La protection des libertés individuelles sur le réseau internet / The protection of Individuals rights on the internet

Criqui-Barthalais, Géraldine 07 December 2018 (has links)
This study considers the internet as a new territory where rights guaranteed to each individual in physical space can be promoted; not only free speech and privacy, but also the Habeas Corpus prerogative writ, which protects against unlawful imprisonment, and the right to freedom of movement. Thus, processing by analogy, the dissertation intends to promote two specific digital rights: the freedom to connect to the internet and the freedom to surf on the web. The freedom to connect should be part of a public service which promotes this access through public policies. Moreover, barring someone from using the internet can only be decided by a judge. The freedom to surf should protect the web users against unreasonable restrictions. Thus, measures blocking illegal websites should not come through self-regulation but through a legal framework which defines how administrative authorities are entitled to decide such restrictions. The protection of these two rights entails further obligations. Individuals must access the internet anonymously and they must be aware of how the government monitors their actions on the web. This study tries to outline the content of measures aiming to frame network addressing mechanisms. Identity checks based on the IP address should be subject to a strict legal regime. The study concludes that individuals have to be protected from surveillance when data reveal their choices among websites while they are connected. Internet access providers, but also search engines and browsers, must delete this data. Only special measures taken by a public entity or someone entitled to control the web users may lead to this kind of data retention.

Analyse exploratoire du comportement de deux catégories de jeunes consommateurs marocains de spectacles de football et de jeux vidéo de football / Exploratory analysis of the of two categories of young moroccan consumers behaviours on football events and football video games

Belkebir, Joumana 27 June 2018 (has links)
Nowadays, there is a managerial and academic interest in analyzing the consumption behavior of moroccan football spectators and football video game players aged between 8 and 24. A managerial interest because the young Moroccans constitute a major market and a source of revenue for the football sector in Morocco and an academic interest considering the lack of research in the international and Moroccan marketing literature concerning these types of behaviors. The concept of identity is particularly important to explain the behavior of this category of adolescents. In this perspective, our doctoral work aims to show the importance of the young and Moroccan identity in relation to other more traditional variables (environmental, socio-demographic and experiential), when it is related to passionate and (or) partisan consumption of football shows and football video games. Through a qualitative and quantitative exploratory approach, our research essentially highlights profiles of young moroccan spectators and players, and analyzes the relationship between the consumption of football shows and football video games. In addition, this study highlights the emergence of a female and connected football consumption shows among young Moroccans between 8 to 24. Finally, our results can help managers to adapt their distribution and communication strategies of football video games and football shows to these segments.

Individuals who bear Special Visual Needs (ISVN) can utilize a 3D perception development system, that allows, through an educational process, the ISVN to be prepared for a new reality, that is, to go from the 2D dimension to the 3D. Such a system would help these individuals to read the world in an imagery rich context. This study aimed at showing that systems based on Augmented Reality (AR) can facilitate ISVN`s inclusion in the world of painting. In order to accomplish this study, a Colaborative Authorship with Augmented Reality System (CAARS) was used to develop perception systems. These perception systems were utilized in 3D learning situations with 10 congenital blind adults, 4 of which are undergraduate students at UNASP/SP and 6 graduated professionals. These experiences showed that the proposed perception system offered the congenital blind individuals the possibility of learning all the techniques and concepts of 3D representation and interact with certain autonomy in the environment. The 3D perception systems developed for the congenital blind individuals enables them to have access to museums and other cultural spaces, resulting in a contribution to the social inclusion of this group / Pessoas cegas estão impossibilitadas de contemplar e apreciar a arte pictórica por problemas visuais, pois a linguagem visual ainda é a forma de comunicação predominante nas ações culturais.

Accès au juge constitutionnel et constitutionnalisation du droit : approche comparée avec l'Allemagne, l'Italie et l'Espagne / Access to the constitutional judge and constitutionnalisation of law : comparative approach with Germany, Italy and Spain

Wade, Mame Ndiaga 18 December 2015 (has links)
The direct access of individuals to constitutional justice has the tendency in Germany and Spain, contrary to France and Italy where it does not exist, to modify the current and objective nature of the mission of constitutionalisation of the constitutional judge through the subjective goals individual and direct recourses. It triggers, on the other hand, on the side of the constitutional judge another function than the simple constitutionalisation of law that remains objective in the case of the indirect access, which is leading to the fundamentalisation of law, which has very subjective features. This is explaining the competition between the constitutional judge and the ordinary and European courts that leads the first to behave in Supreme Court in Germany and Spain where those review procedures exist. The fundamentalisation, which is a wider process than the constitutionalisation one, also oblige the constitutional judge to adapt and to get involved in the “circulation of legal solutions”

Ribeiro, Elisete Maria 27 November 2009 (has links)

No. of bitstreams: 1 Elisete Maria Ribeiro.pdf: 7853414 bytes, checksum: ca9d4beb14aec1e3814dc40e05452d22 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2009-11-27 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / The field of health policy has incorporated new concepts that guide the qualification and practice of health professionals, following a trend of ensuring universal health care rights. Health services have required health professionals to adopt distinguished conducts in which they play a central role in delivering technical, operational and political excellence in their practices. This is because they are jointly responsible for ensuring an accessible, humanized, egalitarian and comprehensive health care, among other principles respected by the Brazilian Health System (SUS). This research sought to analyze, from a historic and institutional perspective, the service infrastructure quality, as well as Primary Health Care workers concepts and practices underpinning the implementation and the development of the Family Health Strategy in the Health Office of Curitiba. In order to meet such demand, a new professional profile emerges with a humanized approach, as well as generalist and resolute characteristics within the Family Health Strategy practice. Based on the theories raised by the attributes described by Starfield (2002) as critical or unique in Primary Health Care (first contact, comprehensiveness, longitudinality and coordination), the secondary attributes (family-centeredness, cultural competence and community orientation) and an attribute not only assigned to Primary Health Care (proper recording), the concepts and practices adopted by the Family Health Strategy in Curitiba are analyzed. Family Health was wholly taken and implemented within a specific technical and political timeframe and in a restricted fashion. It is defended only by a portion of significant professionals aligned to understand and embrace values, principles and attributes of Primary Health Care. Significant individuals demonstrate the progresses made in the qualification of working concepts and processes and the contradictions arising from an insufficient appropriation of ideologies by new stakeholders, which impair the delivery of a qualified Family Health Care work. This study presents how the Primary Health Care in Curitiba is organized and operates, in connection with the hegemony and qualified development of a city policy / O campo da política de saúde tem agregado novas concepções que orientam a formação e a prática dos trabalhadores de saúde, em uma tendência de garantia da universalidade do direito à saúde.

Intrusiveness of Behavioral Treatments for Children with Autism and Developmental Disabilities: An Initial Investigation

Mayton, Michael R., Carter, Stacy L., Zhang, Jie, Wheeler, John J. 01 January 2014 (has links)
The behaviors frequently displayed by students with autism can place them at risk for overly reactive behavior interventions with unwanted side effects. The current study examined the level of intrusiveness of behavioral treatments developed for 198 students with disabilities from 13 different states. Results demonstrated that students diagnosed with autism had proportionally more intrusive behavior interventions when compared to students in five other disability categories and indicated that many students with autism were unnecessarily subjected to highly intrusive behavior interventions. The implications of these findings are discussed, and recommendations for future research are provided.

Effectiveness of Gluten-Free and Casein-Free Diets for Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders: An Evidence-Based Research Synthesis

Zhang, Jie, Mayton, Michael R., Wheeler, John J. 01 June 2013 (has links)
In order to better assist practitioners and better serve persons with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and their families, it is vital for professionals to systematically evaluate the existing body of literature and synthesize its scientific evidence, so that the efficacy of research can be translated to evidence-based practices (EBPs) (Wheeler, 2007; Zhang & Wheeler, 2011). This research synthesis evaluated adherence to EBP standards and analyzed the effectiveness of gluten-free and casein-free (GFCF) diets for individuals with ASD. Four hundred and seventy articles were screened among peer-reviewed journals in English language published through 2010 using the Academic Search Complete search database. Twenty-three studies were selected, and the researchers used a systematic analysis model developed by Mayton, Wheeler, Menendez, and Zhang (2010) to investigate the degree of adherence to specific evidence-based practice standards. In addition, the study utilized quality indicators proposed by (a) Horner et al. (2005) for single-subject design studies and (b) Gersten et al. (2005) for group experimental design, to evaluate the efficacy of GFCF diet interventions. Results of this synthesis indicated that the efficacy of GFCF diet interventions for individuals with ASD is inconclusive, and the field needs better controlled studies to provide the scientific evidence base for the intervention.
