In society, nowadays, the exarcebated volume of the connective input of social, cultural, economic and technological wealth, which refers to information, requires that countries promote measures that go far beyond the physical space found in such systems so as to get into the virtual world. Intellectual technologies, then, come into action as a solution concerning the increasing informational flow, among them, the digital hypertext as a technology for the organization, management as well as communication of informational blocks; and groupware blog, chat and discussion lists as those ones capable of stimulating users to both individual and collective intelligence in the context of virtual learning nets. The overall aim is directed to the analysis of the digital hypertext as a technology targeted on information management and organization in the perspective of information communication. The specific ones cover the creation of a study group involving professors, researchers and Master students on areas like Management, Computer Science and Information Science, with the purpose of discussing interdisciplinary relations; the elaboration of guidelines for the production of the Virtual Learning Net's prototype PPGCI.NET, of the Postgraduate Program on Information Science/UFPB, by means of the relation digital hypertext -groupware blog, chat and discussion list; and the investigation into digital hypertext in the perspective of organization and management for information communication as regards to the guidelines for the development of the Virtual Learning Net PPGCI.NET. The methodological features as to method types, research, objective, gathering procedures and data nature correspond, respectively, to the following ones: research-action method, practical research or research-action, participant research, exploratory research and qualitative one. The substantiated plurality of theoretical voices - throughout the research - also includes the methodological analysis of the Hypertextus Study Group's discussions, of the students' - the ones who are representative of the Postgraduate Program on Information Science/UFPB, and of the volunteered participation of an Information Science professional. The aspects, described above, represent only some links of such an untiring web of investigation called hypertext. / A necessidade de organizar a informação imposta pela crescente massa informacional impulsiona medidas de tratamento pelos profissionais nos mais variados sistemas de informação, como arquivos, bibliotecas, centros de documentação, museus, etc. Na sociedade atual, o volume exacerbado do insumo conector de riqueza cultural, econômica, social e tecnológica que é a informação, exige que países promovam medidas que vão além do espaço físico encontrado nesses sistemas para adentrarem no mundo virtual. As tecnologias intelectuais entram em cena como uma solução diante do crescente fluxo informacional, entre elas o hipertexto digital como uma tecnologia para a organização, gestão e comunicação de blocos informacionais, e os groupware blog, chat e lista de discussão como aqueles capazes de estimular nos usuários as inteligências individual e coletiva no contexto das redes virtuais de aprendizagem. As caracterizações metodológicas quanto aos tipos de método, pesquisa, objetivo, procedimentos de coleta e natureza dos dados correspondem, respectivamente, aos seguintes: método pesquisa-ação, pesquisa prática ou pesquisa-ação, exploratória, pesquisa participativa, e qualitativa. A pluralidade de vozes teóricas fundamentada no decorrer da pesquisa também engloba a análise metodológica das discussões do Grupo de Estudo Hipertextus, dos discentes representantes do Programa de Pós- Graduação em Ciência da Informação/UFPB e da participação voluntária de um profissional da área Ciência da Computação. Pensions et pensionnaires de la monarchie : de la grâce royale au système de redistribution de l’État au XVIIIe siècle La question des pensions et des pensionnaires de l’État est abordée à partir d’un corpus de sources centré sur les archives de la Maison du Roi, du Trésor royal et du Comité des pensions de l’Assemblée nationale constituante. Les mécanismes d’attribution et de distribution des pensions royales permettent de redécouvrir les contradictions de la monarchie d’Ancien Régime, prises entre la permanence de traditions anciennes et les exigences de l’État moderne. En revenant sur les tentatives répétées et inabouties de réformer et de rationnaliser un objet de dépenses dont le poids n’a cessé de peser sur les finances royales, la thèse invite à s’interroger sur ces formes de distributions utilisées par le pouvoir comme un instrument de domination politique et social, mais dont les aspects financiers et comptables ont été inégalement maîtrisés. L’histoire de la gestion des pensions royales au XVIIIe siècle offre une étude de cas particulièrement documentée qui permet d’illustrer le développement de la bureaucratie moderne, révélant une administration imaginative dans sa manière de réformer les pensions de l’État mais freinée par les intérêts contradictoires du régime. C’est finalement la crise politique de 1789 qui a permis de clarifier et de réformer un système de grâces royales devenu le symbole des abus de la cour aux yeux de l’opinion publique. En séparant les pensions de cour des pensions de l’État, en créant un droit à la pension pour les serviteurs de l’État là où l’Ancien Régime ne connaissait qu’un système de récompenses fondé sur l’usage et l’esprit de clientèle, le Comité des pensions de l’Assemblée nationale constituante a posé, en 1790, les bases du premier système de retraite de la fonction publique d’État. / Pensions & pensioners of the French monarchy : from royal favour to State redistribution system in the eighteenth century The issue of State pensions and pensioners is tackled on the basis of a corpus of sources found among the archives of the Maison du Roi (Royal Household), the Trésor royal (Royal Treasury) and the Comité des pensions (Pensions Committee) of the Assemblée nationale constituante (National Constituent Assembly). An analysis of the attribution and distribution mechanisms of the Royal pensions reveals the contradictions of the Ancien Régime monarchy: the preservation of ancient traditions versus the requirements of a modern State. The repeated and unsuccessful attempts to reform and rationalize an object of expenditure whose weight has not ceased to weigh on the royal finances is demonstrated here. The thesis invites us to question these forms of distribution used by the power as an instrument of political and social domination, but whose financial and accounting aspects have been unequally controlled. The history of the royal pensions management in the 18th century offers a particularly well-documented case study that illustrates the development of modern bureaucracy. It reveals an inventive administration in its way of reforming State pensions while constrained by conflicting interests of the regime. It was finally the political crisis of 1789 that clarified and reformed a system of royal liberalities that became the symbol of abuses of the Court in the eyes of public opinion. In 1790, by separating Court pensions from State pensions, by creating an entitlement to pension for State servants where the Ancien Régime knew only a system of rewards based on custom and clientelism, the Comité des pensions of the Assemblée nationale constituante laid the foundation for the first pension system of the State Public Service.

Based on the extensive examination of the STF precedents regarding the limitation of tax penalties, combined with the analysis of the applicable legal doctrine related to the tax sanctions and the proporcionality and reasonableness principles, we will develop and present an answer to the following questions: Is there any limitation to charge the penalty due for the non accomplishment of ancillary tax obligations in the event the tax was duly paid? If the answer is positive, which would be that limit? As a result, we are intended to face a recent ongoing problem in Brazil – which is the substantial increase on the amounts of the penalties charged for the non accomplishment of ancillary tax obligations, specially in cases in which taxes were duly paid by the taxpayers – and, simulteneously, contribute on the seek of a balance point between the function of the ancillary tax obligations and the amount charged as penalty for its non accomplishment. / Este trabalho tem por objetivo propor uma solução à questão objeto do tema 487 da lista de repercussões gerais do Supremo Tribunal Federal, por meio do qual o STF irá julgar a seguinte temática: 487 – Caráter confiscatório da 'multa isolada' por descumprimento de obrigação acessória decorrente de dever instrumental. A partir do exame extensivo da jurisprudência histórica do STF acerca da limitação das multas fiscais, combinado com o estudo da doutrina relativa às sanções tributárias e aos princípios da proporcionalidade e razoabilidade, desenvolveremos e apresentaremos ao final uma resposta objetiva às seguintes indagações: Existe algum limite que deve ser observado para a cobrança de multa pecuniária devida por descumprimento de dever instrumental nas situações em que não houve falta de recolhimento de tributo? Em caso positivo, qual seria esse limite? Desse modo, pretende-se enfrentar um problema que tem crescido no Brasil nos últimos anos – o aumento expressivo do valor das multas cobradas em razão do descumprimento do dever instrumental e, em vários casos, a desvinculação da cobrança dessa multa do próprio pagamento do tributo – e, simultaneamente, contribuir na tarefa de buscar um ponto de equilíbrio entre a função das obrigações tributárias acessórias e o valor da multa cobrada por conta do seu descumprimento.

The diploma thesis "Sequel novel in selected volumes of two magazines for women published in the first Czechoslovak Republic - List paní a dívek and Hvězda československých paní a dívek" deals with sequel novels, which were published in favorite women's magazines. These novels belongs to genre "červená knihovna" and genre of teen female novels. Term "červená knihovna" (similar to harlequin) is typical for Czech literary background. Theoretical part consists historical context of sequel novel and his development and also history of popular women's literature. This part also refers to fundamental elements of sequel novels. Mainly it is stereotypization of main protagonist, patterns and plot. The end of the sequel novel for women is traditionally closed with happy ending. The practical part is focused on analyzed novels in two magazines - List paní a dívek and Hvězda československých paní a dívek. At first there are described basic data about magazines, their establishments and summary of content they consisted. Tydens die studie is die basiese emosies volgens Plutchik (1980) wat bepalend vir die emosionele skoolgereedheid van die skooltoetreder is, geidentifiseer. Na aanleiding van nuwe insigte waartoe gekom is, het die navorser 'n eie emosionele skoolgereedheidsevalueringslys volgens Plutchik (1980) se basiese emosies antwerp, wat as 'n maatstaf vir die evaluering van emosionele skoolgereedheid kan dien. 'n Empiriese ondersoek is onderneem om te bepaal of 'n aantal proefpersone volgens n emosionele skoolgereedheidsevalueringslys emosioneel skoolgereed is al dan nie. The pre-primary child with his basic emotions from a psychological educational perspective is examined more closely in this study. During this study the basic emotions according to Plutchik {1980) that determine the emotional school readiness of the school entrant, were identified. On account of new insights gained, the researcher designed a school readiness evaluation list of her own according to Plutchik's (1980) basic emotions. This list can serve as a guideline for the evaluation of emotional school readiness. An empirical study was undertaken to determine whether a number of experimental subjects {children) were ready for school or not. Emotional deficiencies were identified by means of the emotional school readiness evaluation list, whereafter diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for the emotional preparation of children were briefly discussed. Educational psychologists can use these diagnostic and therapeutic techniques as an aid to address emotional deficiencies, which may impede the emotional school readiness of children. / Educational Studies / M. This diploma thesis finds out, confronts knowledge and experience with drugs at the pupils. It characterizes drug addiction, its emergence and reasons. It deals with the problems of drug prevention, their possibilities and practices applied at schools. It describes laws about using drugs. And the survey shows that the primary prevention of using marihuana cannot be underestimated.

Abstract This dissertation is aimed at exploring the utilization of select works by children's book author Markéta Zinnerová in literary education. The selected texts all feature a child protagonist in a difficult life situation with regards to their immediate or wider family circle. The vantage point was primarily the ouvre of M. Zinnerová, particularly the titles Indiáni z Větrova ('The Indians from Větrov'), Tajemství proutěného košíku ('The Secret of the Woven Basket'), and Kde padají hvězdy ('Where Stars Fall'). The dissertation is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains first a description of the general characteristics of narrative prose from the life of children with an emphasis on the issues of personal and social education. Furthermore, it focuses in detail on the utilisation of prose in literary education in primary schools, the methodology and different types of literary analysis and the insertion of all these activities into the relevant curriculum. The practical part deals with concrete classical and activising methods of application with regards to select texts from M. Zinnerová's works. The aim of the dissertation was to create work sheets based on excerpts from the prose of this author and to test them in practice in the environment of an after-school care centre where primary school children were to engage with them. This part of the dissertation describes said work sheets as well as the procedural methodology and the reasoning behind their creation. The work sheets were used when working with 3rd -grade school children in an after-school care centre. The ways in which they cooperated with us and were captivated by the texts, as well as the precise way in which the activities involved in working with the proposed sheets proceeded are described in the following chapter of the practical part. The concluding reflection upon the utilisation of the work sheets proposes certain possible corrections, expansions or other possible uses of these work sheets.

6 ABSTRACT Background The existence of risks of new work-related disorders and occupational diseases in the society is constantly increasing in relation to the fast and continuous development of working conditions, techniques used, materials and overall acceleration of the working pace. Aim of the study The aim of the study is to analyse new risks in the working environment and to evaluate early diagnostic possibilities of new occupational diseases including their prevention. The study also compares the current situation in this field in the Czech Republic and other European countries. Materials and methods The doctoral dissertation is a multiple manuscript thesis focusing on one common topic - new occupational diseases. The first publication studied the acknowledgement of low-back pain disease caused by overload as an occupational disease. Specialists from European countries were inquired via questionnaire focusing on diagnostic and evaluation criteria of this disease in their countries. Representatives from countries acknowledging low-back pain diseases caused by overload provided further evaluation criteria and number of cases. Occupational diseases from excessive and one-sided overloading of upper limbs are classified as diseases caused by physical factors. In the ``list of occupational diseases{\crqq} they are covered in chapter two. This group of diseases falls mainly under items 9 and 10 with the biggest proportion of occupational diseases caused by physical factors and it accounts for ca. 45% of the newly reported occupational diseases . Moreover, a slowly increasing trend in occurrence of those diseases has been reported in recent years.
