At first, it seeks to clarify the requirement for a concept of human being for this comparison and also the convenience of a detailed explanation of the methodology that will guide the theoretical proceedings. Some psychoanalytic concepts are listed and discussed mainly concerning its constitution being conditioned by a personal interaction which is historical and worldly determined. Next, relevant existentials from the existential analytic of Dasein are brought one by one as opposed to the possibilities of approaches of their emergence and theoretical significance to psychoanalytic concepts, showing that they are all irreducible and belonging to different understandings of human practical life, although they may combine significantly in an further attempt to a more detailed understanding of the authentic and inauthentic existence of Dasein. Finally, it concludes that the existential analytic of Dasein is an understanding of the singularity that understanding of being promotes when phenomenologically shown as a way of being-in-the-world of Dasein and that this does not qualify to treat people in suffering because the specific suffering able to be changed and managed in an empirical encounter is that one which is debtor to the historicity of personal events representable only by theories such as psychoanalysis that occur in remission of conjointy in the meaningfulness of the world and that promotes an inauthentic individuation of Dasein in fallenness. / Esta tese tem como objetivo discutir a rela??o entre a anal?tica existencial do Dasein de ?Ser e tempo? de Martin Heidegger e a psican?lise, tomada em geral como uma psicoterapia, considerando as poss?veis implica??es terap?uticas de uma fenomenologia hermen?utica e as poss?veis implica??es existenciais de uma teoria acerca do sofrimento humano. De in?cio se busca esclarecer a exig?ncia de um conceito de ser humano para esta compara??o e tamb?m a conveni?ncia de uma pormenorizada explicita??o da metodologia que guiar? o proceder te?rico. S?o elencados alguns conceitos psicanal?ticos e discutidos principalmente quanto ? sua constitui??o estar condicionada por uma intera??o pessoal hist?rica e mundanamente determinada. A seguir, existenciais relevantes da anal?tica existencial do Dasein s?o trazidos um a um como contraponto ?s possibilidades de aproxima??o do seu surgimento e significado te?rico com os conceitos psicanal?ticos, mostrando que s?o todos irredut?veis e pertencentes a compreens?es distintas da vida pr?tica humana, ainda que possam ser significativamente complementares em uma tentativa de compreens?o mais pormenorizada das exist?ncias aut?ntica e inaut?ntica do Dasein. Por fim, conclui-se que a anal?tica existencial do Dasein ? uma compreens?o da singulariza??o que a compreens?o do ser promove ao ser fenomenologicamente mostrada como modo de ser no mundo do Dasein e que isto n?o a qualifica para tratar pessoas em sofrimento, pois o sofrimento capaz de ser mudado e manejado em um encontro emp?rico ? aquele devedor da historicidade de eventos pessoais represent?veis apenas em teorias como a da psican?lise que se d?o em remiss?o de conjunta??o na significatividade do mundo e que promovem individua??o inaut?ntica do Dasein na deca?da.

In order to do that, will be studied the conceptions arising from the referred theory, as well as its conventional roots and theories from another theorists. Along the revision of the pertinent literature will be studies ideas from Ferdinand de Saussure, especially the ones about relation and linguistic values, because they are significant important to understand the linguistic meaning of any terms in the language. Another idea that will be developed at the following paper is the empty sign, studied by Benveniste, which will be explained and will be the object for new considerations, in order to study the presence of an emptiness inside every word. Also during the study of the literature, the ideas of meaning understood only by the linguistic relations among words will be object of thoughts. In order to do that, the ideas of Oswald Ducrot and Marion Carel will be very important, especially the linguistic orientation, linguistic relations, because they will demonstrate how the meaning is constructed. Other notions of those two theoretical authors are the idea of semantic block and argumentative four-sided figure. The paradox, according to the semantics, will be studied considering the ideas of Carel, Ducrot and Borges (2011), aiming its application in the argumentative figure. Specifically, the observation of the paradox in the figure can demonstrate how the normative and transgressive relations occurs. There were select a song and an advertisement to demonstrate those kind of relations, by using a methodology that focus in the particular cases. At the end, the results will be shown and the final considerations will be constructed, based on the premise of analyzing the paradox in the argumentative four-sized figure. / A presente tese estuda o paradoxo, do ponto de vista da Teoria dos Blocos Sem?nticos, observando, fundamentalmente, as rela??es que ocorrem no quadrado argumentativo. Para isso, estudam-se os conceitos da teoria mencionada, bem como seus fundamentos precursores e as ra?zes advindas de outros te?ricos. Ao longo da fundamenta??o te?rica s?o estudados os conceitos de Ferdinand de Saussure, principalmente a no??o de rela??o e valor lingu?stico, pois fundamentais para a constru??o do sentido. Ademais, o conceito de signo vazio de Benveniste ? explicitado e serve de base para novas reflex?es, que observam a ocorr?ncia de uma parte vazia nas palavras. Ainda, dentro dos pressupostos te?ricos, s?o estudadas as no??es iniciais de argumenta??o na l?ngua, atrav?s dos escritos de Oswald Ducrot, visando a obten??o do entendimento necess?rio para uma compreens?o adequada da Teoria dos Blocos Sem?nticos, atualmente desenvolvida por Marion Carel. Dentre os conceitos mais importantes para o estudo em pauta, est?o a orienta??o lingu?stica, as rela??es lingu?sticas, que demonstrar?o como o sentido ? constru?do, bem como a no??o de bloco sem?ntico e quadrado argumentativo. O paradoxo sem?ntico ? abordado com a utiliza??o dos estudos de Carel e Ducrot, e de Borges (2011), mirando sua aplica??o dentro do quadrado argumentativo, ou seja, observa-se o comportamento das rela??es de normatividade e transgressividade entre os encadeamentos do quadrado, derivado de um bloco sem?ntico. O objeto das an?lises consiste em uma can??o nacional e uma propaganda, ambas contendo sentidos paradoxais. A metodologia utilizada ? a an?lise de cada objeto de forma ?nica, com etapas pr?prias. Concluiu-se que o paradoxo constitui aspectos normativos paradoxais, mas n?o aspectos transpostos e conversos.

To this end, it initially investigates the context lived by the author in the modern period with its technological and scientific changes and the influences that he received from the philosopher Franz Rosenzweig, aspects that decisively will mark his own understanding about that category. Secondly, it searches out to highlight the understanding of Benjamin on the subject and the constellation of elements that are related to it, among which we can point the question of time, narrative, tradition, memory and thresholds situations. Still showing the impoverishment of the very notion of Experience against the advent of modernity and the impacts of World War I, as well as its consequent reduction of the scope of experiment occurred in that period. Also adding to this, an instrumental conception of language and philosophy which is now used only as a guide to scientific knowledge. Such point also involves a criticism of the theory of knowledge of Immanuel Kant and the interpretations of it carried out by the school of Marburg. That?s the reason why it discusses, finally, the urgent need to recognize the poverty of Experiences in which we live and the requirement to recover the Experience to its fullest to the speech, especially the philosophical, in order to resume the expressive character of philosophy itself, once consigned to oblivion, as well as its ability to think in temporality. / O presente estudo versa sobre a categoria de Experi?ncia (Erfahrung) no pensamento de Walter Benjamin. Para tanto, investiga inicialmente o contexto vivido pelo autor no per?odo moderno com suas transforma??es tecnol?gicas e cient?ficas e as influ?ncias por ele recebidas do fil?sofo Franz Rosenzweig, aspectos que de forma determinante ir?o marcar a sua pr?pria compreens?o a respeito de tal categoria. Num segundo momento, busca destacar, ent?o, a compreens?o de Benjamin sobre o tema, bem como a constela??o de elementos que a este est?o relacionados, dentre os quais se podem apontar a quest?o do tempo, da narrativa, da tradi??o, da mem?ria e das situa??es limiares. Evidenciando ainda o empobrecimento da pr?pria no??o de Experi?ncia frente ao advento da modernidade e aos impactos da Primeira Guerra Mundial, assim como sua consequente redu??o ao ?mbito do experimento ocorrida nesse per?odo. The Oulipo is based on the formal constraint as a "machine" of artistic creation in two ways: on the one side, an analytical approach which studies "plagiats par anticipation [anticipatory plagiarism]", i.e., the writers who worked on the formal constraints before the Oulipo; on the other hand, a synthetic approach based on innovation and experimentation with new literary constraints. Firstly, this doctoral dissertation discusses concepts (implicitly or explicitly) presented in the manifestos of the group and in the critical texts and interviews with Georges Perec, concerning mainly the concept of constraint. Secondly, it discusses these notions in the work of Perec, including the lipogram novel La disparition (2009a [1969]). The heart of this part is to analyze the relationship between the discourse of the Oulipo and its immediate and visible effects in La disparition, therefore between constraint and aesthetic formalism. As theoretical basis, the concepts of metatextuality as proposed by Bernard Magn? (1986; 1989), the death of the author as proposed by Roland Barthes (2004), intertextuality as proposed by Kristeva (2005) and reader as proposed by Wolfgang Iser (1996; 1999) and Umberto Eco (1991) are essentials, among others. At the end, extracts of La disparition translated into Portuguese by the author are presented, based on the theoretical work of Haroldo de Campos (2004), which considers translation as a device of critical appropriation. / O grupo liter?rio Oulipo (Ouvroir de litt?rature potentielle [Ateli? de Literatura Potencial]) surgiu na d?cada de 1960, na Fran?a, e postulava, a partir da aproxima??o entre literatura e matem?tica, a utiliza??o de contraintes para a cria??o liter?ria e para os estudos sobre literatura. Conforme o Oulipo, que tinha entre seus integrantes Raymond Queneau, Italo Calvino, Jacques Roubaud e Georges Perec, toda a obra liter?ria possui restri??es formais, cabendo ao escritor ter consci?ncia desse processo. Um dos romances que tornaram o grupo famoso foi La disparition, de 1969, escrito sem a vogal ?e?, a mais utilizada em franc?s. Nessa obra, a restri??o est? intimamente ligada a um jogo metatextual, em que se alude constantemente ? aus?ncia da vogal. Partindo da hip?tese de que nem um autor, grupo ou movimento liter?rio tem controle sobre os sentidos ou interpreta??es dos textos a ele ligados, este estudo se prop?e a debater os postulados oulipianos, sobretudo o conceito de contrainte, e suas consequ?ncias nos estudos liter?rios. Al?m disso, apresenta-se uma an?lise da obra de Georges Perec, com destaque para o romance La disparition (2009a [1969]). Therefore, we set out to explain the historical, plural, and unfinished character of his conception of virtue, by means of the intertwining of the concepts of practices, narrative order of a single human life, and tradition. Then, considering the weakness and dependence of the human animal, we demonstrate the naturalistic and open aspects of the concept of the human good that underpin the transition from animality to rationality, analyzing the concepts of animal human identity, practical rationality, and flourishing. Finally, in order to recognize the limits of MacIntyre?s virtue theory regarding the implications of human vulnerability and dependence resulting from its animal condition, we propose the addition of a third set of virtues to MacIntyre?s typology, namely, the virtues of shared responsibility. / A tese consiste num esfor?o para ampliar a teoria das virtudes de Alasdair MacIntyre, atrav?s da adi??o de um terceiro conjunto de virtudes ? as virtudes da responsabilidade compartilhada. Para tanto, primeiramente explicitaremos o car?ter hist?rico, plural e inacabado de seu conceito de virtudes, atrav?s do entrela?amento dos conceitos de pr?tica, ordem narrativa de uma vida humana singular e tradi??o. Em seguida, considerando a fragilidade e depend?ncia do animal humano, demonstramos o aspecto naturalista e aberto do conceito de bem humano que fundamenta o processo de transi??o da animalidade para a racionalidade, analisando os conceitos de identidade humana animal, racionalidade pr?tica e florescimento. After decades of his death, it remains a benchmark of life, service, charity and Christian faith for millions of Brazilians, and a challenge to the way of being church in our times. / O presente trabalho apresenta um pouco da vida e obra do Padre C?cero Rom?o Batista e alguns cen?rios do catolicismo popular na regi?o do Nordeste brasileiro, buscando ao m?ximo valorizar as experi?ncias de f? do sertanejo nordestino. Pe. C?cero Rom?o e o seu estilo de pastorear, formar e animar as massas de nordestinos ? indicado como um paradigma para a??o eclesial da atualidade. It will be also analyzed the politic and cultural contexts of development of the Generation of 1870, and how the ideia of decay articulated the cohesion between its members (focusing on its theorist theoretical foundation on Oliveira Martins?s thought, specially, the Hegel?s dialectic logic and the theories about social organicism). It will be used as research methodology the historical categories of Space of Experience and Horizon of Expectation of Reinhart Koselleck, intending to constitute a historical hermeneutic adequate to study the analogies established between the historical circles of Portugal?s history, and its relation with the Roman Republic. It will be also analysed the main postulates of the cathedratic socialism, and its influence over Oliveira Martins?s political thought, also reflecting on his historiography. It?s intended to problematize the borders between historical production and political thought, as much about the readings of Portuguese history that provided multiple interpretations about the Portuguese national identity. / A presente disserta??o consiste em uma an?lise a respeito da historiografia de Joaquim Pedro de Oliveira Martins enfatizando suas concep??es com rela??o ao processo de decad?ncia da na??o portuguesa, bem como sobre as constru??es historiogr?ficas relativas ao conceito de cesarismo. Abordar-se-? tamb?m o contexto pol?tico e cultural em que se desenvolveu a Gera??o de 1870 em Portugal e como a ideia de Decad?ncia articula-se enquanto eixo de coes?o entre seus membros (focando na fundamenta??o te?rica do mesmo no pensamento de Oliveira Martins, em especial, na l?gica dial?tica hegeliana e nas teorias do organicismo social). Empregar-se-? como metodologia de pesquisa as categorias hist?ricas de Espa?o de Experi?ncia e Horizonte de Expectativa, de Reinhart Koselleck, para a constitui??o de uma sem?ntica da hist?ria adequada para estudar as analogias entre os ciclos hist?ricos de Portugal em rela??o ? As tr?s principais influ?ncias identificadas s?o as culturas ind?genas, as culturas dos colonizadores e as culturas dos indiv?duos transportados ? col?nia contra a sua vontade: os escravos africanos, no caso do Brasil, e os prisioneiros das Ilhas Brit?nicas, no caso australiano. Este modelo ? aplicado em uma an?lise comparativa da representa??o dessas rela??es coloniais e p?scoloniais em dois romances que tematizam a forma??o de sociedades novas nos mundos latino e brit?nico: O Continente (1949), do sul-rio-grandense Erico Verissimo, e Voss (1957), do australiano Patrick White. O estudo comprova a utilidade anal?tica do modelo e mostra um alto grau de semelhan?a morfol?gica entre as rela??es culturais representadas nos dois textos.

From this analysis, I argue that Nietzsche's thought cannot be related, prima facie, to any preconceived type of naturalist proposal. To achieve this goal, I analyze the following arguments: (i) the current debate about naturalism in Nietzsche tends to value a typology and wards off the meaning of philosophy proposed by him; (ii) it is not possible to relate Nietzsche's thought to any kind of preconceived concept of naturalism, though one can find naturalistic perspectives in his philosophy; (iii) Nietzsche can only be considered a naturalistic philosopher insofar as his philosophy is to represent a new approach away from the naturalistic categories that can be found in contemporary philosophy; (iv) his naturalistic perspectives are related to a notion of nature remote from the concept of nature proposed by contemporary naturalism; (v) the problem of morality in Nietzsche is related to his project of a transvaluation of values which is upheld by his notion of nature; (vi) the problem of morality in Nietzsche intends to seize the tragic element in its constitution. / O objetivo deste estudo ? analisar o debate contempor?neo que prop?e a rela??o do pensamento de Friedrich Nietzsche com o naturalismo filos?fico. A partir dessa an?lise, procuro demonstrar que o pensamento de Nietzsche n?o pode ser relacionado com nenhum tipo de proposta naturalista fechada. Para atingir esse objetivo, analiso os seguintes argumentos: (i) o debate atual a respeito do naturalismo em Nietzsche tende a valorizar uma tipologia e se afasta do significado de filosofia proposto por ele; (ii) n?o ? poss?vel relacionar o pensamento de Nietzsche a um tipo de naturalismo fechado, mas ? poss?vel encontrar perspectivas naturalistas em sua filosofia; (iii) Nietzsche s? pode ser considerado um fil?sofo naturalista se a sua filosofia representar um novo tipo de abordagem, diferente das categorias naturalistas que existem na filosofia contempor?nea; (iv) suas perspectivas naturalistas est?o relacionadas com uma no??o de natureza distante do conceito de natureza proposto pelo naturalismo contempor?neo; (v) o problema da moral em Nietzsche est? conectado com o seu projeto de transvalora??o dos valores, o qual est? sustentado pela sua no??o de natureza; (vi) o problema da moral em Nietzsche pretende apreender o elemento tr?gico em sua constitui??o.
