Atualmente há uma grande mobilização social envolvendo a questão do abuso sexual, tamanha a ocorrência deste fenômeno. A OMS (Organização Mundial da Saúde) estima que entre 7-36% de meninas e 3-29% de meninos já sofreram abuso sexual em algum momento de sua vida. No entanto, muitos dos casos de abuso sexual acabam não sendo revelados e notificados, agravando a situação por não ter a possibilidade de obter tratamento para os envolvidos. O incesto, abuso sexual que ocorre dentro da família, é um tipo de violência sexual que apresenta uma dinâmica específica, que não somente a violência envolvendo seus participantes. O presente trabalho se apoia na visão psicanalítica para a compreensão das características desta dinâmica familiar, pois a trama incestuosa indica que houve uma falha na estruturação mental de todos os participantes, demarcando uma leitura intra/intersubjetiva e relacional para além de um estigma agressor e uma vítima. Objetivos do trabalho: refletir acerca de categorias de funcionamento psíquico destas famílias, que serão vislumbrados dentro do eixo psicanalítico e analisados a partir de dados apreendidos em entrevistas de triagens obtidas em uma instituição que oferece tratamento para tal população e frente a um questionário elaborado, cujo produto foi a construção de um inventário para detecção de atuação incestuosa / Currently there is a great social mobilization involving the issue of sexual abuse, because of the phenomenon occurrence. This work is based on psychoanalytic view in order to understand the characteristics of incestuous family dynamics, wich the incestuous abuse indicates that there was a flaw in the mental structure of all members, marking a intra/inter subjective and relational as well beyond an aggressor/victim stigma. Goals of work: to reflect on these categories of mental functioning families, contemplated within the psychoanalytic theory and analysed data from an institutions archives that provides treatment for this population and compared to a questionnaire, wich product will be used to create an Inventory for detection of an incestuous activity

We inquire about the psychic and social implications for those who live the experience of the incestuous act (incestuous sexual act) without meaning it as violence. It is a theoretical research that makes an articulation between the art and the psychoanalysis of Freud and Lacan. For that, a bibliographical survey was carried out divided in three chapters and in a chapter one develops a reading of the French film Marguerite and Julien - A love forbidden (2017) to illustrate the discussion. Finally, this research found a shortage of Brazilian literature on consented incest, having found in some international authors a dialogue on the topic. In addition, it was possible to propose an extension of the subject of incest that can manifest in various ways, both from the point of view of the choice of incestuous object, and the way the subject deals with that relationship, being able to live it without meaning it as violence. The development of the research made possible to establish a difference between incest among siblings and structural incest, which includes the triad of the Oedipus complex, which consists of the relation of the subject to the paternal and maternal function. Thus, it was understood that the distinction of the type of incest, whether abusive or consensual, is fundamental for the clinical management and understanding of the implications that involve a type of sexual object choice that goes against the prevailing sexual morality / Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo principal investigar o incesto consentido entre irmãos a partir de um outro olhar, este distanciado da perspectiva de abuso sexual. Indagamos sobre as implicações psíquicas e sociais para quem vive a experiência do ato incestuoso (ato sexual incestuoso) sem significá-lo como violência. Trata-se de uma pesquisa teórica que faz uma articulação entre a arte e as psicanálises de Freud e Lacan. Para tanto, foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico dividido em três capítulos e num capítulo desenvolve-se uma leitura do filme francês Marguerite e Julien- Um amor proibido (2017) para ilustrar a discussão. Por fim, esta pesquisa constatou uma escassez de literatura brasileira sobre o incesto consentido, tendo encontrado em alguns autores internacionais um diálogo sobre o tema. No mais, foi possível propor uma ampliação do tema do incesto que pode se manifestar de várias formas, tanto do ponto de vista da escolha de objeto incestuoso, quanto à forma como o sujeito lida com essa relação, podendo vivê-la sem significá-la como uma violência. O desdobramento da pesquisa possibilitou estabelecer uma diferença entre o incesto entre irmãos e o incesto estrutural, que inclui a tríade do complexo de Édipo, que consiste na relação do sujeito diante a função paterna e materna. Com isso, compreendeu-se que a distinção do tipo de incesto, seja abusivo ou consentido, é fundamental para o manejo clínico e entendimento das implicações que envolvem um tipo de escolha de objeto sexual que vai na contramão da moral sexual vigente

A fim de investigar a relação entre processo social e forma literária nOs Maias, de Eça de Queirós, o presente trabalho propõe a análise das afinidades entre a composição de classe representada no romance (sobretudo no embate entre uma aristocracia resiliente e uma burguesia ascendente) e o tema do incesto, a partir do conceito de figuração tal qual desenvolvido por Norbert Elias. / Aiming to investigate the relationship between social process and literary form in Os Maias [The Maias], by Eça de Queirós, this work purpose is to analyze the affinities between the class composition represented in the novel (mainly in the clash concerning a resilient aristocracy and an ascendant bourgeoisie) and the theme of the incest, taking into account the concept of figuration as developed by Norbert Elias.

Geralmente, provoca conseqüências destrutivas na formação da personalidade da criança, sem contar as seqüelas físicas e sociais. A mãe, geralmente, é a cuidadora que fica responsável pelos cuidados das crianças após a revelação e denúncia das situações de abuso intrafamiliar. Muitos estudos consideram que ela seja co-responsável pelo abuso, na medida em que não foi capaz de proteger a criança dessa ocorrência. Partindo desta idéia, a presente pesquisa teve como objetivo investigar as características psicológicas, as relações familiares das mães de crianças vítimas de abuso sexual intrafamiliar e sua história transgeracional. Para tal, foi utilizado o método de investigação de Estudos de Casos Múltiplos, que possibilitou uma análise qualitativa em profundidade do fenômeno pesquisado. Neste estudo participaram três mães de crianças vítimas de abuso sexual intrafamiliar, encaminhadas pelo Centro de Estudos à Infância e Adolescência (CEPIA), da cidade de Passo Fundo. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de avaliação psicológica das mães no consultório clínico da pesquisadora. Foram utilizados como instrumentos de coleta de dados: entrevista semi-estruturada; genograma e Teste de Apercepção Temática (TAT). Os casos foram analisados em profundidade, integrando os dados dos instrumentos utilizados (análise vertical) e, posteriormente, realizada uma análise dos casos em conjunto, buscando semelhanças e diferenças (análise horizontal). Conclui-se que o incesto não é um fenômeno que diz respeito exclusivamente às vítimas, mas ocorre como resultado de múltiplos determinantes, os quais se referem às características dos personagens envolvidos e à dinâmica da relação estabelecida entre eles. / Sexual abuse against children is a practice regarded as one of the gravest forms of violation of moral and physical, psychological trauma that results in severe and devastating. Generally, causes destructive consequences in shaping the personality of the child, not to mention the physical and social sequelae. The mother is usually the caregiver who is responsible for the care of children after the disclosure and reporting of abuse within families. Many studies consider it to be co-responsible for the abuse, in that it failed to protect the child of such an occurrence. From this idea, this research aimed to investigate the psychological characteristics, family relations of mothers of child victims of sexual abuse and its intergenerational story. To this end, we used the method of investigation of Multiple Case Studies, which allowed a qualitative analysis of the phenomenon studied in depth. In this study three mothers of child victims of sexual abuse, referred by the Center for the Study of Childhood and Adolescence (CEPIA), the city of Passo Fundo. Data collection was performed by a psychological evaluation of the mothers in the clinical practice of the researcher. Were used as instruments of data collection: semi-structured interview, genogram and Thematic Apperception Test (TAT). The cases were analyzed in depth, integrating data from instruments used (vertical analysis), and subsequently conducted a review of the cases together, seeking similarities and differences (horizontal analysis). We conclude that incest is not a phenomenon that relates exclusively to the victims, but occurs as a result of multiple determinants, which refer to characteristics of the characters involved and the dynamics of the relationship between them.

As a way to approach to this subject, was used the author professional experience as social worker at PAVAS (Attention Program for Sexual Violence) at the Public Health School in USP (University of São Paulo). Starting with a survey of the medical registers from the cases that involved sexual abuse of children and teenagers of the female gender and hers respective fathers and stepfathers, the author focused the cases wherein also occurred sexual abuse in the previous generation, it means involving the mothers of the children and teenagers attended in the Program as victims themselves. After, was utilized a study of a particular case, being this case analyzed using the systemic theory, in order to understand the dynamic of a family in which the relations are involved by incest. The author began from the hypothesis that the incestuous relation experienced by the woman in her childhood created for her a reference and a model of family and this fact makes she unconsciously try to establish affective relations inside the patterns that was socially apprehended for her. That implies to reproduce the abusive patterns that was historically construct by the familiar relations and these can be transmitted as a legacy. The results point out to the complex familiar system, that is capable to determine rules to be followed by the members that constitute it, and for the necessity to create a intervention policy to attend the family in which the sexual incestuous occurs as a whole, and not only the components of this family isolated, avoiding by this way to characterize the persons in victims and executioners / Este trabalho tem como objetivo compreender a família em que ocorre o abuso sexual intrafamiliar ou incestuoso, que se repete em diferentes gerações, sinalizando caminhos para a intervenção. Para aproximação da temática foi utilizada a experiência profissional da autora como Assistente Social no Programa de Atenção à Violência Sexual PAVAS, da Faculdade de Saúde Pública da USP. A partir de um levantamento dos prontuários dos casos envolvendo abuso sexual de crianças ou adolescentes do sexo feminino e seus respectivos pais ou padrastos, focalizou-se casos em que também havia acontecido abuso sexual na geração anterior, ou seja, envolvendo mães das crianças ou adolescentes atendidos no Programa. Após, foi utilizado um estudo de caso, sendo este analisado com base na teoria sistêmica, de modo a compreender a dinâmica de uma família em que as relações estão envoltas ao incesto. Partiu-se da hipótese de que a relação incestuosa vivida pela mulher em sua infância faz com ela tenha como modelo e referência de família aquela já conhecida, a qual faz com que inconscientemente ela procure estabelecer relações afetivas dentro dos moldes socialmente apreendidos por ela, o que implica reproduzir os padrões abusivos que foram historicamente construídos pelas relações familiares e que podem ser transmitidos por legado. Os resultados apontam para o complexo sistema familiar, o qual é capaz de determinar as regras a serem seguidas pelos elementos que o compõem e para a necessidade de criação de políticas de intervenção que tratem a família em que ocorre o abuso sexual incestuoso e não seus componentes isoladamente, evitando, assim, cristalizar os personagens em vítimas e algozes

Denna studie handlar om hur incestfall presenteras i svensk media. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur incest framställs i media under åren 2007–2018 genom att studera hur mediernas språkanvändning påverkat framställningen av incestövergrepp. Med hjälp av forskningsfrågorna: “Hur representeras incest i de valda artiklarna?” och “Hur påverkar språkval i medias representationer tolkningen av sexuella övergrepp med inriktning på incest?”, önskar studien kunna svara på syftet. Vid denna studie var det lämpligt att använda diskursanalys och metod Faircloughs tredimensionella modell och med hjälp av den kunna analysera fyra olika artiklar från svenska medier. Resultatet studien kom fram till tyder på att två av artiklarna består av intervjuer av dem utsatta medan i de andra två artiklarna får vi inte ta del av de utsatta personernas uttalanden. Studien kom fram till att det krävs objektivitet vid representationer av incestbrott på svensk media eftersom text skapar diskurs som har en påverkar på samhället.

Le présent travail est l'établissement minutieux, d'une anthologie non exhaustive, mais la plus représentative possible, des récits circonstanciés ou des allusions de connivence se rencontrant dans les textes de fiction, de morale ou de médecine, depuis l'Antiquité jusqu'à l'Âge classique, ayant pour sujet le motif légendaire des Amours d’ Antiochus et Stratonice. Cette légende prolifique a pour intérêt majeur d'utiliser les savoirs médico-moraux sur la souffrance amoureuse dans une perspective de fable théâtrale et mystificatrice, alliant l'imaginaire antique et ancien à l'histoire littéraire des narrations anecdotiques à usage exemplaire. L'analyse comparée du traitement du motif permet de mettre en lumière l'évolution conjointe de la psychologie de la maladie d'amour, de la poétique des exempla, et des réflexions menées sur les savoirs partagés et leur diffusion dans l'opinion éclairée, durant un millénaire. La longue durée, sur laquelle le corpus jamais encore réuni est examiné, tend à révéler une figure centrale de l'imaginaire collectif européen, celle de l'amoureux en souffrance, à l'origine des développements narratifs, poétiques et dramaturgiques les plus variés. L’étude s'épanouit dans une logique à la fois en diachronie et en synchronie : diachronie du passage du monde païen au monde chrétien, du monde antique au monde moderne, des temps des « légendes » à l'ère de la « raison » ; synchronie d'une narration assez simplement composée pour entrer dans la mémoire universelle, et suffisamment riche pour porter toute la complexité et les évolutions d'un thème majeur de l'Occident : la mélancolie d'amour. / The work herein is the careful establishment of an anthology, non-exhaustive yet as representative as possible, of circumstantial stories or connivance allusions occurring in fictional, moral, or medicine text from ancient times to the classical Age, dealing with the legendary motif of the Loves of Antiochus and Stratonice. This prolific legend has the major advantage of using medical-moral knowledge about love-sickness to feed a theatrical and mystifying fable, combining the ancient imaginary with the literary history of exemplary anecdotal narratives. The comparative analysis of the motif's treatment allows us to highlight the joint evolution of love-sickness psychology, poetic exempla, and reflections on the shared knowledge and its dissemination in enlightened opinion, over a millennium. This long term, over which this novel corpus is discussed, reveals a central figure in the European collective imagination, that of lovers in suffering, point of origin of varied narrative, poetic, and dramatic developments. The study flourishes in a logic both diachronic and synchronic: diachronic passage from the pagan world to the Christian world, from the ancient world to the modern world, from the time of "legends" to the age of "reason" ; synchrony on the other hand of a story simple enough to seep into universal memory, and nevertheless rich enough to bear all the complexity and evolutions of a major theme of the Occident: love melancholy.

Many consider Oldboy be the defining film of the most recent wave of South Korean cinema, with scholars such as Terrence McSweeney and Kim Kyun Hyun arguing the film's representation of South Korean culture through collective memory, trauma, and Westernization. However, most of the current scholarship that surrounds the film does not adequately address the film's prominent theme of incest. My thesis explores the anxious implications of the film's incestuous imagery and reads it as a figure for the film's transnational presence. Specifically, in my project, incest is the nucleus on which I build each argument outward. First through abjection and desire for self and other, onto telesthesia and desire for private and public, then finally, transnationalism and the desire for national and global. These desires we typically take as binaries, but in fact, we experience an anxiety of being simultaneously on both sides of the binary. I argue that attentiveness Oldboy`s representation of the incest taboo brings necessary nuances to the current scholarship that surrounds it: Contemporary South Korean culture cannot be a primary focus, as South Korea has always been entangled within an "other", be it through Colonization, Westernization, or more recently telecommunications. In conclusion, by closely examining the incest taboo in Oldboy, this project sheds light on the simultaneity within the desires of self and other, private and public, and finally, national and global.

Cette étude cherche à montrer de quelle façon une expérience socio-historique est incorporée à une œuvre littéraire et lui donne forme en devenant matière de sa composition. A partir des contradictions vécues par le peuple libanais dans leur mouvement de diaspora au Brésil, nous prétendons vérifier comment elles sont assimilées dans le cadre d’une création esthétique où elles sont symbolisées à différents degrés par le langage. Notre travail a pour objet d’analyser le roman Lavoura Arcaica de Raduan Nassar, publié en 1975. En partant de la contradiction centrale imposée par une réalité historique singulière, celle de l’immigration, régie par deux forces identiques et opposées, l’une endogène et l’autre exogène, le roman projette les effets de sa tension permanente. Ces effets se traduiront par des dédoublements qui, engendrant à chaque fois une nouvelle ambivalence contradictoire, attribuent au roman nassarien sa caractéristique la plus marquante. La poursuite de notre recherche nous mènera alors vers une configuration tragique imposée par un double commandement insoluble, ce dernier étant entièrement concentré sur le protagoniste romanesque. Face à une crise irréversible qui s’empare du récit, l’inceste surgit à la fois comme une réponse démesurée d’obéissance à la loi paternelle et comme une façon maligne de renverser l’ordre autoritaire d’un contexte patriarcal. Afin de cerner le jeu d’inversions proposé par le récit de Nassar nous ferons appel principalement aux études théoriques de Friedrich Nietzche, Jean-Pierre Vernant, Jacques Derrida, Marcel Mauss et René Girard. / This study intent to reveal how a socio-historical experience can be incorporated in a literally work shaping its form and becoming its content. Taking the contradictions into account experienced by Lebanese people regarding the moviment of the diaspora towards Brazil, we intent to verify how they were assimilated in the frames of an esthetic creation being simbolyzed by different levels of language. Our work aims analyse Raduan Nassar’s Lavoura Arcaica published in 1975. Since the central contradiction imposed by a singular historic reality, the Lebanese diaspora conducted by two identical and opposite strenghts, one endogenous and the other exogenous, the effects of this permanet tension are projected in the romance. These effects were translated by duplication that every time engenders a new contradictory ambivalence giving to the Nassar’s romance its most significant characterist. Our study will then lead us to a tragic configuration imposed by an insoluble double command, focused on its extensive totality on the romantic protagonist. Faced with an irreversible crisis that takes hold of the story, incest arises both as an excessive response to obedience to paternal law and as a malignant way to overthrow the authoritarian order of a patriarchal context. In order to define the set of inversions proposed by Nassar's narrative, we will mainly call upon the theoretical studies of Friedrich Nietzche, Jean-Pierre Vernant, Jacques Derrida, Marcel Mauss and René Girard.
