de nosso gesto interpretativo: I) que sujeito-aluno ? esse que se constitui por meio da discursividade do ?novo? no documento da Escola em Tempo Integral? e II) que sujeito-aluno ? esse que a Escola em Tempo Integral almeja e pretende forma(ta)r? Filiamo-nos ? teoria discursiva formulada por Foucault (1969 [2013], 1970[2010], 1979 [2011], 1975 [1996]). Uma das grandes contribui??es deste autor se refere ? ordem do discurso e sua arqueologia, trata-se de identificar como os discursos, os pequenos acontecimentos, as pequenas rupturas, possibilitam a emerg?ncia de dizeres camuflados por uma s?rie de apar?ncias superficiais. Filiados a essa teoria pretendemos: (I) analisar regularidades e dispers?es nos enunciados do documento, a respeito da constitui??o do sujeito-aluno na Escola em Tempo Integral, por meio do discurso do ?novo?; (II) refletir como o documento ?Novas perspectivas para o cotidiano escolar? (2011) apresenta o ?novo? como dispositivo para produzir um sujeito-aluno moldado em determinados padr?es e modelos; e (III) refletir sobre imagens que o documento produz em rela??o ao sujeito-aluno inserido na Escola em Tempo Integral. Dessa forma, a partir das an?lises, foi poss?vel perceber que tra?os constituintes do documento contribuem para o estabelecimento de um regime de verdade, de tudo que ? novo ? para melhorar, mesmo que essa representa??o do novo j? tenha sido vista em outros momentos, no ensino de tempo regular. O regime de verdade ? assegurado no discurso pol?tico educacional, atribuindo o valor de verdade por meio do status cient?fico do saber institucionalizado, que n?o ? advindo do Estado, mas ? mantido por ele (FOUCAULT, 2011). Entendemos que, na ilus?o de formar o sujeito-aluno integral e completo, o discurso do ?novo? camufla e demarca uma fronteira entre o que j? estava posto e a proposta da escola em tempo integral. Dessa forma, a partir das an?lises, pudemos vislumbrar que o discurso do novo, enquanto elemento que constitui o texto, cria regras, estabelece-se como estrat?gia e produz sujeitos. / This study has as object the discourse of the ?new?, on ?Novas Perspectivas para o cotidiano escolar? (2011), document for the high school in full time of Santa Catarina State. This research seeks to understand discourses about the subject-student produced by the document. Therefore, we have as hypothesis that the document when presents a new discourse on a curricular proposal, produces one imaginary about the subject-student, such as logocentric, centered, seeking perfection and completeness, according to the real historical context. We also believe that, by proposing a form of differentiated education, the document presents the discourse of the "new" as a device to produce a subject-student to work in this space. Given this hypothesis, the following questions will be taken up along our interpretive gesture, I) who is this subject-student that is through by the discourse of the "new" on the School Full-Time document? II) Who is this subject-student that the Full-Time School aims and intends to form and format? We join the discursive theory formulated by Foucault (1969 [2013], 1970 [2010], 1979 [2011], 1975 [1996]). A major contribution of this author refers to the order of discourse and archeology than identifying, as the speeches, small events, and small breaks, permit the emergence of saying camouflaged by a series of surface appearances. Affiliated to this theory we intend to: (i) analyzing regularities and dispersions about the constitution of the subjectstudent on the in school full time document, through the discourse of the "new"; (ii) reflect how the document "Novas perspectivas para o cotidiano escolar" (2011) introduced the "new" as a device for producing a subject-student molded into certain patterns and models; and (iii) reflect about the images, produced by the document in relation to the subject-student in the school full time. Thus, based on the analyzes, was observed that the document trace constituents contribute to the establishment of a regime of truth, of all that is new is to improve, even this representation of the new has already been seen at other moments on regular time. The regime of truth is ensured in educational policy discourse, which assigns truth value through the scientific status of institutionalized knowledge, which is not coming from the state, but is kept by him (Foucault, 2011). We understand that the illusion of full and complete form the subject-student, the discourse of the "new" camouflages and demarcates a boundary between what went down and proposed school full time. Thus, based on the analyzes, we could see that the discourse of the new, as a constitutive element of the text, create rules, establish as strategy and produces subjects.

Esta investigação de doutoramento buscou, como diria Michel Foucault, nosso principal teórico, fazer um diagnóstico do presente do Curso de Licenciatura em Matemática no Brasil, ou seja, produzir um olhar - o nosso olhar sobre este passado e sua força no presente - investigando o conceito de parresia - a coragem da verdade - dentro desse curso. Utilizamos como metodologia de investigação e escrita a arqueologia foucaultiana, pois a arqueologia nos possibilita colocar à vista as relações entre o ver e o dizer, entre o visível e o enunciável e que forças estão agindo no limiar deste processo. Permite-nos olhar a ressonância das práticas no discurso. Trata-se de uma descrição do discurso como objeto-monumento de um acontecimento. Desenvolver uma arqueologia, segundo Foucault, é produzir uma descrição histórica e filosófica sem o intuito de fazer julgamentos sobre os acontecimentos do passado com o olhar do presente. Através dos fragmentos utilizados - documentos escritos, tais como: discursos, leis, projetos políticos pedagógicos, atas e outros - descrevemos anarqueologicamente o desabrochar de ideias, a formulação de positividades, racionalidades para entender no presente como o passado se constituiu e como a construção desse passado faz vibrar atualmente forças de poder e resistência neste Curso, possibilitadas pela Coragem da Verdade. / This research aims to make difference on the history of Degree in Mathematics in our country, since we try to see and make it be seen through which practices and discourses started the first Degree in Mathematics in Brazil, created at the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Languages and Literature of the University of São Paulo in 1934, and how this establishment reverberates in our Degree in Mathematics today. This doctoral research seeks, according to our main theorist, Michel Foucault, to make a diagnosis of the current Mathematics Degree Course in Brazil, that is, to create a look - our look of this past and its strength in the present - investigating the concept of parrhesia - the courage of the truth - within that course. Foucault's archeology was used as research methodology and writing, because archeology allows us to show the relationship between seeing and saying, between the visible and the expressible and what forces are acting on the threshold of this process. It allows us to look at the resonance of discourse practices. This is a description of discourse as an object-monument of an event. Developing an archeology, according to Foucault, is to produce a historical and philosophical description without the intention of making judgments about the events of the past with the look of the present. Through the fragments used - written documents such as speeches, laws, political pedagogical projects, minutes and others- we anarchaeologically describe the blossoming of ideas, formulation of positivities, rationales to understand at present how the past was constituted and how the construction of this past currently moves power strength and endurance present in this Course enabled by the Courage of the Truth.

Nessa perspectiva, a economia criativa e suas categorias passaram a ser tomadas como estratégias para a formulação e implementação de políticas, focando, principalmente, na promoção e distribuição das manifestações culturais para propiciar o crescimento econômico. Como marco das iniciativas da economia criativa brasileira, está a proposta metodológica para identificação de polos criativos e a instituição do programa de incentivo. Em 2011, a Bomba do Hemetério se tornou polo criativo, na condição de um território expandido que agrega uma diversidade de agremiações carnavalescas, algumas delas consideradas de fundamental importância para o Carnaval de Pernambuco. Pode-se dizer que o cenário cultural local tornou possível o seu reconhecimento como polo criativo. A comunidade recebeu uma iniciativa de desenvolvimento local realizada a partir da articulação do poder público e de instituições não governamentais. Com base nisto, esta pesquisa se dedicou à análise da cultura carnavalesca da Bomba do Hemetério afim de desvelar os discursos que caracterizam essa cultura como recurso de desenvolvimento local. Utilizamos como lente teórica a teoria do Pósdesenvolvimento e, por meio da interpretação do arquivo inspirada na Análise de Discurso Foucaultina, foram reveladas três formações discursivas: uma sobre a cultura local e suas tradições, outra evidencia a cultura local como fonte de sobrevivência e outra aponta para a política de economia criativa. / In the contemporary scenario the economy and culture are addressed as key issues for development policies, considering the recognition of dedicated agencies and a culture that favors it, creates jobs and promotes social cohesion, it has become imperative to promote the empowerment of cultural activities. From this perspective, the creative economy and its categories came to be taken as strategies for the formulation and implementation of policies, focusing mainly on promotion and distribution of cultural events as economic growth factors. The methodological proposal for identifying creative centers and the institution of the incentive program is a starting point of initiatives of the Brazilian creative economy. In 2011, Bomba do Hemetério district became a creative center, as an expanded territory that aggregates a variety of carnival groups, some of them considered of fundamental importance for the Pernambuco Carnival. It can be said that the local cultural scene has made possible its recognition as a creative center. The community received a local development initiative carried out through the articulation of government and non-governmental institutions. Based on this, this research was dedicated to the analysis of Bomba do Hemetério district carnival culture in order to unveil the discourses that characterize this culture as a local development resource. We used post-development theory as theoretical lens and, by interpreting the file inspired by Foucauldian Discourse Analysis, three discursive formations were revealed: one on the local culture and its traditions, the other highlights local culture as a source of survival and another points to the creative economy public policy.
